Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sejauh mana (1) Pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Solok Selatan. (2) Pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kompensasi pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Solok Selatan. (3) Pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap lingkungan kerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Solok Selatan. (4) Pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pe.gawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Solok Selatan. (5) Pengaruh lingkungan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Solok Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini ada deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Solok Selatan yang berjumlah 89 orang. Teknik analisis yang dipakai adalah analisis structural equation modeling.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kemudian kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Namun lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kompensasi, Lingkungan kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh kepuasan kerja, kompensasi dan pengembangan karir terhadap turnover intention karyawan BSM cabang Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap BSM cabang Padang. Jumlah sampel penelitian ditentukan berdasarkan rumus Slovin sebanyak 84 orang dan dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis jalur dan uji hipotesis dengan uji t dengan analisis data menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sementara itu, kompensasi, pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Akan tetapi secara individual hanya kepuasan kerja yang berpengaruh signifikan dan bernilai negatif terhadap turnover intention

Abstract

The aims of this study is to analyze the influence of sense, feel, think and act on the interest of tourists visiting Mandeh Island tourism object in Pesisir Selatan Regency. This research is a type of causative research. The population in this study is the tourist in Mandeh Island tourism object. Purposive sampling was used to take a sample, there are 100 people chosen as a sample by using the William G. Cochran formula. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results of the study based on multiple regression analysis showed that the variables of sense, feel, think and act had a significant effect on the interest of tourists visiting Mandeh Island tourism object.

Abstract

One of the small industries in the city of Padang which is engaged in tofu processing is natural tofu SMEs. Natural tofu SMEs are small businesses that are engaged in tofu production and carry out production every day. The tofu processing industry has been established since 1999. The owners of this tofu factory are Mrs. Habiba and Mr. Muakhir who come from the Java area. The tofu production process is carried out right behind Mrs. Habiba's house which is in front of the highway opposite the Lubuk Buaya Padang market. In operating activities carried out by the company, the main product produced is natural tofu, but besides that it is accompanied by various other processed tofu, such as raw tofu which is processed into fried tofu, oncom, beancurd, chips made from soybeans, as well as tempeh and tofu. soy milk. After the implementation of this Community Service activity, it is hoped that the determination of the production price and the determination of the selling price of SME products can be implemented using a new method.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of locus of control and situational leadership behavior on employee performance through job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach that focuses on hypothesis testing. The independent variable is locus of control, situational leadership behavior, while the dependent variable is job satisfaction and job performance. The data collection procedure in this study was carried out using a questionnaire. The respondents were 70 employees at PT. Kencana Sawit Indonesia. Data analysis techniques to test research hypotheses were carried out using SPSS. Based on testing, conclusions; (1) the results obtained by partial locus of control have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, where the locus of control coefficient value is 0.723 with a small significant level of (0.000 <0.005). Means that locus of control increases, job satisfaction increases.;(2 ) the results obtained that situational leadership behavior partially has a positive effect on job satisfaction, meaning that situational leadership behavior increases, job satisfaction increases.; (3) results prove that locus of control increases, work performance increases.; (4) results proves situational leadership behavior increases, so work performance increases,; (5) results prove job satisfaction increases, work performance increases,; (6) results prove job satisfaction does not mediate locus of control on work performance,; (7) job satisfaction results do not mediate situational leadership behavior on work performance .

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Lokasi, Promosi dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Minat Kunjung dengan Kepuasan Konsumen Sebagai pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan manggunakan Probability Sampling dengan menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi, regresi linear bererganda dan analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Menggunakan SPSS 21.variabel intervening pada Daerah Wisata Harau. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuisiner dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik Hasil penelitian diperoleh Lokasi,Promosi dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumrn pada Daerah Wisata Harau. Lokasi, Promosi dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Kunjung pada Daerah Wisata Harau. Kepuasan Konsumen memediasi Lokasi terhadap Minat Kunjung pada Daerah Wisata Harau. Kepuasan Konsumen memediasi Promosi terhadap Minat Kunjung pada Daerah Wisata Harau. Berarti Kepuasan Konsumen memediasi Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Minat Kunjung pada Daerah Wisata Harau.

Abstract

Balanced scorecard adalah salah satu teknik evaluasi bisnis modern yang meninjau dari empat perspektif untuk menentukan strategi bisnis kedepannya. PT. Mahameru Duta Pasifik pada saat ini masih menggunakan teknik evaluasi lama yang menjadikan perusahaan salah dalam mengambil keputusan strategis. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah membantu PT. Mahameru Duta Pasifik dalam menilai kinerja dengan pendekatan Balanced scorecard. Metode pengabdian ini yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada perusahaan untuk memperoleh data primer dan skunder, dimana pernyataan disusun berdasarkan Critical Success Factors. Adapun hasil dari penerapan balanced scorecard memberikan beberapa rekomendasi kebijakan diantaranya 1) Mengatur rute distribusi dan menyalurkan pada satu waktu, hal ini dapat menurunkan biaya operasional dan meminimasi biaya distribusi, 2) Lebih menjalin kerjasama yang baik dengan berbagai retail serta menstimulus dengan strategi bundling maupun diskon, hal ini dapat meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan serta meningkatkan kepercayaan mitra kepada perusahaan. 3) Memberikan pelatihan kreativitas kepada karyawan agar menjadi perilaku yang inovatif. Karyawan yang inovatif akan mengimplementasikan ide kreatifnya pada aktivitas bisnis yang akan menguntungkan perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect exchange rate, Service Quality and Brand Image of Customer Loyalty with Customer Satisfaction As a variable intervening for customers of Kupi Batigo Gor H. Agus Salim Padang, both in a joint and joint manner.The sample in this study were 100 customers at the Batigo Gor Kup H. Agus Salim Padang, the method of data analysis used multiple regression analysis and path analysis with the SPSS 21 application.The results showed that : 1) partially, there is no positive and significant influence between Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction. 2) There is no positive and significant influence between Brand Image and Consumer Satisfaction. 3) There is no positive and significant influence between customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. 4) There is a positive and significant influence between Service Quality on customer Loyalty. 5) There is a positive and significant influence between Brand Image and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Background: This study aims to examine how much influence knowledge management and talent management have on the performance of general bureau employees at the West Sumatra Governor's Office with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Method: collecting data by distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 60 respondents. The analytical method used is SMART PLS 3.0. Result: results of this study are (I) Knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (II) Talent management has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (III) Knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (IV) Talent management has a positive and non-significant effect on employee performance. (V) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (VI) Knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. (VII) Talent management has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Conclution: contribution of knowledge management and talent management variables to employee performance is 5%. The contribution of knowledge management and talent management variables to job satisfaction is 86%.
