Abstract

The project program to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students is a form of character education contained in the Merdeka Curriculum. In contrast to character education in the 2013 Curriculum, the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students is that character education is presented in a more systematic and measurable manner. One of the characters that can be developed through this program is the character of nationalism, as a mandate of national education goals. Apart from that, the project program to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students must be carried out periodically by schools as formal educational institutions. This research uses a qualitative research methodology, where the research locations are several vocational high schools in Jakarta, with respondents from school stakeholders, such as deputy principals for curriculum, teachers involved in the program and program object students. The results of this research show that all schools that are research locations can implement project programs to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. There are various obstacles and obstacles faced by schools in its implementation. This research aims to see how the project program to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students is implemented in several vocational high schools. Are there any obstacles in its implementation.

Abstract

Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran saat ini disetiap sekolah terutama di SMP ditemukan berbagai macam kendala atau permasalahan terutama dikalangan peserta didiknya yang dimana beberapa murid mengalami kurangnya semangat belajar serta minat dan motivasi belajarnya yang menurun terhadap mata pelajaran yang guru ajarkan. Hal ini juga terjadi di salah satu SMP di Jakarta yaitu SMP Budaya dimana beberapa peserta didiknya mengalami penurunan semangat dan motivasi belajarnya. jika dilihat permasalah ini diakibatkan pendidik/guru kurang memanfaatkan media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan kreatif yang dapat menarik semangat serta minat dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan di sekolah. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang bisa diterapkan pada masa pembelajaran saat ini dan media ini sangat mudah dan terjangkau yaitu media poster digital. Hal ini dampaknya dapat membuat peserta didik memiliki semangat sertta minat dan motivasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran selain itu juga sangat bermanfaat untuk pendidik dalam mengatasi keterbatasan waktu jam pelajaran saat ini dalam mengajar. Dengan demikian Pelatihan Pembuatan Media Pembelajaran Poster Digital Bagi Pendidik Di SMP Budaya Kota Jakarta Timur sangat perlu dilakukan agar menjadi salah satu referensi untuk para pendidik/guru disekolah tersebut dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research wants to examine how Sutan Sjahrir's views on Indonesian independence through the Perjuangan Kita pamphlet. At the same time, it states if the pamphlet Perjuangan Kita is still relevant to be analyzed today. This research uses the historiography method that is strengthened by supporting literacy. Sutan Sjahrir was one of the founding fathers, who in the early days of Indonesian independence had the opportunity to put his thoughts into a pamphlet, which was later named Perjuangan Kita. The pamphlet Perjuangan Kita, which was written at the same time as the events of November 1945, contained Sutan Sjahrir's criticisms and suggestions on Indonesia's independence, and how it should be managed. There were at least three main points put forward by Sutan Sjahrir in the Perjuangan Kita pamphlet. First, the independence gained was not a gift from Japan. Second, the management of independence should not be given to former Dutch and Japanese accomplices. And thirdly, Sutan Sjahrir's displeasure with fascism that gave birth to blind nationalism in the Indonesian people.

Abstract

Jika pada abad ke-19 hanya dikenal satu jenis pendekatan penelitian, yaitu pendekatan monodisipliner, maka sejak abad ke-20 sampai dengan hari ini telah terjadi perkembangan yang pesat mengenai pendekatan penelitian, yakni lahirnya pendekatan multidisipliner, interdisipliner, transdisipliner, bahkan post-disipliner. Dua pendekatan yang pertama, yakni multidisipliner dan interdisipliner bahkan telah diterapkan dalam penelitian kesejarahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pendekatan multidisipliner dan interdisipliner dalam lingkup kajian sejarah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan. Dari penelitian didapati jika penggunaan pendekatan multidisipliner dan interdisipliner dalam kajian kesejarahan dapat menghasilkan penulisan sejarah yang lebih bersifat analitis dan mendalam, alih-alih hanya kronologis yang cenderung ‘kering’. Dua pendekatan ini menjadikan hasil penelitian sejarah menjadi multidimensional, dimana sejarah dapat dilihat dari berbagai sudut pandang yang beragam.

Abstract

The degradation of the value of tolerance that occurs today as a result of the strengthening of social hegemony, class sentiment, and primordialism requires anticipatory efforts, one of which is by strengthening the value of tolerance through the means of learning history at school. The research aims to analyze the strengthening of tolerance values via multicultural education content in high school history learning. By using a qualitative method through a literature study approach, trying to analyze various relevant literature and documents related to the theme of the study. Data analysis techniques using content analysis, data validity using a triangulation model by checking findings and comparing between sources. The research findings include a description of the content of tolerance values and the design of strengthening these values through multicultural education in high school history learning. The results show that strengthening the value of tolerance through multicultural education in high school history learning can be integrated with an additive approach, namely by presenting factual issues around intolerance, and encouraging students to actualize the value of tolerance extracted from previous history material to address factual issues or applied in the context of social studies-based history learning. This research contributes to history teachers and is used as a reference to optimize history learning as an alternative means of strengthening students' tolerance values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan alternatif pilihan kepada para Guru IPS menengai cara penanaman nilai-nilai demokrasi melalui pembelajaran IPS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kepustakaan atau library research dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penggalian beragam informasi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini didapat, jika penanaman nilai-nilai demokrasi melalui pembelajaran IPS dapat dilakukan, meskipun bukan proses yang mudah. Hal ini disebabkan karena tema dan materi dalam mata pelajaran IPS masih terlalu banyak. Hal ini dapat mempengaruhi minat dan motivasi pembelajaran peserta didik. Guru IPS sebagai fasilitator pembelajaran harus dengan cermat melihat materi yang akan digunakan sebagai media penanaman nilai-nilai demokrasi karena tidak semua materi dapat digunakan. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penanaman nilai demokrasi yang paling sesuai adalah diskusi disebabkan oleh karkteristik metode ini yang memungkinkan peserta didik dapat menerapkan berbagai ketrampilan sosial yang sesuai.The inculcation of democratic values through social studies learning This study aims to provide a choice for social studies teachers regarding how to inculcate democratic values through social studies learning. The research method used in this study is the library research method where data collection is carried out by extracting various library information. The results of this study are obtained if the inculcation of democratic values through social studies learning can be carried out, although it is not an easy process. This is because there are too many themes and materials in social studies subjects. This can affect the interest and motivation of students' learning. Social studies teachers as learning facilitators must carefully look at the material that will be used as a medium for inculcating democratic values because not all materials can be used. The most appropriate method used in inculcating democratic values is discussion due to the characteristics of this method which allows students to apply various appropriate social skills.

Abstract

Learning history among students is still stigmatized as boring. One of the reasons for this is that history teachers rarely make variations in the use of learning models. Role playing can be a learning model in history learning. This research uses the method of library research (library research) with documentation data collection techniques, and content analysis techniques (content analysis). The documents used in this research include notes, books, papers or scientific articles, textbooks and regulations. The purpose of this study was to see how the analysis of role playing learning models in history learning at the senior high school (SMA) level can foster reflective thinking skills? Based on the results of the study, the role playing learning model is not just a role play, but a learning model that encourages students to increase their social sensitivity by playing the characters in events, and also encourages reflective thinking skills as one of the higher order thinking skills in students.

Abstract

Tegowangi Temple is one of the important relics of the Majapahit Kingdom era, which not only holds historical and architectural value but also has great potential as a medium for local cultural education. However, the low awareness of the surrounding community regarding the importance of preserving this cultural heritage site poses a challenge that needs to be addressed through a contextual and communicative educational approach. This community service activity aims to strengthen the cultural literacy of the community in Tegowangi Village, Plemahan Sub-district, Kediri Regency, through the development of educational leaflets as an attractive and easily accessible medium for socialization. The leaflets are designed with content based on scientific literature and popular historical narratives, containing information about the location, history, and architecture of Tegowangi Temple. The implementation methods include field observations, limited interviews with local figures, literature reviews, the creation of visual content based on participatory graphic design, and the distribution of leaflets to the community and visitors. This activity involved collaboration between faculty members, students, and village officials as active partners. The results of the activity demonstrated that the leaflet played a significant role in enhancing the community's knowledge of local cultural heritage, fostering a sense of ownership toward the historical site, and encouraging community participation in long-term conservation efforts. This program is recommended as a community-based visual education model that can be replicated at other cultural sites using a similar approach.

Abstract

Within the scope of urban history there are 4 periods, namely prehistoric, traditional, colonial, and modern. One of the cities that has historical heritage, either in the form of buildings or building structures is Depok City. Depok during the colonial period was an area of ​​Gementee Bestuur which was given the freedom to manage its own territory. Therefore, in Depok City there are many relics of the colonial period identified as cultural heritage, but not all Depok people know that Depok has a long history of cultural heritage in its area. Meanwhile, the objectives of this study are (1) to identify the cultural heritage in Depok City; and (2) to analyze efforts to build public historical awareness through the identification of cultural heritage in Depok City. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study found that there are 21 cultural heritages in Depok City. To raise awareness of history in the Depok community through the identification of cultural heritage, it can be done by (1) incorporating the introduction of the cultural heritage of the City of Depok into the local content; (2) conduct socialization on various cultural heritages in Depok City; (3) make routine 'Depok Heritage Festival' activities; and (4) inserting a list of identified cultural heritages into the depok.go.id website.

Abstract

In the Merdeka Curriculum there are changes in substance in subjects at the upper secondary level. One of the subjects that has changed is the subject of history. The history subjects in the Merdeka Curriculum were again merged into Indonesian history subjects, which were previously Indonesian history subjects for compulsory groups and specialization groups. This study uses a descriptive qualitative methodology, with the aim of seeing how the implementation of history learning in the Independent Curriculum at the senior secondary level, and knowing the inhibiting factors in its implementation. The results of the study found that there were still history teachers who did not understand the concept and implementation of history learning in the Independent Curriculum; The Merdeka Curriculum is considered more practical and flexible compared to the 2013 Curriculum; and the lack of outreach and training in the Independent Curriculum for history teachers.
