Abstract

This study aimed to determine the role of buying interest in mediating price, service quality, and product diversity on purchasing decisions at Mia Collection Situbondo Fashion Store. The population in this study was consumers who bought products at the Mia Collection Situbondo Fashion Store. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling using a random sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model—Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results showed that price has a significant positive effect on purchase interest, service quality has a significant positive effect on purchase interest, product diversity has a significant positive effect on purchase interest, price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a positive but insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, product diversity has a positive but insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, purchase interest has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, price has a positive but insignificant effect on purchasing decisions through purchase interest, service quality has a positive but insignificant effect on purchasing decisions through purchase interest, and product diversity has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions through purchase interest.

Abstract

The LQ45 Index is one of the stock price indices. Selecting stock values ​​with a high level of liquidity can be the right choice for investors to reduce the risk of future losses. The shares of companies listed in the LQ45 Index are a collection of 45 companies with liquidity selected with various selection criteria. The level of liquidity in the LQ45 Index has high stocks and a large market capitalization. This study aims to determine the effect of Debt Policy, Liquidity, and Profitability on Company Value with Stock Price in LQ45 companies as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative research method. The population in this study consisted of companies listed in the LQ45 Index, with a sample of 12 companies. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. This study's data analysis and hypothesis testing used the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results of hypothesis testing regarding the direct impact using Smart PLS 3.0 show that debt policy has a negative but insignificant effect on stock prices, liquidity has a negative but insignificant effect on stock prices, profitability has a significant negative effect on stock prices, debt policy has a significant negative effect on company value, liquidity has a significant negative effect on company value, profitability has a negative but insignificant effect on company value, stock prices have a negative but insignificant effect on company value. The indirect effect hypothesis test results show that the debt policy variable has a positive but insignificant effect on company value through stock prices, liquidity has a positive but insignificant effect on company value through stock prices, and profitability has a positive but insignificant effect on company value through stock prices.

Abstract

The Situbondo Regency Environmental Service (DLH) has a strategic role in carrying out regional government tasks in the environmental sector based on the principle of regional autonomy. This research aims to analyze the influence of Work Culture, Job Satisfaction and Work Environment on ASN Performance at the Situbondo Regency Environmental Service. The population in this study were ASN at the Situbondo Regency Environmental Service. This research was carried out using a quantitative approach and a sampling technique determined by probability sampling using the Slovin method, which means that the population size in this study reached a size that met the error requirement of 10%. The results of hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that Work Culture has a positive and significant effect on Performance, Job Satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on Performance. Hypothesis test results moderated by the Work Environment variable have a negative effect in moderating Work Culture on Performance but are not significant, the Work Environment variable has a positive effect in moderating Job Satisfaction on Performance but is not significant.

Abstract

Humans as resources have the ability to think in determining the progress of an organization or agency. The purpose of this research is to analyze and investigate the influence of work motivation, leadership and work discipline on the performance of village officials with job satisfaction as an intervening variable (Case Study in Bercak Asri, Kladi and Batu Salang Villages, Cermee District, Bondowoso Regency). This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were Bercak Asri village officials, Kladi village and Batu Salang village. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. Hypothesis testing analysis uses Partial Least Square Structural Equation (PLS-SEM). The results of direct effect hypothesis testing using Smart PLS 3.0 show that Motivation has a positive but not significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Performance, Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Leadership has a positive but not significant effect on Performance, Work discipline has an effect positive but not significant on Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline has a positive but not significant effect on Performance, and Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Performance. The results of testing the indirect impact hypothesis show that Motivation has a positive but not significant effect on Performance through Job Satisfaction, Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Performance through Job Satisfaction and Work Discipline has a positive but not significant effect on Performance through Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of Competence, Work Experience, and Allowances on the Work Effectiveness of employees at PT. Fajar Insan Nusantara Bali through Work Spirit. The population in this study consists of employees of PT. Fajar Insan Nusantara Bali. The sampling technique used is quota sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research were conducted using the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) method. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that competence has a positive but not significant effect on work spirit, work experience has a negative and significant effect on work spirit, and allowances have a negative and significant effect on work spirit. Competence has a significant negative effect on work effectiveness, work experience has a positive but not significant effect on work effectiveness, and allowances have a positive but not significant effect on work effectiveness. Work spirit has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness. The indirect influence of competence on work effectiveness through work spirit is positive but not significant, while work experience has a negative and significant effect on work effectiveness through work spirit, and allowances have a negative and significant effect on work effectiveness through work spirit.

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of non-medical employees at RSUD. Asembagus Situbondo with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample with a total sample of 50 employees. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a negative but significant effect on Employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

The strategies implemented by companies in marketing their products to the public are key factors that influence customer satisfaction. Given the diverse needs of society, companies must be able to analyze and prepare appropriate strategies to meet consumer expectations. This study aims to analyze the influence of product diversity, product quality, and service quality on repurchase intention, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Rabella Farma Pharmacy Panarukan. The study involved 99 respondents who were selected using simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) approach with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The direct effect hypothesis testing results show that product diversity has a negative but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction; product quality has a positive but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction; and service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, product diversity has a negative but insignificant effect on repurchase intention; product quality has a positive but insignificant effect; and service quality has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention. Regarding indirect effects, product diversity and product quality have no significant effect on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction, while service quality has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Marketing is the most important element for the continuity and perkemabangan of a company, for that Legaliya boutique must be able to choose the right marketing strategy so that it can develop and maintain the stability of the business because it is an indicator of success. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the influence of the product and Online promotion on the Purchase decisions at the Boutique through the Customer Purchase Interest. The population in this study is the Legaliya Boutique consumer. The technique of sampling is determined by the probability- sampling. Analysis of data and testing hypotheses in this study use Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the hypothesis testing directly use the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that the product design has a significant effect on consumer buying interests, Online promotion has a significant effect on consumer buying interests, Customer Interest in buying Decisions. The results of the test hypothesis are indirectly show that the Product Design variables for purchase decisions through a positive effect consumer purchase Interest, Online promotion on the Purchase Decision through Consumer Interest has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Marketing is the beginning of a sale. In sales, performance is measured based on how many transactions were successfully closed and some value from the transaction. Judging from the timeframe, selling aims to get marketshare where products and prices become weapons in selling. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the influence of Online Pricing and Promotion through Instagram on Purchasing decisions with Buying interest as an intervening variable in the Rifkhasira Store. The population in this study was students of Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo University class of 2018. The sampling technique uses random sampling techniques. This data analysis and testing uses the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the hypothesis test of direct influence using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, the results of the study showed that Price has a significant positive effect on buying interest, Promotion has a significant positive effect on buying interest, Price has a positive but insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, Promotion has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, buying interest has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. to the purchase decision through buying interest, promotion positively affects the purchase decision through buying interest.
