Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence on the performance of employees of the Regional Secretariat Office of Langsa City. The method used in this research is quantitative method using the help of SPSS 26. The population in this study amounted to 71 employees. And the sample in this study amounted to 71 employees. The sampler in this study was non probability sampling with saturated sampling technique. the data analysis method used in this study is t test, F test. The results of this study indicate the results of regression analysis with the equation Y = 5.036 + 0.256 X1 + 0.442 X2. The result of the t test for the effect of intellectual intelligence (X1) on performance (Y) is 2.500 and the t-sig is smaller than the alpha value of 0.015 <0.05, for emotional intelligence (X2) on performance (Y) is 7.001 and the t sig value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.000 <0.05. And for the F test with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. And for the F test with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi label halal, religiusitas, dan kelompok referensi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk berlabel halal di kalangan konsumen Muslim. Latar belakang penelitian ini didorong oleh meningkatnya kesadaran konsumen terhadap produk halal dan pentingnya faktor-faktor sosial dalam pengambilan keputusan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yang menggunakan sumber data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 300 responden di kota langsa. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi berganda untuk menguji pengaruh simultan dari variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi label halal, religiusitas, dan kelompok referensi secara signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk berlabel halal, dengan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,391. Hal ini berarti bahwa 39,1% variasi dalam keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut. Sementara itu, 60,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pemahaman yang baik tentang persepsi label halal, religiusitas, dan pengaruh kelompok referensi sangat penting bagi pemasar dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Penelitian ini juga membuka peluang untuk eksplorasi lebih lanjut mengenai variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk halal.

Abstract

To determine the influence of, work discipline and job training on the performance of security personnel at PTPN 1 Pulau Tiga. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study consists of all security personnel at PTPN 1 Pulau Tiga, totaling 35 individuals. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling, meaning that all security personnel at PTPN 1 Pulau Tiga are included as the sample. The data analysis methods used are multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test. (Adjusted R2).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, citra destinasi, dan promosi terhadap kepuasan wisatawan di Taman Hutan Kota Langsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, citra destinasi, dan promosi masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi, variabel bebas mampu menjelaskan 51,9% variasi kepuasan wisatawan, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian ini. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan, pengelolaan citra destinasi, dan strategi promosi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan wisatawan di Taman Hutan Kota Langsa.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a major driving force behind changes in management practices and the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This study aims to identify and map the factors influencing SME performance through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA method based on 30 scientific articles indexed in Scopus and Sinta. The review focuses on three primary constructs: antecedents, moderators, and mediators that contribute to enhancing the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The findings categorize antecedents into five major groups: human resources, organizational strategy, organizational context, innovation, and learning Knowledge. Among these, human resources emerge as the most frequently cited factor affecting SME performance. Furthermore, innovation, dynamic capabilities, digital and financial literacy, and motivation are identified as key mediating variables that bridge the influence of antecedents on performance. On the other hand, moderators such as international mindset, technological dynamism, and organizational capability can strengthen or weaken these relationships. This study emphasizes the need for a holistic approach to improving SME performance and offers theoretical and practical implications for future research and SME development policies in the digital era

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit (PPKS) Kebun Bukit Sentang Kabupaten Langkat. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel, sebanyak 71 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan persamaan regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Y = 0,981 + 0,551 X1 + 0,225 X2. Hasil uji t menyatakan disiplin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit (PPKS) Kebun Bukit Sentang Kabupaten Langkat, dimana dari uji t diperoleh nilai t sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit (PPKS) Kebun Bukit Sentang Kabupaten Langkat, dimana uji t diperoleh nilai t sig. 0,028 < 0,05. Hasil uji F menyatakan disiplin dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit (PPKS) Kebun Bukit Sentang Kabupaten Langkat, dimana dari uji F diperoleh nilai F sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Dari analisis koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa variabel disiplin dan motivasi kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit (PPKS) Kebun Bukit Sentang Kabupaten Langkat, sebesar 0,385 atau 38,5% sedangkan sisanya 61,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training, compensation, and work facilities on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Langsa City. The approach used in this research is quantitative, with a population of 156 employees. The sample determination in this study is a random sampling technique, and the calculation uses the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5% (0.05), so that the number of respondents in this study is 112 people. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression, t test for partial analysis, F test for simultaneous analysis, and the coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R²). So from the results of multiple linear regression, the equation Y = 10.491 + 0.247X₁ + 0.275X₂ + 0.255X₃ is obtained. Thus, based on the t-test results, it shows that training has a significant value (t sig.) of 0.000 < 0.05, compensation of 0.001 < 0.05, and work facilities of 0.012 < 0.05. This result indicates that training, compensation, and work facilities significantly affect employee performance at BPBD Langsa City. Furthermore, the F test results show a significant value (F sig.) of 0.000 < 0.05, which explains that training, compensation, and work facilities simultaneously significantly influence employee performance. The coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R²) produces a value of 0.336, which indicates that the variables of training, compensation, and work facilities affect employee performance by 33.6%. The remaining 66.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this study, such as occupational safety and health (OHS), work stress, work experience, competence, workload, job satisfaction, work culture, work discipline and external organisational factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the entrepreneurial spirit on the dynamic capabilities and performance of Aceh traditional culinary Small Enterprises during the digital transformation era. Gastronomic entrepreneurs are culinary business actors who not only offer food products but also provide local cultural experiences to tourists. In an increasingly digital and competitive landscape, SMEs need to develop adaptive capabilities by reinforcing their entrepreneurial spirit. We PLS-SEM method, which involves 230 respondents from Culinary SMES. The findings indicate that the entrepreneurial spirit has a positive and significant impact on dynamic capabilities, directly enhancing the performance of culinary small enterprises (SMEs). Furthermore, dynamic capabilities also have a positive and significant impact on business performance. Mediation analysis reveals that dynamic capabilities act as a critical intermediary, strengthening the relationship between entrepreneurial spirit and SME performance. These findings confirm that adaptation to technology, risk-taking, and innovation are crucial factors in enhancing business performance.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology and increasing consumer awareness of environmental issues have driven micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to evolve in two key areas: digitalization and business sustainability. However, many MSMEs in remote regions, such as Tripe Jaya Subdistrict in Gayo Lues Regency, still encounter several challenges, including low digital literacy, traditional marketing methods, and a limited understanding of green marketing practices. This community engagement initiative aims to enhance the digital capabilities and business sustainability of MSMEs that produce lemongrass oil through training and mentoring focused on technology and green marketing principles. The approach includes conducting initial assessments, providing digital and green marketing training, and implementing participatory-based monitoring and evaluation. The program's outcomes indicate significant improvements across four key areas: understanding of green production improved from 10% to 70%, local production skills increased from 35% to 80%, digital marketing proficiency rose from 30% to 90%, and environmental awareness grew from 20% to 85%. Additionally, the partner MSMEs successfully developed digital catalogs, adopted eco-friendly packaging, created marketplace accounts, and utilized social media for promotion. The mentoring process also included students as learning partners through the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program, providing them with hands-on experience in developing science-based, practical solutions. This initiative demonstrates that integrated and participatory training methods can accelerate the digital transformation of MSMEs and establish a foundation.

Abstract

This research was at the Medan City Islamic People's Credit Bank (BPRS), which was lagging in terms of the number of customers and information technology. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational information and information technology on loyalty by using the intervening variables of satisfaction and trust. This research used correlational quantitative and Structural Equation Models (SEM). Respondents used in this study were 314 BPRS customers who are still active. The results showed that the information technology used by the BPRS did not affect loyalty where satisfaction was the intervention variable. On the other hand, organizational communication had an influence on customer loyalty with customer trust as an intervention variable
