Abstract

Increasingly tight competition in the snack industry today so many new snacks are produced and packed with modern packaging causing the eroding of the traditional food industry, including bipang. In addition, changes in people's consumption patterns, Covid-19 pandemic and the existence of the concept of industry 4.0 require the traditional food industry to be more active in the development of innovation. This research was conducted from September 2021 until January 2022 using qualitative methodology with Blue Ocean Strategy approached by interviewing individuals who are working and customers of Bipang Pak Tani Pasuruan, also used relevant books, journals, and websites. Data testing has been done with triangulation method. The results of this study are: 1) Strategy Canvas that helps Bipang Pak Tani understand the strength and weakness compared to its competitors, 2) ERRC matrix where Bipang Pak Tani can simultaneously eliminate, reduce, raise and create factors that offered as an effort to differentiate and reduce costs so as to create value innovation by making a new strategic profile, 3) Bipang Pak Tani can reconstruct industry boundaries by doing across chain of buyers. In this research, finally found a new innovation strategy are rebranding products with new concept product (packaging, size and varians) also marketing innovation by doing online marketing.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the educational values ​​of the Siti Kalasun kaba using a sociological study of literature. The educational values ​​in question are the values ​​of faith and piety, aesthetic values, and the value of living together. The data source was obtained directly from Kaba Siti Kalasun herself. The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive research methods. This research promotes understanding of the empirical interactions between the concepts being researched. This research reveals the educational values ​​in Kaba Siti Kalasun: as individuals, they demonstrate qualities such as love, patience, gentleness, and a life-oriented mindset; as members of society, they are characterized by their relationships with the environment and other people, along with a marked concern for the well-being of the environment and other people.

Abstract

This research aims to explore: (1) The physical and psychological representation of Minangkabau women in the kaba "Siti Risani" by Sutan Nasarudin, (2) The role of Minangkabau women in the family context in the kaba, (3) The role of Minangkabau women in the context of society in the kaba "Siti Risani." The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, using the book "Siti Risani" by Sutan Nasarudin as a data source. The data collection steps involved understanding the image of Minangkabau women, literature study, character identification, and data recording. Triangulation techniques were used to validate the data. The research results reveal two aspects of the image of Minangkabau women, namely physical and psychological. Physical image is divided into women who emphasize beauty and gentleness, and those who show strength and grace. Psychic image involves five aspects, including firmness, good manners, steadfastness, discipline, perseverance, patience, and compassion. The role of Minangkabau women in the family includes three main roles, namely as wife, mother and family member. The role of Minangkabau women in society is divided into two, namely as Limpapeh Rumah Gadang and Bundo Kanduang. The keywords of this research include image, Kaba, and women

Abstract

Pasambahan dining is a unique tradition that symbolizes the rich culture and local wisdom of the local community. In this ceremony, various types of typical food are served on banana leaves and traditional kitchen utensils, symbolizing respect for ancestors and harmony with nature. This tradition also illustrates the values of solidarity, mutual cooperation and brotherhood that are unique to the Nagari Tandikek community. Even though times are developing, the essence of the Pasambahan eating tradition is still maintained and preserved as a regional cultural identity. This article discusses the details and philosophy contained in the pasambahan eating tradition, as well as its development in modern life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan persepsi siswa terhadap pelaksanaan, pengevaluasian, dan terhadap guru yang menerapkan model direct method berbantuan aplikasi FonBi dalam pembelajaran menyaji teks laporan pengamatan di SMPN 2 Pariaman. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian mixed methods atau metode campuran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggabungkan dua bentuk penelitian yang telah ada sebelumnya, yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dan penelitian kualitatif. Penggunaan metode ini diharapkan dapat membantu menjawab pertanyaan penelitian, memungkinkan penelitian metode campuran untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan dan validasi yang tinggi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMPN 2 Pariaman dengan sampel siswa kelas VIII.5 berjumlah 29 siswa.  Teknik pengumpulan data Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini meliputi kuesioner atau angket, dan wawancara. Teknik penganalisisan data dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua tahap, yaitu analisis data kuantitatif dan analisis data kualitatif. Terdapat tiga hasil penelitian yang kemudian menjadi simpulan. Ketiga hsil tersebut menunjukan persepsi siswa kelas VIII SMPN 2 Pariaman secara umum memiliki persentase 89,65% dengan kualifikasi ”Tinggi”. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan model direct method berbantuan aplikasi FonBi efektif dalam pembelajaran menyaji teks laporan pengamatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dampak dari penggunaan model pembelajaran project based learning (PjBL) berbantuan aplikasi FonBi terhadap keterampilan menyaji teks laporan pengamatan siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Pariaman. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi yang digunakan adalah kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Pariaman dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang dipilih terdiri dari satu kelas. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah skor yang diperoleh siswa dalam keterampilan menyaji teks berita siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Pariaman sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan model pembelajaran project based learning (PjBL) berbantuan aplikasi FonBi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes unjuk kerja. Uji prasyaratan analisis yang dilakukan adalah uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukakan bahwa nilai thitung > ttabel  (15,200 > 1.69913) pada taraf signifikasi α yaitu 0,05 dan taraf kepercayaan sebesar 95%.. Secara umum, model Project Based Learning (PjBL) berbantuan aplikasi FonBi terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menyaji teks laporan pengamatan siswa.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a lack of teacher attention in managing literary appreciation learning with evidence of the lack of completeness of the assessment tools in the teacher's lesson plans. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to develop an authentic assessment model to measure the achievement of basic competence (KD) in learning the ability to appreciate literary texts (drama) for the class XI 2013 curriculum at the SMA/MA/SMK level, which focused on psychomotor and affective domains which were the focus of learning achievement on literary appreciation by first perform needs analysis, KD analysis, material analysis, and student analysis. To achieve the objectives of this study, the theory of assessment and authentic assessment was used; learning theory and development of learning device models; literary and educational theory; and learning theory of the ability to appreciate literary texts. The design implications for the development of this model refer to the 4-D model suggested by Thiagarajan, Semel and Semel (1974) which consists of 4 stages, namely define, design, develop and disseminate. The type of research is R D development research. The data of this research consists of two groups, namely qualitative data in the form of assessment model development tools, and quantitative data in the form of achievement scores of performance tasks with authentic instruments whose limited trials and dissemination were carried out in Senior High School in Padang city. The result of the research is an assessment model that is based on social cognitive learning theory, constructivism, and meaningful learning, learning syntax that focuses on students with representative assessment tools. The results of testing the assessment tool which consisted of 10 types of instruments were concluded to be able to measure the level and type of appreciation of students' literature with a "Good" qualification.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe the following things. First, to describe the writing skills of observation report texts of grade X SMA Negeri 1 X Koto, Tanah Datar Regency. Second, to describe the writing skills of expository texts of grade X SMA Negeri 1 X Koto, Tanah Datar Regency. Third, to analyze the comparison between the writing skills of observation report texts and expository texts of grade X SMA Negeri 1 X Koto, Tanah Datar Regency. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive analysis. Based on the research findings, the following three things were concluded. First, the writing skills of observation report texts of grade X SMA Negeri 1 X Koto, Tanah Datar Regency, were in a good qualification (76.43). Second, the writing skills of expository texts of grade X SMA Negeri 1 X Koto, Tanah Datar Regency, were in more than sufficient qualification (74.07). Third, there was a significant difference between the writing skills of observation report texts and expository texts of grade X SMA Negeri 1 X Koto, Tanah Datar Regency. Based on the hypothesis test conducted, it can be concluded that H1 is accepted because the tvalue is greater than the ttable. Therefore, there is a significant difference between the two texts.

Abstract

The government's efforts to help vocational schools produce graduates who are superior and absorbed in the world of work continue to be made. One of them is the existence of the Center of Excellence (PK) Vocational School program. This program aims to enable graduates to be globally competitive and able to open up job opportunities through entrepreneurship. This research aims to determine and analyze the impact of teacher leadership on teacher OCB and teacher performance at Muhammadiyah Vocational Schools domiciled in Banyuwangi. All 345 vocational school teachers were used as the population. The total sample is known to be 184 teachers using the Slovin Formula. Descriptive statistics are used to find out information about respondents and research variables. Structural Equation Model (SEM) with WarpPLS 7.0. After analysis, the results are that: 1) leadership at SMK Muhammadiyah Banyuwangi has a positive influence on teacher performance; 2) organizational citizenship behavior possessed by teachers can improve teacher performance.
