Abstract

This research aims to investigate and analyze the influence of financial knowledge, financial attitude and locus of control variables on personal financial management behavior of undergraduate students in the Management Study Program at Primagraha University class of 2021. This research applies a quantitative approach using primary data with a non-probability sampling method using purposive techniques sampling.. Data collection technique by distributing questionnaires to 50 undergraduate students of the Management Study Program at Primagraha University class of 2021. The test results show that financial knowledge towards personal financial management behavior shows a calculated t value = -4.683 and a sig probability value of 0,000. The financial attitude variable towards personal financial management behavior shows a t value = 8.956 and a sig probability value of 0,000. And the locus of control variable on personal financial management behavior shows a t value = 3.180 and a sig probability value of 0,003. The results of this research partially show that the variables financial knowledge, financial attitude, and locus of control have a significant influence on personal financial management behavior.

Abstract

In this research, the focus is on the analysis to distinguish the influence of consumer behavior on online purchases and offline purchases. It is known that currently there are many sites to conduct online transactions and allow consumers to rely on online purchases to meet their needs. The experience in online purchasing tends to have a greater impact on consumer purchasing decisions compared to offline purchasing experiences. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method by conducting a questionnaire to a large number of respondents with certain categories aimed at collecting consumer shopping data. This data can then be analyzed using statistical methods to determine whether there is a significant difference between online purchases and offline purchases.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to test and analyze the influence of teamwork, communication and work discipline on employee performance at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Rumbia. This research method is quantitative research and descriptive research. A population of several workers at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Rumbia participated in this research. Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational School Rumbia, numbering approximately 30 employees using validity and reliability tests. This data analytical model uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the research are also the conclusions of the research. Partial teamwork has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Rumbia. One of the impacts is positive and significant communication on the performance of employees at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Rumbia. Partially, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work results. At the same time, teamwork, communication and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the work results of employees at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Rumbia.

Abstract

Primagraha University carries out community service activities in several sub-districts in Serang-Banten which aim to improve student development in the social environment. In this case, UPG sent several students to participate in social life in the community. The materials and methods used in this research are descriptive qualitative methods, this type of research basically uses a deductive-inductive approach. The research location "Socialization of ABDIMAS Primagraha University in the Education Sector and Economic Sector of Vaname Shrimp Cultivation" was carried out in Tanara District, precisely in Kp.Sipanjang Ds.Tenjoayu, Serang-Banten, which is familiar as Kp.Vaname. The research was carried out for approximately three months from September to November 2023. The results of the research were that before carrying out the Community Service's duties, they carried out socialization first in the village sub-district office to get direction in the observations that would be carried out. Where the socialization that will be carried out by ABDIMAS is related to the education sector and the economic sector in the village. Socialization is a process of interaction and learning carried out by a human from birth to the end of his life in a cultural society. The education sector in this area opens our eyes to how much ethics must be applied in the school environment and outside of school. However, the economic sector in the village utilizes existing natural resources, so that its livelihood is in accordance with the characteristics of the village by managing resources from fisheries and then the "BUMDES Sejahtera Bersama" was established to make it easier for the community to develop their livelihoods. From the results of observations as a community servant, socialization is a very important activity so that we remain well connected with the community.

Abstract

The success of a business unit depends on leadership, teamwork and employee performance. Leadership style and teamwork in leading is very influential and is a determining factor in the ups and downs of employee performance, therefore it is clear that every company needs an effective leadership style and perfect teamwork. The aim of this research is to simultaneously and partially determine the variables of leadership style and team work on employee performance at Kopsyah Raya Banda Madani Curug Branch. The type of data in this research is associative, namely research that asks about the relationship between two variables. The population in this study was all 14 employees. Data collection techniques include interviews with employees and distributing questionnaires to all employees. From the explanation above it can be concluded that the role of leadership and teamwork is important in achieving organizational goals, because in this case apart from depending on the reliability and ability of employees in operating, work units in an organization, leadership effectiveness and the influence and role of leadership are very necessary because in essence success An organization is determined by a good leadership style and teamwork so that it is developed within the organization to achieve organizational goals.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how economic development is Digital and factors that influence the income of MSME business actors in Serang City. Method The research used is qualitative descriptive research, the data collection method is through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The informants in this research are MSME business actors in Serang , there are approximately 10,321 MSMEs from various types of businesses spread across Serang Jaya City as research objects. The results of this research show there is a positive and significant partial influence of the digital economy on perpetrators' income MSME businesses in Serang. Meanwhile, factors that support and hinder the MSME sector in the digital economy perspective, namely the ability to know how to use technological media which is a supporting indicator of the success of the digital economy.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan pesat e-commerce di Indonesia telah mengubah cara konsumen mengambil keputusan pembelian, terutama pada produk fashion seperti kaos unisex yang dijual secara massal oleh banyak toko online. Dalam kondisi pasar yang kompetitif dan produk yang relatif homogen, reputasi digital seperti ulasan dan rating menjadi faktor kunci pembeda yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan pengaruh ulasan (review) dan rating terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada produk kaos unisex di platform e-commerce Shopee. Kaos unisex dipilih karena sifatnya yang netral gender, bersifat umum, dan sangat populer di pasar online, sehingga menjadi contoh ideal untuk melihat peran ulasan dan rating dalam memengaruhi minat beli. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan teknik observasi terhadap lima toko kaos unisex yang memiliki performa penjualan berbeda. Data dianalisis berdasarkan rating toko dan produk, jumlah ulasan, proporsi bintang, serta isi ulasan positif dan negatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ulasan konsumen, terutama yang bersifat visual dan deskriptif, memberikan pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap keputusan pembelian dibandingkan rating. Toko dengan kombinasi rating tinggi dan ulasan yang mendetail terbukti mendominasi penjualan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya ulasan sebagai bentuk electronic word of mouth dalam membentuk persepsi dan keputusan konsumen di era digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh distribusi, harga, dan promosi terhadap peningkatan penjualan Mie Sedaap di Sharjah Coop, Uni Emirat Arab, berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan dari observasi dan analisis penjualan selama periode tertentu. Data menunjukkan bahwa Mie Sedaap memiliki distribusi yang hanya mencapai 0.07% saja di seluruh cabang Sharjah Coop, dengan harga rata-rata produk sebesar AED 9.40 per paket. Selain itu, promosi yang dilakukan, seperti diskon dan kampanye iklan, berhasil meningkatkan visibilitas produk dan menarik perhatian konsumen, yang tercermin dalam peningkatan penjualan selama periode penelitian. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa strategi distribusi yang efisien, penetapan harga yang kompetitif, dan promosi yang efektif merupakan faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan penjualan Mie Sedaap di pasar lokal. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi manajemen Mie Sedaap untuk terus mengoptimalkan ketiga elemen tersebut guna mencapai pertumbuhan penjualan yang berkelanjutan di Sharjah Coop..

Abstract

Seiring perkembangan bisnis saat ini, selain peningkatan produksi, banyak upaya pemberdayaan UMKM juga perlunya memperluas pemasaran produk, karena UMKM Indonesia umumnya mengalami kesulitan dalam pengembangan, salah satu penyebabnya karena terbatasnya cakupan pemasaran. Pemasaran digital adalah bentuk strategi pemasaran yang melibatkan pemasaran produk sedemikian rupa sehingga sampai kepada konsumen dengan cepat dan tepat waktu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi digital yang akan dilakukan dalam meningkatkan omset penjualan pada era perkembangan internet dengan digital marketing. Dalam penulisan karya ilmiah ini, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah informan yang memberikan data penelitian melalui wawancara dan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi serta data yang telah penulis kumpulkan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa UMKM Sushi SamPuji menggunakan strategi pemasaran digital dalam meningkatkan omset penjualan sangat efektif dilakukan untuk mengikuti tren terkini agar dapat menjangkau masyarakat secara lebih luas. Kepada peneliti selanjutnya mungkin dapat lebih banyak menyampaikan tentang pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan penjualan omset, dan mungkin dapat mencari permasalahan baru tentang pemasaran digital pada UMKM di sekitar

Abstract

Purchasing decisions are a crucial stage in the marketing process that is influenced by a number of factors. brand image (product image), lifestyle, and location have become important aspects that play a significant role in shaping consumer preferences Badag Ice Tea in Pandeglang will provide deep insight into how these elements interact with each other and contribute to consumer purchasing decisions. This type of research is quantitative with the aim of tracking the impact between independent factors (autonomous variables) and reliant variables (subordinate variables). the research place is Es Teh Badag Pandeglang. the research time was conducted for approximately 3 months from November 2023 to January 2024.The results of this study indicate that the f test of brand image, lifestyle and location simultaneously and significantly affects the purchasing decision of badag ice tea in pandeglang. The t test results show that brand image, lifestyle and location have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for badag ice tea in pandeglang. The R2 value of 0.609 or 60.9% means that the brand image, lifestyle and area factors have an impact of 60.9% on purchasing decisions, the excess 39.1% is influenced by factors outside the focus such as value, progress and service quality.
