Abstract

The paradigm of graduates applying for jobs in the industrial era 4.0 is no longer relevant to the current employment situation. This paradigm needs to be changed from applying for jobs to becoming entrepreneurial graduates, including graduates from Islamic boarding schools. The objectives of this study were to reveal: (1) the entrepreneurial tendencies of students who were also œsantri (student) in Islamic boarding schools; (2) the factors driving the entrepreneurial desire of œsantri; (3) the influence of entrepreneurial motivation of œsantri on learning achievement in Entrepreneurship course. The research targets were Islamic boarding school students studying in the Study Program of History Education and Citizenship Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Ivet University, Semarang City, as many as 36 people. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and interviews. Data processing was performed using descriptive analysis and simple linear regression statistical analysis. The results showed that the entrepreneurial tendency of Islamic boarding school students was quite high. The main driving factor is strong enthusiasm and willingness as well as strong experiences from the environment. However, this study found that high entrepreneurial motivation does not have a significant effect on learning achievement in Entrepreneurship course.

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan utama bagi guru di Indonesia adalah rendahnya kuantitas dan kualitas karya ilmiah yang dibuat oleh guru. Padahal ditinjau dari sisi administrasi, menulis karya ilmiah merupakan salah satu syarat utama bagi guru untuk kenaikan golongan kepangkatan guru sebagai bentuk pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendampingan bagi guru dalam menulis karya ilmiah. Kegiatan pendampingan ini dilakukan secara virtual, sesuai dengan anjuran pemerintah untuk melakukan social distancing selama masa pandemi. Peserta pendampingan terdiri dari 214 guru dari berbagai jenjang pendidikan yang tersebar dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi: (1) penyampaian materi mengenai Karya Tulis Ilmiah (KTI); (2) pemberian pemahaman mengenai pentingnya menulis karya ilmiah bagi guru dan tenaga pendidik; (3) sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab dengan memberikan kesempatan bagi guru dan tenaga pendidik terkait penulisan karya ilmiah; (4) memberikan gambaran dan simulasi tentang penulisan karya ilmiah; (5) evaluasi hasil dari kegiatan yang telah dilakukan. Tanggapan peserta dalam kegiatan ini sangat antusias, sehingga direncanakan kegiatan lanjutan berupa bimbingan teknis penulisan KTI secara lebih intensif. One of the main problems for teachers in Indonesia is the low quantity and quality of scientific work made by teachers. Whereas in terms of administration, writing scientific work is one of the main requirements for teachers to increase the rank of teachers as a form of sustainable professional development. Therefore, assistance is needed for teachers in writing scientific work. This mentoring activity is carried out virtually, in accordance with the government's recommendation to conduct social distancing during the pandemic. The mentoring participants consisted of 214 teachers from various levels of education spread from various regions in Indonesia. Methods of implementation of this devotional activities include: (1) the delivery of material on Scientific Papers (KTI); (2) providing an understanding of the importance of writing scientific work for teachers and educators; (3) discussion and question and answer sessions by providing opportunities for teachers and educators related to the writing of scientific works; (4) provide an overview and simulation of the writing of scientific works; (5) evaluation of the results of the activities that have been carried out. The response of participants in this activity was very enthusiastic, so that the planned follow-up activities in the form of technical guidance on writing KTI more intensively.

Abstract

Strategi konservasi dalam pengembangan Kawasan Ekosistem Esensial (KEE) terestrial Gunung Ungaran dilakukan melalui kegiatan pengawetan, pelestarian, perlindungan dan pemanfaatan secara berkelanjutan. Upaya melakukan konservasi diperlukan kerjasama seluruh stakeholder, khususnya masyarakat yang berada disekitar hutan. Salah satu kelompok masyarakat di sekitar hutan yang telah turut serta berperan aktif dalam kegiatan konservasi dan mendukung kebijakan pengembangan KEE Gunung Ungaran adalah Kelompok Peduli Lingkungan Gunungsari Handarbeni selaku mitra kegiatan pengabdian ini. Kelompok Peduli Lingkungan Gunungsari Handarbeni baru terbentuk pada tahun 2020 yang bertujuan sebagai wadah organisasi masyarakat yang bergerak dalam kegiatan pelestarian Gunung Ungaran. Anggota mitra terdiri dari karang taruna dan tokoh masyarakat yang berjumlah 30 orang. Berdasarkan survei dan wawancara langsung terhadap mitra pengabdian, permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra dapat diketahui beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapai oleh mitra, yakni (1) aspek kelembagaan dan legalitas kelompok, (2) aspek produksi/budidaya, dan (3) aspek manajemen usaha. Target dari kegiatan pengabdian bagi dosen ini adalah adanya peningkatkan aspek kelembagaan khususnya legalitas kelompok, peningkatan kapasitas SDM mitra dalam teknik perbanyakan pembibitan, dan peningkatan kapasitas SDM mitra melalui pengembangan usaha penjualan bibit bernilai komersial. Metode yang dilakukan, meliputi kegiatan ceramah, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan monitoring serta evaluasi. Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini dilakukan untuk mendorong adanya inventarisasi jumlah bibit, identifikasi tanaman, dan pemasangan barcode tanaman guna mendukung keberadaan KEE Gunung Ungaran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors affecting student engagement in Microeconomics online classes based on E-Learning Engagement Design (ELED). This study applied a mixed method with a sequential model. The study population included all students of the Department of Economics Education UNNES who took online courses in Microeconomics and Microeconomics 1, both regular and international classes, with a total of 320 students and 4 lecturers handled the classes. The results showed that situational interest, personal significance, mastery of self-talk and mastery of self-talk for performance had a positive effect on student engagement in Microeconomics online classes. Meanwhile, mastery of self-talk to avoid negativity, environmental control, independent consequences, and setting proximal goals do not significantly influence student engagement in Microeconomics online classes. The concept of E-Learning Engagement Design (ELED) has been applied to all components. However, it is necessary to standardize the learning environment components to make sure there is no gap among Microeconomics classes which leads to less optimal academic services.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the inbound marketing strategy of PT Bank Negara Indonesia TapCash. This study used a qualitative method with data collection through interviews with the head of the consumer business division of the card section, managers of digital operations, marketing, and customers of Bank Negara Indonesia. The data analysis technique used SWOT analysis so that internal and external factors could be found. Based on the results of data analysis, the inbound marketing strategy implemented by PT Bank Negara Indonesia to market TapCash had four strategies, namely posting blogs, SEO, advertising and networking, while the inbound marketing strategy that used email had not been applied to TapCash marketing and based on the SWOT analysis,it showed that the strategy inbound marketing in TapCash marketing got quite profitable results because of the greater strength and opportunity factors although the strengths and opportunities generated were not too large compared to the weaknesses and threats, but this was enough to help increase the use of TapCash cards because with an increase in the number of advertisements could increase also the number of transactions and TapCash users.

Abstract

The internationalization program for higher education is a promising investment with a valuable return. However, it needs a huge budget. This research aims to analyze investment preferences of 13 internationalization program dimensions in Indonesian universities which aggressively encourage themselves to be a world-class university in the future. The novelty in this research is the usage of investment preference index in determining investment priorities in universities instead of common business entities. The quantitative approach was used by calculating the investment preference index. The research instrument used questionnaire with Likert Scale. Respondents were 190 people including students and lecturers. Based on the investment preference index, the number of international students in undergraduate program had to be the first focus in allocating the money for educational investment, followed by the number of international students in postgraduate program and student exchange program. Meanwhile, international links became the least aspect in educational investment preferences.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kemanfaatan, persepsi risiko, dan kepercayaan terhadap minat menggunakan e-wallet pada generasi milenial Kota Semarang. Berdasarkan TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kebermanfaatan, dan variabel lain yang dalam penelitian ini yaitu persepsi risiko dan kepercayaan merupakan konstruk yang mempengaruhi minat dalam penerimaan individu terhadap teknologi baru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah generasi milenial pengguna e-wallet di Kota Semarang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 160 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu incidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menggunakan e-wallet. Persepsi manfaat berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menggunakan e-wallet. Persepsi risiko berpengaruh negatif terhadap minat menggunakan e-wallet. Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menggunakan e-wallet. Persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kemanfaatan, persepsi risiko, dan kepercayaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan e-wallet. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived risk, and trust in the interest in using e-wallet in the millennial generation of Semarang City. Based on the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) perceptions of ease of use, perceived usefulness, and other variables in this study namely risk perception and trust are constructing that influence interest in individual acceptance of new technologies. The population in this study is the millennial generation of e-wallet users in the city of Semarang. The sample in this study amounted to 160 people. The sampling technique was incidental sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that perceived ease of use had a positive effect on interest in using an e-wallet. Perceived usefulness has a positive effect on interest in using an e-wallet. Perceived risk negatively influences the interest in using an e-wallet. Trust has a positive effect on your interest in using an e-wallet. Perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived risk, and trust together have a significant effect on interest in using an e- wallet

Abstract

Keberhasilan usaha merupakan tujuan utama dari sebuah perusahaan di mana segala aktivitas yang ada di dalamnya ditujukan untuk mencapai suatu keberhasilan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini-adalah adalah seluruh pengusaha batik di Kelurahan Kradenan Kota Pekalongan. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 responden dengan teknik penentuan sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) jumlah tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha, (2) modal usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha, (3) bauran pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha, (4) jumlah tenaga kerja, modal usaha, dan bauran pemasaran secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian-dapat disimpulkan bahwa jumlah tenaga kerja, modal usaha, dan bauran pemasaran mampu meningkatkan-keberhasilan usaha pada Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Sentra Batik Di Kelurahan Kradenan, Kota Pekalongan. Abstract

Tujuan dalam peneltian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan wirausaha, norma subyektif, dan latar belakang keluarga terhadap intensi berwirausaha melalui efikasi diri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Semarang angkatan tahun 2017 dengan asumsi sudah menempuh mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 89 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif pendidikan kewirausahaan, norma subyektif, dan latar belakang keluarga secara parsial terhadap efikasi diri. Selain itu terdapat pengaruh positif pendidikan kewirausahaan, norma subyektif, dan latar belakang keluarga terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa, dan terdapat pengaruh positif efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri mampu memediasi pengaruh Pendidikan kewirausahaan, norma subjektif dan latar belakang kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa. Kata Kunci: pendidikan wirausaha, norma subyektif, latar belakang keluarga, intensi berwirausaha, efikasi diri.

Abstract

Optimization of Digital Marketing Practices to Improve Product Sales of Inamtes in the Productive PrisonAbstract. Productive prisons are prisons that are not only a place for guiding inmates (prisoners) in a conventional manner, but can also be a means to encourage the production of a good quality products, therefore productive activities in prisons can be a support for fostering prisoners. In productive prisons, inmates are taught to grow crops, raise livestock to gardening. Lapas Terbuka Kendal, one of productive prisons in Central Java, is currently only filled with 23 inmates who are fostered by the independence of various production activities, namely the agriculture, fisheries and animal husbandry sectors. The results of Lapas Terbuka Kendal production activities can be said to be quite good. Even marketing has been done well, one of them through the website. But unfortunately the existing marketing did not produce maximum results in sales. This is evaluated and resolved in the community service performed. The digital marketing training is a solution given. All officers were enthusiastic in actively participating during the training. By this training, it is expected they could maximize the digital marketing implementation to boost the sales.Keyword: Digital marketing, productive prison, prisoners, production activities, sales.Abstrak. Lembaga pemasyarakatan (Lapas) produktif merupakan Lapas yang tidak hanya menjadi tempat pembinaan narapidana (warga binaan) secara konvensional, tetapi juga dapat menjadi salah satu sarana untuk mendorong dihasilkannya produk-produk berkualitas, oleh karenanya kegiatan produktif di lapas bisa menjadi penunjang bagi pembinaan terhadap warga Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan (WBP). WBP diajarkan bercocok tanam, beternak hingga berkebun di Lapas Terbuka. Lapas Terbuka Kendal, salah satu Lapas Produktif di Jawa Tengah, saat ini terisi sebanyak 23 warga binaan yang dibina kemandirian berbagai macam kegiatan produksi yaitu sektor pertanian, perikanan dan peternakan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan produksi Lapas Terbuka Kendal dapat dikatakan cukup bagus. Bahkan pemasaran pun sudah dilakukan dengan baik, salah satunya melalui website. Namun sayangnya pemasaran yang ada ternyata tidak membuahkan hasil yang maksimal dalam penjualan. Hal tersebut yang dievaluasi dan dipecahkan pada pengabdian yang dilakukan. Pelatihan pemasaran digital menjadi solusi yang diberikan pada pengabdian ini. Pelaksanaan kegiatan berjalan lancar, seluruh petugas Lapas antusias dalam mengikuti pelatihan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mereka mampu memaksimalkan fungsi pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan penjualan.Kata Kunci: Digitalisasi, pemasaran, kegiatan produksi, peningkatan penjualan.
