Abstract

This study discusses fundraising strategies in private madrasahs in response to limited government funding and increasing demands for quality education services. The study focuses on Islamic education management, with an emphasis on madrasah independence. The main question posed is: what strategies do private madrasahs employ in fundraising, and how do these strategies impact the quality of educational services? This study adopts a qualitative approach through case studies, with data collected from madrasah heads, committees, and the surrounding community. The results indicate that effective strategies include collaboration with committees, asset utilisation, alumni participation, and cultural approaches. These strategies significantly contribute to improving facilities, teacher welfare, and the quality of learning. This research emphasises the importance of participatory and innovative financial management in ensuring the sustainability of education in private madrasahs.

Abstract

Financial management in educational institutions in schools is something very important in supporting the quality of education. To realize quality education, professional financial management is needed, so that problems related to school finances can be managed effectively and as efficiently as possible to support a quality learning process. The purpose of this study is to find out how to apply financial management in educational institutions in SD Negeri 17 Cegek. The data collection techniques used in this study were through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis show that SD Negeri 17 Cegek has implemented professional financial management and in accordance with theory, namely implementing education financing planning, education financing sources, implementation or implementation of education financing, accountability and evaluation of education financing. With these results, overall activities related to financial management management at SD Negeri 17 Cegek are in accordance with the regulations set by the government.

Abstract

Joyfull learning means fun learning. The joyfull larning method is a learning method that is preferred by students which is comfortable, safe dan exciting so that learning runs effectively and efficiently. The problem with the researcher’s observations resulted in the conlusion that there was a lack of student activity in expressing their opinions in class, student were still lazy in participating in learning, some student preferred listening rather than reading due to students; lack of interest in reading in class. In this study, the aim was to find out the effect of the joyfull learning method on student activity in PAI learning at UPTD SDN 02 Mungka for class III students using the material Thanking Allah SWT. this research uses an experimental research methodology with a pre-experimental design type one-group pretest-posttest research design. This research carried out tests before and after being given treatment in the form of questinnaires to third grade students. The big influence of applying method with results of the t test calculation in the form of a paired sample t-test shows that the significant value is 0.030, which means less than 0.05, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant difference in student activity before and after using the joyfull learning method.

Abstract

One factor that can influence learning motivation is learning methods. This research was motivated by a problem when the researcher made observations, where there were still some students who lacked enthusiasm for learning, did not listen to the teacher, and still had low motivation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the seventh grade PAI class at SMP Negeeri 1 in the Payakumbuh District to see how the peer tutoring method affected the students' enthusiasm to learn. Thinking about how little relevant and suitable procedures are used. By dividing a population into a control group and an experimental group, IM studies employ a quasi-experimental study design. The students in both classes will be given pre- and post-tests as part of this research. The research found that the Sig. (pvalue) = 0.026a 0.05 for the control class and experimental class indicated that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, respectively, in the hypothesis testing. The computations show that the implementation of the peer-guided learning technique affects the learning outcomes of seventh grade PAI students at SMP Negeri 1 Kecemaaten Payakumbuh.

Abstract

The educational institutions at the moment are controlled in the financial management of schools in the educational institution. Therefore, in an educational institution it is very important to implement a system of guarantees in the financial management of the school so that the educational institutions can manage their finances effectively and effectively. The aim of this research is to look at the system of funding in the school's financial management in SMAN 5. This research uses qualitative methodology, in particular using descriptive analysis and type of research case studies in the field. This research focuses on the theme of school education. Research findings suggest that budgetary planning has been proven effective by the existence of accurate manual accounting evidence and financial management carried out with the principles of openness and public accountability. Financial management at SMAN 5 Payakrasuh has successfully adopted the concept of openness and accountability in its internal reporting. It has been found that 85% of the money has been spent according to the planned.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif konsep, implementasi, dan tantangan dalam penilaian serta manajemen kinerja sumber daya manusia (SDM) di lembaga pendidikan Islam. SDM pendidikan memiliki peran strategis dalam mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan Islam yang berlandaskan nilai keimanan, keilmuan, dan akhlak mulia. Oleh karena itu, penilaian dan manajemen kinerja tidak hanya berfokus pada hasil kerja dan aspek administratif, tetapi juga mencakup dimensi moral, spiritual, dan sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kepustakaan (library research) yang dipadukan dengan observasi lapangan dan wawancara di MA TI Paninggahan , Kabupaten Solok. Data diperoleh dari literatur akademik, peraturan pemerintah seperti Permendiknas No. 16 Tahun 2007. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian kinerja yang objektif, transparan, dan berbasis nilai Islam seperti amanah, ikhlas, dan profesionalisme mampu meningkatkan motivasi, kedisiplinan, serta kinerja pendidik. Sistem manajemen kinerja yang baik juga mendukung pengembangan profesional melalui perencanaan, monitoring, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut yang berkelanjutan. Namun, keterbatasan sumber daya, kebijakan, dan adaptasi teknologi masih menjadi kendala utama. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi nilai Islam dengan praktik manajemen modern dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk mewujudkan sistem pendidikan Islam yang unggul, kompetitif, dan berorientasi spiritual.

Abstract

The financing system in Islamic education plays a crucial role in maintaining the continuity and quality of educational services. This paper aims to discuss the concept and practice of implementing an Islamic education financing system that focuses on the economic independence of the institution. Through the literature study method and descriptive-analytical approach, this research reveals that the financing pattern based on economic independence is developed through the optimization of institutional assets, productive waqf management, utilization of zakat, infaq, and sadaqah (ZIS) funds, and the establishment of independent business units. The findings show that Islamic educational institutions that are able to realize economic independence can reduce dependence on external funding, strengthen financial stability, and strengthen their position in developing long-term educational programs. This model also contributes to community economic empowerment through synergy between the education and business sectors based on Islamic principles. Therefore, strengthening the economic management of the institution is a key aspect of creating a sustainable and quality financing system. This study recommends the need for innovative and collaborative strategies in managing economic resources to support the realization of independent and competitive Islamic education financing.

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRDM) in Islamic education plays a strategic role in shaping professional and educational educators with noble character. This article aims to examine the basic concepts of HRDM from the perspective of Islamic education, emphasizing the importance of integrating spiritual, moral, and professional values in the management of human resources in Islamic educational institutions. This research utilizes the library research method, analyzing various relevant literature, journals, and research findings. The study results indicate that HRDM in Islamic education is not only focused on efficiency and productivity, but also on applying Islamic principles such as trust, justice, responsibility, and cooperation in every managerial aspect. The main functions of HRDM in Islamic education include planning, organizing, directing, supervising, and developing individual potential based on Islamic values. The ultimate goal is to create human resources who are competent, possess good morals, and are able to make a positive contribution to the progress of educational institutions and the benefit of the people. Thus, the basic concept of HRDM from an Islamic perspective becomes an important foundation for realizing an education system that is holistic, equitable, and oriented toward Divine values.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji konsep perencanaan, rekrutmen, dan pengangkatan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di SD Islam Terpadu (SDIT) Al Islah Bukittinggi sebagai salah satu sekolah dasar Islam swasta yang bernaung di bawah Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi dan telah terakreditasi A. Fokus kajian diarahkan pada bagaimana lembaga merencanakan kebutuhan guru dan tenaga kependidikan, pola rekrutmen yang digunakan, serta mekanisme pengangkatan yang berlandaskan regulasi pendidikan nasional dan nilai-nilai Islam. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kepustakaan tentang manajemen SDM pendidikan Islam dan penelusuran data sekunder terkait profil SD Islam Al Islah Bukittinggi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan SDM idealnya dilakukan melalui analisis kebutuhan berbasis kompetensi, rekrutmen yang sistematis dan transparan, serta pengangkatan yang mempertimbangkan kualifikasi akademik, kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, profesional, serta integritas spiritual calon pendidik. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi konsep manajemen SDM modern dengan nilai-nilai keislaman dalam pengelolaan guru dan tenaga kependidikan di SDIT Al Islah Bukittinggi.​

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Transformasi pendidikan melalui Kurikulum Merdeka (KM) dengan penekanan pada Project-Based Learning (PBL) dan kesejahteraan siswa (student well-being) menuntut Sekolah Islam untuk secara serius mengelola Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3). Kesenjangan terjadi karena K3 belum terintegrasi secara struktural, padahal memiliki landasan filosofis kuat dalam Maqashid Syariah (khususnya Hifzhun Nafs). Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan model konseptual integrasi K3 yang efektif dalam kerangka KM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis analisis konten terhadap dokumen regulasi K3, Kurikulum Merdeka (CP PAI dan P5), serta literatur teologis (Maqashid Syariah). Analisis data dilakukan secara induktif untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan, memetakan ruang integrasi, dan mengembangkan model konseptual. Ditemukan bahwa K3 merupakan pilar vital Manajemen Risiko Institusi (MRI) Sekolah Islam. Model integrasi yang diusulkan adalah Model Tiga Pilar, yang melibatkan: 1) Landasan Filosofis (Hifzhun Nafs) sebagai justifikasi nilai; 2) Integrasi Kurikuler Infiltratif melalui PAI (untuk penanaman etika dan nilai) dan P5 (untuk pengembangan keterampilan praktis K3); dan 3) Tujuan Manajerial (Penguatan MRI). Model ini memanfaatkan fleksibilitas P5 untuk mewujudkan kompetensi keselamatan pada siswa. Integrasi K3 dalam Kurikulum Pendidikan Islam tidak hanya memenuhi standar operasional, tetapi juga menegaskan identitas keagamaan. Model Tiga Pilar memberikan kerangka kerja terstruktur bagi Sekolah Islam untuk mengimplementasikan K3 secara berkelanjutan, mengubah K3 dari sekadar kepatuhan menjadi bagian integral dari budaya akhlak dan strategi mitigasi risiko. Model ini direkomendasikan untuk diuji validitas dan efektivitasnya dalam penelitian lanjutan.
