Abstract

Purpose – This study examines how agile leadership and digital transformation influence employee performance, with work engagement as a mediating variable. Novelty – The research develops an integrated model linking leadership agility, digital transformation, and engagement in small service enterprises, extending prior studies that focus on large corporations or isolate these constructs. Method – Data were collected from 42 employees of Café Grind & Full in Makassar using a saturated sampling approach. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was applied for analysis. Findings – Agile leadership significantly strengthens digital transformation and engagement, while digital transformation improves both engagement and performance. Work engagement emerged as the strongest predictor and mediating mechanism. Theoretical and Practical Implications – Theoretically, the study advances understanding of engagement as a psychological bridge connecting leadership and technology to performance. Practically, it highlights the importance for managers to cultivate agile leadership, adopt user-friendly digital systems, and reinforce engagement strategies to optimize outcomes in small service firms.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi produk tabungan dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat meningkatkan peningkatan produk tabungan pada PT. Bank Mega di Kota Sorong, Papua. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuisioner dalam bentuk kuisioner. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan melakukan survei dan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada nasabah Bank Mega di Kota Sorong. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah Bank Mega di Kota Sorong. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda SPSS Versi 26. Penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menguji apakah terdapat hubungan antara produk, promosi, pelayanan dengan peningkatan pemasaran produk tabungan pada Bank Mega di Kota Sorong. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan produk tabungan adalah produk itu sendiri, promosi dan pelayanan, dan ketika produk bervariasi sesuai keinginan nasabah maka permintaan terhadap produk tabungan meningkat. Begitu pula ketika promosi gencar dilakukan dan pelayanan nasabah ditingkatkan, maka permintaan akan tabungan pun meningkat. meningkatkan. Hal ini diperkuat dengan hasil uji signifikansi baik secara parsial maupun simultan menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi yaitu produk, promosi dan pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan produk tabungan pada Bank Mega di Kota Sorong Papua.Kata Kunci: Peningkatan; Produk; Promosi; Melayani; TabunganABSTRACTThis research aims to identify factors that can influence savings products and to find out what factors can increase the increase in savings products at PT. Bank Mega in Sorong City, Papua. This research is descriptive research using a survey method by distributing questionnaires in the form of questionnaires. The data collection technique is by conducting surveys and distributing questionnaires to Bank Mega customers in Sorong City. The sample in this research is all Bank Mega customers in Sorong City. The research uses multiple regression analysis SPSS Version 26. This research is to test and examine whether there is a relationship between products, promotions, services and increasing marketing of savings products at Bank Mega in Sorong City. Based on the research results, it shows that the factors that influence the increase in savings products are the product itself, promotions and services, and when products vary according to customer desires, demand for savings products increases. Likewise, when promotions are intensively carried out and customer service is improved, demand for savings increases. increase. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Office of Cooperatives, SMEs, Industry, and Trade of Southwest Papua Province. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of the relevant office. The results showed that partially, work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance, indicating that increased work motivation can encourage employees to work more optimally in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Furthermore, job satisfaction was also proven to have a significant effect on employee performance, indicating that levels of satisfaction with their jobs, work environment, and rewards play a crucial role in improving performance. Simultaneously, the F-test results indicated that work motivation and job satisfaction jointly had a significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Cooperatives, SMEs, Industry, and Trade of Southwest Papua Province. This finding confirms that employee performance is not influenced by a single factor in isolation but rather results from the interaction of various mutually supportive internal factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work facilities, organizational commitment, and organizational culture on the performance of civil servants at the DLHKP of Southwest Papua Province. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative research type. The research sample consisted of 64 civil servants determined using the census method. Data were analyzed through descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, coefficient of determination (R²) tests, and Effective Contributions (SE) and Relative Contributions. The results of the study indicate that partially work facilities have a positive but insignificant effect on civil servant performance with a calculated t value of 1.999 and a significance of 0.050, while organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect with a calculated t value of 5.414 and a significance of <0.001. Meanwhile, organizational culture has a positive but insignificant effect on civil servant performance with a calculated t value of 1.729 and a significance of 0.089. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant effect on civil servant performance with a calculated F value of 22.093 and a significance of <0.001. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.525 indicates that 52.5% of the variation in civil servant performance can be explained by work facilities, organizational commitment, and organizational culture, with organizational commitment as the most dominant variable. The effective contribution (SE) to the dependent variable (Y) is obtained from the variables Organizational Commitment (X₂) of 34.1%, Organizational Culture (X₃) of 9.8%. and Work Facilities (X₁) of 8.6%. The relative contribution (SR) of Organizational Commitment (X₂) is 64.9%, followed by Organizational Culture (X₃) of 18.8%, and Work Facilities (X₁) of 16.3%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of communication strategy and consumer loyalty on marketing improvement. The research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method using questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, regression analysis, t-test, F-test, as well as R Square and regression coefficient (B) analysis.  The results indicate that consumer loyalty has a significant and dominant effect on marketing improvement, while communication strategy does not have a significant partial effect. However, simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on marketing improvement. The R Square value of 0.957 shows that 95.7% of the variation in marketing improvement can be explained by these two independent variables. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening consumer loyalty as a primary focus in marketing strategies, even though communication strategies still need to be evaluated and effectively integrated. This study is limited by the number of variables and sample size, and does not account for other external factors that may influence the results. Suggestions for future research include expanding the variables studied, increasing the number of respondents, and utilizing qualitative approaches to gain a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and trust on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Sorong Regency. Organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and trust are crucial factors believed to affect the quality and productivity of employees. These variables play an important role in creating a conducive work environment, building motivation, and enhancing employees' sense of responsibility in carrying out their duties. The research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method involving employees at the Regional Secretariat of Sorong Regency. Data are collected through questionnaires developed based on indicators from each research variable. Data analysis is conducted to determine the extent of the influence of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and trust, both simultaneously and partially, on employee performance. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of human resource management theory, particularly within the context of local government institutions. Furthermore, this research is anticipated to serve as a reference for the management of the Regional Secretariat of Sorong Regency in formulating strategic policies aimed at improving employee performance by strengthening organizational commitment, increasing job satisfaction, and building trust in the workplace.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of digital media as a marketing tool for school branding in improving the quality of education at YPK Imanuel Kamisabe Elementary School in South Sorong Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The research objects were the use of digital media, school branding, and educational quality. The study population included parents, school committee members, and teachers, totaling 40 respondents, all of whom were sampled using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through a closed-ended questionnaire with a Likert scale, while data analysis used descriptive statistics, the classical assumption test, the Pearson correlation test, and simple and multiple regression analyses to test the research hypotheses. The results showed that digital media had a positive and significant effect on educational quality, with a significance value <0.05, thus accepting the first hypothesis. School branding was also shown to have a positive and significant effect on educational quality, with a significance value <0.05, thus accepting the second hypothesis. Simultaneously, digital media and school branding had a significant effect on educational quality, with a significance value <0.05, thus accepting the third hypothesis. Research findings indicate that consistent use of digital media can strengthen a school's image, increase public trust, and drive improvements in educational quality, both in terms of the learning process and external support. The study's conclusions confirm that a digital media marketing strategy integrated with school branding is an effective and sustainable approach to improving educational quality, particularly in schools located in remote areas.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of supervision on the performance quality of the Sorong Regenc Education Office, Southwest Papua Province. The research employs a quantitative method involving 58 respondents as the sample. Data collection is carried out using a questionnaire technique. The data analysis utilizes a simple linear regression test. The results of the study show that supervision has a positive but non-significant impact on performance quality. This is evidenced by the obtained significance value. Nevertheless, the role of supervision still contributes to improving the performance quality in the Sorong Regency Education Office, Southwest Papua Province

Abstract

This study aims to understand in-depth how work discipline and the work environment influence employee performance at the Environment, Forestry, and Land Agency of Southwest Papua Province. A qualitative research approach was used to explore employee perceptions, experiences, and actual practices through semi-structured interviews and participant observation. The results indicate that work discipline positively contributes to task effectiveness, while a conducive work environment strengthens motivation and collaboration among employees. These findings are relevant to theories of work motivation and organizational culture and have implications for the development of human resource management.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem raised in this title is how performance allowances influence employee performance in the Sorong City Environmental Service. The above problem is solved by gathering data from various subjects using the populist and statistical methods, as well as a study tool based on observation and consensus. Research can also be carried out according to predetermined procedures using administrative working hours and the above grid. Results of the Study Summarized in the First and Second Benefits with Positive Significance for Employee Performance with a Minimum of Around 0.767.
