Abstract

In a complex work environment such as Biddokes, a deep understanding of factors like Organizational Climate, Situational Leadership Style, and Job Satisfaction is crucial to ensure optimal employee performance. Organizational climate reflects the culture, norms, and values governing organizational behavior, influencing employee motivation, engagement, and job satisfaction. On the other hand, the situational leadership style emphasizes leaders' flexibility in adjusting their leadership approach according to the needs and readiness of subordinates, which can affect motivation, productivity, and team performance. Meanwhile, Job Satisfaction reflects employees' subjective evaluation of the work environment, including the alignment between individual needs and the workplace environment, which can influence motivation, commitment, and employee retention. This study uses a quantitative research approach. Survey methods and questionnaires were employed to collect data from respondents at the East Kalimantan Regional Police Medical and Health Unit (Biddokes). Multiple regression statistical analysis was used to examine the relationship between independent variables (Organizational Climate, Situational Leadership Style, and Job Satisfaction) and the dependent variable (Employee Performance). Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that factors such as organizational climate, situational leadership style, and job satisfaction significantly impact employee performance at Biddokes Polda Kalimantan Timur. A positive organizational climate, including effective communication, professional relationships, and interdepartmental cooperation, can enhance employee performance. A flexible and adaptive situational leadership style allows leaders to motivate and guide subordinates according to their needs and readiness, contributing to better performance. Additionally, employee job satisfaction, influenced by various factors such as salary, promotion opportunities, relationships with coworkers, and job responsibilities, directly impacts employee performance. Therefore, Biddokes Polda Kalimantan Timur management should pay attention to and improve these aspects to enhance productivity, efficiency, and service quality.

The sample used consisted of 100 respondents. The independent variables in this study are service quality and electronic Word of Mouth, while the dependent variable is the decision to choose treatment at a hospital. The measurement of variables was conducted using a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis method. From the research results, it was found that the decision-making process for choosing to seek treatment at the hospital in this study is positively and significantly influenced by service quality and e-WOM, with recommendations for improvement still identifying a lack of information about the availability of doctors and the promised service schedule. Abstract

After the COVID-19 pandemic, many organizations asked employees to return to conventional work arrangements. However, the worsening air quality in DKI Jakarta led the government to implement a work from home policy for civil servants. Concerns have arisen about the performance of civil servants if work from home a form of flexible working arrangement, is implemented permanently. Thus, this research is performed to investigate the influence of flexible working arrangement on performance, incorporating technostress as an independent variable and supervisor support as a moderating variable. Using a quantitative method, 507 civil servants in DKI Jakarta who experienced flexible working arrangement for at least six months participated in the study. Data were collected via an online questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regression and moderation regression methods. The results revealed that flexible working arrangement positively and significantly influences employee performance. Technostress negatively and significantly affects performance. Supervisor support strengthens the positive impact of flexible working arrangement on performance, but its moderating effect on technostress is non-significant. Thus, while flexible working arrangement improves performance, and technostress hinders it, the negative impact of technostress can be mitigated by supervisor support, reducing its significance. This research underscores the importance of balancing flexible work arrangements with adequate supervisor support to enhance civil servants' performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and education level on the innovative behavior of employees at PT MP, with organizational culture as a mediating variable. The research method used a quantitative approach with a survey design on the entire employee population of 107 employees. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) through evaluation of the measurement model and structural model to assess the direct and indirect relationships between variables. The results show that transformational leadership and education level do not have a significant direct effect on employee innovative behavior. However, both have a significant influence on organizational culture. Organizational culture was shown to act as a full mediator in the relationship between transformational leadership and innovative behavior, while mediation in the relationship between education level and innovative behavior was insignificant. The conclusion of this study is that organizational culture plays a significant role in encouraging employee innovative behavior, while work experience and intrinsic motivation are aspects that need to be strengthened to increase innovation within PT MP.   Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Education Level, Organizational Culture

Through an increase in Village Original Income (PADes) income, business activities are expected to continue to develop by paying attention to and implementing supporting factors for business activities. Thus, the PkM activities held include socializing about the legality, goals, and benefits of BUMDes and socializing about professional human resource management in managing BUMDes in the village. The socialization was adjusted to the problems and needs faced by BUMdes administrators in Paminjahan District, Bogor Regency. The method of implementing the activity consists of three stages. First, the preparation stage includes pre-survey, team formation, making and submitting proposals, coordinating teams and partners, and preparing training tools and materials. The second stage is the program implementation stage in the form of socialization. Socialization is carried out through counseling (material presentation) and discussion. The third stage is the evaluation and reporting stage. The evaluation was carried out by comparing the conditions of partners before and after the program's implementation with interview and observation methods. After that, a report was prepared for further publication. The material presented in the socialization was in the form of the Legality of BUMDes, as well as the benefits and goals of BUMDes towards increasing development and prosperity for all communities in the village. Based on the results of the implementation, the objectives of this implementation can be broadly achieved, which is shown through the improvement of the value order of society in the field of education, especially in economics.
