Abstract

The emotional intelligence of the teacher has an important role in shaping the personality of the student. In this case the emotional intelligence of the teacher becomes the focus in shaping the personality of the student. Therefore researchers conducted research on the role of teacher emotional intelligence in shaping the personality of female students. The focus of this research is to find out how the character formation of female students through the teacher's emotional intelligence and to find out the inhibiting factors. The research findings show that the teacher's emotional intelligence has been able to shape the personality of students at MA Al-Amien I Prenduan, this is because teachers often become figures/examples for their students, but in forming the personality of students, they still experience several obstacles, including from students, discipline and educators.

Abstract

In the local Madura tradition there is an Islamic tradition which has been carried out by the local community for a long time and continues to be preserved, in this tradition there is the figure (kiyai) become a center because of his social status who is the highest figure in religion and is very influential on society and its changes in religious matters. The purpose of this research is to find out the process of strengthening the religious character of the community through this tradition. This research approach uses a qualitative type of phenomenological study, data is collected by interview observation and documentation methods while data processing is done by reduction, presentation and verification of data. The results of this study are; The strengthening of religious character in this tradition occurs as in Thomas Likona's theory which starts from a process of moral knowledge that has been agreed upon naturally by society which is then translated into attitudes and behavior or as values and norms in life.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the phenomenon of vocational high schools located in rural areas and then adjustments were made to the curriculum which were oriented towards Islamic religious education. So this study aims to find out the background of the curriculum adjustment and how it is developed. This research is a qualitative case study type of data collection using observation interviews and documentation methods. The results of this study are that these adjustments occur due to geographical factors in rural areas that are still thick with customs that prioritize ethics both between humans and with their God. The adjustments and development are carried out by increasing the time and weight of the material, of course, with educators who are competent in this field.

Abstract

The disruption era has become clearer after Indonesia experienced the Covid 19 emergency, especially in the education and learning process. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Islamic education learning model for elementary schools is during the Covid-19 pandemic. The second is to find out the obstacles faced by schools in the implementation of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a qualitative case study approach. The data were obtained from the principal, teachers, parents and students using non-participant observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, to analyze the data used data presentation data reduction and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the learning process for elementary school PAI during the Covid pandemic was not optimal, one of the factors was due to the fact that the pattern had not prepared concrete regulations or policies for the implementation of learning during the Covid pandemic. The obstacles faced were related to general conditions that had not ready to learn during the pandemic.

Abstract

Keseimbangan antara SQ dan EQ merupakan kunci keberhasilan belajar siswa di sekolah. Pendidikan di sekolah bukan hanya perlu mengembangkan rational intelligence yaitu model pemahaman yang lazimnya dipahami siswa saja, melainkan juga perlu mengembangkan emotional intelligence siswa.Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut diatas, maka tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui ada / tidaknya hubungan kecerdasan spiritual (spiritual Quotient)  dengan  moral siswa MA. Nurul Huda Pakandangan Barat Kec. Bluto Kab. Sumenep Tahun 2011/2012 dan ingin mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan kecerdasan spiritual (spiritual Quotient) dan moral siswa MA. Nurul Huda Pakandangan Barat Kec. Bluto Kab. Sumenep Tahun 2011/2012.Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa MA. Nurul Huda Pakandangan Barat Kec. Bluto Kab. Sumenep Tahun 2011/2012, sebanyak 89 siswa. Mengingat populasi yang ada di bawah 100, maka penelitian ini termasuk penelitian populasi. Instrumen utama yang digunakan adalah angket, sedangkan instrumen penunjang adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif kecerdasan spiritual (spiritual Quotient) dengan moral siswa MA. Nurul Huda Pakandangan Barat Kec. Bluto Kab. Sumenep Tahun 2011 dengan kategori cukup

Abstract

As a religious and fanatical ethnicity, Madura's people has practiced the values of the Madura’s character which has been and has become an identity for a long time, an attitude of resignation, courtesy, and empathy. The distinctive Maduran character does not escape the influence of a kiai as the main character in the nyabis tradition who historically and in reality is an expert in religious science and is very influential for the Madurese community. The purpose of this study is to find out the values of Islamic character in the nyabis tradition and how people internalize these values in everyday life. This research is a qualitative research type of phenomenological study, the methods for collecting data are interviews (semi structured), participant and non-participant observation, and documentation. To process data: data reduction, data presentation, data verification. The research findings show that the values of Islamic character in the nyabis tradition are the values of aqidah, ubudiah and ahlakul karimah values. These three values then become a norm that is commonly used as a basis in everyday life.

Abstract

This research is a research that uses a qualitative approach with a case study research design. This study uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The focus of the problem in this study is (1) how is the psychological condition of students in implementing learning during the COVID-19 pandemic and (2) what are the obstacles and solutions that students experience when participating in the learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study has a purpose, namely (1) to find out how the psychological condition of students when participating in the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic and (2) to find out what obstacles and solutions students experience when participating in the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data and data sources in this study are written narratives in the form of information from students, teachers, and guardians. This study uses data analysis from the Miles and Huberman model which is carried out through three steps, namely (1) Data Reduction (2) Data Presentation, and (3) Data Verification. The result of this study indicates that the psychological condition of students in implementing learning is that students stress when participating in learning and are too lazy to study due to a lack of motivation. Obstacles and solutions experienced by students in implementing learning during the pandemic (1) facilities that are less supportive and (2) difficulties in understanding lessons.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh bagi siswa kelas 1 dan 2 di SDN Bluto 1 Sumenep, Madura. Dengan fokus penelitian pertama, untuk mengetahui apa kebijakan yang dibuat oleh sekolah dalam melaksanakan PJJ, yang kedua untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi guru ketika menghadapi PJJ, dan yang ketiga, untuk mengetahui apa saja kendala yang dihadapi oleh sekolah ketika PJJ. metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus, dengan sumber data yang diperoleh dari kepala sekolah, guru dan orang tua peserta didik. Tekhnik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi non pastisipan, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Analasis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan, selanjutnya data-data tersebut dilakukan triangulasi. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah sekolah tidak membuat turunan kebijakan berupa aturan tehnis dalam pelaksanaan PJJ, guru belum siap dalam pelaksanaan PJJ akhirnya pembelajaran tidak berjalan dengan optimal, dan banyak sekali kendala yang dihadapi sekolah dan harus dievalusi.
