Abstract

Abstrak- Saat ini penerapan sistem informasi geografis sangat berkembang dimasyarakat penerapan sudah digunakan terlebih dahulu oleh aplikasi transportasi seperti Gojek dan Grab untuk menentukan lokasi terdekat driver ke pengguna, Bimbingan belajar les privat semakin berkembang dari segi bisnis di dukung dengan aktivitas orang tua yang sibuk dan persaingan untuk memasuki perguruan tinggi negeri favorit semakin ketat, akan tetapi gaya les privat konvesional saat ini sudah kurang effisien dari cara mendaftarkan ke bimbel, pemesanan guru serta kualitas guru yang tidak transparant sehingga orang tua atau siswa tidak bisa memilih guru yang sesuai dengan latar belakang yang mereka butuhkan, dari pihak guru memiliki masalah soal jarak tempuh ke siswa yang terlalu jauh sehingga dapat memotong pendaatan mereka. Dengan teknologi yang saat ini berkembang penulis mengambil aplikasi pencarian guru les privat terdekat menggunakan metode haversine formula untuk penentuan jalur terdekat dan metode Single Linked List untuk pengelolaan data admin aplikasi sehingga guru mendapatkan murid terdekat bedasarkan approve atau tidak nya dari admin dengan metode antrean Single Linked List. Aplikasi memiliki kemudahan dalam mendaftar dan melihat detail guru les privat diharapkan dapat berguna dalam industri bimbingan belajar.Kata kunci: Haversine formula, Single Linked List,  Sistem informasi geografis, Les privat terdekat, Bimbingan belajar.Abstract- Currently the application of geographic information system is very developed in the application community has been used in advance by transportation applications such as gojek and uber to determine the location of the nearest driver to the user, tutoring private tutoring is growing in terms of business is supported by busy parents activities and competition to enter favorite state universities are getting tighter, but the conventional private tutoring style is now less efficient than registering to tutoring, teacher bookings as well as the quality of teachers who are not transparent so that parents or students can not choose teachers that fit the background they need, on the part of the teacher has problems about the distance to students who are too far away so as to cut their gratification. With the current technology, the writer takes the application of the closest teacher tutor using the haversine formula method and single linked list to manage admin data on application until determine the nearest path so that the teacher gets the closest students, the application has the ease in registering and see the detail of private tutor is expected to be useful in learning guidance industry.Keyword: Haversine Formula, Single Linked List, Geographic Information System, Nearby Private Lesson, Tutoring.

Abstract

The Smart Accounting System (SAS) is an accounting system that optimizes the financial administration of an entity or company by utilizing artificial intelligence and information technology to streamline the accounting process. Mosques may encounter a variety of financial challenges; among these are fund management, income, and expenses. Distrust among the congregation may result from a lack of transparency in mosque financial management. Consequently, it is crucial to preserve transparency and furnish transparent financial statements. In order to resolve these financial challenges, it is crucial to implement effective financial management, establish a realistic budget, enhance transparency, and engage the congregation in the mosque's financial management. The Agile Development Scrum method is employed to design the Smart Accounting System, which is based on Android mobile and web. The Agile approach enables the team to effortlessly adjust to changes during the development process, as it fosters congregational engagement throughout the entire development cycle. The mosque treasurer or finance team's participation is indispensable in the context of the Smart Accounting System to guarantee that the appropriate requirements are satisfied. Agile ensures superior system quality by emphasizing continuous testing and feedback from the mosque congregation. The proper location for field studies and initial data sources for the development of the Smart Accounting System is Baiturrahim Mosque, located in Uteun Bayi Village, Lhokseumawe City. Additionally, the Agile Scrum methodology will be implemented to execute the system design. The subsequent phase involves the implementation of the Black Box system testing method and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Abstract

Keutapang Village is located in Nisam District, North Aceh Regency, Aceh Province with a village area of 123.4 ha. This village has 120 ha of agricultural land and rice as the main commodity, but the productivity of the planting season and harvest cannot be maximized due to the lack of irrigation that has been built, thus it is necessary to increase the effectiveness of irrigation management by mapping irrigation as information for village irrigation development planning. The rural irrigation map contains information on the location, situation and condition of irrigation, and the priority scale for improving the WEBGIS-based network. The purpose of this community service activity was to produce a village irrigation network map and educate village officials in increasing the effectiveness of irrigation network management through WEBGIS-based mapping. The mapping stages included measurement surveys using GPS, digitizing the surface of the area through Google Earth, depicting the layout with the AutoCAD application and making maps with QGIS/ArcGIS software. This community service activity in Keutapang Village, Nisam District produced informative and attractive village irrigation geospatial maps. The result of this activity is a digital irrigation map whose printout is submitted to the village officials. It is hoped that this map can be published and used as a basis for future sustainable village development planning.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Kurikulum Merdeka mendorong guru untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang mandiri dan berorientasi pada pengembangan keterampilan abad ke-21, termasuk kemampuan beradaptasi dengan teknologi digital. Namun kenyataannya, banyak guru matematika di Kota Lhokseumawe masih menghadapi kendala yang signifikan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital dan belum cukup familiar dengan teknologi digital yang dibutuhkan untuk mendukung pencapaian tujuan kurikulum Merdeka secara efektif. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk Meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam membuat media pembelajaran digital dengan menggunakan platform digital Quzizz, serta menghasilkan media pembelajaran digital untuk pembelajaran matematika yang sesuai dengan standar Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode: Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari survei kebutuhan, pelatihan teknis dalam dua pertemuan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi hasil pelatihan. Pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran digital dilaksanakan oleh tim pengabdian bekerja sama dengan MGMP Matematika Tingkat SMP Kota Lhokseumawe dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 13 guru. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan selama dua hari. Pada hari pertama, para guru menerima materi pelatihan dan pada hari kedua, para guru didampingi untuk mempraktikkan secara langsung pembuatan media digital sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa, dan tingkat kelas yang mereka ajar di sekolah masing-masing. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan dengan pemberian kuisioner kepada para peserta pelatihan. Hasil: Pelatihan ini berdampak positif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru-guru matematika, khususnya dalam merancang dan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran digital secara efektif. Kemampuan ini sangat mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka secara optimal. Kesimpulan: Setelah dilaksanakan pelatihan diperoleh informasi bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan guru sebesar 89% dalam membuat dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran digital.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a rich diversity of regional languages. Language is the primary tool of human communication, serving as a means to establish social relationships in daily life and as a medium for conveying information. One of the regional languages in Indonesia is Devayan, the native language of the people in Simeulue Regency. This language is used as a daily communication medium by the local residents. As one of Indonesia's archipelagic regions, Simeulue Island has various tourism potentials that attract tourists, workers, and students from outside the region. However, communication barriers often occur when visitors to Simeulue Island face difficulties interacting with the local community. Additionally, the language is gradually fading with the passage of time, as many young generations on Simeulue Island now have limited understanding of their regional language. Therefore, a dictionary application is needed to translate vocabulary from Devayan to Indonesian and vice versa. The Levenshtein Distance method is applied to the application's search feature, which has proven capable of correcting errors in input words and suggesting the closest words to users with an accuracy rate of 80.95%.

Abstract

Abstrak- Mobile JKN merupakan aplikasi yang dibuat oleh BPJS Kesehatan untuk memudahkan beberapa masalah administrasi peserta, sehingga peserta tidak perlu datang ke Kantor Cabang karena dapat dilakukan atau diselesaikan dengan aplikasi ini. Tetapi aplikasi ini tidak jarang memiliki beberapa kendala, sehingga menimbulkan penilaian yang kurang baik terhadap pelayanan tersebut. Media sosial Twitter cocok digunakan untuk tempat mengungkapkan perasaan seseorang, membagikan dan mendapatkan informasi terkini, serta komentar atau opini tentang segala hal yang banyak dikenal dan penggunanya pun cukup banyak. Salah satu cara untuk mencari komentar atau opini dari penulis tentang suatu hal, entitas atau subjek tertentu sehingga dapat diklasifikasikan menjadi opini positif, negatif ataupun netral dapat digunakan dengan Analisis Sentimen. Analisis sentimen dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan Algoritma Naïve Bayes. Naïve Bayes yang nantinya akan mengelompokkan berdasarkan peluang atau probabilitas, dimana dihitung sekumpulan probabilitas dengan menjumlahkan frekuensi dan kombinasi nilai dari dataset yang diberikan. Pada proses implementasinya, dataset yang didapatkan berjumlah 1001 tweet, dengan perbandingan data training dan data testing yaitu 80:20. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 488 tweet positif, netral 193, dan negatif 320. Sedangkan untuk menghitung akurasinya menggunakan confussion matrix dengan akurasi yaitu 69.65%, presisi 62.18%, recall 60.44%.Kata Kunci: Mobile JKN, Twitter, Analisis Sentimen, Naïve Bayes Classifier.Abstract- Mobile JKN is an application created by BPJS Health to facilitate several administrative problems for participants, so that participants do not need to come to the Branch Office because they can be done or resolved with this application. However, this application often has several problems, giving rise to an unfavorable assessment of the service. Twitter social media is suitable for use as a place to express one's feelings, share and get the latest information, as well as comments or opinions about everything that is widely known and has quite a lot of users. One way to look for comments or opinions from writers about a particular thing, entity or subject so that they can be classified into positive, negative or neutral opinions can be used with Sentiment Analysis. Sentiment analysis can be done using the Naïve Bayes Algorithm. Naïve Bayes will then group based on chance or probability, where a set of probabilities is calculated by adding up the frequencies and combinations of values from the given dataset. In the implementation process, the dataset obtained was 1001 tweets, with a ratio of training data and testing data of 80:20. This research produced 488 positive tweets, 193 neutral and 320 negative. Abstract

Abstrak - Desa Padang Sakti merupakan sebuah desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Muara Satu, Kota Lhokseumawe. Desa ini memiliki potensi unggulan dan wisata yang dapat dikunjungi oleh wisatawan, seperti taman argowisata, perkebunan, dan beberapa tempat wisata alam lainnya. Namun, meskipun memiliki potensi tersebut, kunjungan wisatawan ke Desa Padang Sakti masih terbilang rendah. Hal ini diakibatkan karena minimnya promosi yang dilakukan terkait potensi unggulan dan wisata yang ada di desa tersebut. Video promosi ini manjadikan objek wisata dan potensi desa Padang Sakti lebih dikenal sehingga dengan adanya video ini dapat menarik lebih banyak wisatawan akan datang untuk melihat wisata yang ada di Desa Padang Sakti serta juga dapat memajukan pendapatan desa dan masyarakat di desa padang sakti. Proses perancangan dan penerapan video wisata desa dan potensi unggulan di desa padang sakti ini menggunakan metode perancangan 4D (four-D) yaitu Metode yang terdiri dari (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). (1) definisi, (2) desain, (3) pengembangan, dan (4) penyebaran adalah empat tahap utama dari metode 4D. Video promosi yang telah diimplementasikan di desa padang Sakti ini dapat menjadi media yang efektif untuk mempromosikan Desa Padang Sakti sebagai destinasi wisata yang menarik perhatian wisatawan, hal ini dapat terlihat dari respon positif yang diberikan oleh masyarakat setelah menonton video promosi tersebut, baik dalam bentuk kunjungan ke Desa Padang Sakti atau keberlangsungan menonton video promosi tersebut. Dengan demikian, video promosi tersebut dapat memberikan manfaat bagi pengembangan pariwisata di Desa Padang Sakti, serta meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat setempat yang terkait dengan pariwisata.Kata Kunci:  Video Promosi, metode perancangan 4D, Desa Wisata, Potensi Desa, WisatawanAbstract - Padang Sakti is a village located in Muara Satu District, Lhokseumawe City. However, despite this potential, tourist visits to Padang Sakti Village are still relatively low. This is due to the lack of promotion carried out regarding the superior and tourism potential in the village. This promotional video makes the tourist attraction and potential of Padang Sakti village better known so that with this video it can attract more tourists to come to see the tourism in Padang Sakti Village and can also increase the income of the village and the community in Padang Sakti village. The process of designing and implementing village tourism videos and superior potential in Padang Sakti village uses the 4D (four-D) design method, namely a method consisting of (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). (1) definition, (2) design, (3) development, and (4) deployment are the four main stages of the 4D method. The promotional video that has been implemented in Padang Sakti village can be an effective medium for promoting Padang Sakti Village as a tourist destination that attracts the attention of tourists. This can be seen from the positive response given by the community after watching the promotional video, both in the form of visits to Padang Sakti Village or the continuity of watching the promotional video. Abstract

Abstrak-Program-program bansos yang ada di desa paloh punti mencakup Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT), Bantuan Sosial tunai (BST), Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH), dan Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) yang bersumber dari Dana Desa. Perluasan program bantuan sosial merupakan komitmen pemerintah untuk mempercepat penanggulangan kemiskinan. Namun pembagian bantuan sosial bagi warga desa paloh punti masih belum tepat sasaran sehingga banyak warga desa di paloh punti yang tidak mendapatkan bantuan sosial tersebut. Dengan adanya penerapan sistem informasi pendataan warga desa kurang mampu dengan bantuan komputer beserta penerapan aplikasi didalam prosesnya akan sangat membantu pihak gampong untuk mengerjakan semua pekerjaan yang berhubungan dengan pengaturan data dengan penggunaan sistem yang baru. Sistem dirancang menggunkan framework codeigniter serta Bahasa pemograman PHP dan menggunakan MySql sebagai database, sistem telah melalui pengujian blackbox. Dalam pembangunan sistem informasi pendataan warga desa kurang mampu di desa paloh punti ini telah melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu menganalisis permasalahan, merumuskan masalah, menganalisa permasalahan dari sistem yang akan dibangun, yang mana semua itu bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan dan membuatnya menjadi efesien. Dengan adanya sistem informasi pendataan warga desa kurang mampu di desa paloh punti ini dapat memudahkan proses pendataan danpenyimpanan data yang dilakukan petugas desa paloh punti agar tidak terjadi kehilangan dataKata Kunci : Bantuan Sosial, Warga Kurang Mampu, codeigniter, PHP, MySQlAbstract-The social aid programs in Paloh Punti village including Non-Cash Food Aid (BPNT), Social Finance Aid (BST), Family Economic Improvement Program (PKH), and Direct Finance Aid (BLT) were all allocated from Village Funds. The expansion of social aid programs is the government's commitment to accelerate the poverty reduction. However, the distribution of social aid to Paloh Punti village residents is still not on target, so many villagers in Paloh Punti do not receive social aid as targetted. By implementing an information system for collecting data on impoverished village residents with the help of computers and implementing applications in the process, it would be helpful for the village to perform all the works related to data management using a new system. The system was designed using CodeIgniter framework and PHP programming language and MySql as database, at the same time the system has been tested through black box testing. In developing the information system for data collection on impoverished villagers in Paloh Punti village, several stages have been passed, such as problem analysis, problem formulation, system analysis before the system built, which aim to overcome problems and make the system efficient. With the existence of an information system for data collection on impoverished villagers in Paloh Punti village, it assisted the data collection and data storage process performed by Paloh Punti village officials in order to prevent from data loss.Keywords : Social Aid Program, impoverished villagers, codeigniter, PHP, MySQl

Abstract

Abstrak- Kantor Pengawasan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean C (KPPBC TMP C) Lhokseumawe bertugas memberikan layanan kepabeanan serta informasi kepada masyarakat dan pihak-pihak terkait. Dalam memberikan pelayanannya, KPPBC TMP C Lhokseumawe seringkali mengalami kendala dengan tingkat permintaan terhadap layanan dan informasi yang tinggi. Penelitian ini merancang Sistem Informasi Layanan Chatbot Berbasis WhatsApp pada KPPBC TMP C Lhokseumawe. Aplikasi sistem ini dibuat menggunakan JavaScript sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan event-driven, non-blocking I/O (asynchronous) model yang membuatnya ringan dan efisien. Selain itu, sistem yang dikembangkan ini menggunakan Artificial Intelligence berupa text processing yang diproses menggunakan Natural Language Processor (NLP) pada OpenAI. Cara kerja sistem yaitu berbagai layanan diinput oleh admin, yang mana berikut nya user dapat memilih layanan yang tersedia untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait layanan tersebut. Semua data pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh user diproses oleh NLP melalui OpenAI, kemudian respons akan ditampilkan pada laman chat whatsapp. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan sistem mampu menjawab pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh user serta memberikan informasi terkait layanan yang tersedia pada KPPBC TMP C Lhokseumawe, yang mana hal ini membantu kantor pabean ini dalam memberikan layanan dan menyediakan informasi yang lebih optimal kepada masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Layanan Kepabeanan, Sistem Informasi, Chatbot, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Languange ProcessingAbstract- Office of Supervision and Service of Customs and Excise Type Medium Customs C (KPPBC TMP C) Lhokseumawe works for providing customs services and customs-related information to the wider community and related parties. In providing the services, KPPBC TMP C Lhokseumawe experienced problems with high levels of demand for services and information. This research designs a WhatsApp-based chatbot Service Information System at KPPBC TMP C Lhokseumawe. This system application was created using JavaScript and an event-driven, non-blocking I/O (asynchronous) model making it efficient. Apart from that, the system being developed uses Artificial Intelligence in the form of text processing which is processed using the Natural Language Processor (NLP) on OpenAI. The way the system works is the admin giving the input after which the user select the services to get related information. All question data submitted by users then processed by NLP via OpenAI, then the response will be displayed on the WhatsApp chat page. Abstract

Dalam Penelitian ini titik sebaran optik di lapangan dibandingkan dengan sistem data Terpadu Inventory Management di unit akses dan perawatan data PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Sumut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui port mana saja yang telah digunakan dalam distribusi data optik titik. Tata letak titik distribusi data optik juga dibuat untuk memudahkan orang melihat jalur distribusi pada titik distribusi data optik dan membantu mengidentifikasi apakah port di titik distribusi data optik mengalami kerusakan. Wawancara, literatur, dan observasi digunakan untuk melakukan penelitian ini. Selain itu, analisis distribusi data optik dibantu oleh sistem alat website data PT. Telkom Witel Sumut dan Unified Inventory Management. Dengan memastikan bahwa semua port berfungsi dengan baik dan bahwa jalur distribusi data tidak terganggu, analisis ini juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan distribusi data optik. PT. Telkom indonesia witel sumut dapat lebih mudah memantau dan memelihara jaringan optik serta memberikan layanan yang lebih baik kepada pelanggan dengan sistem yang terintegrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Unified Inventory Management dan Valins mampu memberikan gambaran yang lebih jelas mengenai kondisi jaringan optik di lapangan dan membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk perbaikan dan peningkatan kualitas jaringan.Kata Kunci: Unified Inventory Management, jaringan optik, Data Optical Distribution Point, Monitoring Jaringan, PT. Telkom Indonesia This study compares the optical distribution sites in the field with the Integrated Inventory Management data system in the PT data access and maintenance unit. Telkom Indonesia's North Sumatra branch. The objective of this study is to determine the ports that have been utilized in the distribution of point optical data. The arrangement of the optical data distribution points is designed to enhance visibility of the distribution lines and facilitate identification of any damage to the ports at these sites. This research was conducted using interviews, literature, and observations. Furthermore, PT's data website tool system aids in the examination of optical data dissemination. Telkom Witel North Sumatra and Unified Inventory Management. This analysis attempts to enhance the effectiveness of optical data distribution management by guaranteeing the appropriate functioning of all ports and maintaining an uninterrupted data distribution path. By implementing an integrated system, PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel North Sumatra can enhance its ability to monitor and maintain optical networks, resulting in improved service delivery to customers. The research findings demonstrate that the utilization of Unified Inventory Management and Valins enables a more comprehensive assessment of the state of the optical network in the field and aids in making informed decisions on network repair and enhancement to improve network quality. Keywords: Unified Inventory Management, optical network, Data Optical Distribution Point, Network Monitoring, PT.
