Abstract

The literature review highlights the importance of sustainability in modern brand management strategies, highlighting green marketing, brand trust, brand equity, digital marketing, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as key pillars. Sustainability is now a core component of brand differentiation and reputation building, appealing to environmentally conscious consumers, and fostering long-term loyalty through transparent practices. Digital marketing is an effective channel for disseminating sustainability initiatives, aligning with shifting consumer behaviors towards sustainable consumption. CSR and sustainable development practices are increasingly incorporated into brand strategies, even in luxury markets. However, the review acknowledges limitations such as reliance on a single database, limited publication time frame, and a predominance of general findings over context-specific insights. Future research should incorporate multi-database sources, broaden the time range, and include qualitative and context-specific analyses. Triangulation techniques, such as practitioner interviews, are recommended to mitigate selection bias and strengthen the validity of findings. The review emphasizes the strategic importance of sustainability in brand management, urging companies to adopt sustainable practices to remain competitive and socially responsible, ultimately fostering long-term business resilience.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to explore how institutional image, price, and location influence students' decisions when selecting private universities in Bandung City. This study aims to provide deep and relevant insights for the development of effective student recruitment strategies. The research employs a quantitative method with a verificative analysis technique to describe both partial and simultaneous influences. Sampling was conducted using a purposive sampling technique through the distribution of questionnaires, direct observations, and interviews with students from private universities in Bandung. Based on predetermined criteria, from the entire population of 2043 respondents, a total of 244 samples were deemed suitable for use in this study. The partial T-test results confirm that institutional image and price have a strong influence on students' decisions to choose private universities in Bandung, while location does not have a significant impact. Simultaneously, the F-test indicates that institutional image, price, and location significantly influence students' decisions. In conclusion, the regression model used meets various classical assumptions, and the variables studied have a strong influence on students' decisions when selecting private universities in Bandung.

Abstract

Investment strategies in capital markets play a crucial role in optimizing returns and managing risk. This article reviews recent literature using the PRISMA framework to identify and analyze effective investment strategy approaches in flawless capital markets. There are 6,411 Scopus Databases, 1,336 databases on specific and Reports assessed for eligibility (n = 263), and studies included in the review (n = 12).  This study explores the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) strategies supported by data-driven quantitative models and cutting-edge technologies, such as machine learning and big data analytics. This research highlights the importance of cross-cultural and regional risk diversification strategies, as well as the implementation of advanced technologies, such as Backpropagation Neural Network (BPNN), in asset valuation and market prediction. Findings reveal that optimizing quantitative strategies with artificial intelligence enables more precise and responsive decision-making to market volatility, and data-driven approaches are particularly relevant in emerging economies to address liquidity risk and regulatory uncertainty. The reformulation of ownership and capital structure policies is proposed to encourage productive collaboration between foreign and domestic investors. In addition, innovation-based strategies, such as the use of digital coins and textual analysis of opinions, offer competitive advantages in an evolving capital market. This research emphasizes the importance of synergies between technological innovation and strategic investment policies to maximize opportunities in a dynamic global market and ensure long-term sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a business strategy for developing a business for UMKM Gula Dezan Berkah to see the weaknesses that the company has and get solutions to any existing problems; in this case, UMKM Gula Dezan Berkah must be able to innovate and be able to see opportunities and threats, with SWOT Analysis and Business Model Canvas as an effort to increase sales. In conducting research, UMKM Gula Dezan Berkah applied qualitative research methods using a descriptive approach. Data collection in this study is based on direct analysis, interviews with business owners, references to scientific journals, electronic books, and several other sources confirmed to be true after being collected into data in document studies. With the business model canvas, the research results obtained several recommendations from the SWOT analysis to achieve business development targets at UMKM Gula Dezan Berkah. Some of the results of the business model canvas proposal are in the Value Proposition section to use packaging that is more attractive than before, then in the Customer Relationship section to not only market products directly but can be through social media or online store applications and so on, of course with the best service, and in the Channels section to offer street vendors, and local traditional markets to introduce products directly, and increase sales in online shop

Abstract

This research was conducted using a qualitative method, which was prepared using SWOT analysis to find out what strategies are appropriate for developing the MSME business of the mother and grandson's look stall, especially with the existence of the same business, which could be a threat. Based on the research results using SWOT analysis, an overview of the position of Ibu Cucu's Lotek stall is in position IV, which means that Ibu Cucu's Lotek stall business is currently in a stable condition. To develop the Ibu Cucu Lotek stall business, after the analysis has been carried out and several known problems and the current position of the business is stable, the author suggests creating a new strategy for the MSME business actors of the Ibu Cucu Lotek stall to add employees so that it is not too burdensome when providing services to consumers and consumers as well. don't wait long when making a purchase. Then, for marketing, the author suggests registering your business on online platforms such as Gofood and Shopeefood to expand marketing and reach consumers further to find out about the products being sold. As technology develops at this time in the future, the author suggests providing payment via QRIS, Gopay, Dana, and Spay to make payments more manageable

Abstract

PT Matahari Department Store Festival Citylink Bandung Branch has a company vision to become the best department store that is customer-centered in providing solutions to customers. However, initial interviews with company management found that employee performance still needed to be improved, and there was a need for more leadership, discipline, and aspects of the employee work environment. Thus, this research seeks to find the influence of leadership, discipline, and work environment on employee performance. This quantitative research used a sample of 60 employees as research respondents. The research results found that leadership and discipline had a significant impact on employee performance partially, but the work environment did not. Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous testing found that all three variables simultaneously significantly impacted employee performance.

Abstract

Tiwikrama Tour Indonesia is a company that deals with tour and travel transportation. PT. Tiwikrama Tour Indonesia has the following strengths: 1. Strategic location in the city center with good accessibility; 2. Consumer trust in car, tour, and travel services and weaknesses 1. Limited physical facilities and human resources (HR) that limit service capacity; 2. Lack of effective promotion and marketing to increase company visibility. 3. Operational opening hours, 3. Price cuts, 4. Unclear information media and Opportunities: 1. Utilizing technological advances as a tool for marketing and consumer rentals; 2. Increasing tourism sector in the city of Bandung, 3. Addition of vehicle units in demand from consumers, 4. Gaining trust from customers and threats that arise: 1. The emergence of many competitors, such as Tour and Travel, 2. More attractive offers related to promos and discounts by other companies exist, 3. Increasing rental prices. By using the Business Model Canvas method PT. Tiwikrama Tour Indonesia is expected to improve its business strategy to be more innovative and flexible to continue to follow trends and expand the market. Therefore, it is likely that this research will significantly contribute to PT's growth. Tiwikrama Tour Indonesia. The strategic steps that must be taken immediately are 1. providing the types of vehicles often rented by consumers, 2. Carrying out regular service or checks to provide security and comfort for consumers, 3. Social-Media such as Instagram, TikTok, and other websites are used as marketing media. 4. Designing applications to make it easier for consumers to rent.

This inquiry about extension is outlined to conduct a SWOT investigation for the chicken egg deals division to pinpoint its qualities, shortcomings, openings, and dangers. The primary research strategy utilized includes conducting field overviews to gather information. The results of this examination shed light on viewpoints such as item quality, competition inside the supply chain, and advancing shopper preferences. Abstract

This research aims to formulate a business development strategy for Avelina Parfume using SWOT and Business Model Canvas analysis approaches. The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by Aveline Parfums are identified and analyzed in depth through a SWOT evaluation. The research methods used are descriptive qualitative methods. Primary data was collected through direct interviews with owners, employees, and consumers of Avelina Parfume. Secondary data is obtained from documents and literature on business development strategy at UMKM in the perfume industry. The company's strengths are product quality and brand image, while its weakness is dependence on a single supplier. Opportunities include increased awareness of local perfumes and online markets, with major threats coming from tight competition and changing consumer preferences. Based on the analysis, a new Business Model Canvas is recommended to improve competitiveness and growth potential. Improvement recommendations include diversification of suppliers, enhanced digital marketing, and product innovation according to consumer preferences. This strategy is expected to improve the sustainability of Avelina's business

Abstract

The Indonesian business industry, especially MSMEs, is growing rapidly. With increasingly diverse consumer demands, business owners must change their strategies to maintain the continuity of their businesses and change their business models to suit progress. This is interesting research to study. Using SWOT model analysis, we can determine the potential and advantages of Angkringan Mas Ary to maintain the company. This research aims to find the methods needed for Angkringan Mas Ary. This research uses descriptive qualitative methodology. The research results show that the UMKM Angkringan Mas Ary already has eight business elements that must be considered when running a business, but there are still shortcomings in improving them. Primary data was obtained through documentation, observation and direct interviews with the owners and customers of Angkringan Mas Ary
