Abstract

The TRIAGE process affects the response time  of  medical personnel in the emergency department, which varies according to the patient's priorities. Inaccurate TRIAGE assessments can increase the risk of morbidity, affect treatment outcomes, and affect the length of time a patient stays in the emergency room. This community service aims to increase Patients' Family Knowledge in Services at the Emergency Room which is carried out by providing TRIAGE Election Education. This community service activity was held on February 9, 2024 at the Emergency Room of Karo Regency Hospital. This study involves teachers as supervisors during intervention. Data was analyzed using the Wilcoxon test to determine the differences before and after treatment. The Mann Whitney test was used to see the difference in effectiveness between the first and second interventions. Results: Both interventions were significantly effective in increasing compliance with taking TTD (p-value each: Conclusion: Interventions of game cards and combinations of game cards and animated videos have the same level of effectiveness in improving iron tablets consumption compliance.

The research design used is descriptive quantitative. The total population is 100 people per day. The samples taken were 30 people. The sampling technique used is random sampling while the data collection tool used is questionnaire. The data analysis used is editing, coding, tabulating. Based on the results of the study, 18 respondents (60%) used online registration (whatsapp) quite well but as many as 24 respondents still waited for more than 60 minutes, namely (80%). The contingency coefficient calculation data produces a sig(p)= 0.906 with degree of meaningfulness of 0.05 (5%) the result is sig(p)>α then H0 which reads "There is no significant relationship between the use of online registration (whatsapp) and the waiting time for outpatients at the Kediri Regency Hospital" was accepted, meaning that even though outpatients used online registration (whatsapp) quite well but still waited for more than 60 minutes.

The findings showed that the majority of respondents had sufficient discipline, 74 respondents (56.1%). Almost all respondents had sufficient professionalism category, 101 respondents (76.5%). Based on the results of the Linear Regression analysis, it shows that the p-value is 0.000 < 0.05, so H1 is accepted so it is concluded which means that partially there is an influence of discipline on the professionalism of health workers at Aura Shifa Hospital Kediri with an influence size of 54.3%. Therefore, instilling an attitude of discipline and professionalism at Aura Syifa Hospital can continue to be a trusted place for health services and make a positive contribution to patients.

The growth of hospitals creates increasingly fierce competition and customers increasingly have selective choices, and this is a challenge that will affect the sustainability of the organization. Alternative competitive strategies are needed for hospitals to improve the quality and quality of services through accreditation assessments. Malaria can cause a decrease in productivity because malaria in toddlers can interfere with the growth and development of infants and toddlers. The province of NTT is the province with the third highest incidence and prevalence of malaria (6.8% and 23.3%) after the provinces of Papua and West Papua with incidence and prevalence (9.8% and 28.6%). The aim of the study was to analyze the influence of risk factors on the incidence of malaria in toddlers in the working area of the Ledeunu Health Center, Sabu Raijua Regency. This made the researchers want to find out what factors influenced the incidence of malaria in toddlers, one of which was at the Ledeunu Public Health Center, Sabu Regency. Therefore, in this study, researchers will analyze the effect of the knowledge of mothers under five, the use of mosquito nets, the use of mosquito poison, the presence of wire netting, the construction of house walls and the behavior and presence of livestock pens on the incidence of malaria. Based on the results of the analysis of bivariate analysis of the risk factors of knowledge of mothers under five (OR = 2.6 , 95%Cl=1.246 -5.348), use of mosquito nets (OR= 2,8, 95% Cl = 1.481-5.402), Use of wire gauze (OR=0,39, 95%Cl= 0.188-0.823),construction of house walls (OR= 2,3, 95%Cl= 1 .226-4.546), mosquito poison ( OR = 0.47, 9 5 % C l = 0.248-0.906), and presence of cage (OR=1,2, 95% Cl=0.690-2.390). From the multivariate analysis, it was found that the risk factors that influence the incidence of malaria are: use of mosquito nets, construction of house walls and use of mosquito poison. The most dominant factor is the use of mosquito nets p = 0.001 Confidence Interval (CI) 9 5%=1.481-5.402. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the use of mosquito nets, the construction of house walls, and mosquito poisons has a probability/possibility of being at risk of contracting malaria by 97%.
