Abstract

Investors invest their capital in a metal and allied company expecting the return of shares from the investment results, either in the form of dividends or capital gains. The purpose of this study is to determine the independent variables of free cash flow, investment opportunity set, and debt to equity ratio on the dependent variable of dividend payout ratio in metal and allied product companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The population in this study is the metal and similar sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, totaling 17 companies, and the selected sample is 6 companies because they have met the criteria for purposive sampling. Using secondary data as research data obtained from the annual financial statements of metal and allied product sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020 with the analytical technique used is panel data regression analysis with the help of Eviews 10 software. The results of this study indicate that the free cash flow variable, the investment opportunity set partially has a negative and insignificant effect on the dividend payout ratio, and the debt to equity ratio variable partially has a positive and insignificant effect on the dividend payout ratio. Simultaneously free cash flow, investment opportunity set, and debt to equity ratio have no significant effect on the dividend payout ratio

Abstract

Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai masalah manajemen pemasaran yang berfokus pada strategi potongan harga dan kelengkapan produk terhadap minat beli konsumen. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh potongan harga dan kelengkapan produk terhadap minat beli baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang berbelanja di Hikmah Mart dengan sampel sebanyak 55 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dan teknik analisis data melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa : 1) Potongan harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen di Hikmah Mart Wates, terlihat dari nilai signifikan sebesar 0,002 < 0,05, 2) Kelengkapan produk secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen di Hikmah Mart Wates, terbukti dari nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001 < 0,05, 3) Potongan harga dan kelengkapan produk secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen di Hikmah Mart Wates, terlihat dari signifikan uji F sebesar 0,000 < sig. 0,05 sehingga Hipotesis ketiga dapat diterima

Abstract

This study discusses product quality, service quality, price and location on purchasing decisions at “Soto Ayam Pak No Bok Ijo Bok ijo Kediri”, this study aims to determine the results of the influence of product quality, service quality, price and location on purchasing decisions at “Soto Ayam Pak No Bok Ijo Bok ijo Kediri”. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this study used primary data (observation, interviews, questionnaires) and secondary (literary study). Sampling in this study used the Accidental Sampling technique which took respondents as a sample based on coincidence, that is, anyone who met the researcher by chance could be used as a sample if the person he met was suitable as a data source. Total population in this study ± 1500 people and a sample of 94 people. Data processing in this study is using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2). The result of this research is product quality has an influence on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0 < 0.05. Service quality has no relationship to purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.09 > 0.05. Price has a relationship with purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.008 <0.05. Location has no relationship to purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.091 > 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of burnout, work life balance, and non-physical work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT Idea Global Indo. This research uses quantitative methods with non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling methods. The number of polulations was 40 employees and a sample of 32 staff. The analysis technique used is the research instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination (R2 ) which is processed using the SPSS software program version 25.0. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that partially burnout does not have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction obtained Sig. 0.425> 0.05 with a tcount value < ttabel , namely -0.809 < 2.048. The work life balance variable partially has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction obtained Sig value. 0.032 ttabel value, namely 2.255> 2.048. Non-physical work environment variables partially have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction obtained Sig value. 0.001 ttabel value, namely 3.731> 2.293. Burnout, work life balance, and non-physical work environment variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction obtained Sig value 0.001 < 0.05 with the value of Fcount > Ftabel which is 7,671 > 2.95.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence between community effects, product quality and product variety on brand awareness. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Narss Makeup Artist Tulungagung clients and calculated using the SPSS Version 25 application. Data analysis techniques used included Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test , and Test of the Coefficient of Determination R2. In the validity test, it is known that all statement items on the variables (X1, X2, Then in the reliability test it was discovered that each variable had a Cronbach's Alpha value > 0.60, so the variable was declared reliable. Furthermore, in the t test it is known that all variables (community effect, product quality, product variety) have a positive value and the significance is <0.05 so that it is stated that they partially have a significant effect on brand awareness. Then in the F test it is known that the Sig value. for all variables together it is 0.000 < 0.05 and the value of Fcount > Ftable, it can be concluded that the variables of community effect, product quality and product variety simultaneously influence brand awareness at Narss Makeup Artist Tulungagung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Asikie Home Industry. penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan populasi sebanyak 43 orang karyawan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan nilai thitung (2,034) > ttabel (2,021) dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,049 < 0,05. Variabel kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung (4,417) > ttabel (2,021) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 > 0,05 dengan pengaruh sebesar 47%. Variabel komitmen secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung (4,750) > ttabel (2,021) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dengan pengaruh sebesar 43%. Secara simultan variabel budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Asikie Home Industry. Hasil tersebut dibuktikan dengan Fhitung pada penelitian ini sebesar 35,706 > 2,845 (Ftabel) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Bengkel Warna indah specialist las dan cat mobil Kediri. Adapun variabel penelitian ini adalah Motivasi Kerja (X1), Disiplin Kerja (X2), dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, studi pustaka dan kuesioner. Sedangkan analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji f dan koefisien determinasi. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan pertimbangan seluruh karyawan Bengkel Warna indah specialist las dan cat mobil Kediri berjumlah 31 orang berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS 25.0 dengan menggunkan taraf signifikan sebesar 5% atau 0,05 dengan hasil (1) secara parsial motivasi kerja berpengaruh signfikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan 0,039 < 0,05 yang berarti H1 diterima dan Ho1 ditolak. (2) secara parsial disiplin kerja berpengaruh signfikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti H2 diterima dan Ho2 ditolak. (3) secara simultan motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signfikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti Ha3 diterima dan Ho3 ditolak

Abstract

Pentingnya sumber daya manusia dalam menunjang keberhasilan suatu organisasi, maka kinerja Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana Digital Marketing Instagram, Atmoshphere Dan Perilaku Konsumen Terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung di Wisata Bukit Surga Nganjuk, supaya Wisata Bukit Surga Nganjuk dapat meningkatkan memberikan kepuasan terhadap penggunjung wisata. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari responden diobjek wisata secara langsung. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data yang diperoleh dari penyebaran angket kepada 99 responden yaitu pengunjung Wisata Bukit Surga Nganjuk.Teknik analisis data berupa statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing instagram, atmosphere dan perilaku konsumen memengaruhi kepuasan pengunjung pada Wisata Bukit Surga Nganjuk. Digital marketing instagram, atmosphere dan perilaku konsumen memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung, Hal tersebut dikarenakan Digital marketing akan mempengaruhi konten-konten yang ada di web atau sosial media dari customer yang akan menawarkan produk yang akan menjadikan pengunjung tertarik untuk melakukan wisata. Adanya atmosphere yang bagus akan mendorong terjadinya kepuasan akan kunjungan dan adanya kesesuaian ekspektasi dan juga kenyataan yang tejadi pada benak pengunjung atau konsumen tentunya akan membuat kepuasan dipihak pengunjung. Digital marketing instagram, atmosphere dan perilaku konsumen memengaruhi kepuasan pengunjung pada Wisata Bukit Surga Nganjuk dengan kontribusi sebesar 39,8%. Abstract

The problems rased in this research are leadership styles and work facilities that still need to be considered to support employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence between leadership style and work facilities both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study numbered 49, 1 of wich was the head of the branch and as a sample were all employees who were still active as many as 48 active employees. The analytical method used is quantitative with differential statistics including validity, reliability, classic assumtions, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the regression equation Y= 11,540+1,296X1+ 0,812X2. Based on the partial test it was found that the significant value was t (0,000) <0,05, meaning that partially there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style on employee performance. Significant value of t (0,006) < 0,05, wich means that partially there is positive and significant influence between work facilities on employee performance ar Galaxy Motor Kediri Dealers. Simultaneously leadership style and work facilities have on effect on employee performance as a evidance by the value of F 21,752 > 3,204 and a significant F of 0,000<0,05

Abstract

The development of technological advances and the increasingly high rate of economic growth, increasing the number of companies in the industrial branch, currently a lot of cigarette businesses are developing very rapidly, marked by competition in the business world. Problems often occur when the attitude and behavior of employees decreases so that it affects the level of productivity of work skills. This problem was felt by PR employee Alaina Fajar Berlian Tulungagung. The research objective was to determine the significant effect of work culture, work environment and work stress on employee productivity partially or simultaneously. The population in the study was taken from several production employees. Methods of analysis using quantitative inferential statistics include validity, reliability, assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing. The results showed that the work culture variable partially had a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t 0.001 <0.05 meaning Ha1 was accepted. The work environment variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t 0.000 <0.05 meaning Ha2 is accepted. Work stress variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t 0.001 <0.05, which means Ha3 is accepted. The variables of work culture, work environment and work stress simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant F of 0.000 <0.05 meaning Ha3 is accepted.
