The Work Discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on the Employee productivity variable; this can be seen from the T count of 6.579 <1.992 T table with a sig level of 0.00 <0.05. Validation of the variables of the lowest education level values is 0.452 and 0.484; here, PT Kahatex employees must be able to improve the formal education of certain employees so that they have the knowledge and skills to carry out their duties properly. While the variable of work discipline with the lowest validation results of 0.317, 0.485, and 0.386 is still lacking in employee discipline, the company PT Kahatex must increase the level of attendance and ethics because the better the employee's work discipline, the higher the performance that will be achieved by production employees.

Interviews were conducted with fourteen interviewees, namely the group leader, core management, and group members. In this strategy planning, the IFE Matrix and EFE Matrix have outlined the internal and external aspects of the group as a basis for strategy design. Based on the results of the Internal and External Matrix (IE), it is found that the condition of the group is in position V which leans towards market penetration and product development strategies with the aim of maintaining stable business growth. The V position of the panca wargi fish group indicates that the internal and external aspects have almost equal strength, which in the losng run will lead to stagnant business development, which may turn out to be dangerous in the future. With the use of the TOWS Matrix and QSPM Matrix, the twelve best alternative strategies have been compiled based on the TAS value to optimise the use of strategies. Panca Wargi Fish Group can get the best business development results starting from having the right strategy formulation.

Abstract

The creative industries should be able to keep up with competitors' strategies to survive in the contemporary business environment. The depth of the digital touch in every company operation encourages business people to adapt it while developing new products. The purpose of this study was to present an overview of the digital-based innovation strategies employed by the leading creative industries in Bandung. Using a descriptive analysis strategy, the research method employed was qualitative. Techniques for data collection included literature reviews, field investigations, questionnaires, and in-depth interviews. The study's findings demonstrated that strategies for digital-based innovation were not conducted to their full potential. In this particular industry, there was insufficient growth of digitally based products and services, limited responsiveness to digital solutions provided by competitors, a lack of differentiation from competitors, relatively few platforms for digitally based products that were different from competitors, and poor product development. There were no newly developed digital products on the market. In addition, only the process innovation strategy received a positive response regarding the dimensions of a digital-based innovation strategy, even though most were still far from the digitalization process. However, digital implementation was absent from the organization's marketing and product innovation strategies, making them appear inefficient

Abstract

In today’s complex digital and ethical business environment, MSMEs face increasing tension between market-driven branding strategies and the integration of authentic ethical values. This study identifies a core problem in the literature: a persistent fragmentation between performance-oriented branding and ethics-oriented communication within MSME practices. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) guided by PRISMA 2020 and supported by bibliometric tools (Bibliometrix and VOSviewer), we analyzed 79 Scopus-indexed articles published between 2015 and 2025. The analysis reveals three dominant conceptual clusters: (1) digital branding and social media, (2) sustainability and CSR integration, and (3) ethical legitimacy and stakeholder value. Despite increasing attention to sustainability, ethical dimensions often remain symbolic or fragmented. As a response, this study proposes a novel framework integrating digital strategy, value-based sustainability, and ethical stakeholder legitimacy. The study contributes a conceptual foundation for future research and offers practical guidance for branding strategies that are not only performative but also ethically grounded and socially legitimate.

Abstract

The main aim of this research is to examine the influence of workload, physical work environment, and communication on the job satisfaction of Cimahi City Education Office employees. A sample of 45 employees was used for quantitative research. Used to test normality, multicollinearity, multiple regression, t-test, and F-test. Data was collected through questionnaires and observations. The research results show that workload does not significantly influence employee job satisfaction. For example, communication and the physical work environment positively affect employee job satisfaction. Based on hypothesis testing, H4 is considered acceptable, which means there is a significant relationship between Workload, Physical Work Environment, and Communication (at a significance level of 0.002 < 0.05). The results show that several suggestions can be made to increase employee satisfaction at the Cimahi City Education Office. First, to avoid stress and fatigue, the workload must be divided equally or by adding workers according to needs. Second, improving the physical work environment by having a separate building specifically for the Cimahi City Education Department is important. The space is narrow, and there is no special place for consultations. It is also hoped that there will be a special warehouse because employees can only be placed around the work desk, so the files are not organized. Neatly. Finally, it is important to improve communication between superiors, subordinates, and co-workers through communication training and regular discussion forums. Due to frequent miscommunication between colleagues, work is often hampered.
