Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the recording of financial reports at the Nurul Haq Islamic boarding school in accordance with Islamic boarding school accounting guidelines which include financial position reports, net asset change reports, cash flow reports and notes to financial reports. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results of this research found that currently the Nurul Haq Islamic boarding school only uses simple financial reports because it does not fully understand Islamic boarding school accounting guidelines, due to a lack of knowledge and information regarding Islamic boarding school accounting.

Abstract

Three Star Banana Chips is a productive economic business opportunity which is carried out by individuals or business entities in order to increase income, so that they can meet life's needs. In developing a business, there needs to be a development strategy to be able to maximize the steps in developing Three Star Banana Chips. The research results show that Three Star Banana Chips can be developed by using the 4P marketing strategy or marketing mix by prioritizing product quality, affordable prices, good and friendly word of mouth promotion and channeled to grocery stores and also minimarkets.

Abstract

This study aimed to prove that the mediation of the performance of sharia maqashid affects sharia compliance with financial performance. The method used was a regression analysis based on Structural Equation Modeling with panel data available in the annual reports published by Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia for the period 2014-2019. The results of the study proved that sharia compliance has a direct and significant negative influence on financial performance. However, sharia compliance does not have a significant effect on maqashid sharia performance. Furthermore, maqashid sharia performance has a negative and significant effect on financial performance, but does not mediate the influence of sharia compliance on financial performance at Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. This research recommends that policymakers confirm regulations regarding the implementation and disclosure of sharia compliance and maqashid sharia performance indicators in the annual reports of Islamic Conventional Banks (ICBs). In addition, it is necessary to design an integrated Islamic banking performance measurement model that includes conventional financial performance indicators with maqashid sharia performance indicators. In practical implementation, ICBs should increase the implementation of sharia compliance and maqashid sharia performance indicators.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Mie Gacoan Mayang, the aim of this research was to determine strategic management in facing business competition. The research carried out was a qualitative descriptive approach. The object of this research is Mie Gacoan Mayang. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation, the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data, and data analysis consists of inductive techniques, deductive techniques and drawing conclusions. The research results obtained regarding Marketing Excellence Strategy Management Analysis, where the marketing excellence strategy is carried out by providing quality products at affordable prices in accordance with the quality of the product in attracting and retaining consumers.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the decline in the income level of MSME actors during the Covid-19 pandemic, one of the reasons for this is the lack of effectiveness and efficiency of financial management in their businesses, business actors feel they do not understand how to make policies in managing their business finances. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of MSME Mendalo Darat in increasing income and to find out what obstacles are experienced by MSME Mendalo Darat actors in efforts to increase income. The type of method in this study is field/qualitative research. The income of MSME Mendalo Darat has decreased in the Covid-19 era so that e-commerce has a positive impact on the income of  MSME Mendalo Darat.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the palm oil plantation industry and its social impacts on local communities in Jambi Province, Sumatra, Indonesia. Palm oil plantations have become an important economic sector in the region, contributing significantly to the local and national economy. However, on the other hand, the expansion of this industry has also given rise to a variety of complex social and environmental problems. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis to examine the socio-economic impacts on local communities. The results show an increase in the economic welfare of local communities through job creation and infrastructure improvements. However, negative impacts such as land conflicts, environmental degradation, and changes in culture and traditional livelihoods were also found. This study underlines the need for more sustainable and equitable policies in the management of palm oil plantations to minimize negative impacts on local communities and the environment in Jambi Province.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Promotion and Service on Gold Pawning Customer Interest at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Muara Bulian. This research used a quantitative approach which was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 73 respondents. The data analysis methods used in this research are instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedastic tests) and multiple linear regression analysis and statistical tests (t test, F test and coefficient of determination R2 ). The results of this research show that promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer interest, which is known by the t test with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05 and a value of tcount > ttable, namely 3.837 > 1.66660. Service has a positive and significant effect on customer interest as proven by The significant value is 0.001 < 0.05 and the value and value of tcount > ttable is 5.112 > 1.66660. Simultaneously promotion and service have a positive and significant effect on customer interest in Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Muara Bulian as seen from fcount > ftable or 41.587 > 3.13 and the resulting significance value is 0.001 < 0.005. The determinant coefficient value is 0.543 or 54.3% and the remaining 0.457 or 45.7 can be explained by other variables outside this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keadaan keuangan perusahaan yang sedang menghadapi kesulitan keuangan pada  PT Martina Berto Tbk yang merupakan perusahaan sub sektor kosmetik.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dalam bentuk laporan keuangan perusahaan tahunan. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi seluruh laporan keuangan PT Martina Berto Tbk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebangkrutan PT Martina Berto Tbk terdaftar di BEI, dengan menggunakan metode Altman Z-Score, Zmejewski, Springate dan Grover pada laporan keuangan tahun 2018-2022, maka dianalisis kebangkrutan PT Martina Berto Tbk Berdasarkan kriteria kebangkrutan untuk masing-masing metode analisis, diperoleh hasil bahwa PT Martina Berto Tbk diprediksi bangkrut oleh dua metode analisis, yaitu metode Altman Z-Score, Springate dan Grover. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa PT Martina Berto Tbk  akan bangkrut di masa yang akan datang jika tidak menyiapkan langkah dan strategi untuk mengatasi kebangkrutan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh ROA dan GCG terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sektor perdagangan jasa dan investasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 10 perusahaan dan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada uji t ROA berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan GCG tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil uji F kedua variabel yaitu ROA dan GCG tidak berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap nilai perusahan. Hal ini dikarenakan ROA berfokus pada efisiensi finansial dan kinerja jangka pendek, sedangkan kepemilikan manajerial berhubungan lebih pada keputusan strategis dan kebijakan perusahaan. Sehingga ada kemungkinan bahwa pengaruh masing-masing variabel saling menetralkan ketika dilihat secara bersama-sama.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the current rapid development of Islamic Banking, causing the banking industry to face a very competitive business environment. Therefore, approaches and breakthroughs are needed to develop the Islamic market in indonesia. Therefore, one of the efforts of Islamic Banks is to implement Islamic Marketing which consists of fou characteristics, namely Theistic, Ethical, Relistic and Humanistic, which is a business process whose entire process applies islamic values.This study aims to determine whether the syariah marketing variables consisting of Theistic, Ethical, Realistic and Humanistic have a simultaneous or partial effect on Customer Satisfacion at Bank Syariah Indonesia KFO Mikro Merlung. This test uses a quantitative research method with an associative research type and uses a questionnaire and observation method. The questionnaire is used to obtain data on the characteristics of respondents, namely customers and to obtain data on the influence of syariah marketing on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia KFO Mikro Merlung through statements in the questionnaire. While observation is used for direct observation of the research location and to dig up data on organizational structure, population an samples.The results of this study indicte that the independent variables of Syariah Marketing consisting of Theistic, Ethicl, Realistic and Humanistic have a simultaneous effect on satisfaction of Bank Syariah Indonesia KFO Mikro Merlung with an effect of 40%, while the remaining 60% is explained by other variables not examined in this study, partially, it is concluded tht of the four characteristics there are there are three variables that have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, namely Theistic, Ethical, and Humanistic while the Realistic variable has an effect but is not significant on customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Indonesia KFO Mikro Merlung.
