Abstract

The Complaint Service Information System is a web-based platform designed for the Dewantara District Office. The title Complaint Service Information System is based on the need for technological solutions to improve the quality of public services, especially in handling public complaints. This system was chosen because it facilitates more efficient complaint reporting, increases transparency, and speeds up responses to issues raised by the public. By applying information technology in handling complaints, it is hoped that we can create a public service environment that is more responsive, open and adaptive to the ever-growing needs of society. The process of creating a complaint service information system involves several main stages. First, the needs analysis stage is carried out to identify and understand the needs of users and related parties in handling complaints. This involves a survey and analysis of associated documents. Next, the system design and design stage involves database structure, user interface, and business logic. This Information System design process involves critical steps to ensure the success and effectiveness of the system, including coding, creating a user interface, and setting up a database. The results of designing the Complaint Service Information System include a simple and responsive user interface, an online complaint form, a status tracking system, and analytical reports. A structured and secure database stores, manages, and retrieves complaint data. Afterwards, the implementation phase involves running the entire system and, if necessary, data migration. Through the creation of this Information System, it is hoped to evaluate the impact of the level of accessibility and ease of navigation in the system on employee performance in searching, monitoring and managing incoming complaints. With a web-based approach, this system provides easy, fast access for users from various locations and increases transparency in managing services provided to the community.

Abstract

The use of Augmented Reality technology in the pharmaceutical sector, particularly in pharmacies, has introduced significant innovations in providing drug information to consumers. AR applications can help healthcare workers and patients better understand drug use through three-dimensional visualization superimposed on the real environment. Observations at Sultan Abdul Aziz Syah Peureulak Hospital indicate that 70% of patients still experience confusion regarding the drug information provided by pharmacy staff. This difficulty is caused by the complexity of the information, lack of personal interaction, or low health literacy. To address this problem, the Android-based Mediscan application was developed using AR technology. This application utilizes Unity and Vuforia Engine software to present drug information visually in card form via the smart device screen. Users can point the camera at a particular drug and receive complete information regarding general indications, dosage, drug class, contraindications, and side effects. This research aims to develop the Mediscan application, calculate the level of patient understanding, measure consumer satisfaction, and evaluate the impact of using AR in presenting drug information. The System Development Life Cycle methodology with the Waterfall model was used in this research. The results show that AR technology can be implemented in Android-based applications to present drug information visually and interactively. The majority of patients feel more informed and gain a better understanding of the medication they are taking. AR technology in the Mediscan application improves user experience, supports the education and training of medical personnel and patients, and enhances the quality of healthcare services in hospitals. This application also makes it easier for medical personnel and pharmacists to convey drug information more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Undang Undang Nomor 11 tahun 2008 tentang Informasi Transaksi Elektronik atau UU ITE merupakan undang-undang atau peraturan yang sering kali bersentuhan langsung dengan berbagai orang, terutama pada era teknologi yang sedang berkembang saat ini. Secara umum, UU ITE masih belum tersosialisasikan dengan baik ke semua kalangan, termasuk pada kalangan siswa/siswi Sekolah Menengah Atas. Oleh karena itu, SMA Negeri 4 Lhokseumawe menjadi sasaran tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Universitas Malikussaleh sebagai sarana untuk mensosialisasikan UU ITE. Hal ini dianggap penting karena pada saat ini kalangan muda (terutama siswa/siswi SMA) tidak terpisahkan dari teknologi internet. Sehingga perlu disampaikan bahwa ada sanksi atau hukuman yang berlaku apabila tidak waspada dalam memakai internet. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini diharapkan menjadi pembelajaran bagi siswa/siswi maupun guru-guru di SMA Negeri 4 Lhokseumawe agar lebih cerdas dan bijak dalam memakai internet, terutama untuk mencegah penyebaran berita hoax melalui social media maupun aplikasi chatting. Dari hasil sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kesadaran dan pengetahuan siswa/siswi dan guru SMA Negeri 4 Lhokseumawe mengenai UU ITE masih rendah, sehingga sosialisasi ini diharapkan menjadi pembekalan agar mereka dapat waspada dalam menggunakan internet, terutama untuk menangkal berita hoax.

Abstract

Abstrak- Saat ini penerapan sistem informasi geografis sangat berkembang dimasyarakat penerapan sudah digunakan terlebih dahulu oleh aplikasi transportasi seperti Gojek dan Grab untuk menentukan lokasi terdekat driver ke pengguna, Bimbingan belajar les privat semakin berkembang dari segi bisnis di dukung dengan aktivitas orang tua yang sibuk dan persaingan untuk memasuki perguruan tinggi negeri favorit semakin ketat, akan tetapi gaya les privat konvesional saat ini sudah kurang effisien dari cara mendaftarkan ke bimbel, pemesanan guru serta kualitas guru yang tidak transparant sehingga orang tua atau siswa tidak bisa memilih guru yang sesuai dengan latar belakang yang mereka butuhkan, dari pihak guru memiliki masalah soal jarak tempuh ke siswa yang terlalu jauh sehingga dapat memotong pendaatan mereka. Dengan teknologi yang saat ini berkembang penulis mengambil aplikasi pencarian guru les privat terdekat menggunakan metode haversine formula untuk penentuan jalur terdekat dan metode Single Linked List untuk pengelolaan data admin aplikasi sehingga guru mendapatkan murid terdekat bedasarkan approve atau tidak nya dari admin dengan metode antrean Single Linked List. Aplikasi memiliki kemudahan dalam mendaftar dan melihat detail guru les privat diharapkan dapat berguna dalam industri bimbingan belajar.Kata kunci: Haversine formula, Single Linked List,  Sistem informasi geografis, Les privat terdekat, Bimbingan belajar.Abstract- Currently the application of geographic information system is very developed in the application community has been used in advance by transportation applications such as gojek and uber to determine the location of the nearest driver to the user, tutoring private tutoring is growing in terms of business is supported by busy parents activities and competition to enter favorite state universities are getting tighter, but the conventional private tutoring style is now less efficient than registering to tutoring, teacher bookings as well as the quality of teachers who are not transparent so that parents or students can not choose teachers that fit the background they need, on the part of the teacher has problems about the distance to students who are too far away so as to cut their gratification. With the current technology, the writer takes the application of the closest teacher tutor using the haversine formula method and single linked list to manage admin data on application until determine the nearest path so that the teacher gets the closest students, the application has the ease in registering and see the detail of private tutor is expected to be useful in learning guidance industry.Keyword: Haversine Formula, Single Linked List, Geographic Information System, Nearby Private Lesson, Tutoring.

Abstract

The Smart Accounting System (SAS) is an accounting system that optimizes the financial administration of an entity or company by utilizing artificial intelligence and information technology to streamline the accounting process. Mosques may encounter a variety of financial challenges; among these are fund management, income, and expenses. Distrust among the congregation may result from a lack of transparency in mosque financial management. Consequently, it is crucial to preserve transparency and furnish transparent financial statements. In order to resolve these financial challenges, it is crucial to implement effective financial management, establish a realistic budget, enhance transparency, and engage the congregation in the mosque's financial management. The Agile Development Scrum method is employed to design the Smart Accounting System, which is based on Android mobile and web. The Agile approach enables the team to effortlessly adjust to changes during the development process, as it fosters congregational engagement throughout the entire development cycle. The mosque treasurer or finance team's participation is indispensable in the context of the Smart Accounting System to guarantee that the appropriate requirements are satisfied. Agile ensures superior system quality by emphasizing continuous testing and feedback from the mosque congregation. The proper location for field studies and initial data sources for the development of the Smart Accounting System is Baiturrahim Mosque, located in Uteun Bayi Village, Lhokseumawe City. Additionally, the Agile Scrum methodology will be implemented to execute the system design. The subsequent phase involves the implementation of the Black Box system testing method and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Abstract

Keutapang Village is located in Nisam District, North Aceh Regency, Aceh Province with a village area of 123.4 ha. This village has 120 ha of agricultural land and rice as the main commodity, but the productivity of the planting season and harvest cannot be maximized due to the lack of irrigation that has been built, thus it is necessary to increase the effectiveness of irrigation management by mapping irrigation as information for village irrigation development planning. The rural irrigation map contains information on the location, situation and condition of irrigation, and the priority scale for improving the WEBGIS-based network. The purpose of this community service activity was to produce a village irrigation network map and educate village officials in increasing the effectiveness of irrigation network management through WEBGIS-based mapping. The mapping stages included measurement surveys using GPS, digitizing the surface of the area through Google Earth, depicting the layout with the AutoCAD application and making maps with QGIS/ArcGIS software. This community service activity in Keutapang Village, Nisam District produced informative and attractive village irrigation geospatial maps. The result of this activity is a digital irrigation map whose printout is submitted to the village officials. It is hoped that this map can be published and used as a basis for future sustainable village development planning.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Kurikulum Merdeka mendorong guru untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang mandiri dan berorientasi pada pengembangan keterampilan abad ke-21, termasuk kemampuan beradaptasi dengan teknologi digital. Namun kenyataannya, banyak guru matematika di Kota Lhokseumawe masih menghadapi kendala yang signifikan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital dan belum cukup familiar dengan teknologi digital yang dibutuhkan untuk mendukung pencapaian tujuan kurikulum Merdeka secara efektif. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk Meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam membuat media pembelajaran digital dengan menggunakan platform digital Quzizz, serta menghasilkan media pembelajaran digital untuk pembelajaran matematika yang sesuai dengan standar Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode: Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari survei kebutuhan, pelatihan teknis dalam dua pertemuan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi hasil pelatihan. Pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran digital dilaksanakan oleh tim pengabdian bekerja sama dengan MGMP Matematika Tingkat SMP Kota Lhokseumawe dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 13 guru. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan selama dua hari. Pada hari pertama, para guru menerima materi pelatihan dan pada hari kedua, para guru didampingi untuk mempraktikkan secara langsung pembuatan media digital sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa, dan tingkat kelas yang mereka ajar di sekolah masing-masing. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan dengan pemberian kuisioner kepada para peserta pelatihan. Hasil: Pelatihan ini berdampak positif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru-guru matematika, khususnya dalam merancang dan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran digital secara efektif. Kemampuan ini sangat mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka secara optimal. Kesimpulan: Setelah dilaksanakan pelatihan diperoleh informasi bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan guru sebesar 89% dalam membuat dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran digital.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a rich diversity of regional languages. Language is the primary tool of human communication, serving as a means to establish social relationships in daily life and as a medium for conveying information. One of the regional languages in Indonesia is Devayan, the native language of the people in Simeulue Regency. This language is used as a daily communication medium by the local residents. As one of Indonesia's archipelagic regions, Simeulue Island has various tourism potentials that attract tourists, workers, and students from outside the region. However, communication barriers often occur when visitors to Simeulue Island face difficulties interacting with the local community. Additionally, the language is gradually fading with the passage of time, as many young generations on Simeulue Island now have limited understanding of their regional language. Therefore, a dictionary application is needed to translate vocabulary from Devayan to Indonesian and vice versa. The Levenshtein Distance method is applied to the application's search feature, which has proven capable of correcting errors in input words and suggesting the closest words to users with an accuracy rate of 80.95%.

Abstract

Abstract. The development of digital technology has opened up opportunities for innovation in learning, including in teaching mathematics at the junior high school level. However, many teachers still face limitations using interactive digital media. This training activity aims for helping Junior High School Mathematics teachers MGMP in Lhokseumawe City to improve their skills to edit and develop digital learning videos using the CapCut application. The implementation method consists of a needs survey, technical training in two meetings, mentoring, and evaluation of training results. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in teachers' understanding and skills in utilizing CapCut, so that they can produce more interesting, and interactive learning media. Evaluation of the training indicated high satisfaction from participants, with most teachers feeling helped in improving their creativity and learning effectiveness. Recommendations from participants include the need for further training with a scope of other digital applications. In conclusion, this CapCut training has proven to be effective in improving teacher competence in the use of digital technology for learning. This training is expected to improve teacher competence in the field of educational technology and support more effective and innovative digital-based learning. Abstrak. Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membuka peluang bagi inovasi dalam pembelajaran, termasuk dalam pengajaran matematika di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Pertama. Namun, banyak guru masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam pemanfaatan media digital interaktif. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membekali guru MGMP Matematika Tingkat SMP Kota Lhokseumawe dengan keterampilan mengedit dan mengembangkan video pembelajaran digital menggunakan aplikasi CapCut. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari survei kebutuhan, pelatihan teknis dalam dua pertemuan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi hasil pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan CapCut, sehingga mereka dapat menciptakan media pembelajaran yang lebih menarik, dan interaktif. Evaluasi terhadap pelatihan mengindikasikan kepuasan tinggi dari peserta, dengan sebagian besar guru merasa terbantu dalam meningkatkan kreativitas dan efektivitas pembelajaran mereka. Rekomendasi dari peserta mencakup perlunya pelatihan lanjutan dengan cakupan aplikasi digital lainnya. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan CapCut ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk pembelajaran. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru di bidang teknologi pendidikan serta mendukung pembelajaran berbasis digital yang lebih efektif dan inovatif.

Abstract

Abstrak- Mobile JKN merupakan aplikasi yang dibuat oleh BPJS Kesehatan untuk memudahkan beberapa masalah administrasi peserta, sehingga peserta tidak perlu datang ke Kantor Cabang karena dapat dilakukan atau diselesaikan dengan aplikasi ini. Tetapi aplikasi ini tidak jarang memiliki beberapa kendala, sehingga menimbulkan penilaian yang kurang baik terhadap pelayanan tersebut. Media sosial Twitter cocok digunakan untuk tempat mengungkapkan perasaan seseorang, membagikan dan mendapatkan informasi terkini, serta komentar atau opini tentang segala hal yang banyak dikenal dan penggunanya pun cukup banyak. Salah satu cara untuk mencari komentar atau opini dari penulis tentang suatu hal, entitas atau subjek tertentu sehingga dapat diklasifikasikan menjadi opini positif, negatif ataupun netral dapat digunakan dengan Analisis Sentimen. Analisis sentimen dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan Algoritma Naïve Bayes. Naïve Bayes yang nantinya akan mengelompokkan berdasarkan peluang atau probabilitas, dimana dihitung sekumpulan probabilitas dengan menjumlahkan frekuensi dan kombinasi nilai dari dataset yang diberikan. Pada proses implementasinya, dataset yang didapatkan berjumlah 1001 tweet, dengan perbandingan data training dan data testing yaitu 80:20. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 488 tweet positif, netral 193, dan negatif 320. Sedangkan untuk menghitung akurasinya menggunakan confussion matrix dengan akurasi yaitu 69.65%, presisi 62.18%, recall 60.44%.Kata Kunci: Mobile JKN, Twitter, Analisis Sentimen, Naïve Bayes Classifier.Abstract- Mobile JKN is an application created by BPJS Health to facilitate several administrative problems for participants, so that participants do not need to come to the Branch Office because they can be done or resolved with this application. However, this application often has several problems, giving rise to an unfavorable assessment of the service. Twitter social media is suitable for use as a place to express one's feelings, share and get the latest information, as well as comments or opinions about everything that is widely known and has quite a lot of users. One way to look for comments or opinions from writers about a particular thing, entity or subject so that they can be classified into positive, negative or neutral opinions can be used with Sentiment Analysis. Sentiment analysis can be done using the Naïve Bayes Algorithm. Naïve Bayes will then group based on chance or probability, where a set of probabilities is calculated by adding up the frequencies and combinations of values from the given dataset. In the implementation process, the dataset obtained was 1001 tweets, with a ratio of training data and testing data of 80:20. This research produced 488 positive tweets, 193 neutral and 320 negative. Meanwhile, to calculate the accuracy, a confusion matrix was used with an accuracy of 69.65%, precision 62.18%, recall 60.44%.Keywords: Mobile JKN, Twitter, Sentiment Analysis, Naïve Bayes Classifier.
