Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment discipline and work motivation on employee productivity at CV Printing Adi Prima. This study used a sample of 35 respondents who were temporary employees or freelancers from CV Printing Adi Prima. The data analysis method used linear regression equation multiple, t test and coefficient of determination ( R2). The results for the equation, Y= 0.802 + 0.226 X1 +0.336 X2 +0.192 X3, a constant of 802 is Employee Work Productivity when the variable influence of Work Environment Work Discipline and Work Motivation is zero, the regression coefficient is 0.226 X1 +0.336 X2 +0.192 X3 , shows that the work environment of work discipline and work motivation has a positive effect on employee productivity and if the work environment of work discipline and work motivation increases by one unit, it will increase employee productivity by 802. The results of the t test, t sig < 5% (0.000 < 0 0.05) it can be stated that the work environment, work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect on employee productivity at CV Printing Adi Prima. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained 0.448 or 44.8% Work Environment variables Work Discipline and Work Motivation affect Work Productivity of Adi Prima CV Printing employees and 0.552 or 55.2% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study evaluate the premium income rate on asset growth of Sharia Insurance companies that registered in the Indonesian Financial Services Authority. The type of research used in this study is comparative causal method. The sample used are 20 sharia insurance companies with the criteria of sharia insurance companies that are actively operating for the last three years. The results of this study indicated that the level of premium income positively and significantly affect the growth of sharia insurance asset growth. This acpect predictly change the consumer behaviour of takaful sharia insurance on how they allocate their fund. This study is concerned with the level of premium income that affects the growth of Sharia Insurance assets in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hubungan antar manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Perkebunan Timbang Langsa. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan sampel sebanyak 134 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Probability Sampling dan penentuan sampel dilakukan secara random sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Uji hipotesis yang dilakukan melalui uji parsial (uji t) dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil persamaan regresi diperoleh Y = 2,687 + 0,375X1. Nilai konstanta adalah sebesar 2,687 merupakan nilai kinerja karyawan sebelum dipengaruhi oleh hubungan antar manusia.  Koefisien regresi hubungan antar manusia bernilai 0,375 dan bertanda positif, artinya apabila hubungan antar manusiaditingkatkan sebesar satu satuan maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat sebesar 0,375. Hubungan antar manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Perkebunan Timbang Langsa dengan hasil uji t yaitu nilai t hitung> t tabel (5,573 > 1,656) dan nilai t sig yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) yaitu 0,19 0atau 19,0%. Hal ini menunjukkan variabel hubungan antar manusia mempengaruhi kinerjakaryawan pada PT. Perkebunan Timbang Langsa sebesar 19,0%, dan sisanya 81,0% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini, seperti motivasi dan kompensasi.Kata kunci: Hubungan Antar Manusia, Kinerja, Sumberdaya Manusia

Abstract

Digitalization is a must to maintain business consistency In the era of pandemics and technological advance. The culinary sector in Langsa City continues to grow, with a wide market ranging from students, students, and households, to industry causing several culinary destinations such as traditional and modern cafes to gain public interest. This study aims to analyze 1) How to adapt the digital transformation of SMEs in the culinary sub-sector in Langsa City, and 2) How is the creativity of the culinary sub-sector actors in the digital transformation adaptation period. This research method was descriptive and quantitative. The respondents of this research are one hundred people who are culinary consumers of Langsa city. Two aspects were measured in the research: digital transformation and innovation carried out by culinary SMEs. The results show that the Culinary SMEs in Langsa City has adapted to digital transformation in their business well. Culinary SMEs show that they have been innovating and being creative in the products offered. Product innovations ranging from taste, packaging, size, and so on are considered quite good and competitive, this shows that SMEs can adapt to compete in the culinary subsector.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk  mengetahui pengaruh  brand image, green marketing dan fasilitas hotel terhadap keputusan menginap di Madani Hotel Medan. Meningkatnya kompetensi bisnis di bidang jasa di Indonesia dan pengaruh globalisasi telah meningkatkan persaingan perusahaan khususnya di industri perhotelan. Perusahaan harus memahami perilaku konsumen dan menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif, termasuk citra merek, pemasaran ramah lingkungan, dan fasilitas hotel yang menarik. Hotel Madani di Medan mengalami penurunan jumlah tamu yang menginap sehingga mengambil strategi pemasaran yang fokus pada aspek tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel berjumlah 83 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Pengelolaan data primer menggunakan teknik analisis statistik Social Sciences Package (SPSS) dengan metode analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Madani Hotel Medan dapat memanfaatkan green marketing dan fasilitas hotel yang baik untuk meningkatkan keputusan menginap. Meskipun citra merek tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan, namun faktor lain juga perlu diperhatikan dalam strategi pemasaran hotel. Dari pihak hotel perlu meningkatkan kontribusinya sebagai green hotel dalam bentuk produk yang dapat dirasakan konsumen seperti makanan organic, ornament hotel yang ramah lingkungan dan sebagainya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivational factors consisting of transformational leadership, work motivation, and career development on employee performance at the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, and Small and Medium Enterprises in Langsa City. The census technique was used in this study, with the research respondents totaling fifty-five respondents with State Civil Apparatus status, with leaders excluded from the sample. The data analysis method used in this study is a multiple linear regression equation. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has no significant effect on performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and HR development significantly affects performance.Keywords: Transformational leadership. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan insentif terhadap kinerja karywan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional VI KSO Langsa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 266 karyawan pelaksana dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling dengan penentuan jumlah sampel meggunakan rumus slovin dengan taraf tingkat kesalahan 5% atau 0,05 dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 160 responden dalam penelitian ini. Metode analisis data menggunakan regrsi linear berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Y = 4,219 + 0,152 X₁ + 0,234 X₂. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi memiliki nilai t sig 0,004 < 0,05 yang artinya komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional VI KSO Langsa dan insentif memiliki nilai 0,007 < 0,05 yang artinya insentif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional VI KSO Langsa. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi dan insentif memiliki nilai F sig 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya komunikasi dan insentif secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional VI KSO Langsa. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R²) diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,284 atau 28,4%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Socfindo. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 107 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f, dan uji koefisien determinasi (adjusted R2). Hasil persamaan regresi linear berganda menunjukkan Y = 27,218 + 0,233 X1 + 0,189 X2. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan 0,008 < 0,05. Variabel pelatihan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan 0,029 < 0,05. Hasil uji f menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan pelatihan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 < 0,05. Dari analisis koefisien determinasi (adjusted R2) diketahui bahwa variabel kompensasi dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Socfindo sebesar 0,103 atau sebesar 10,3%. Sementara sisanya 89,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: kompensasi;pelatihan kerja;kinerja

Abstract

Most coastal communities engage in fishing and simultaneously operate as MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) that drive the coastal economy. Unequal access to financial services from banks and other financial institutions has created obstacles for MSMEs in accessing financial services. Financial technology (fintech) has become a viable economic solution supporting MSME development by providing quick, affordable, and accessible services.In Aceh Province, where Sharia law is implemented in economic activities, one of the government policies through Bank Indonesia in 2023—"maintaining economic stability with inclusive and green economic-financial policies through digitalization and expanding domestic and export market access for MSMEs and Islamic economic-financial systems"—is particularly relevant to the challenges faced by coastal MSMEs in eastern Aceh. The urgency of this research lies in the need to study the strengthening of Sharia fintech-based financial services to assist MSMEs in the fisheries sector in developing their businesses amidst limited banking services in coastal areas of eastern Aceh.  This research aims to develop a Sharia fintech penetration model that can accelerate MSME growth in the coastal areas of eastern Aceh. This study employs two approaches: the interactive model and SWOT analysis. Research informants will include representatives from Bank Aceh, Bank Syariah Indonesia, the Department of Communication and Information in eastern Aceh, and Sharia fintech providers in Aceh.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and human resource quality on job satisfaction of employees at the Langsa Lama Subdistrict Office. The research population consists of 43 employees. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample, where the entire population is used as the sample. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with measurements based on a Likert scale, and the data was processed statistically using multiple linear regression analysis with the equation Y = 2.795 + 0.106X1 + 0.038X2. The results show that, simultaneously, self-efficacy and human resource quality have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at the Langsa Lama Subdistrict Office.
