Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between recruitment and work systems on the performance of outsourced employees at the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia of Central Sulawesi Province by using the moderating variable of sincere behavior. This research was a quantitative type. This study used outsourced employees at the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia, Central Sulawesi Province, totaling 70 people as a population, all as samples. SEM PLS was used as an analytical tool, and google forms as a medium for collecting data. The results of this study indicate that (1) The recruitment system has a positive and significant effect on the performance of outsourced employees of the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia of Central Sulawesi Province (2) The work system has a positive but insignificant effect on the performance of outsourced employees of the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia of Central Sulawesi Province (3) Sincere behavior has a positive and significant effect as moderating the relationship between recruitment system and performance of outsourced employees of the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia of Central Sulawesi Province (4) Sincere behavior has a positive and significant effect as moderating the relationship between work system and performance of outsourced employees of the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia of Central Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze: the effect of work and study conflicts, time management and the quality of guidance services on the completion of the study of master of management students at Tadulako University Palu. The study population was 114 students of master of management at Tadulako University Palu. Due to the limited number of popu lation, to ensure the accuracy of the data in this study, researchers will use the entire population above as a research sample. The type of data in this study consists of quantitative data and qualitative data with data sources consisting of primary data and secondary data. While data collection techniques consist of interviews, questionnaires and observations with data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Model (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results showed that work and study conflict had no significant effect on study completion with a P value of 0.131>0.05. Time management has a significant effect on study completion with a P value of 0.000 <0.05. The quality of guidance services has a significant effect on study completion with a P value of 0.023 <0.05

Abstract

This research aims to identify and describe the impact and benefits of the role of companion on the development of MSMEs in Kabonena Village. The role of MSME assistants will be analyzed using the four roles and skills presented by Jim Ife and Frank Tesoreiro (2006), namely the facilitative role, educational role, representational role and technical role. The type of research that the author uses in this writing is qualitative research with data collection techniques, namely: observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies related to the research problem. The results of the research found that through a facilitative role, MSME actors will have the enthusiasm to run a business, the group is facilitated through various ideas and concepts in running a business, and there is a personal approach for each group member when there are problems within the group. In an educational role, the mentor will increase the awareness of all group members regarding the importance of the business they are running and provide information that is important for the development of their business. The third, in the role of accompanying representation, will help the group in using the right media in developing their business, building working networks with other parties, and sharing knowledge and experience. And finally, the role and technical skills, the assistant helps the group to use computers, and make verbal and written presentations, in running and developing their business.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembagian kerja dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja karyawan di CV. Akai Jaya Motor Kota Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam kegiatan ini yaitu Metode Field Research dimana penulis turun langsung dalam proses pelayanan konsumen. Teknik dariPengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasidan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian DI lapanagan selama magang dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembagian kerja di CV. Akai Jaya Motor Kota Palutermasuk pelaksanaan pembagian kerja waktu.Pembagian kerja dilakukan pada saat pekerjaan ada, baik rutin maupun insidentil bekerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Kecamatan Bungku Barat Kabupaten Morowali. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dimana penelitian ini melakukan identifikasi terhadap variabel bebas (indenpenden) yaitu kompensasi dan disiplin kerja dengan variabel terikat (dependen) yaitu kinerja, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel apabila jumlah populasi relatif kecil, kurang dari 30 orang. Sampel jenuh disebut dengan istilah sensus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis diketahui bahwa variabel kompensasi (X1), disiplin kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan secara serempak terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Kecamatan Bungku Barat Kabupaten Morowali. 2) Kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Kecamatan Bungku Barat Kabupaten Morowali. 3) Disiplin Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Kecamatan Bungku Barat Kabupaten Morowali.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Pengaruh beban kerja dan motivasi kerja secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja petugas pemadam kebakaran Kabupaten Morowali, 2) Pengaruh beban kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja petugas pemadam kebakaran Kabupaten Morowali, 3) Pengaruh motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja petugas pemadam kebakaran Kabupaten Morowali. Jenis Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 63 Responden. Metode Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunujukkan bahwa 1) Beban kerja dan motivasi kerja secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja petugas pemadam kebakaran Kabupaten Morowali, 2) Beban kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja petugas pemadam kebakaran Kabupaten Morowali, 3) Motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja petugas pemadam kebakaran Kabupaten Morowali.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran efikasi diri sebagai mediasi pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan stereotip gender terhadap intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa di Morowali dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Variabel pendidikan kewirausahaan diukur melalui tujuh indikator, yaitu: pembentukan karakter, teknik pengambilan keputusan dan risiko, pengetahuan berwirausaha, keterampilan berwirausaha, kemampuan berwirausaha, pengalaman berwirausaha, dan kreativitas. Sementara itu, variabel stereotip gender diukur melalui delapan indikator, seperti: keberanian perempuan berwirausaha dan peran perempuan dalam kehidupan ekonomi keluarga. Variabel efikasi diri diukur sebagai variabel mediasi, dan intensi kewirausahaan sebagai variabel dependen diukur dengan lima indikator, di antaranya: keyakinan membuka usaha sendiri setelah lulus  dan kesenangan membuka usaha sendiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan dan stereotip gender berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efikasi diri. Selanjutnya, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Hasil uji mediasi membuktikan bahwa efikasi diri memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara pendidikan kewirausahaan dan stereotip gender terhadap intensi kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada pihak kampus untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan kewirausahaan melalui pendekatan praktik langsung dan pembentukan karakter kewirausahaan. Selain itu, pemerintah daerah disarankan untuk mengurangi stereotip gender dan menciptakan kebijakan pro-kewirausahaan yang inklusif bagi mahasiswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis iklim organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap loyalitas pegawai Dinas Pemuda, Olahraga dan Pariwisata Daerah Kabupaten Morowali baik secara serempak maupun parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diolah dan diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Adapun jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 64 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 24. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, persamaan regresi yang didapatkan adalah Y = 9,746 + 0,268X1 + 0,313X2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel iklim organisasi terhadap loyalitas pegawai Dinas Pemuda, Olahraga dan Pariwisata Daerah Kabupaten Morowali dan variabel gaya kepemimpinan terhadap loyalitas pegawai Dinas Pemuda, Olahraga dan Pariwisata Daerah Kabupaten Morowali. Untuk hasil analisis regresi linier berganda secara serempak variabel iklim organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap loyalitas pegawai Dinas Pemuda, Olahraga dan Pariwisata Daerah Kabupaten Morowali. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nila R Square sebesar 0,449 yang menunjukkan bahwa 44,9% variabel loyalitas dipengaruhi oleh variabel iklim organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan, sedangkan sisanya 55,1% diluar dari variabel yang diteliti.

Abstract

This study aims to determine employee perceptions on job satisfaction in generation Z in Palu City. This research uses a quantitative approach with the aim of seeing the relationship between the variables studied. The population of this study was generation Z in Palu City, totaling 35 respondents. The sampling technique on this surveillance uses purposive samplings. This research data collection used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique of this research is descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. Based on the results of descriptive statistics and simple regression analysis conducted, there is a positive and significant influence between Employee Perception (X) on Job Satisfaction (Y) of 64.1%. While the remaining 35.9% is explained by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of agile leadership through commitment to the performance of the state civil apparatus either directly or indirectly. This type of research is descriptive causal which analyzes the main problem regarding Agile Leadership and Female ASN Performance through Mediation of Commitment in Palu City Government. This study used a sample of 164 respondents, the respondents were state civil apparatus led by female leaders in six offices in the Palu City government. The sampling method used the Cluster Area Sampling Method. Hypothesis testing is done with t test and data analysis using Path Anlisys or path analysis test using SPSS 26 software. The results showed that the agile leadership variable had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in Palu City Government. Agile leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on the commitment of the State Civil Apparatus in Palu City Government. The commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in Palu City Government. Commitment variable does not mediate the effect of agile leadership on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in Palu City Government.
