Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia merupakan serangkaian aktivitas yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengawasan dalam pengelolaan tenaga kerja, mulai dari proses rekrutmen, pengembangan karyawan, pemberian kompensasi, pemeliharaan hubungan kerja, hingga pemutusan hubungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi fungsi manajerial (POAC) serta fungsi operasional dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pelayanan publik di PLN ULP Sungai Jawi Pontianak. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi, ditemukan bahwa penerapan fungsi manajemen lebih banyak difokuskan pada aspek perencanaan, khususnya dalam menilai kebutuhan tenaga kerja yang kemudian diikuti dengan penerapan digitalisasi serta strategi alih daya (outsourcing). Pada fungsi pengorganisasian, perusahaan menitikberatkan pada pengawasan terhadap karyawan yang berada dalam lingkup BUMN. Selanjutnya, fungsi pengarahan dilakukan melalui upaya pemimpin dalam mempersiapkan karyawan agar mampu beradaptasi terhadap perubahan, antara lain melalui pengembangan bakat dan penerapan manajemen perubahan yang bersifat empatik. Sementara itu, fungsi pengawasan diwujudkan melalui evaluasi kinerja yang digunakan sebagai dasar penentuan kebutuhan pelatihan serta pemberian umpan balik secara positif. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen tersebut diarahkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan di PLN ULP Sungai Jawi dengan memperbaiki pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, meskipun masih dihadapkan pada tantangan digitalisasi serta keterbatasan jumlah teknisi. Selain itu, Indikator Kinerja Kunci (KPI) memiliki peran strategis dalam pengembangan karyawan dan proses pengambilan keputusan, dengan fokus pada penguatan budaya kerja yang profesional serta peningkatan efektivitas organisasi.

Abstract

Pengembangan pariwisata di Kabupaten Manggarai Barat meningkat pesat seiring penetapan Labuan Bajo sebagai destinasi super prioritas nasional. Namun, percepatan tersebut menimbulkan tantangan terkait keberlanjutan lingkungan, pelestarian budaya, dan pemerataan manfaat bagi masyarakat lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi kebijakan pariwisata berkelanjutan di Desa Wae Lolos serta merumuskan model tata kelola pariwisata berbasis masyarakat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), dan studi dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pariwisata berkelanjutan secara normatif telah sejalan dengan kebijakan daerah, namun implementasinya belum optimal akibat lemahnya koordinasi, keterbatasan pendampingan, dan belum adanya pedoman operasional di tingkat desa. Dampak pariwisata terhadap masyarakat belum merata, baik secara ekonomi, sosial, budaya, maupun lingkungan. Penelitian ini merumuskan model tata kelola pariwisata berkelanjutan berbasis masyarakat yang menekankan penguatan kelembagaan lokal, partisipasi inklusif, distribusi manfaat berkeadilan, serta perlindungan budaya dan lingkungan sebagai alternatif kebijakan pengembangan desa wisata berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Tourist satisfaction is one of the evaluation results of tourism facilities provided by tourism managers. This is to determine the quality of a tourist destination for visiting tourists. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to measure the level of tourist satisfaction with attractions, amenities, accessibility, and ancillary facilities at Cunca Wulang Waterfall. This study used a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire distributed to tourists visiting Cunca Wulang Waterfall. Data collected from 150 respondents. The results showed that tourist satisfaction with the 4A aspects of Cunca Wulang Waterfall was in the satisfactory category. However, several aspects needed improvement, such as toilets, the addition of ropes to the pedestrian bridge, the addition of directional signs, and cleaning the roadside for public transportation access.

Abstract

Online shop merupakan kemudahan dalam gaya hidup seluruh masyarakat yang bisa dicapai melalui internet, namun disamping kemudahan yang didapatkan dengan adanya bisnis online shop, banyak pula para penjual yang sering mengabaikan etika yang ada dengan melakukan pelanggaran yang merugikan dirinya sendiri maupun orang disekitarnya. Ketidaksesuaian etika dalam berbisnis ini dapat menyebabkan ketidakpuasan dari konsumen, sehingga perlu diterapkannya sebuah etika dalam berbisnis. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan etika bisnis serta bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada online shop Hedwig diLabuan Bajo. Dalam pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini digunakan wawancara, dimana konsumennya yakni orang yang penah berbelanja di Hedwig online shop dijadikan sebagai sumber dan teknik observasi. Selanjutnya pada tahap penemuan, diketahui bahwa peranan etika bisnis dalam online shop sangat berpengaruh, karena merupakan pendorong utama untuk memajukan sebuah perusahaan, hal ini terbukti dari beberapa etika yang diterapkan, seperti: transparansi dalam informasi produk dan harga, selalu bersikap ramah kepada pembeli atau konsumen, menjawab semua pertanyaan yang diajukan konsumen atau pembeli, menjaga keamanan dan privasi data pelanggan, dan packing barang dengan rapi. Maka dari itu, penerapan etika dalam berbisnis pada online shop sangatlah penting guna terciptanya suatu kepuasan pada diri konsumen.

Abstract

The coastal ecosystems identified are seagrass, mangroves forest, and coral reef ecosystems. Through this identification then this research aims to develop number of opportunities for developing coastal ecotourism through this observation and identification of mangroves, seagrass and coral reef ecosystems spread along several points in the coastal area of ​​Rangko’s Village. The method for data collection are qualitative description based on direct observation, field identification and documentation. The results shown that there is a diversity of coral reef, seagrass and mangrove ecosystems. Based on this finding can be concluded that the development of coastal ecotourism in Rangko’s coastal area has the opportunity to be developed through a number of ecotourism activities, such as snorkeling, fishing, paddleling, bird watching, and mangroves planting.

Abstract

The Denpasar Tourism Development Master Plan Regional Regulation for 2018-2029 No. 3 of 2019 and The Yogyakarta Tourism Development Master Plan Regulation for 2015-2025 No. 3 of 2015 serve as guiding documents for the future trajectory of tourism development in their respective regions over the next decade. These regulations are instrumental in ensuring that the progression of tourism aligns with predetermined visions and objectives. This study adopts a comparative approach, which involves analyzing and contrasting the two regulations to draw insights. Comparative analysis is employed as a method to scrutinize data and derive new insights. The findings from this analysis reveal both similarities and disparities between the two regulations. Commonalities include shared objectives, legal underpinnings such as UU 1945 article 18, paragraph 6, adherence to Law no. 10 of 2009, regulatory types, timeframes, and general provisions. However, distinctions emerge in discussions about general and specific differences. Regarding tourism development objectives outlined in each regulation, such as those Denpasar Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2019, article 13 and Yogyakarta Regional Regulations No. 3 of 2015, article 7, both emphasize similar goals: fostering the growth of the creative economy, enhancing employment opportunities, boosting regional income, and safeguarding the environment. The effective implementation of these regulations of expected to yield positive outcomes for all stakeholders involved in tourism development.

Abstract

In today's digital context, the development of information and communication technology (ICT) has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including in education. One of the latest innovations in ICT is Artificial Intelligence (AI), which has the ability to imitate human intelligence in solving problems and making decisions. This study aims to investigate the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the learning process of students, as well as its impact on motivation and interest in learning. The findings of the study indicate that Artificial Intelligence (AI) can enhance the learning experience through access to more interactive materials and rapid feedback. However, the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) also faces challenges, such as data privacy issues and equality of access, which need to be considered. Therefore, it is very important for students, especially in the field of information technology, to understand how Artificial Intelligence (AI) works and its limitations, and to use it wisely. This study is expected to provide deeper insight into students' readiness to face an increasingly automated world of work and encourage the development of skills relevant to Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has significantly transformed business operations, particularly among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Indonesia. One of the essential aspects determining the success of digital businesses is the implementation of business ethics as a foundation for building consumer trust. This study aims to analyze the application of business ethics in Linshop’s digital operations, specifically in promotional activities, transactions, and customer service, as well as to identify the challenges faced in maintaining ethical principles amid competition and shifting consumer expectations. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method through field observations and in-depth interviews with the owner, employees, and loyal customers. The findings reveal that Linshop applies business ethics through honest product information, price transparency, responsive customer service, and willingness to acknowledge mistakes when they occur. These ethical practices significantly contribute to shaping consumer trust, reflected in customer loyalty and repeated purchases. The results align with previous literature, emphasizing that business ethics in digital contexts serves not only as a moral guideline but also as a strategic factor for strengthening business reputation and credibility. However, Linshop also faces several challenges, including price pressure, expectations for rapid responses, and platform limitations that affect information transparency. Overall, this study confirms that business ethics play a crucial role not only as moral conduct but also as a competitive strategy for sustaining digital-based UMKM.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mendeskripsikan strategi pengembangan makanan semanggi sebagai warisan kuliner tradisional khas Surabaya. Semanggi, sebagai salah satu kekayaan budaya kuliner lokal, memiliki potensi besar untuk dipromosikan sebagai daya tarik wisata kuliner dan identitas budaya daerah. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif, penelitian ini menggambarkan karakteristik, proses pembuatan, serta keberadaan semanggi dalam kehidupan masyarakat Surabaya. Selain itu, artikel ini juga menyoroti tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pelestarian dan pengembangan kuliner semanggi di tengah era modernisasi dan persaingan kuliner global. Strategi yang diuraikan mencakup pelestarian resep tradisional, pengembangan inovasi rasa yang sesuai tren masa kini, serta promosi melalui media sosial dan event budaya. Pendekatan partisipatif juga diusulkan agar masyarakat dan pelaku usaha dapat turut aktif dalam memperkenalkan dan melestarikan kuliner ini. Dengan demikian, artikel ini memberikan gambaran lengkap tentang potensi dan langkah strategis dalam menjaga keberlanjutan makanan semanggi sebagai bagian dari kekayaan budaya kuliner Surabaya, sekaligus membuka peluang pengembangan ekonomi berbasis kuliner tradisional yang ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Abstract The complexity of world business with a high level of competition requires creativity and innovation from all Parties. One of the important sector that is developing in response to the issue of competition is tourism sector through tourism villages. The existence of a Tourism Village can boost the national and local economy through increasing the welfare of the community as the main actor in a Tourism Village. This research is motivated by the urgency of managing human resources as an important factor in improving the quality of tourism villages. This practice has become an important discourse so that researchers are motivated to explore one of the Tourism Villages in East Manggarai, namely Colol Village with its unique tourist destinations. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study type to determine the extent to which the implemented HR management practices affect the sustainability of this Tourism Village. Researchers collected data by conducting observations and interviews with several Colol Tourism Village stakeholders. The results of the study said that there were several things carried out by the managers even though there were still some limitations in several aspects. Some of these things are HR planning, institutional strengthening, community mobilization, and controlling tourism actors with FGD and Monev. Some of these practices are carried out to maintain this Tourism Village so that it continues to exist in the future.
