Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of bullying on student self-confidence in the Negri 2 Tiratan Kaman School. The research method used is a qualitative approach using case studies. To obtain comprehensive data, the information gathering approach is carried out by conducting interviews with perpetrators and victims of bullying. This method of observation is used to look more closely at the impact of bullying behaviour on student self-confidence. The study found signs of repression, including more than just repression.Verbal expressions like slander, comments that underestimate physical deprivation, and insult parents. Research shows that obviously repressive incidents have a negative impact on student self-confidence, thereby lowering overall self-esteem. A thorough study of the various forms of bullying that occurred in Negri 2 Tiratan Kaman High School will help us understand the consequences that students may experience in responding to such behavior, especially the negative consequences of a significant decrease in self-confidence to the base.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the role of the Orphanage in carrying out the function of replacing the families of foster children at the Mande Kanduang Orphanage. The focus of this research is to provide protection for foster children, to fulfill children's rights in survival and to support children's personality development in which there are inhibiting factors. Source of data taken at the Mande Kanduang Orphanage. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative data analysis, namely describing what happens in the field.

Abstract

Guidance and Counseling is a relationship carried out in order to provide assistance to individuals (clients) face to face (face to face) in the form of direction and advice to someone to solve a problem or achieve a certain goal which is carried out intentionally and continuously. In this case, counselors play an important role in helping clients solve the problems they are facing. This guidance and counseling maintains the confidentiality of discussions discussed during counseling. In the world of education, there are still many students who still need help in terms of problems they face at school, such as frequent withdrawals, not doing assignments and so on, while things outside of school include arguments that occur between children and their parents or children and their social environment. Therefore, teachers play a very important role in helping students change bad habits that they often do, not only that, teachers can collaborate in solving this problem. Humans in their daily lives will never be free from unpleasant and pleasant feelings. In a student's success, there must be someone who provides motivation to that person, whether it's study motivation or work motivation. With this motivation or encouragement, it can help students to move them to do something more optimally with a sense of self-confidence and a full sense of responsibility. Motivation is the energy to generate inner drive (aurosal drive). If a need is not satisfied, an individual's drive and activity arises to respond to the stimulus (incentive) for the desired goal. Achieving goals will make individuals feel satisfied. Meanwhile, work motivation is a condition that influences generating, directing and maintaining behavior related to the work environment (Anwar; 1993: 47). So the author can conclude that work motivation is an impulse that moves a person to work as best as possible so that the work is carried out and produces the best results. Based on the author's observations during Field Experience Practice (PPL) at Guguk State Vocational School 1, specifically for students who will carry out practical work, namely field work practice. Here, guidance and counseling teachers play a very active role in helping students to be successful in carrying out field work practices, one of which is by providing work motivation to these students. The purpose of providing this work motivation is to provide encouragement to students so that students are smarter in preparing themselves before carrying out practical field work later, such as reminding students to be more active in terms of vocational practice, better able to look after themselves, better able to improve their skills and so on. etc. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the efforts of Guidance and Counseling Teachers in Providing Work Motivation for the Success of Students' Field Work Practices (Prakerin) at SMK Negeri 1 Guguk." This research design is descriptive and qualitative. Sources of information from informants, places, events and documents. Data collection techniques through participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation.

Abstract

An orphanage is an institution to shape the development of children who do not have parents or do not live with their families for certain reasons. An orphanage is a house, a place (residence), while or orphanage is a house where you look after and care for orphaned children and so on. In article 55 (33) or Republic or indonesia Law No.23 of 2002, it is explained that in relation to the maintenance and care of abandoned children, government institutions and community institutions, as intended ini paragraph 2, can collaborate with various related parties. An orphanage is defined as a house, place or residence used to care for orphans. In an orphanage, there is a caregiver who will educate, look after, protect and provide comfort to the children in his care. Caregivers are substitute parents who will be respected and appreciated by their foster children. There caregivers play a very important role in increasing the independence of children in the Muhammadiyah Cab.Guguk II orphanage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di SMPN 1 IV Koto. Masalah muncul karena sebagian siswa mengalami penurunan hasil belajar dan kurang mendapat pendampingan konseling secara optimal. Penelitian bertujuan menggambarkan pelaksanaan layanan BK serta kontribusinya terhadap prestasi belajar. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan konseling individu, bimbingan kelompok, dan layanan informasi mampu meningkatkan motivasi, disiplin, dan capaian akademik siswa. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa peran guru BK sangat penting dalam menciptakan perkembangan belajar yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.
