Abstract

The background of the problem in this study, namely the low interest in learning of class X (Ten) students in learning Islamic cultural history (SKI) at MAN 2 Bogor City, this research aims to find out whether there is a "relationship between teacher social competence and interest in students of class X (Ten) in the subject of Islamic cultural history (SKI) at MAN 2 Bogor City. The research used by researchers is quantitative research and correlation methods. The data source that the researcher obtained was the result of the questionnaire answers which the researcher distributed to 200 "respondents". The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between the two variables with a correlation coefficient value (R = 0.48, Sig (2-tailed) = 0.003) and based on the value of the coefficient of determination shows a number of 68.61%, which means the level value the social competence of the SKI teacher is included in the good category, while 70.76% means the level of interest in learning of class X (Ten) students in SKI subjects at MAN 2 Bogor City. The conclusion from this study is that the higher the social competence of the teacher, the higher the learning interest of class X (Ten) students in SKI subjects at MAN 2 Bogor City. Abstract

Orang tua dan anak adalah satu ikatan jiwa dalam keterpisahan raga, peran orang tua sangatlah penting bagi para anak, Maka orang tua adalah pendidik pertama dan utama dan akan menjadi model yang ditiru, diteladani akhlak atau perilaku oleh anaknya. Karena anak sangat mudah meniru apa yang dilakukan orang tuanya. Adapun tujuan penelitian agar mengetahui pola asuh orang tua terhadap siswa-siswi, dan mengetahui kepribadian siswa dalam penyalahgunaan media soisal terhadap siswa-siswi, serta mengetahui hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan kepribadian siswa dan penyalahgunaan media sosial di SMAN 2 Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis product moment dan kolerasi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan pola asuh orang tua dan kepribadian siswa tergolong tinggi serta penyalahgunaan media sosial tergolong sedang. Hipotesis menunjukkan pola asuh orang tua dengan kepribadian siswa dan penyalahgunaan media sosial nilai (Sig 2 tailed) product moment dan Sig F change kolerasi ganda adalah sama-sama 0,000 dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan kepribadian siswa dan penyalahgunaan media sosial secara simultan  karena  Sig F Change 0,000 < 0,05. H0 ditolak dan disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua (X1) dengan kepribadian siswa (X2) dan penyalahgunaan media sosial (Y).

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility is a social and environmental responsibility for companies that can be a solution in overcoming existing problems, such as environmental damage and the distance between people's economic levels that occur in an area. In Islam itself, CSR is a consequence that must be applied in conducting business, so that it is in accordance with the objectives of Islamic law, namely maslahat (maqashid al syai'ah). But in reality there are still few companies that implement the CSR program. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the implementation of the CSR program at PT Brilian Elok Sukses, as well as the suitability of the program in the view of Islamic economics. In this study, researchers used qualitative methods by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation to collect field data and apply empirical law, the aim is to strengthen the research. The results of the study show that the company has implemented the SCR program with funds obtained from income on November 11 each year which is commemorated as the anniversary of the company, distribution of funds divided by 60% for orphans and the poor, 20% for social activities and 20% for scholarships. Distribution is carried out directly by the company given to the company's environmental area. Then for the suitability of CSR in Islam it is analyzed through elements such as Al Adl and Al Ihsan and the distribution is carried out in the form of infaq and Sadaqah. Abstract

Islamic economics has been growing immensely for almost four decades since the First International Conference on Islamic economics held in Makkah in February 1976. Many improvements on developing Islamic economics as an independent discipline have been done by many scholars. One of the most prominent contemporary scholars who have made some significant work in building Islamic economics by combining the existing modern economics with Islamic teaching is Zubair Hasan. Therefore, the main objective of the study is to provide a summary and analysis of Hasan’s economic thought on Islamic economics. The study is based on secondary data, taken from some books, articles, and journal that Hasan has produced. This study uses a descriptive analysis and employs an inductive approach in tracking and collecting materials and references written by Zubair Hasan from 1975 to 2014. The analytical approach was used to identify Hasan’s thought on several topics in the area of Islamic economics. The study suggests Hasan views on Islamic economics are comprehensive and cover almost all aspects that Islamic economics needs to explain. This includes underlying assumptions, scope of objectives, the role of state and individual, institutional frameworks, distribution, and profit in Islam. His analysis is basically a critical integration between modern economics with Islamic heritage.

Abstract

Hajj and Umrah are two significant religious rituals in Islam, holding profound spiritual and religious value for Muslims. Hajj is a mandatory pilgrimage to be performed once in a lifetime by those who are financially and physically capable, whereas Umrah can be undertaken at any time as an opportunity to draw closer to Allah SWT. This study aims to explore the meaning and importance of Hajj and Umrah in the lives of Muslims. The research methodology employed is qualitative, involving the collection and analysis of various relevant sources such as the Quran, Hadith, and other Islamic literature. The findings reveal that Hajj and Umrah provide several primary benefits, including purification from sins, enhancement of faith and piety, and strengthening of global Muslim unity. Moreover, these rituals have significant social, economic, and cultural impacts on Muslim communities worldwide. In the context of globalization and modern technology, the practice of Hajj and Umrah has undergone significant development, enabling millions of Muslims from diverse countries to perform these rituals more conveniently and efficiently. This research is expected to deepen understanding of the significance of Hajj and Umrah in contemporary Muslim life and contribute to enriching existing Islamic literature.

Abstract

Waqf is not something that has just been carried out and done by the community, but until now, waqf is still being focused on so that one of these philanthropic instruments can be a solution to improve people's welfare. This research explores how the practice and management of productive waqf in Al Hikmah waqf institution. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using interview and documentation instruments on the research object, namely Nadzir and the board of the Al Hikmah waqf institution. The results of this study concluded that the practice and management of productive waqf at the Al Hikmah waqf institution has been carried out well and developed where the initial waqf assets are in the form of land measuring 8,150 M2 which then grows to 30. 000 M2 with various supporting facilities and total assets of up to 29 billion rupiah which is now used as a lease for Islamic activities. Then in the SWOT analysis, the Al Hikmah Waqf Institution has a differentiation strategy as a service rental and a place that has Islamic nuances.

Abstract

Fatwas authority on sharia economy in Indonesia is under the National Sharia Council of Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI). The existence of DSN-MUI outside the central bank structure makes the fatwa authority independent, more credible and nationally recognized in issuing decisions and fatwas related to sharia issues faced by banks and other Islamic financial institutions. In some sharia banks there are different practices. Especially for the management of pilgrimage involving many sectors in it how compliance with the fatwa which has been determined by the National Sharia Council. Though banks are basically not only as a place to seek profit or invest for this world alone but as a way to get closer to Allah SWT.This research will examine the application of Fatwa DSN-MUI No.29 / DSN-MUI / VI / 2002 about Hajj Credit Financing by Islamic Finance Institutions at PT. BPRS Amanah Ummah Leuwiliang Bogor. Research use qualitative approach method with type of qualitative empirical research. The results from this study are administration service of pilgrimage and hajj credit financing on cost of hajj travel in BPRS Amanah Ummah for both features and product details based on sharia is permitted in accordance with the Fatwa DSN-MUI. 29 / DSN-MUI / VI / 2002 about Hajj credit financing in Islamic financial institution. PT. BPRS Amanah Ummah is expected to seek a better system, modern and practical in packing this product. Thus, it can attract prospective customers or prospective pilgrims.

Abstract

Indonesia's economic growth declined in the period 2004-2006. This is caused by too much focus on strengthening the monetary policy, otherwise the real sector less attention. As of May 2006, the bank funds are not channeled into the real sector reached Rp 393 trillion, which is then reinvested in the financial sector. The contradiction of real-monetary sector was due to the high interest rate policy of Bank Indonesia. On the one hand, this policy can reduce inflation, but on the other hand will result in the real sector become slow. This condition requires immediate implementation of an integral and gradual system of Islamic banks as a solution to solving the problem. This paper aims to describe how Islamic banks, through the scheme musyarakah and mudharabah, can improve the real sector growth in the context of overcoming the economic problems of Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether there was an effect of marketing strategies savings products iB Hasanah with wadiah contract to the level of growth in the number of customers in BNI Syariah Cabang Bogor. Based on a marketing strategy, that has been done BNI Syariah Branch Bogor is recruiting marketing (freelance), a strategy to open stores (opentable), cooperation strategy (joint to school and campus), sponsorship strategy, payroll system strategy. Proved that with this strategy of BNI Syariah Cabang Bogor is able to realize what the expectations of the management i.e. to improve trust and interest of people of the public to the products offered. In this study also found, there is a very strong influence/high between marketing strategy savings products ib hasanah with wadiah agreement on the level of growth in the number of customers.
