Abstract

It is important to ensure that the company's employees are satisfied with their jobs, as this will directly or indirectly impact their work productivity. If employees are not satisfied with their jobs, negative attitudes toward work will emerge, such as employees' lack of interest in their jobs, their desire to find other jobs that offer more rewards or search for new jobs, and other complaints. The driving force for this research was to find out how BPBD Bandung Regency's work environment, compensation, and workload affect employees' levels of job satisfaction. There were 82 participants in this survey of BPBD Bandung Regency workers. Questionnaires are sent to participants in the study as part of the quantitative methodology—data analysis procedures involving validity and reliability testing. A statistical study using various regression formulae, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and the coefficient of determination is used for both descriptive and verification purposes. According to the findings, in BPBD Bandung Regency, job satisfaction is significantly impacted by work environment, compensation, and workload, which does not demonstrate any significant influence. Job satisfaction at BPBD Bandung Regency is greatly impacted by work environment, compensation, and workload.

Abstract

The development of the internet and technological advancements have significantly altered the way individuals engage in various activities. Shop, facilitate consumer activities, and create consumptive behavior patterns among Indonesians. It is shown in the increasing use of e-commerce in Indonesia. The advancement of time and internet technology has significantly changed how the general public lives. The increasingly advanced internet has provided great convenience in everyday life, particularly in the corporate world. These days, information and communication technology forms the basis of brand promotion., market expansion, and the transaction and purchase process through e-commerce platforms. OECD in 2019 defines E-commerce as the term used to describe the practice of purchasing and selling goods and services over the internet., with a special system for transactions and orders. This can happen between individuals, households, government agencies, and private or public organizations. This change makes it easy for consumers to get goods without moving from the place and saves time. This change also reflects the global shift from conventional marketing (offline) to digital marketing (online). Marketing strategies implemented by many companies have great potential to provide product information and facilitate the transaction process through Internet platforms. This study attempts to determine how Shopee users' impulsive purchases are affected by flash deals, free shipping, and live streaming. The research methodology employed in this study makes use of questionnaire-based research data. Hypothesis testing was used to investigate the associations between several independent factors and a dependent variable, and multiple linear regression analysis was used. To determine partially and simultaneously. Analysis was done on how the independent variable affected the dependent variable at a 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). This is done through the F-test and t-test. Flash Sales, Free Shipping, and Live Streaming against impulsive buying in Shopee users are the objects of this study. There were one hundred customers in the sample used in this investigation. The findings of this study partially Flash Sale affects impulsive buying in shop users. Abstract

This technological advancement is very helpful and certainly increases knowledge and makes everything easier, including work. The shift in lifestyle from offline to online has been felt since the COVID-19 pandemic; since 2020, many businesses have utilized this marketplace and social media. The existence of the internet facilitates us in various activities, one of which is online shopping; people can use the marketplace to shop anytime and anywhere. After people recognized the online transaction system, the level of use of online buying and selling services increased. This makes the business segment through the marketplace, which includes Shopee is now increasing. Shopee E-Commerce is an e-commerce that sells various kinds of products. The products available in e-commerce include fashion products, skincare products, shoes, and food products. One of the snack products that many people like nowadays is food made from fried meatballs or basreng. Basreng is a dry-fried meatball snack or snack, a crunchy snack that generally has a spicy taste and is liked by many people from various groups. One of the products the author will examine is the Basreng Sultan Bandung product, founded in 2021. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price, and online customer rating on purchasing decisions on basreng sultan Bandung products. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used non probability sampling with purposive sampling. The population in this study were all followers of the shopee basreng sultan bandung account with 100 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data u sing validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple regression. Results of data analysis show that product quality has a positive partial effect on purchasing decisions, price shows that it has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, and online customer ratings have a partial effect on purchasing decisions. The results of this study will be different from previous research

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the development of the business strategy of CV Prima Nusantara, a company that focuses on the production of handmade bag. Handmade bag industry has emerged as a key player in the fashion industry, attracting consumers seeking unique and affordable goods. Using the SWOT analysis method, this study examines the internal factors (Strengths and Weaknesses) and external factors (Opportunities and Threats) that affect the CV of the Primary Care Physician of Nusantara. When production costs and capacity are reduced to an extreme, design creativity, day-to-day design, and product quality become the most important factors. It is anticipated that CV Cagho Prima Nusantara will be able to develop innovative and flexible business strategies to maximize market share and train personnel. A SWOT analysis will be conducted to assist CV Cagho Prima Nusantara in maximizing internal resources, overcoming obstacles, and maximizing opportunities.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to build an innovation strategy focused on commercial development for Berawal Coffee & Dimsum through the creation of opportunity-generating tactics. In this research, a case study was used along with a qualitative approach. The owner and management team of Berawal Coffee, who play an important role as key informants and are directly involved in the company's operations or part of the core management, are considered to have the best understanding of the business situation there. The researcher conducted interviews with these people. The researcher used the IFE, EFE, and QSPM matrices to find a number of opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses that became important elements in business development when creating a business plan for Berawal Coffee & Dimsum. Berawal Coffee's evaluation of the Internal and External (IE) Matrix shows that Berawal Coffee is in cell V position. To prevent a decline in sales and loss of profits, the next stage is product development. Berawal Coffee & Dimsum can expand its facilities and geographical reach while maximizing the use of technology for marketing purposes. This could be the first step to growing the company if the strategy is well formulated

Abstract

The objective of this study is to develop a design-oriented innovation strategy for the Potato Farmers Group through the formulation of strategies aimed at opportunity generation. This study employs a qualitative methodology with a case study approach. The researchers interviewed key informants who met the following criteria: they had to be the potato farmer group's core manager, still actively involved in the group's management, have potato farmland, and be directly involved in the cultivation of potato crops. These individuals were thought to be the most knowledgeable about the business situation of the potato farmer group. In order to create business plans that recognize various possibilities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses as crucial elements in business development, the IFE matrix design, the EFE matrix, and the QSPM matrix are utilized. The Potato Farmers Group is in cell V position and has the ability to increase market share, improve production methods, and leverage technology for marketing, according to the findings of the Internal and External Matrix (IE) assessment. Finding the appropriate strategy formula is the first step in starting a firm.

Abstract

This research aims to provide business development recommendations based on SWOT analysis using a business development strategy based on the canvas business model. This strategy uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The information collected in this research comes from interviews with business owners and references from logistics diaries, electronic books and various sources whose accuracy has been confirmed by involving information collection strategies as study archives. Based on the research results, the canvas business model analysis produces several suggestions and recommendations which are analyzed using SWOT analysis so that the owner can develop his business. The recommended canvas business model proposal is one where the items are included in the Value Proposition elements by creating a design that is competitive or new. In the Customer Relations element, an item is included in the Channel element by marketing the product through participation in all online stores, and events.

Abstract

Disiplin kerja ialah perilaku serta sikap yang memperlihatkan tanggung jawab terhadap tugas pekerjaan sesuai dengan peraturan dan standar perusahaan. Lingkungan kerja berperan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan. Kompensasi merupakan bagian yang memberikan manfaat seperti gaji dan bonus dengan memberikan manfaat yang dapat digunakan untuk merencanakan strategi yang mendukung pertumbuhan perusahaan dan kepuasan karyawan. Penelitian ini bermaksud guna melakukan analisis determinansi disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, serta kompensasi atas kepuasan kerja dari karyawan di PT. Candratex Sejati Kabupaten Bandung. Dalam penelitian ini, 30 karyawan dipilih sebagai sampel memakai Probability sampling memakai metode simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan lewat wawancara, kuesioner, serta dokumentasi. Metode yang dipakai pada penelititian ini ialah metode penelitian kuantitatif digunakan dengan bantuan program statistik SPSS version 29 for windows (Statistical Package For Social Sciences) dengan melakukan analisis deskriptif, verifikatif, pengujian asumsi klasik, serta uji hipotesis menggunakan pengujian f (simultan) serta uji t (parsial). Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasanya disiplin kerja memiliki signifikansi determinansi positif kepada kepuasan kerja, sedangkan lingkungan kerja serta kompensasi mempunyai signifikasi determinansi negatif atas kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat memacu perusahaan untuk meningkatkan strategi perusahaan dengan mempertahankan sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki. Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset paling penting untuk mengembangkan perusahaan dalam berbagai tuntutan masyarakat dan zaman. Di era digitalisasi saat ini, memudahkan karyawan mendapatkan informasi untuk melirik bahkan berpindah ke perusahaan lain, ditambah lingkungan industri saat ini semakin kompetitif menuntut perusahaan untuk memaksimalkan potensi kerja tiap karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Beban Kerja (X1), Kompensasi (X2), dan Motivasi Kerja (X3) terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Restoran The White Clover Resto & Dine Jumlah populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 30 Karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Beban Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Dibuktikan dengan hasil uji F yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 < 0,05, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil uji F diperkuat dengan hasil koefisien korelasi simultan sebesar 0,992 yang menandakan hubungan sangat kuat dan positif. Koefisien regresi sebesar -0,088 nilai yang negatif mengidentifikasikan setiap terjadi kenaikan Kompensasi maka Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan akan mengalami penurunan. Kontribusi Beban Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan sebesar 98,5%, dan sisanya 1,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Beban Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) has evolved to align human resource practices with organizational objectives to enhance performance and create competitive advantages. This study reviews the application of SHRM in social enterprises (SEs) that balance social impact and financial sustainability. A systematic review methodology was used to identify and analyze various SHRM practices implemented in social enterprises, as well as to evaluate the challenges faced by the sector. This study explored the scientific literature by analyzing strategic HRM in social enterprises using bibliometrics. The researcher then conducted keywords on the Scopus database (Scopus.com). The analysis results showed that 261,499 articles were collected. The researcher used Program R to conduct the bibliometric analysis. SEs adopt innovative HR practices like value-based recruitment, tailored training programs, volunteer management, and adaptive performance evaluations to align employee values with organizational missions while promoting inclusivity and retention despite resource constraints. However, SE face challenges such as financial limitations, skill mismatches, high turnover, cultural diversity, and stakeholder pressures. To address these issues, SEs must innovate HR strategies that integrate sustainability and stakeholder expectations. This study highlights an increase in SHRM research within SEs driven by sustainability concerns and the complexity of workforce management. Through thematic analysis, two main clusters emerge: sustainable development and human-organization dimensions, illustrating the link between strategic HR decisions, employee engagement, and organizational outcomes. Despite growth, a decline in citation count suggests the need for better research accessibility, collaboration, and quality. This research emphasizes SHRM’s importance in supporting SEs’ dual missions and managing tensions between social and economic goals. Future research should explore cross-regional dynamics, technology integration, and stakeholder engagement to enhance SHRM’s practical and theoretical contributions and ensure SEs can better achieve sustainable social impact. This study employed a systematic review methodology, collecting data from the existing literature, and conducting thematic analysis to explore trends and gaps in SHRM practices for SEs.
