Abstract

The background of this research is that the model used by the teacher is not appropriate with the learning needs of students at MTsS Yati Kamang Mudik, the level of critical thinking of students seems less active in expressing opinions, not giving many suggestions or questions, not being able to explain problems, with the influence of the social environment. This research is a quantitative study. The research design used is Quasi-Experimental. The sample for this study was class VII students at MTsS Yati Kamang Mudik with a sample size of 40 students. The research samples were class VII-1 experimental using the Contextual Teaching and Learning model and class VII-2 control using the conventional model. Data analysis techniques used the Normality Test with the Kolmogorov Smirnov formula, and homogeneity test with Fisher's test followed by hypothesis testing with Independent t-test. The results of the study show that based on the results of data processing it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the use of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model as these results prove that the value of the experimental class Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.001. While the research alpha = 5% or 0.05. That is, the value of Sig. (2-tailed) is greater than the alpha value (0.001 <0.05) so that there is an influence of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model on students' critical thinking skills in the Akidah Akhlak lesson at MTsSYati kamang Mudik in class VII.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to learn how creative the PAI teachers at SMPN 2 Koto Balingka were when using the presentation software Power Point to engage their students who were less engaged in the learning process and more likely to experience frustration and boredom. And the pitfalls that teachers have to deal with while using Power Point. This study employed a descriptive quantitative methodology.Researchers play direct roles as planners, implementers, data collectors, data analysts, and report writers.Collecting information by means of observation, interviews, and written records.Information is gathered from interviews, documents, and libraries. This study's findings suggest that teachers can boost students' understanding of a subject by being creative with Power Point presentations. This can be done by providing clear explanations of the topic at hand, coming up with unique wording for slides, and showing relevant images. Teachers can become more innovative in their use of today's sophisticated technology by making use of Power Point presentations. Students can understand the material presented. The lack of an LCD projector, the disparity between student and teacher proficiency with the PowerPoint software, and the short amount of time available for its use are all factors that dampen teachers' inventiveness while using the program.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of Crowdfunding in supporting education financing management at SDN 02 Aur Kuning. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Crowdfunding as an alternative source of funds for schools and to identify the factors that contribute to the success of Crowdfunding campaigns in this educational environment. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze the role of Crowdfunding in supporting education financing management at SDN 02 Aur Kuning. This method was chosen because it allows researchers to gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon under study through the collection and analysis of non-numerical data. The results of this study show that Crowdfunding at SDN 02 Aur Kuning highlights the success in raising funds. Crowdfunding was successful for the renovation of science laboratories and scholarships for outstanding students, with substantial contributions from alumni, the community, and non-governmental organizations. Key challenges included a lack of managerial skills in managing the funds and issues of long-term funding sustainability. Success factors include active school involvement, effective communication strategies and transparency in fund management. Support from the community, alumni, and favorable regulations are also crucial in the success of Crowdfunding campaigns.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low activeness of student learning caused by learning that is still teacher-centered so that students do not actively participate in the learning process such as when the teacher asks questions no one raises their hand to answer the question, students also do not take the initiative to ask when the teacher does not understand what has been conveyed by the teacher, this is also caused by the use of monotonous learning strategies so that students feel bored and bored when learning takes place. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the use of Small Group Discussion learning strategies has on activeness study class VIII students at SMPN 1 Palupuh. This research is a Quasi-Experimental Design or quasi-experimental design. The design used is the Nonequivalent Control Group Design using quantitative data trends. The population in this study amounted to 60 people consisting of two classes. The sample for this study was class VIII 1 as the experimental class and class VIII 2 as the control class. The experimental class was given treatment using the Small Group Discussion strategy while the control class was not given treatment. The data analysis technique used was the t test which had previously passed the prerequisite analysis test by carrying out the normality and homogeneity tests. The results showed that there was an effect of using the Small Group Discussion strategy on student learning activity significantly with a significant value of Sig <0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and t count > t table (7120> 2.001), it can be concluded that is rejected and is accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using the focus group discussion method on students' enthusiasm for learning in the Islamic religious education subject class VIII SMPN 1 Sungai Pua. This research uses a quasi-experimental research method by taking two classes which are used as a control class and an experimental class. This research is a quantitative experiment, by giving pre-tests and post-tests to students in both classes. Totaling 50 people. The sampling technique was carried out using Cluster random sampling technique. The instrument used for data collection was a learning interest questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses normality, homogeneity tests, then continues with hypothesis testing. From the research results, it shows that the results of hypothesis testing that was carried out in the experimental class and control class obtained a Sig value. (Pvalue) = 0.001˂ α = 0.05. which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the results of these calculations, it can be concluded that there is an influence of using the focus group discussion method on students' enthusiasm/interest in learning in class VIII Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMPN 1 Sungai Pua.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi Guru lebih mengedepankan materi ajar daripada praktik tentang tanggung jawab dan jujur, perkembangan arus teknologi yang membuat guru sulit mengontrol siswa dalam mengembangkan karakter tanggung jawab dan jujur, kurangnya kerja sama antara pihak keluarga siswa dengan guru disekolah,  kurang terfokusnya guru menerapkan strategi dalam mengembangkan karakter tanggung jawab dan jujur dikarenakan latar belakang siswa yang berbeda, sebagian siswa masih ada yang menyontek saat ujian, sebagian siswa tidak mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi guru PAI mengembangkan karakter tanggung jawab dan jujur antara lain, memberikan pembiasaan, memberikan reward/ hadiah, memberikan punishment/ hukuman, memberikan keteladanan, memberikan nasehat serta memberikan cerita/ kisah. Namun didalam menerapkan strategi tersebut para guru mendapatkan hambatan atau kendala seperti latar belakang siswa yang berbeda, kebiasaan siswa yang buruk serta perkembangan arus teknologi.

Abstract

Quality education certainly requires efficient and accountable financial management in educational institutions. This research provides an in-depth review of the role of accountability in education financing at Markazul Quran Bukitinggi. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with a case study approach, data collection techniques include interviews. This research includes the mechanisms implemented in building accountability for education costs. Markazul Quran Bukitinggi in preparing, implementing and evaluating their financial accountability system. also highlights the important function of transparency in building the trust of stakeholders, including parents, teachers and the community. The aim of this research is to provide valuable insights for education stakeholders in a formal or non-formal educational institution, helping to understand how important financial accountability and transparency are in achieving sustainable and quality education goals.

Abstract

This research is motivated by several problems that the writer found at SMA Negeri 1 Canduang in scouting activities. Where in scouting activities there are still students who are not responsible, whereas in scouting the attitudes and actions of responsibility are clearly stated in the ninth Dasa Darma of scouting namely that scouts are responsible and trustworthy, but there are still students who follow scouts who do not carry out their responsibilities this study aims to find out the methods used by coaches in strengthening the attitude of responsibility of students, and what forms of attitude of responsibility are habituated in scouting. This type of research is field research of field research. The results of the study show that scout coaches use advice, prais, attention, reward and punishment methods in strengthening the attitude of responsibility of students who are still lacking.

Abstract

This research is motivated bythe low memory of some students when students are asked to repeat the material given the previous week, many are still fumbling. Then the results of observations found that the majority of students paid little attention when the teacher taught, indicating a lack of interest and understanding in fiqh lessons. Student learning outcomes scores are still below the minimum completeness criteria. The aim of this research is to determine whether the mind mapping learning method in fiqh subjects has a significant influence on students' memory at MTsN 5 West Pasaman regarding the material on halal and haram food provisions. This research is a quantitative research, the research design used isQuasi Experiment. The sample for this research was class VIII students at MTsN 5 West Pasaman with a sample size of 58 students. The research sample is class VIII. C experiment using the mind mapping method and class VIII. A control with conventional methods. The data analysis technique uses the Normality Test with the Shapiro Wilk formula, and the homogeneity test with the Fisher test followed by hypothesis testing with the paired sample t test. The research results show that based on the results of data processing it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the application of the mind mapping method as these results prove that the value of the experimental class Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 While research alpha = 5% or 0.05. This means that the Sig value. (2-tailed) is smaller than the alpha value (0.0000.05) so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of the mind mapping method on students' memory in the MTsN 5 West Pasaman fiqh class VIII material on halal and haram food provisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using graphic image media on student learning outcomes at MTs Al-Washliyah Sorkam. This study is a quantitative study with a research design that uses Quasi Experiment. The sample of this study was grade VII students at MTs Al-Washliyah Sorkam with a sample size of 60 students. The sample of the study was class VII A Experiment using graphic image media and class VII B Control with conventional methods, data analysis techniques using hypothesis testing with paired sample tests. The results showed that there was a significant effect on the use of graphic image media on student learning outcomes in the subject of aqidah akhlak at MTs Al-Washliyah Sorkam class VII A. As these results prove that the value of the experimental class Sig (2-tailed) = 0.000 while alpha (0.000 <0.05), with an average value using graphic image media of 72.83.
