Abstract

Arduino-based Non-Invasive Blood Sugar Measurement Instrumentation System is a system designed to measure blood sugar levels without requiring blood samples, as in invasive methods. The system uses photodiodes and LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes) function as a measurement process using optical principles. Arduino as the base of the microcontroller to manage the sensor and measurement process, process the data from the sensor, and send it to the LCD for display. The testing and calibration of the device showed that the average error percentage was around 2.91%, indicating an excellent degree of accuracy in measuring sugar levels non-invasively, although there were slight deviations that were still within acceptable tolerances. By considering the average result of the percentage of error it can be concluded that this system is effective and reliable for blood sugar measurement without invasive.

Abstract

The development of electronic technology provides great benefits for the world of electronics and for everyday life. Single chip computers, also called microcontrollers or microcomputers, also provide technology so that many human aids can be created. One of the tools to complete human tasks is washing clothes. Washing clothes is a routine task that humans do almost every day. It is true that automatic clothes washing machines have been created and many people are already using them, but in some cases, for example, people who travel or stay outside the home will find it difficult to carry or own a conventional clothes washing machine because it is large and takes up space to store. The aim of making this tool is to make it easier and simpler for people to use a clothes washing machine and to carry it everywhere. By using the Arduino system, the washing machine which originally used a module was replaced with an Arduino which is definitely simpler to use. Portability Easy to carry and use anywhere, including in dorms, small apartments, or while traveling. Efficiency Saves air and energy compared to general washing machines. Easy to use and operate. Suitable for small clothes: Ideal for washing small and delicate clothes, such as underwear, socks and towels.

Abstract

The increase in air pollution is a serious environmental issue in many major cities in Indonesia. This study aims to develop an effective and efficient air pollution monitoring system using a microcontroller. The designed system consists of air pollution sensors capable of detecting various pollutants such as PM10, CO2, and NO2. The data collected from the sensors are processed by the microcontroller and displayed in real-time to users through a web-based interface. This method allows users to accurately and promptly monitor the air quality in their surroundings. The results show that the microcontroller-based monitoring system operates stably and provides accurate data on the concentration of pollutants in the air. This system is expected to be a valuable tool for the general public and authorities in monitoring and managing air quality, as well as taking preventive measures against the adverse effects of air pollution.

Abstract

This research, entitled "IoT-based Intelligent Charity Box Design", aims to develop a charity box system that utilizes the Internet of Things (Iot) technology to enhance public participation in charity. In this context, the charity box not only serves as a container for storing donations, but is also equipped with features that can automatically monitor and calculate the amount of money inserted. The system uses the Wemos D1 Mini as a microcontroller connected to the Internet, allowing users to access data in real time through a website. In addition, this smart charity box is equipped with a PIR sensor that detects motion and triggers sound on the DFPlayer, as well as a TCS3200 color sensor that counts the paper money entered. Thus, the research not only offers technological solutions, but also seeks to remind the public of the importance of charity in a more interactive and efficient way. The results of this research are expected to benefit the management of charity funds and raise social awareness in the community.

Abstract

License plate recognition recognition has a very important role in developing better transport systems such as electronic tolls, electronic parking, traffic monitoring activities and others. Number plate recognition process is carried out through four main stages (plate detection, segmentation, feature extraction and classification). Plate detection is done to obtain the location of license plate using the Viola Jones algorithm. The segmentation process to separate the characters from the image of the license plate area-based color using labeling techniques. Feature extraction is based on the division of the image into several blocks and then calculates the average value of pixels every block using the integral image method to obtain characteristics. In classification using SVM with 3 kernels: linear, RBF and polynomials. The test results character acquired 93.75% accuracy is best in the division images of 50 blocks with polynomial kernel, and 82.86% accuracy in testing plate.

Abstract

Salah satu aspek untuk menentukan kualitas perguruan tinggi ditentukan oleh nilai Akreditasi, baik akreditasi di Tingkat Program Studi maupun Akreditasi Perguruan Tinggi yang dilakukan secara berkala oleh Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (BANPT) atau Lembaga Akreditasi Mandiri Perguruan Tinggi (LAMPT). Selain mengisi borang lembaga harus menyiapkan bukti pendukung pada saat dilakukan visitasi. Pengisian borang dan persiapan bukti fisik sering mengalami kendala, dikarenakan bukti atau dokumen penunjang yang dijadikan dasar pengisian borang belum terindentifikasi dengan baik dan cenderung dilakukan pada saat menjelang akrditasi. Sehingga menyebabkan pekerjaan menjadi sulit dan lama, kualitas borang menjadi kurang baik. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini penulis membuat sistem informasi dashboard persiapan akreditasi melalui pengelolaan dokumen dan simulasi penilaian akreditasi berbasis website. Fungsi utama aplikasi ini untuk pengelolaan dokumen pendukung akreditasi hingga menghasilkan simulasi penilaian akreditasi. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan metode waterfall sebab kebutuhan sistem dianggap sudah jelas. Dari hasil perancangan sistem yang telah dilakukan peneliti ini diperoleh peningkatan efisiensi persiapan komponen dokumen yang menjadi syarat proses akreditasi.

Abstract

An evaluation at a university in particular of the learning and management of universities is vital. Where a teacher’s performance evaluation by astudent is conducted with the purpose of improving and improving the kualises and the quality of learning.Whereas head evaluation by subordinates to improve university management to better and better aim. In this study the authors create a college evaluation system on Website at UNWAHA. The data from the questionnaire is analyzed using a descriptive statistical technique with result obtained from charts and thus making it easier for leaders to look at and evaluate. Abstract

Percetakan merupakan tempat yang akan dituju ketika konsumen membutuhkan jasa desain serta keperluan cetak-mencetak dokumen untuk kebutuhan komersil ataupun non komersil, akan tetapi ketika konsumen pergi kesana tanpa membawa persiapan desain dan konsepnya, mereka harus mengantri dengan pelanggan lainnya, menunggu proses transaksi data serta transaksi pembayaran, yang sangat menguras waktu. Sistem informasi ini dilengkapi dengan data produk, semua info dan katalog dari percetakan terkait, sehingga konsumen bisa dengan leluasa melihat-lihat produknya secara digital, pada saat pemesanan undangan terdapat fitur melihat secara langsung ketika data dimasukkan kemudian konsumen bisa melihat hasilnya saat itu juga, cara kerjanya ialah konsumen sendiri yang mengisi data dan memilih produk dengan membaca informasi yang tersedia, lalu konsumen bisa melihat langsung tampilan langsung dari produk yang akan dipesan secara digital setelah mengisi data yang disediakan pada aplikasi. Sistem Informasi ini akan diterapkan pada percetakan untuk membantu proses pemesanan sekaligus menghandel pekerjaan input data yang manual menjadi digital sehingga antrian maupun kesalahan transaksi data bisa teratasi.

Abstract

Hydroponic farming systems have been widely applied in agriculture. The use of technology for automatic hydroponic systems is also being developed. The automated hydroponic system can automatically control the nutrient content in the water, which is the main element in the hydroponic farming system. In addition, control can also be carried out for water pH levels, water temperature, which is also essential to consider in a hydroponic planting system. Although the automatic hydroponic system can work independently, remote monitoring is needed to determine whether the automation system is working correctly or not. This research develops an automated hydroponic system on the side of mobile-based data monitoring. Through the development of a mobile-based monitoring system, the data for each sensor can be easily identified. The monitoring system can also find out whether the sensors in the automatic hydroponic system are working well or not. The method in software development uses the waterfall, while the manufacture of mobile applications uses framework 7. The results of this study are an Android-based mobile application that functions to monitor the condition of hydroponic plants. This application is connected to Arduino devices on hydroponics via cloud service.

Abstract

Hydroponics is a farming technique without using soil as a growing medium but by utilizing water that suppressed the nutritional needs of plants. In this case, regular monitoring is needed, so that all plants can be provided whit both water and nutrient level, with the creation of an automation system for providing nutrition for hydroponic plants, it will gratly help the work of farmers, the system is made using the waterfall method. Some of the tools used include Arduino Uno, TDS sensors, pumps, and also waterflow sensors. The TDS sensor will detect the level of nutrients in the water used to irrigate the plants. When the nutrient conditions are low, the nutrient pump will turn on and release water into the water container used to irrigate the plants, the waterflow sensor works to detect the water discharge released by the pimp. The result obtained in this study are the error rate in reading the accuracy of PPM levels by the TDS sensor reaching 2.43%, the pump automation status is on when the PPM is below 600, and turns off when PPM level are aboce 600, as well as the accuracy of the waterflow sensor in detecting discharge the water released by the pump has an average level of accuracy that inhibits perfect, this is also supported by the Arduino microcontroller as a controller to process input data from several existing sensors.
