Abstract

Kesejahteraan masyarakat di dearah pedesaan mulai terabaikan terlebih dengan adanya virus covid 19 yang mengharuskan pemerintah mengambil kebijakan pemberian bantuan baik tunai ataupun non tunai untuk menutup kesenjangan masayarakat khususnya Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 115 KPM PKH di Desa Boro Kedungwaru Tulungagung. Analisis data menggunakan statistik perbandingan dengan uji paired sample t test. Berdasarkan uji komparatif paired sample t test diperoleh hasil bahwa dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,715 > ttabel sebesat 1,658 dengan nilai probabilitas sig. t test sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang berarti terdapat perbedaan rata-rata yang signifikan antara kesejahteraan kelompok penerima manfaat (KPM) di masa pandemi covid 19 sebelum dan sesudah menerima bantuan program keluarga harapan (PKH). Disparitas kesejahteraan masyarakat yang terdampak covid 19 dengan adanya PKH tercatat tidak efektif, hal ini terlihat dari aspek sasaran yang menerima bantuan PKH tidak terdata secara tepat dan data masih tumpang tindih dengan penerima bantuan program lainnya. Kata Kunci: Disparitas, Kesejahteraan Masyarakat, Program Keluarga Harapan Abstract The welfare of the community in rural areas is starting to be neglected, especially with the covid 19 virus that attacks all aspects of people's lives, which requires the government from the center to the regions to take policies to provide cash and non-cash assistance to close gaps that exist in the community, one of which is the policy granting the Family Hope Program (PKH). Respondents in this study were 115 KPM PKH in Boro Village, Kedungwaru Tulungagung. Data analysis used comparative statistics with paired sample t test. Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze and determine the effect between Capital Adequacy Ratio and Non Performing Financing on Return On Asset At PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Syariah Period 2012-2016. The research framework is taken from the financial statements at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the last 5 (five) periods of 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. The research approach used is a quantitative approach, the method of analyzing data, among others: (1) Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, 2) F Test Analysis, (3) Test T. (4) Determinant Coefficient Test. The results obtained that Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) partially significant positive effect on Return On Assets (ROA) in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Period 2012-2016. Non Performing Financing (NPF) ratio has no effect on Return On Asset (ROA) in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Period 2012-2016.Capital Adequacy Ratio and Non Performing Financing simultaneously have a really significant effect on Return On Assets at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini ruang lingkup permasalahan yang akan dijadikan fokus penelitian adalah keinginan untuk mengkaji perbandingan modal usaha yang dikeluarkan dan pendapatan usaha yang diperoleh para pelaku UMKM Makanan dan minuman pada tahap start up di Wilayah Kediri dan Tulungagung dalam melakukan pengelolaan aktivitas-aktivitas strategi bisnisnya sebelum dan sesudah adanya kebijakan berinovasi. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebnyak 115 pelaku usaha, dan yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 89 responden. Teknik analisis Data menggunakan uji komparatif dengan pendekatan Uji Beda Paired Sample t test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal usaha sesudah inovasi berbeda secara signifikan dengan modal usaha sebelum berlakunya inovasi produk. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai probabilitas signifikan paired sample test dibawah 0,05. Perbedaan nilai rata-rata (mean) sebesar 3,764. Pendapatan usaha sesudah inovasi berbeda secara signifikan dengan pendapatan usaha sebelum berlakunya inovasi produk. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai probabilitas signifikan paired sample test dibawah 0,05. Perbedaan nilai rata-rata (mean) sebesar 4,124.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and determine the effect of the facilities and costs of umrah travel on the choosing decision PT Uda CS Holidays Indonesia both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study is 612 pilgrims using non probability sampling techniques with accidental sampling as the approach. The data analysis techniques used are: (1) Validity and Reliability test, (2) Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, (3) F Test Analysis, (4) T-Test, and (5) Determinant Coefficient Test. The result of data analysis can be concluded as follows: (1) There is no partial positive and significant effect between the umrah facility variable on the choosing decision the Umrah package at PT Uda CS Holidays Indonesia (2) There is a positive and significant effect partially between the variable costs of umrah travel on the choosing decision Umrah package at PT Uda CS Holidays Indonesia. (3) Umrah facilities and the cost of joint umrah arrangements have a positive and significant effect on the choosing decision the Umrah package at PT. Uda CS Holidays Indonesia

Abstract

The problem that is the focus of the research discusses human resource management regarding individual characteristics, abilities and work environment that affect the performance of employees at UD Berkah Mandiri. Population of 89 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study was the instrument validity and reliability test, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test and hypothesis test through the t test and F test. The results obtained significant values. t of 0.000 <0.05 means that there is a partial influence between individual character (X1) on employee performance. Significant value. t is 0.001 <0.05, which means that there is a partial influence between the work ability variable (X2) on employee performance. Significant value. t is 0.005 <0.05, which means that there is a partial influence between work environment variables (X3) on employee performance. significant value of F of 0.000 <sig. 0.05. Based on these calculations, it can be explained that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. It can be explained that the influence of individual characteristics (X1), work ability (X2) and work environment (X3) on employee performance at UD Berkah Mandiri.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui apakah Kompetensi Pembelajaran Dosen dan Kualitas Pelayanan karyawan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Minat Belajar Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Islam Kadiri Kediri baik secara parsial (individu) maupun secara simultan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Islam Kadiri Kediri tahun ajaran 2014/2015 semester ganjil (semester I, III, V) yang berjumlah 600 mahasiswa, sedangkan sampel penelitian diambil sebanyak 60 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan metode kuesioner dan metode dokumentasi. Dalam penyusunan penelitian ini digunakan beberapa metode dalam menganalisa data, antara lain : (1) Uji Validitas Reliabilitas, (2) Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, (3) Analisis Uji T, (4) Uji F. Perhitungan menggunakan program komputer, software SPSS versi 17.0 (Statistical Package and Social Science). Hasil dari penelitian ini sebagai berikut : (1) Terdapat Pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi pembelajaran dosen (X1) Terhadap minat belajar mahasiswa (Y) di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Islam Kadiri Kediri. Koefisien regresi (Pengaruh) X1 terhadap Y sebesar 3,024 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik adalah bahwa hipotesis 1 diterima secara signifikan. (2) Tidak Terdapat Pengaruh antara kualitas Pelayanan karyawan (X2) Terhadap minat belajar mahasiswa (Y) di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Islam Kadiri Kediri. Koefisien regresi antara kualitas pelayanan karyawan terhadap minat belajar mahasiswa adalah berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan, Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik adalah bahwa hipotesis 2 ditolak dan tidak signifikan. (3) Pengaruh secara simultan atau bersama-sama variable (X1), (X2) terhadap variabel Y dapat dilihat pada R square sebesar 0,267 artinya kompetensi pembelajaran dosen dan kualitas pelayanan karyawan mampu mempengaruhi minat belajar mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Islam Kadiri Kediri sebesar 26,7%. Persamaan regresinya dijelaskan sebagai berikut : Y = 19,289 + 0.524 X1 - 0.072 X2

Abstract

The problem that is the focus of this research is the marketing strategy of wood craft business actors in Tulungagung which is less effective in maintaining its competitive advantage in the business area when viewed from the aspect of entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation. Respondents in this study were business actors as many as 31 people who were used as samples. The analysis technique is carried out by descriptive analysis and inferential statistics through validity, reliability, multiple linear regression test, t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that the entrepreneurial orientation variable partially and significantly affects the competitive advantage of wood craft business actors in Tulungagung. Furthermore, market orientation variable partially has no effect on the competitive advantage of wood craft business actors in Tulungagung. Simultaneously entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation have a significant effect on the competitive advantage of wood craft business actors in Tulungagung. It is hoped that business actors will continue to focus their efforts on factors that can help in navigating competition with innovation and see market share so that they have a competitive advantage

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of non-physical work environment, reward and punishment on the work productivity of employees of the Jombang Investment and PTSP Office. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample size of 35 respondents. The sampling method uses saturated sampling. Data collection was done through distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study used validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R^2). The results showed that the non-physical work environment, reward and punishment partially had a significant effect on work productivity and the non-physical work environment, reward and punishment simultaneously had a significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of burnout, work life balance, and non-physical work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT Idea Global Indo. This research uses quantitative methods with non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling methods. The number of polulations was 40 employees and a sample of 32 staff. The analysis technique used is the research instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination (R2 ) which is processed using the SPSS software program version 25.0. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that partially burnout does not have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction obtained Sig. 0.425> 0.05 with a tcount value < ttabel , namely -0.809 < 2.048. The work life balance variable partially has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction obtained Sig value. 0.032 ttabel value, namely 2.255> 2.048. Non-physical work environment variables partially have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction obtained Sig value. 0.001 ttabel value, namely 3.731> 2.293. Burnout, work life balance, and non-physical work environment variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction obtained Sig value 0.001 < 0.05 with the value of Fcount > Ftabel which is 7,671 > 2.95.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Toko Kedai Sneakers Kediri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan hasil kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Toko Kedai Sneakers Kediri, metode yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah member yang aktif berbelanja di Toko Kedai Sneakers Kediri sebanyak 60 member. Teknik pengambilan menggunakan purposive sampling, Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai signifikan 0,002 <0,05, terdapat pengaruh positif, pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai signifikan 0,004 <0,05, dan pengaruh positif dan signifikan lokasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 <0,05 terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk dan lokasi secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 <0,05.
