Methodology – The research method was quantitative research using survey research techniques. The research sample included 375 students who were currently enrolled in university and had attended online courses. The collected data will be analyzed using SEM Amos. Result – The results of data processing and analysis revealed that the factor influencing students' decisions to continue choosing online learning methods was students' attitudes towards online learning methods. Because there was a strong incentive to choose online lectures if the student's attitude was positive. In addition, students' decisions to choose online learning methods in the post-COVID-19 pandemic will be heavily influenced by their experience taking online lectures during the COVID-19 pandemic. Abstract

Savings have an important role as alternative funding when the primary income is in trouble. Previous research on saving behavior has been carried out fragmentary, which causes the conclusions to be partial. Therefore, it is necessary to research with a systematic literature review method to obtain a complete conclusion about the factors that can influence individual saving decisions. In this study, the articles used consisted of 124 published by Elsevier from 2012-2021. The results show that over the past ten years, research on saving behavior has been carried out in 185 countries and ten regions, with the method used consisting of 18 analytical methods. The results of the meta-synthesis show that 15 factors can influence the saving decision, viz: personal wealth, individual needs and dependency, macroeconomic, demographic, financial literacy, anticipatory, psychological and social, profit, self-obligation, financial service, savings product marketing, job profile, self-preference, financial goals, and geographic. The fifteen factors are classified into two groups: internal factors (consisting of 10 factors) and external factors (consisting of 5 factors).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of taxpayer awareness and tax knowledge on individual taxpayer compliance at the Probolinggo Tax Office. Increasing taxpayer compliance is needed to increase tax revenues. The problem is that the individual taxpayer compliance at the Probolinggo Tax Office during 2019 to 2021 has decreased. This compliance includes compliance with the submission of annual tax reports and tax payments. The grand theories used are attribution theory and compliance theory. This research uses an associative quantitative approach. The population of this research is made up of taxpayers at the Probolinggo Tax Office, with a total of 124.385. Sampling in this research used accidental sampling technique and obtained a sample of 277 respondents. The data collection technique used was distributing questionnaires. This research only examines two independent variable which are taxpayer awareness and tax knowledge, while the dependent variable is individual taxpayer compliance. Data analysis in this research used multiple linear regression analysis. The software used is SPSS version 26. Based on the results of the analysis for the variables of taxpayer awareness (X1), tax knowledge (X2), and individual taxpayer compliance (Y), the regression model is obtained as follows: Y = 5.546 + 0.212X1 + 0.564X2. The results of the coefficient of determination show that the two independent variables can explain the dependent variable by 61.4%. The results of the t test show that taxpayer awareness has an influence on individual taxpayer compliance and tax knowledge has an influence on individual taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of workload, burnout, and organizational commitment on cyberloafing actions. The rapid advancement of technology has led to significant changes in work patterns. A negative effect of internet technology is the indication that internet usage has no relation to work-related interests (cyberloafing). Increasing workloads have caused burnout and impacted organizational commitment. The method used in this research is quantitative. The test results show that, of the three hypotheses tested, one hypothesis was not supported, namely the effect of workload on cyberloafing." This study concludes that organizations need clear regulations and internet usage monitoring. Development and training are also necessary to build a culture of innovation and creativity.

Abstract

Background: Indonesia has a significant plastic waste problem, despite increasing consumer awareness of environmental issues. This highlights the need for further research into factors influencing green purchase behavior (GPB), especially within the rapidly growing coffee shop sector. As coffee consumption surges, local coffee shops like Point Coffee Yogyakarta have grown substantially. Purpose: This study aimed to examine how Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) factors influence green purchase intentions at Point Coffee Yogyakarta, while considering the moderating role of price sensitivity in the relationship between intentions and actual green purchasing behavior. Methods: This study used a quantitative approach, with an online survey conducted using Google Forms and a structured questionnaire survey conducted with 201 respondents, who were selected using purposive sampling. The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to understand the relationships between TPB components and green purchase intentions (GPI), with a consideration of how price sensitivity (PS) influences the correlation between GPI and GPB. Findings: The findings indicate that all three components of TPB were significantly and positively correlated with GPI, with green attitudes (GA) playing a dominant role. Moreover, GPI was also a significant factor influencing GPB. The study also reveals that PS had no moderation effect in the relationship between GPI and GPB. Conclusion: Strengthening green attitudes (GA), leveraging subjective norms (SN), and enhancing perceived behavioral control (PBC) can increase coffee purchase intentions in sustainable coffee shops. Greater intentions also increase the adoption of consumer behavior in purchasing coffee products in sustainable coffee shops. Research Implications: Point Coffee Yogyakarta can offer premium products that highlight the environmental value to differentiate itself from competitors, enhancing service and product quality to minimize low consumer sensitivity.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the antecedents of loyalty and the role of technology in the Indonesian e-commerce context based on customers' points of view. This quantitative research involves data from 317 Indonesian e-commerce customers, which is then analysed using Structural Equation Modelling with Partial Least Square method (SEM-PLS). The results show customer satisfaction, trust, and engagement significantly impact loyalty. Both Trust and Engagement act as the mediator between Satisfaction and Loyalty. Meanwhile, there are differences in how technology interacts with the equation. While it lessens the influence of Engagement on Loyalty, it will increase the influence of Trust on Loyalty. This research simultaneously adds technology into the model to test its influence on the interaction between variables. It also provides CRM research, which is conducted based on customers' points of view.

Abstract

This Community Service (PkM) activity was carried out in Paminjahan District, Bogor Regency, with the target of RT/RW, Hamlet Head, Village BPD, village government officials, and Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Management. The business actors involved are those who have businesses in the field of trade and services. This PkM activity was carried out to provide public and business actors with an understanding of the legality, goals, and benefits of BUMDes for increasing development and improving the welfare and prosperity of the community fairly and equitably. Through an increase in Village Original Income (PADes) income, business activities are expected to continue to develop by paying attention to and implementing supporting factors for business activities. Thus, the PkM activities held include socializing about the legality, goals, and benefits of BUMDes and socializing about professional human resource management in managing BUMDes in the village. The socialization was adjusted to the problems and needs faced by BUMdes administrators in Paminjahan District, Bogor Regency. The method of implementing the activity consists of three stages. First, the preparation stage includes pre-survey, team formation, making and submitting proposals, coordinating teams and partners, and preparing training tools and materials. The second stage is the program implementation stage in the form of socialization. Socialization is carried out through counseling (material presentation) and discussion. The third stage is the evaluation and reporting stage. The evaluation was carried out by comparing the conditions of partners before and after the program's implementation with interview and observation methods. After that, a report was prepared for further publication. The material presented in the socialization was in the form of the Legality of BUMDes, as well as the benefits and goals of BUMDes towards increasing development and prosperity for all communities in the village. Based on the results of the implementation, the objectives of this implementation can be broadly achieved, which is shown through the improvement of the value order of society in the field of education, especially in economics.
