Abstract

A tool that aids companies in exploring new ideas in sustainability-focused business models is the Triple Layer Business Model Canvas (TLBMC). By including an environmental dimension based on a life cycle perspective and a social dimension based on a stakeholder perspective, it increases the canvas's business dimension. We can comprehend how a corporation creates economic, environmental, and social values by taking into account all three aspects of its business model. The TLBMC business model for the Fish Cage Group is presented in this research. The TLBMC enables us to comprehend how OSS uses aspects of stakeholder management and life cycle analysis to develop several types of points linked to fish farmers. In spite of being located in an urban setting, fish farmers needed to convert rivers into productive area, and this study identified research shortages in this area.

Abstract

Peran sumber daya manusia dalam suatu perusahaan mempunyai kepentingan yang signifikan, sehingga dapat dianggap sebagai modal berharga bagi perusahaan. Tujuan dari adanya penelitian ini adalah untuk memverifikasi pengaruh motivasi dan self efficacy terhadap kinerja melalui variabel kepuasan kerja. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode kuantitatif yang menggabungkan teknik deskripsi dan verifikasi. Data sekunder dikumpulkan dari jawaban kuesioner, dokumen perusahaan, dan bahan referensi. Analisis jalur dipilih karena dinilai efektif untuk membantu dalam memverifikasi lebih jauh besaran kekuatan hubungan langsung antara variabel independen atau variabel bebas (eksogen) dan variabel dependen (endogenous). Dalam mendapatkan 83 sampel yang memadai, penelitian ini menggunakan 106 populasi yang dikontrol dengan pemanfaatan rumus Slovin dan teknik pengambilan sampel acak proporsional. Berdasarkan temuan analisis jalur, disimpulkan bahwa motivasi (koefisien = 0,728) dan self-efficacy (koefisien = 0,634) berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, motivasi (koefisien = 0,655) dan self-efficacy (koefisien = 0,545) juga secara langsung memengaruhi kinerja karyawan dengan dampak yang positif dan signifikan. Begitu pula, kepuasan kerja (koefisien = 0,528) memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Maka faktor motivasi, self-efficacy, dan kepuasan kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT. Kencana Makmur Lestari. Tingkat motivasi yang tinggi pada karyawan berdampak positif pada tingkat kepuasan kerja, yang pada gilirannya dapat meningkatkan kinerja. Selain itu, keyakinan diri yang kuat (self-efficacy) juga berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan efektivitas karyawan dalam menyelesaikan tugas, sehingga kinerja meningkat. Dalam konteks ini, hubungan antara motivasi dan kinerja, serta antara self-efficacy dan kinerja, menjadi sangat penting. Selain itu, tingginya kepuasan kerja juga berdampak positif pada kinerja karyawan, sehingga menjaga dan meningkatkan motivasi, self-efficacy, dan kepuasan kerja karyawan merupakan langkah krusial demi mencapai kinerja yang optimal dan tujuan perusahaan yang diinginkan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan sejauh mana motivasi dan disiplin kerja mempengaruhi loyalitas karyawan di PT PT. Dunia Sandang. Kemampuan untuk mengikuti instruksi, menerapkannya, dan melakukannya sambil sepenuhnya menyadari tanggung jawab seseorang adalah apa yang dimaksud dengan loyalitas. Komitmen karyawan terhadap perusahaan bukanlah satu-satunya faktor dalam menentukan tingkat loyalitas mereka; tingkat motivasi dan disiplin yang tinggi di antara rekan kerja juga dapat digunakan untuk mengukur loyalitas karyawan. Loyalitas merupakan sebuah tekad untuk kesanggupan dalam mentaati, melaksakana serta mengamalkan hal-hal yang telah dipatuhi dengan kesadaran penuh disertai tanggungjawab, loyalitas karyawan tidak hanya dapat diukur dari seberapa tinggi tingkat kesetiaan karyawan terhadap perusahaan, tetapi ketika para karyawan dapat memberikan dan membantu perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya, juga dapat didukung oleh tingginya tingkat disiplin dan motivasi para karyawan. Tingkat disiplin dan motivasi seorang karyawan pun akan berpengaruh, karena hal ini akan menyangkut kepada kepatuhan dan gairah karyawan dalam membantu perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Pada tingkat disiplin dapat dinilai dari bagaimana cara karyawan dalam mematuhi seluruh peraturan yang ada dengan baik, sedangkan pada motivasi dapat dinilai dari seberapa besar keinginan karyawan untuk dapat berkembang dan memiliki gagasan atau ide untuk dapat mempermudah pekerjaannya. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Deskriptif dan Analisis Verifikatif dengan pengujian Uji Normalitas, Analisis Korelasi, Uji Parsial dan Uji Simultan, sampel jenuh total 80 karyawan. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan dari temuan dari studi tentang Dampak Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja pada Loyalitas Karyawan bahwa hubungan yang kuat memiliki pengaruh parsial dan simultan pada loyalitas karyawan. Karena perusahaan dengan staf yang sangat disiplin akan memiliki karyawan yang memiliki rasa tanggung jawab yang kuat untuk tugas, tanggung jawab, dan tanggungjawab yang telah ditugaskan oleh perusahaan. Ini juga akan mendorong tingkat gairah dan semangat kerja serta pencapaian tujuan perusahaan serta tujuan karyawan dan semua orang yang terlibat dalam perusahaan. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to build an innovation strategy focused on commercial development for Berawal Coffee & Dimsum through the creation of opportunity-generating tactics. In this research, a case study was used along with a qualitative approach. The owner and management team of Berawal Coffee, who play an important role as key informants and are directly involved in the company's operations or part of the core management, are considered to have the best understanding of the business situation there. The researcher conducted interviews with these people. The researcher used the IFE, EFE, and QSPM matrices to find a number of opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses that became important elements in business development when creating a business plan for Berawal Coffee & Dimsum. Berawal Coffee's evaluation of the Internal and External (IE) Matrix shows that Berawal Coffee is in cell V position. To prevent a decline in sales and loss of profits, the next stage is product development. Berawal Coffee & Dimsum can expand its facilities and geographical reach while maximizing the use of technology for marketing purposes. This could be the first step to growing the company if the strategy is well formulated

Abstract

The objective of this study is to develop a design-oriented innovation strategy for the Potato Farmers Group through the formulation of strategies aimed at opportunity generation. This study employs a qualitative methodology with a case study approach. The researchers interviewed key informants who met the following criteria: they had to be the potato farmer group's core manager, still actively involved in the group's management, have potato farmland, and be directly involved in the cultivation of potato crops. These individuals were thought to be the most knowledgeable about the business situation of the potato farmer group. In order to create business plans that recognize various possibilities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses as crucial elements in business development, the IFE matrix design, the EFE matrix, and the QSPM matrix are utilized. The Potato Farmers Group is in cell V position and has the ability to increase market share, improve production methods, and leverage technology for marketing, according to the findings of the Internal and External Matrix (IE) assessment. Finding the appropriate strategy formula is the first step in starting a firm.

Abstract

This research aims to provide business development recommendations based on SWOT analysis using a business development strategy based on the canvas business model. This strategy uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The information collected in this research comes from interviews with business owners and references from logistics diaries, electronic books and various sources whose accuracy has been confirmed by involving information collection strategies as study archives. Based on the research results, the canvas business model analysis produces several suggestions and recommendations which are analyzed using SWOT analysis so that the owner can develop his business. The recommended canvas business model proposal is one where the items are included in the Value Proposition elements by creating a design that is competitive or new. In the Customer Relations element, an item is included in the Channel element by marketing the product through participation in all online stores, and events.

Abstract

Vocational High School as a center of excellence is a solution to increase the business productivity of the school. This study aims to find out the business strategies that have been carried out by schools using the Triple Layer Business Model Canvas (TLBMC) as a tool to explore business model innovations that are oriented towards. Descriptive research method using an approach based on the philosophy of post positivism, purposive, and snowball sampling from the principal, 5 teacher representatives and 5 student representatives at SMK PK Al Ikhlas Susuru Panawangan which is used as a reference source in finding information to start a business strategy. From the results of the study, it was concluded that based on the TLBMC mapping, the economic strata were well described, the use of unfriendly packaging had an impact on not describing the final element of life, and the extent to which the business carried out did not cause negative social impacts. The PMIA score shows a positive value, meaning that the business is appropriate and feasible to continue.

Abstract

Kota Bandung merupakan pemukiman padat penduduk. Terdapat 1 (satu) kelompok penduduk yang memanfaatkan lahan sungai cikatak di Kecamatan Sukajadi untuk budidaya Ikan Mas (cyprinus carpio), kelompok tersebut bernama Paguyuban Karamba Barokah. Kondisi saat ini Paguyuban Karamba Barokah dalam proses budidaya ikan mas mempunyai kesulitan mencari alternatif atau kerangka bisnis untuk meningkatkan kualitas maupun kuantitas produksi ikan mas. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat peneliti merumuskan design strategi business plan menggunakan business model canvas. Kelompok Keramba Barokah ini bisa mendapatkan benefit dari segi ekonomi. Hal ini dirasa wajar jika melihat dari kontribusi Kelompok Keramba Barokah baik dari segi lingkungan. Dari segi lingkungan dengan adanya keramba maka sungai akan dirawat dan dijaga. Sampah akan selalu dibersihkan setiap hari dan kualitas air akan menjadi lebih baik lagi. Potensi Ekonomi yang dimiliki oleh Kelompok Keramba Barokah sangat bagus apabila dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik serta perlu adanya pengembangan yang secara komprehensif dan berkelanjutan. The city of Bandung is a densely populated residential area. There is 1 (one) group of residents who use the Cikatak river land in Sukajadi District to cultivate Carp (Cyprinus carpio). This group is called Paguyuban Karamba Barokah. The current condition of the Barokah Karamba Community in the process of carp cultivation has difficulty finding alternatives or business frameworks to improve the quality and quantity of carp production. Researchers make a business plan design using a business model canvas in community service activities. Barokah Cage Group can get benefits from an economic perspective. This is considered reasonable if you look at the contribution of the Barokah Cage Group to the environment. The Community will manage the flow of the river and clean the river so the carp will have good habitat, this will give a good impact to the society. Garbage will always be cleaned every day and water quality will be even better. It has a lot of economic potential for the Barokah Cage Group if it can be implemented properly with comprehensive and sustainable development.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has changed the positive mindset of employees in improving performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of self-efficacy on work motivation and its impact on employee performance at PT Pungkook Indonesia One. This research was conducted in November 2022 - February 2023 by distributing questionnaires online to respondents selected by purposive sampling with a total of 100 people and questionnaire data using the Amos Graphic tool. This study found that self-efficacy has a positive effect on work motivation, work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, and self-efficacy has a positive effect on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The research aims to correlate enthusiasm in completing tasks with various aspects, emphasizing top management's role in formulating compensation policies to enhance overall company values. This study focuses on BPR Nusa Bandung, a financial service institution offering loans to its clients. Through a preliminary survey, observations revealed discomfort among employees, including instances of misappropriation of funds for personal gain. The study's objectives include understanding employee motivation, assessing the non-physical work environment, examining compensation structures, and investigating the combined influence of the non-physical work environment and compensation on employee motivation at BPR Nusa Bandung. Employing a quantitative approach, data was collected using questionnaires and direct observations from 45 employees through a census sampling method. The analysis indicated a significant impact of non-physical work environment and compensation on employee motivation, with a 51% influence collectively. The study contributes insights into the interplay of these factors within the context of BPR Nusa Bandung, emphasizing the importance of addressing the work environment's physical and non-physical aspects to enhance employee motivation.
