Abstract

CINLOK berdiri sejak tanggal 30 Oktober 2020 dan terhenti akibat Wabah Covid-19 dan dimulai lagi pada saat mengikuti program MBKM kegiatan wirausaha mandiri yaitu pada Senin, 29 Agustus 2022 . CINLOK sendiri bergerak dibidang penjualan makanan Ringan berupa makaroni goreng. CINLOK (makaroni goreng) dihadirkan dengan berbagai varian rasa yaitu : balado pedas, balado pedas manis, jangung bakar, jagung manis, keju, daun jeruk pedas dan extra hot.Untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan CINLOK menerapkan strategi bauran pemasaran. Bauran pemasaran adalah strategi pemasaran yang menekankan pada berbagai faktor yang disebut 4P (product, price,palce dan promotion), tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan strategi bauran pemasaran CINLOK dapat meningkatkan penjualan.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of social media marketing and e- word of mouth on purchasing decisions; social media marketing and e-word of mouth influence purchase intention; social media marketing and e-word of mouth influence purchasing decisions by mediating purchase intention. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research approach using data obtained from a sample of the study population and analyzed according to statistical methods. The population in this study uses an infinite population, where the infinite population in this study is taken from consumers who have purchased Zoya's hijab products. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a total sample of 70 respondents. The analysis technique used is path analysis technique. by collecting data through research instruments, by distributing questionnaires to consumers. The results of the study found that based on the results of the study found that social media marketing and e-word of mouth had a positive effect on purchasing decisions; social media marketing and e-word of mouth have a positive effect on purchase intention; social media marketinghas a positive effect on purchasing decisions through mediation of purchase intention; e-word of mouth has a positive effect on purchasing decisions through purchase intention. social media marketinghas a positive effect on purchasing decisions through mediation of purchase intention; e-word of mouth has a positive effect on purchasing decisions through purchase intention. social media marketing has a positive effect on purchasing decisions through mediation of purchase intention; e-word of mouth has a positive effect on purchasing decisions through purchase intention.

Abstract

Abstrak  Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Kantor Daihatsu PT. Makassar Raya Motor Cabang Kota Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis metode survei dengan jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif, dengan jumlah responden yang digunakan pada penelitian sebanyak 48 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu Sensus yang dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Pada penelitian ini membuktikan hasil bahwa Variabel Motivasi (X1) dan variabel Disiplin Kerja  (X2) Berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Kantor Daihatsu PT. Makassar Raya Motor Cabang Kota Palu.

Abstract

Penggunaan media sosial pada unit rental mobil sebelumnya masih minim dan setoran bulanan tidak mencapai target sehingga diperlukan promosi dengan cakupan yang lebih luas. Pelaksanaan kegiatan diberikan dalam bentuk diskusi dengan metode demonstrasi dan memberikan praktek langsung disertai dengan tutorial pembuatan akun media digital. Alat dan bahan yang digunakan adalah laptop sebagai penampil tutorial yang digunakan. Ponsel dan paket data digunakan untuk mengakses media digital dalam pembuatan akun BUMDes Kaliburu. Hasil yang dicapai melalui kegiatan membangun desa mandiri oleh mahasiswa program studi S1 ​​Manajemen berupa laporan hasil kegiatan selama tahap pelaksanaan yaitu: Kunjungan ke unit-unit BUMDes, Evaluasi Kunjungan, Pembuatan Google Business Account, Pembuatan E-Flyers, dan Promosi Media Sosial. Saran untuk pembuatan Akun WhatsApp Business, dengan menggunakan WhatsApp Business diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan promosi yang dilakukan oleh BUMDes Kaliburu.

Abstract

Stunting is still a national health problem. In the case of stunting in Kaliburu Village, there were 19 children identified as stunting symptoms. Lack of mother's knowledge about fulfilling good nutrition is one of the factors causing stunting. Health promotion with counseling methods is considered effective in increasing public knowledge. This activity was carried out at one of the Posyandu cadres in Kaliburu Village on October 5, 2022, with a total of 19 participants consisting of parents of children identified as stunting. The method used in this health promotion activity is in the form of counseling, discussion, and question and answer. The use of counseling methods has proven to be effective in areas with limited learning media, so that participants can increase their knowledge about the causes, effects, and ways to prevent stunting and correct wrong perceptions about stunting.

Abstract

Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS) is one of the programs for development in the health sector. School is one of the places for PHBS implementation. There are 8 indicators in PHBS in the school environment, one of which is the habit of Handwashing with Soap (CTPS). CTPS is important to do in everyday life to reduce the risk of health problems such as diarrhea and food poisoning. Health education about CTPS in Elementary School of Integral Al-Hakim Samarinda are important to be carried out as an effort to increase knowledge and awareness to students to be able to familiarize CTPS behavior. The activity uses health education methods for 83 students at Elementary School of Integral Al-Hakim Samarinda. Measuring the increase in knowledge is done through a pretest - posttest and testing the results using a statistical analysis of the Wilcoxon test. Based on the analysis of the Wilcoxon test at α = 0.05, the results of the pretest-posttest health education about CTPS obtained p value of 0,000 < 0,05. This means that there are significant differences in knowledge between students before and after CTPS education at Elementary School of Integral Al-Hakim Samarinda. Health education about CTPS can enhance student knowledge.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pembelajaran literasi siswa pada GLS di SD Inpres Boyaoge, penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriftif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi Subjek penelitian terdiri dari siswa SD Inpres Boyaoge. Dari hasil pengamatan di temukan bahwa di SD Inpres Boyaoge telah memiliki kegiatan program literasi melalui 3 tahap yaitu; fase pembiasaan, fase pengembangan dan fase pembelajaran hal ini dapat di terpkan kepada seluruh siswa gar mampu mengembangkan pelajaran yang tepat sehingga dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan juga meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan potensi siswa sutuhnya.

Abstract

The digital ecosystem is a source of information technology that is interrelated and can be used as a unified whole. So, this system is likely to be used by various parties such as consumers, suppliers, data providers. Trading partners, and many more. This digital ecosystem formed by PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna connects distributors, retail aggregators and companies as facilitators. The application used to run this digital ecosystem is named AYO MITRA SRC, then with this application, distributors or so-called Partners will provide ordering services through the Ayo SRC application, this provides convenience and increases effectiveness in transactions, which does not need to exist queuing to select and count goods resulting in an increase in service quality and partner capacity, one of which is in terms of neater and more structured sales records.

Abstract

Family financial planning and management counseling activities for housewives were carried out in Kaliburu Village, Sindue Tombusabora District, Donggala Regency, Central Sulawesi. Housewives play an important role as regulators of family finances. The background to the implementation of this activity is that there are still many people who spend money beyond what is needed and beyond their own income, so that they are trapped in debt and unable to pay bills on the grounds that they are running out of funds. This counseling activity was carried out with the aim of providing an understanding of housewives in Kaliburu Village so that they know the importance of planning and how to carry out good family financial management. This activity was attended by 10 participants on Thursday, December 22, 2022. The methods used were counseling, discussion, and question and answer. This activity was carried out well, it can be seen from the results after counseling 100% of participants understood the importance of family planning, before counseling only 30% of participants. Participants who knew how to plan and manage family finances reached 80% from only 20% previously. Participants who had carried out family financial planning well reached 50%, previously only 10%.

Abstract

Desa Matansala Kecamatan Bungku Tengah Kabupaten Morowali adalah salah satu desa yang memiliki potensi wisata yang menarik. Sebagai daerah pesisir maka kekayaan alamnya sangat melimpah. Beberapa hal yang perlu menjadi perhatian untuk pengembangan wisata mangrove di Desa Matansala adalah belum adanya media promosi yang efektif. Sehingga pengembangan daya dukung sebagai kawasan wisata belum dilakukan secara maksimal. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, perlu diberikan pelatihan strategi promosi wisata bagi masyarakat dan aparat desa sebagai pelaksana. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat akan pentingnya media promosi sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan potensi wisata dan mengenalkan berbagai strategi promosi dan media promosi baik cetak maupun elektronik untuk pengembangan wisata mangrove di Desa Matansala.
