Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Product Variation, Sales Promotion and Price on Consumer Satisfaction with Purchasing Decisions as Intervening Variables at the EO Coffee Arjasa Situbondo Store. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling of 97 consumers. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The test results show that Product variation has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Sales promotion has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Price has a positive but not significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Product variation has a negative but significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Price has a positive but not significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Purchasing Decision has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Product variation has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction through Purchasing Decisions, Sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction through Purchasing Decisions purchase, Price has a positive but significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction through Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Human resource management is a branch of management that focuses on managing human elements. In an organization, humans are considered the main asset because their role is very important in achieving predetermined goals. The effectiveness of human resource utilization is the main indicator in assessing the success of management in an organization. CV.Musa'adah P2S2 (Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Syafi'iyah) is a company that produces packaged drinking water (AMDK). The AMDK produced is named Syifa P2S2 drinking water CV. Musa'adah P2S2 has several goals to increase production and quality in its mineral water products. To fulfill a company's goals, of course CV.Musa'adah P2S2 must be able to manage human resources well and with quality. To achieve optimal work results, employees are entitled to get results from work in the form of compensation from the company. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the Effect of Work Discipline, Compensation and Work Environment on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at CV. Musa'adah P2S2 in Situbondo Regency. This research is a quantitative study. The population used in this study was 75 employees. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Method - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, showed that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis test show that the variable Work discipline on employee performance through Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect, Compensation on employee performance through Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect, Work environment on employee performance through Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Children are a gift and blessing from God Almighty that must always be maintained. This is because children have dignity and rights as human beings that are inherent in them. In the life of the nation and state, children are the future of the nation and the next generation of the nation's struggle for ideals. Department of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control, and Family Planning. The task of DP3AP2KB is to assist the Regent in carrying out government affairs in the field of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Population Control, Family Planning (DP3AP2KB). To carry out its duties, DP3AP2KB has functions including formulating policies, implementing policies, implementing evaluations and reporting, implementing administration in accordance with the scope of its duties and implementing other functions given by the Regent related to its duties and functions. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the Influence of Charismatic Leadership, Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance at DP3AP2KB Situbondo Through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. This research is a quantitative study. The population used in this study was 35 employees other than leaders. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Method - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, showed that Charismatic Leadership has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Discipline has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction. The work environment has a positive but insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction. Charismatic Leadership has a positive but insignificant effect on Performance. Discipline has a significant negative effect on Performance. The work environment has a positive but insignificant effect on Performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Performance. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis test show that the Charismatic Leadership variable on Performance through Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect. Discipline on Performance through Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect. Work environment on Performance through Job Satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media promotion, service quality, and COD services on purchasing decisions through purchase interest as an intervening variable at UD Afita Handcraft in Bondowoso. The research method used a quantitative approach with simple random sampling techniques on 83 respondents. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) through the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The results indicate that social media promotion has a positive but insignificant effect on purchase intention, while service quality and COD services have a significant positive effect. Meanwhile, service quality is proven to have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, but social media promotion and COD services do not show a significant effect. Purchase intention as an intervening variable is also proven to have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Specifically, COD services have a significant influence on purchasing decisions through purchase interest, while social media promotions and service quality are not significant in this relationship. The implications of this study suggest that UD Afita Handcraft should focus more on improving service quality and optimizing COD services to strengthen consumer purchase interest and purchasing decisions. In addition, social media promotion strategies need to be improved to be more effective in attracting purchase interest.

Abstract

Competition in the culinary sector is becoming increasingly intense, including in areas such as Bondowoso. Traditional food stalls like Rawon and Soto Banyuwangi play an important role in attracting customers through their distinctive taste and local cultural uniqueness. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, price, and taste on customer satisfaction, both directly and indirectly through purchase decision as an intervening variable. The sampling technique was conducted through questionnaire distribution. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) approach. The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using SmartPLS 3.2.8 application show that service quality has a significant positive effect on purchase decision, price has a significant positive effect on purchase decision, while taste has a positive but not significant effect on purchase decision. Furthermore, service quality has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction, price has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction, and taste has a negative and not significant effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, purchase decision has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis testing indicate that service quality has a significant positive effect on purchase decision through customer satisfaction, price also has a significant positive effect on purchase decision through customer satisfaction, while taste has a positive but not significant effect on purchase decision through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of service quality, social media promotion, and location on purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction at the Project Garage Workshop, with purchasing decisions as an intervening variable. A quantitative research method was applied using path analysis to test the hypotheses. The research results prove that location is a key factor with a significant and positive influence, both directly on purchasing decisions and indirectly on consumer satisfaction, mediated by purchasing decisions. This finding is consistent with previous research that emphasizes the strategic role of location in the service industry. Meanwhile, social media promotion only proved to have a significant direct effect on customer satisfaction, indicating that while social media is effective in building engagement, its effectiveness in driving purchasing decisions is still limited. Meanwhile, service quality did not show a significant direct or indirect effect, indicating that consumers perceive the service provided as industry standard and therefore not a key differentiator. These findings conclude that purchasing decisions significantly influence customer satisfaction, and that Project Garage customers prioritize location factors and practical considerations such as price and waiting area comfort over service quality and social media promotion. The managerial implications of this study emphasize the importance of maintaining the advantage of location accessibility, optimizing more targeted digital marketing strategies, and enhancing other supporting elements such as the workshop's physical comfort and competitive pricing to build customer satisfaction holistically and sustainably.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, work discipline, and reward on the performance of village officials, with work commitment as a mediating variable. The background of this research is the performance gap phenomenon and the importance of human resource management in the village government sector, specifically in Curah Kalak Village, Palangan Village, and Kumbangsari Village, Jangkar District, Situbondo Regency. A quantitative approach with an explanatory design was employed. The research population included all 35 village officials from the three villages, who also served as the sample using a total sampling technique. Primary data were collected through questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0, covering convergent validity, reliability, classical assumptions (multicollinearity and normality), Goodness of Fit, coefficient of determination, structural equation analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research findings indicate that leadership has a positive and significant influence on the performance of village officials. However, leadership, work discipline, and reward do not have a significant influence on work commitment. Furthermore, work discipline, reward, and work commitment also do not significantly affect the performance of village officials. Additionally, work commitment was not proven to be a significant mediating variable between leadership, work discipline, or reward and performance. These findings suggest that while direct leadership plays a crucial role, the factors of discipline, reward, and work commitment require re-evaluation in their implementation to significantly contribute to improving the performance of village officials.

Abstract

Di era digital saat ini menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi pelaku usaha dalam memasarkan produknya agar pangsa pasar menjadi semakin luas. Kelompok Tani Sejahtera sebagai mitra pengabdian memiliki produk unggulan kopi khas kayumas yang perlu dipasarkan menggunakan media website dengan memanfaatkan e-commerce untuk mendukung aktivitas promosi. Pendekatan pelaksanaan menggunakan metode Rational Unified Process (RUP) yaitu salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk penyelesaian masalah pemasaran adalah menggunakan pembuatan aplikasi website. Website yang telah dibuat untuk mitra dengan alamat www.ktsejahterakopi.com menyediakan sarana pemesanan secara online. Dengan menggunakan media promosi website ini akan mampu meningkatkan jumlah konsumen sehingga akan berdampak pada kesejahteraan mitra.

Abstract

Upaya dalam mengembangkan usaha secara mandiri merupakan salah satu peran penting dan strategis dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional. Selain berperan dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi juga berperan dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja. Jumlah pelaku usaha didesa Kalibagor kecamatan Situbondo, Kabupaten Situbondo telah mengalami peningkatan jumlah usahanya. Untuk itu penting dalam upaya menjaga kestabilan usahanya diperlukan pembinaan dalam berbagai jenis usaha untuk menjadi peluang bisnis dalam menghasilkan di desa tersebut. Salah satu dalam pengembangan usaha yang dilakukan adalah Percetakan sablon, usaha bisnis sablon merupakan usaha yang paling menarik untuk saat ini, mengingat kaos akan selalu dicari dan dibeli oleh masyarakat. Jika di dunia fashion terdapat mode tahunan yang berubah-ubah dari segi desain dan bentuk pakaian dibuat, hal tersebut tidak mempengaruhi keberadaan dari kaos. Sehingga sampai kapanpun kaos masih memiliki pembeli tetap. Jaminan adanya pasar pembeli yang jelas dari penjualan bisnis kaos ini yang kemudian membuat peluang untuk membuka usaha dalam bidang sablon kaos pun tidak pernah mati. Dalam menjalankan usahanya masyarakat desa Kalibagor diharapkan melaksanakan strategi pengembangan usaha sablon dengan baik dan sukses dalam berbisnis, serta harus mampu melihat peluang dan tantangan kedepannya.
