Abstract

Thoharoh, or purification, is one of the essential elements in Islamic teachings and a fundamental requirement for the validity of worship, especially prayer. However, based on observations in Asemgede Village, there is a gap in understanding the proper procedures for thoharoh among the community. Therefore, this community service activity aims to enhance the knowledge of mosque and musholla congregants in the village through the study of fiqh from the book Safinatunnaja. The methods used include lectures, discussions, Q&A sessions, and hands-on practice. This activity was carried out in collaboration between LPPM UNWAHA, KUA Ngusikan, and local religious leaders. The results show a significant improvement in participants' understanding of thoharoh procedures, as indicated by the pre- and post-activity survey results. This program is expected to strengthen religious understanding and improve the quality of worship in Asemgede Village. Additionally, a product in the form of a thoharoh guidebook was produced, which is easy for congregants to study and aims to enhance daily religious practices.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the problems of cash transactions in Islamic boarding school cooperatives, which are slow, prone to errors, difficult to monitor, and risky in terms of money loss. The purpose of this research is to design and develop a fast, accurate, and transparent non-cash payment system for the Al-Ghozali Tambakberas Islamic Boarding School Cooperative, while also facilitating the monitoring of student expenditures. The method used is prototyping, which includes communication of requirements, design, implementation, and black-box testing. The hardware developed consists of ESP32, RFID RC522, and a buzzer; the software uses Arduino IDE (firmware), PHP–MySQL (API and database), and a website for cashiers and admin panels. The transaction flow is carried out by tapping the RFID card; the system verifies the UID, automatically deducts the balance, records transactions in real-time, and provides feedback via the buzzer. Web features include card registration, cashier, transaction history and reports, balance top-up, and student balance monitoring. Test results show that all functions work well: accurate card reading, fast processing, consistent recording, and an easy-to-use interface. In conclusion, the system can improve the operational efficiency of the cooperative and the transparency of student financial management, making it suitable for implementation in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to empower farmers through the application of biomass-based land potential sensor technology transformation in Sudimoro Village, Megaluh District, Jombang Regency. The main challenges faced by the farmers include limited knowledge regarding land potential, persistent doubts about adopting technological innovations, and low practical skills in technology-based management. The urgency of this program lies in the need to enhance the capacity of farmers to optimally manage agricultural land sustainably with the support of modern technology. The implementation method included outreach, training, field demonstrations, and intensive mentoring for ten farmer participants. Evaluation results demonstrated significant improvements: knowledge increased from 42.5% to 82%, attitudes from 55% to 86.5%, and skills from 20% to 77%. Paired sample t-test analysis confirmed that these differences were statistically significant (p < 0.001) across all three aspects. These findings prove that the sensor technology-based intervention is capable of holistically increasing farmer capacity. Thus, the program has delivered a tangible impact on the empowerment of the farming community while serving as a model for sustainable agricultural innovation that can be replicated in other rural areas.

Abstract

The problems that need to be solved in Banjarsari village related to the community service activity plan for partners are as follows: First, the number of guava fruit plants and the amount of wasted guava and even scattered in Banjarsari village. Second, the lack of understanding of the community about the benefits and how to use guava. Based on these problems, the purpose of this service activity is to make guava sticks to improve skills and productivity to help the family economy. The approach method for implementing community service activities includes the community development method which is community development as a group of people working together within the community structure on a joint decision to initiate a process of change in their economic, social, cultural and environmental conditions. Based on the survey results after the implementation of the training on the suitability of the material with the needs of the community, 10 participants or 50% of all participants stated that the material was relevant to the needs of the community and 40% of the participants stated that this training material brought benefits and business opportunities for the community. The long-term plan of this community service activity is through training on making guava sticks in Banjarsari Village to develop innovation and improve the residents' economy.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to reduce household waste from used cooking oil. The approach method for implementing PPTTG includes the Community Development method by means of socialization and demonstration. The method of socialization is carried out by socializing the dangers of using cooking oil repeatedly and the dangers of indiscriminately disposing of used cooking oil waste. The demonstration method is carried out through demonstration of the steps and what must be considered in the use of used cooking oil waste as laundry soap. Through this socialization activity, it is expected to be able to solve the problems faced by Banjarsari village women. Based on the community service activities that have been carried out, the provision of information and demonstrations on the use of household waste is able to increase awareness about the importance of processing waste for health and environmental cleanliness.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology in the globalization era has impacted various aspects of life, including business. In the context of marketing, e-marketing has become essential to expanding market reach and increasing product competitiveness. In Asem Gede Village, pandan leaf weavers—mostly women—face limitations in marketing their products widely. Currently, their pandan leaf crafts are only sold through middlemen and traditional markets, resulting in limited income. This socialization and training program aims to provide an understanding of product diversification and digital marketing strategies, with the goal of increasing the income of these weavers. The results of this activity show a significant increase in participants' understanding of product management and the use of e-marketing strategies. Before the training, many participants were unfamiliar with e-marketing concepts. However, after the socialization, their interest and readiness to adopt digital promotion strategies increased dramatically. Products that were previously limited to mats have now expanded to include bags, tissue boxes, and other high-value items. This socialization has positively impacted the local economy and empowered the community, especially women, by increasing income and preserving traditional skills.

Abstract

Abstrak. Pengelolaan laporan penggunaan alat dan mesin pertanian (Alsintan) merupakan aspek penting dalam mendukung efektifitas kegiatan kelompok tani, khususnya dalam proses peminjaman, pengembalian, serta pelaporan Alsintan. Di Kabupaten Jombang, Dinas Pertanian telah mengembangkan aplikasi SIMANTAN sebagai sistem digital pelaporan Alsintan, akan tetapi masih ditemukan permasalahan keterlambatan pelaporan karena kelompok tani harus memantau aplikasi secara mandiri, sementara aktivitas petani di lapangan sering menyebabkan mereka lupa atau tidak sempat membuka aplikasi secara berkala, sehingga berdampak pada kurang optimalnya monitoring serat potensi miskomunikasi antara kelompok tani dan pengelola Alsintan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem monitoring pelaporan Alsintan yang terintegrasi dengan WhatsApp API sebagai media pesan otomatis. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuahan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, serta evaluasi. Integrasi WhatsApp API dilakukan untuk mengirimkan pesan pengingat pelaporan secara real time kepada kelompok tani agar meningkatkan ketertiban dan ketepatan waktu pelaporan.hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil dibangun berbasis aplikasi web dengan fitur utama berupa login admin, dashboard monitoring, monitoring kirim pesan, templete pesan, serta history pesan, dan pengujian fungsional menggunakan metode Black box Testing membuktikan seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai kebutuhan termasuk pengiriman pesan WhatsApp dan pencatatan status pengiriman secara otomatis, sehingga sistem mampu meningkatkan efektivitas monitoring laporan Alsintan serta mempercepat komunikasi antar kelompok tani dan pengelola. Abstract

This study discusses the development and implementation of a brute force attack mitigation system for websites by integrating WordPress-based detection with a MikroTik router firewall. Brute force attacks remain one of the most common threats to web authentication systems, particularly for educational institutions that rely on Content Management Systems such as WordPress. Conventional protection methods often depend solely on application-level mechanisms, which may increase server workload and reduce effectiveness during large-scale attacks. This research employed a Research and Development approach, including system analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The proposed system monitors repeated failed login attempts on the WordPress login page. When a predefined threshold is exceeded, the attacker’s IP address is automatically transmitted to the MikroTik router through the RouterOS API and blocked using firewall address-list rules. Functional testing was conducted to ensure system reliability and accuracy. The results indicate that the integrated system successfully detects and blocks brute force attacks in real time, preventing repeated unauthorized access attempts and reducing server processing load. The system provides a practical and cost-effective solution for improving website security, particularly for educational institutions with limited cybersecurity resources.

Abstract

This study focuses on creating and implementing a personal finance management information system that incorporates voice recognition technology integrated with Google Gemini AI 2.5 to improve the efficiency and precision of recording financial transactions. Traditional systems encounter challenges such as labor-intensive manual inputs, elevated error rates in records, and inconsistent user engagement. The Waterfall model was utilized, covering requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance. Data gathering involved conducting interviews with 10 participants, observing recording methods, and reviewing literature related to voice recognition and AI technologies. The application was created as a hybrid mobile app utilizing Apache Cordova and the Web Speech API for converting speech to text, alongside Google Gemini AI 2.5 for the automatic extraction of transaction details (type, amount, category). Data is stored locally using SQLite to enable offline access. Blackbox testing, accuracy assessments, and user acceptance evaluations resulted in 87% accuracy in voice recognition, 92% accuracy in transaction categorization, an 83% reduction in input time, and a System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 78, reflecting strong usability. The SRIPSI system allows for transaction recording through everyday Indonesian/English language, a real-time balance dashboard, transaction history, and straightforward reporting, effectively addressing the shortcomings of previous manual applications like Money Lover and Wallet.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem pakar diagnosis penyakit kambing berbasis Android dengan metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto. Sistem ini dirancang untuk membantu peternak melakukan diagnosis awal secara mandiri berdasarkan gejala yang tampak pada ternak. Metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto dipilih karena mampu menghasilkan keluaran crisp melalui fungsi keanggotaan monoton, sehingga hasil diagnosis lebih terukur dan mudah dipahami. Implementasi sistem menggunakan Cordova dan Framework7, dengan Node.js, Express, dan MySQL sebagai backend dan basis data penyakit, gejala, serta aturan fuzzy. Sistem terdiri dari beberapa modul utama, yaitu Diagnosa, Data Penyakit, Data Gejala, Riwayat Diagnosa, dan Manajemen Basis Data. Proses diagnosis dilakukan melalui fuzzifikasi input gejala, penerapan aturan fuzzy, dan perhitungan nilai crisp sebagai tingkat kemungkinan penyakit. Pengujian meliputi uji fungsional, uji Black Box, serta pengujian akurasi sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan seluruh fitur berjalan dengan baik. Dari 20 kasus uji yang divalidasi oleh pakar, sistem memperoleh akurasi 90%, sehingga metode Tsukamoto terbukti mampu memberikan diagnosis yang akurat dan konsisten.
