Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of heat flux on the frequency of bubbles appearing in boiling ponds. All fluid movement in pool boiling is caused by natural convection currents. The boiling pool consists of four areas of the pool boiling regime. The division of the four areas is based on the value of the heat flux and the difference between the surface temperature of the heater and the fluid. Using a two-phase heat transfer unit (H654 P.A. Hilton machine), The results showed that the power used greatly influences the boiling process, and besides that, the volume of water used also affects the duration of the boiling process. Based on tests using various power levels of 75 W, 110 W, 168 W, 237.5 W, and 290 W. The occurrence of bubbles will be faster and more numerous when using a lower volume of water and greater power. The heat transfer will be greater if a bubble appears, where latent heat plays a very important role. With mathematical analysis, an increase of 1 bubble per minute occurs for every increase in heat flux of 1.3 W/m2.

Abstract

Pentingnya Computational Thinking (CT) dalam pembelajaran matematika semakin meningkat seiring dengan tuntutan pengembangan Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). Namun, kajian yang ada masih bersifat terfragmentasi. Perbedaan tersebut mencakup aspek definisi konseptual, indikator utama, serta strategi pembelajaran dalam pengembangan CT. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa integrasi temuan penelitian mengenai pengembangan CT dalam pendidikan matematika masih terbatas.  Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis konsep, indikator, dan upaya peningkatan CT melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Tinjauan dilakukan dengan mengacu pada metode PRISMA yang mencakup tahap identifikasi, penyaringan, kelayakan, dan inklusi. Sebanyak 12 artikel yang dipublikasikan pada rentang tahun 2018–2025 dipilih dari basis data Google Scholar, Garuda, dan ScienceDirect berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang telah ditetapkan. Analisis dilakukan secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola utama dalam penelitian terkait CT. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa CT dipahami sebagai proses berpikir logis, sistematis, dan algoritmik yang mencakup enam indikator utama, yaitu dekomposisi, abstraksi, berpikir algoritmik, pengenalan pola, generalisasi, dan debugging. Dekomposisi dan berpikir algoritmik merupakan indikator yang paling dominan dalam berbagai studi. Selain itu, peningkatan CT dalam pembelajaran matematika umumnya dilakukan melalui tiga kategori strategi utama. Pertama, pendekatan pembelajaran, seperti Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) dan Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Kedua, model pembelajaran, seperti Search, Solve, Create, and Share (SSCS) dan Problem-Based Learning (PBL). Ketiga, pemanfaatan media digital, seperti GeoGebra dan Scratch. Secara umum, hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi CT cenderung berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berpikir logis dan analitis siswa. Meskipun demikian, implementasinya masih terkendala oleh keterbatasan sarana pendukung dan variasi tingkat pemahaman guru terhadap konsep CT.

Abstract

This study addresses a critical limitation in conventional manufacturing analysis by demonstrating that dimensional variation in injection-molded press-fit systems should be interpreted as an interaction-driven phenomenon rather than independent geometric effects. The research focuses on lock stem and cover dimensions produced in a multi-cavity injection molding system, where geometric dependency leads to strong multicollinearity among variables. A quantitative approach was applied using actual production data, including dimensional measurements and separation force testing. Multiple linear regression was employed to model the relationship between geometric parameters and mechanical performance, supported by classical assumption testing and multicollinearity diagnostics. The results indicate a very high coefficient of determination, showing that dimensional variation collectively explains most of the separation force variability. However, severe multicollinearity limits the reliability of individual parameter interpretation and highlights the need for system-level analysis. Statistical Process Control confirms that the process operates within stable limits, while process capability analysis shows compliance with specification requirements. Despite this, variation in separation force persists, indicating high sensitivity to small geometric deviations. These findings emphasize that process stability alone is insufficient to ensure consistent performance. This study introduces an integrated framework combining regression, SPC, and capability analysis, providing both theoretical insight and practical guidance for improving dimensional control in precision manufacturing.
