Abstract

-Entrepreneurial intent is the desire or motivation of an individual to become an entrepreneur and start a business or venture. Among various age groups, Indonesia's Gen Z generation is known to have an interest in entrepreneurship that is below the average at 1.60% of 18.94%. To increase entrepreneurial interest among Gen Z, an approach is needed, as well as the creation of an environment that develops entrepreneurial potential. This study used a survey distributed online and in person to 115 randomly selected respondents, with a response rate of 50.4%, and 73 responses were recorded. However, only 58 respondents provided varied assessments and met the sampling criteria. The analysis technique used regression through SPSS. The results showed that perceived behavioral control has a significant and positive effect on entrepreneurial intention, with an R value of 0.416 and R² of 0.173 (17.3% influence), and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, indicating strong predictive power. In contrast, subjective norms did not significantly affect entrepreneurial intention, as shown by a significance value of 0.22. However, when combined, perceived behavioral control and subjective norms jointly have a significant effect, with an R value of 0.477 and R² of 0.143. These findings highlight that increasing perceived control over entrepreneurship is key to boosting entrepreneurial intention among Indonesia’s Gen Z.

Abstract

The problem is that students' understanding of the importance of entrepreneurial competencies in today's workplace is unequal. Many students still view entrepreneurship as a last resort, rather than a primary career path. The method employed emphasizes the integration of theory-based entrepreneurship training with hands-on practice through the utilization of the Campus Business Incubator. The results of this training activity indicate that, through the active use of the Campus Business Incubator, students gain not only knowledge but also real-world experience and mentoring relevant to current market needs. The success of this activity provides an important foundation for the Faculty of Entrepreneurship at Garut University to continue and develop similar programs on an ongoing basis. Incubation-based entrepreneurship training is highly effective in preparing students to become innovative and independent young entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Factual problems in the field are that there are still some MSMEs who upload product photos with poor lighting, inappropriate backgrounds, and without considering design aesthetics and visual identity. This condition indicates the need for educational intervention in the form of training that can help business actors understand the importance of product design as well as basic technical skills such as taking product photos, using simple design applications, and effective visual design principles. Abstract

General Background: Practical technical learning such as computer assembly often faces challenges due to low student motivation and limited practice facilities. Specific Background: At SMAN 2 Garut, conventional methods have proven less effective in improving computer assembly skills. Knowledge Gap: Few gamification-based simulation learning models have been tested to significantly enhance technical skills. Aims: This study aims to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of the GAMERIK (Gamification of Computer Assembly) learning model using the PC Creator 2 simulation to improve Grade X students’ computer assembly skills. Results: Using an R&D approach with the ADDIE model, data were collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, pretests, and posttests. A paired sample t-test showed a significant increase in students’ motivation, conceptual understanding, and assembly skills (p < 0.05). Novelty: The integration of PC Creator 2’s automated assessment algorithm within the gamification model provided immediate feedback, accelerating the learning process. Implications: GAMERIK offers an innovative solution for practice-based learning in schools with limited facilities and is relevant to the development of simulation- and gamification-based informatics learning media. Highlights: Enhances motivation and skills in technical learning. Uses simulation with automated assessment for feedback. Offers solutions for schools with limited practice facilities. Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Product Design on Repurchase Intention with Customer Satisfaction as a mediating variable among Compass shoe users, using a quantitative SEM-PLS approach with 107 respondents. The results indicate that SMM has a significant effect on Repurchase Intention, while Product Design significantly affects Repurchase Intention but not Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Satisfaction does not serve as a strong mediator in the relationship between Product Design and Repurchase Intention. These findings suggest that effective digital marketing strategies through social media are more capable of building loyalty and driving repurchase intention than relying solely on product design, although design remains crucial in shaping consumer perception and attractiveness. The R² value of 0.915 and Q² value of 0.767 confirm the model's excellent predictive power. The practical implication is that local fashion brands like Compass should optimize consumer interaction through social media by leveraging creative content, influencer collaborations, and #localpride narratives to strengthen brand image, while also developing design innovations that balance functional, aesthetic, and comfort aspects to enhance the overall customer experience. This demonstrates that customer satisfaction acts as an important bridge in reinforcing the impact of digital strategies on loyalty, making the integration of social media marketing and market-oriented product design a key factor in increasing repurchase intention and boosting the competitiveness of the local footwear industry.
