Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan kevalitan dan kepraktisan e-modul berbasis kearifan lokal. Penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) yang menerapkan model pengembangan 4-D. Adapun Instrumen penelitian adalah lembar validitas dan praktikalitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari dosen ahli materi tentang aspek kelayakan isi dan keterpaduan dengan nilai 92% berkategori sangat valid. Sedangkan dari dosen ahli desain berdasarkan aspek penyajian dan kegrafisan 87% dengan kategori valid. Selanjutnya, dosen ahli bahasa dengan aspek kebahasaan dengan nilai 93% berkategori sangat valid. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian ketiga dosen tersebut, didapatkan rata-rata keseluruhan 90% dengan kategori sangat valid. Untuk uji praktikalitas dosen diperoleh rata-rata 93% berkategori sangat praktis sedangkan mahasiswa diperoleh rata-rata 95% berkategori sangat praktis. Dari penjelasan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan e-modul berbasis kearifan lokal pada mata kuliah Teori dan Apresiasi Sastra dengan materi puisi dapat dikategorikan sangat valid dan sangat praktis.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal digital and non-digital based learning media used by lecturers to improve 4 students' language skills in intensive Arabic learning UIN Sheikh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection is obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data is then analyzed using Miles and Huberman's theory: reduce the data, then present the data and then infer it. The research produced findings on the use of digital and non-digital based media in intensive Arabic language learning to improve Arabic language skills students of UIN Syahada Padangsidimpuan consists of several types based on the purpose of their use. The use of digital media can be grouped into 4 types based on the purpose of use, it's just that its use in Arabic language learning has not been too optimal due to several factors both in terms of students, lecturers, and institutional conditions. However, the combination of the use of digital and non-digital media in Arabic language learning can provide a balanced learning experience and maximize student learning outcomes and can improve students' Arabic language skills.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate Arabic students' perceptions of the use of the SEVIMA Edlink platform in learning process. The object of this research was 161 students of the Arabic Language Education and Arabic Language and Literature UIN Imam Bonjol Padang study program. The method used in this research is a mix method. The results of the investigation in this research show that, in terms of use, this platform is easy to use, and students think that this platform provides good access to lecture materials and assignments. Other findings show that the level of interaction between students and lecturers on this platform is still lacking. However, overall, the majority of students are satisfied with the use of SEVIMA Edlink in their lectures and recommend it to other students. The researcher recommends to investigate lecturers' perceptions of using the SEVIMA Edlink platform and also strategies for developing it in higher education.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the validity and practicality of the E-module theme 4 based on the values of multicultural education in Sub-theme 1 in the fourth grade of elementary school. The type of research used is research and development with a 4-D development model, namely define, design, development, and disseminate. The research instrument includes validation sheets by 3 expert lecturers, namely material experts, design experts, and linguists, and questionnaire responses from educators and students. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the assessment from material expert lecturers included aspects of content feasibility with a score (96,87%) in the very valid category and the integration aspect (92,85%) in the very valid category. The results of the assessment from design expert lecturers include the presentation component aspect (90,62%) in the very valid category, and the graphic aspect (82,14%) in the valid category. The assessment results from linguistic lecturers include aspects of language (92,5%) in the very valid category. From the three expert lecturers' assessment results, an overall average of 90,99% was obtained with a very valid category. The results of the practicality test by educators obtained an average of (91,67%) in the very practical category and the results of the practicality test by the students obtained an average of (97,99%) and categorized as very practical. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the development of the e-module theme 4 based on the values of multicultural education in elementary schools is very valid, and very practical. So that it can be used in the learning process by educators, and for other researchers it is recommended to be able to develop e-learning modules based on character education values in other materials.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji tentang isu krusial terkait tata kelola gerobak yang dilakukan oleh pengurus UPZ Baznas Semen Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan subjek penelitiannya adalah penerima bantuan gerobak sebanyak 23 orang dan pengurus sebanyak 5 orang yang ditetapkan berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data interaktif dari Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini adalah; 1) Bentuk pengelolaan gerobak dilakukan melalui; survei awal, nota kesepakatan, bantuan secara langsung, dan monev. 2) Kendala yang dihadapi pengurus seperti; rumitnya akses lokasi dan terbatasnya jumlah tim monev yang mengakibatkan pelaksanaan monev tidak bisa dilakukan secara merata, dilema antara konsistensi pengurus dengan kepatuhan penerima bantuan terhadap nota kesepakatan mengakibatkan gerobak terbengkalai dan usaha penerima bantuan tidak berkembang bahkan ada yang bangkrut. 3) Solusi alternatif; menambah tim monev, melakukan observasi secara intensif, melakukan klasifikasi data, memberikan solusi dan melakukan tindakan tegas namun bijaksana. Kata kunci: Tata kelola, instrumen, pemberdayaan, UPZ AbstractThis study examines crucial issues related to cart governance carried out by the management of UPZ Baznas Semen Padang. This study uses a qualitative method with the research subjects being 23 cart aid recipients and 5 administrators determined based on the purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation studies using interactive data analysis techniques from Miles and Huberman. The results of this study are; 1) The form of cart management is carried out through; Initial surveys, memorandums of agreement, direct assistance, and monev. 2) Obstacles faced by the management such as; The complexity of location access and the limited number of Monev teams resulting in the implementation of Monev cannot be carried out evenly, the dilemma between the consistency of the management and the compliance of the beneficiaries with the memorandum of agreement resulted in abandoned carts and the businesses of the beneficiaries did not develop and some even went bankrupt. 3) Alternative solutions; adding to the Monev team, conducting intensive observations, classifying data, providing solutions and taking firm but wise actions. Keywords: Governance, instruments, empowerment, UPZ

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of educators in improving the quality of education at SDN 01 Ulak Karang, Padang City. The theory used refers to Hasbullah (2017), who states that educators must act as mentors, inspirers, and motivators for their students. Educators are expected to possess strong pedagogical, social, professional, and personal competencies to support the achievement of quality education. This study employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The research subjects consist of the school principal and teachers in phases A, B, and C. The results show that educators have performed their roles well in enhancing the quality of education. Based on interviews, 80% of the school principal and teachers stated that educators have played an optimal role, while 20% mentioned that there are still infrastructure limitations. These limitations include the lack of fans in phase B (grade 4) and power supply constraints due to the use of projectors in all classrooms in phase C (grade 5). The questionnaire results indicate that 80% of respondents strongly agree, 20% agree, and none expressed disagreement or uncertainty. The documentation collected supports the interview and questionnaire data, with 80% of the documents showing that educators actively contribute to improving education quality, while 20% highlight challenges related to infrastructure. In conclusion, educators at SDN 01 Ulak Karang have played an active role in enhancing education quality. However, infrastructure challenges remain and require further attention to ensure an optimal learning process.. Keywords : Role of educators, education quality

Abstract

Abstrak: Generasi Alphan, yang lahir di era perkembangan teknologi pesat, memiliki pola komunikasi yang dipengaruhi oleh media digital. Bahasa yang digunakan oleh Generasi Alpha sering kali mencerminkan tren terkini dan norma sosial yang berkembang di dunia maya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan bahasa generasi Alpha terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa di sekolah dasar, khususnya memberikan rekomendasikan bagi pendidik dan orangtua tentang cara cara mendukung perkembangan karakter siswa melalui pengawasan dan pembelajaran bahasa yang positif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan prosedur pengumpulan data penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian penggunaan bahasa gaul/slang telah menjadi fenomena yang signifikan dalam komunikasi generasi Alpha saat ini. Mayoritas responden 73,3% sering menggunakan bahasa gaul dalam komunikasi sehari-hari, dengan 80% melihatnya sebagai bentuk ekspresi diri. Menariknya, responden memiliki kesadaran kritis terhadap dampak penggunaan bahasa gaul, di mana 53,3% menganggapnya sebagai kemajuan berbahasa, namun 73,3% khawatir akan potensi kemunduran bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar. Kesimpulannya, generasi Alpha berada dalam fase transformasi linguistik yang dinamis, di mana mereka mencari keseimbangan antara ekspresi diri melalui bahasa informal dan upaya menjaga integritas bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar, mencerminkan kemampuan adaptif dan reflektif mereka dalam menghadapi perubahan bahasa di era digital. Abstract

This research is motivated by (1) Teachers still use the lecture method, so that students look bored, (2) Lack of students' ability to participate, (3) Lack of students' ability to cooperate in learning. The purpose of this research is to improve the reading comprehension skills of grade IV students of SDN 08 Surau Gadang Nanggalo Padang. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which includes 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection with a total of 25 students. The research instruments used are observation sheets and learning outcome tests. Based on the results of research conducted in the first cycle on the teacher's activity sheet, 74,21% increased in the second cycle to 87,5%. Meanwhile, the student activity sheet in the first cycle was 62.49%, an increase in the second cycle of 83.33%. The results of students' reading ability in the first cycle obtained an average of 63.98, while in the second cycle the average increased to 83.97. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that using the STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) type cooperative learning model in Indonesian learning can improve the reading comprehension skills of grade IV students of SD IT Nurul Ikhlas Padang. Suggestions for the use of the STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) type cooperative learning model in Indonesian learning help improve students' reading comprehension skills in Indonesian learning as information and comparison materials for the implementation of similar and relevant research.

Abstract

The study aims to describe the validation results of Project Based Learning-Based Student Worksheets (LKPD) accompanied by Crossword Puzzles on Cube and Block Material for Grade IV Elementary School Students in the independent curriculum. This type of research is research and development (R & D) with the ADDIE development model: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The data in this study were processed quantitatively and described qualitatively. Validation was carried out by 3 experts, namely material, language, and media experts. The results showed that the results of the material expert validation on general aspects, current content, and completeness of content obtained an average value of 88.47% (valid criteria), validation of language experts on aspects of straightforwardness, communicativeness, dialogic and interactive, suitability and development of students, suitability with language rules, use of symbols and icons obtained an average value of 100.00% (very valid criteria), and the results of the media expert validation on aspects of appearance, use of letters and spaces, overall function obtained an average value of 87.72% (valid criteria). Thus, it can be concluded that the average percentage value of the validity of LKPD based on Project Based Learning accompanied by Crossword Puzzles on the Cube and Block Material for Grade IV Elementary School Students is 92.06% with the category of very valid.
