Abstract

Sebagian masyarakat terdampak pandemi covid-19 memilih beralih profesi menjadi pengemudi ojek online akibat terganggunya perekonomian rumah tangga. Menjalani profesi tersebut pengemudi ojek online berisiko tertular penyakit serta bahaya keselamatan dan kesehatan selama bekerja, sementara masih ada yang belum memiliki jaminan kesehatan untuk menghadapi risiko tersebut. Tujuan pengabdian memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya jaminan kesehatan sehingga meningkatkan kesadaran pengemudi ojek online terdampak covid-19 di Kota Jambi agar bergabung sebagai peserta pada Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). Solusi yang diberikan tim yaitu; aspek komunikasi, informasi dan edukasi tentang pentingnya jaminan kesehatan, aspek manajemen dalam pemetaan jenis kepesertaan mitra dan aspek teknologi, dalam pendampingan pendaftaran kepesertaan JKN berkerjasama dengan BPJS kesehatan. Sebanyak 30% mitra yang belum memiliki jaminan kesehatan menyatakan ingin bergabung menjadi peserta JKN.

Abstract

The Social Security Administrative Body (BPJS) for Health is a legal entity established to administer a health insurance program with objective every inhabitant country get chance And equal rights in obtaining health services. However , based on data obtained from BPJS Health, it is recorded that there are 5 districts in Jambi Province that are in arrears in paying BPJS contributions . One of them is Jambi City happen arrears with the most dues of 76,909,256,816. According to the BPJS Health program rules, payment is requested no later than the 10th of each month. Hence the goal _ in study This is find out the determinants of arrears in payment of Health Social Security Administering Body contributions for independent participants in the city of Jambi.This study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional research design. The sample in this study were 106 respondents using a purposive proportional random sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire and data analysis used univariate and bivariate (chi-square). The results of this study indicate that the majority of 61.3% of respondents are in arrears and based on statistical tests in this study indicate that there are factors related to arrears in BPJS contribution payments, namely income (0.000), knowledge (0.013), perception (0.011), and place of payment (0.002). There is a relationship between the variables where contributions are paid, income, knowledge and perceptions with BPJS contribution arrears.

Abstract

Abstract Background : Payment of BPJS Health contributions to PBPU-independent workers is a major challenge for BPJS Health, because there is no agency responsible for consistent payment of contributions to these participants. High levels of non-compliance with payment of contributions can reduce the collectability of contributions and pose a significant financial risk to BPJS Kesehatan. Nationally, the highest arrears of participant contributions were PBPU participants-independent workers (Rp. 5,654,930,976,944,-), which was 86.88% of the total arrears of contributions for BPJS Health participants. Meanwhile, the arrears of participant contributions in the BPJS Kesehatan Jambi Branch Office as of December 4, 2020 were around 215,369 people with a total of Rp. 161,513,573,648,-. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between sociodemographic factors and compliance with paying BPJS Health contributions to PBPU participants-Independent Workers in the Jambi Branch Office working area. Method : This study is a descriptive study using a cross-sectional design. The research population is PBPU participants- BPJS Health independent workers in the Jambi Branch Office working area. The sample calculation uses the Lemeshow formula, which is as many as 192 samples. The research instrument used a questionnaire, while data processing was done by editing data, data coding, data entry, data cleaning, and data processing, then analyzed univariate and bivariate with chi-square test. Results : The results showed that there was a significant relationship between income and compliance with paying BPJS Health contributions (p-value = 0.045) and there was no significant relationship between age (p-value = 0.120), gender (p-value = 0.705) , education (p-value=0.089), and number of family members (p-value=0.051) with compliance in paying BPJS Health contributions to PBPU participants-independent workers in the Jambi Branch Office working area. Conclusion : There is a relationship between income and compliance with paying contributions, and there is no relationship between age, gender, education, and number of family members with compliance with paying BPJS Health contributions to PBPU participants-independent workers in the Jambi Branch Office working area. BPJS Kesehatan is expected to be able to profile and switch contributions for BPJS Health participants and prospective participants, especially for PBPU-independent workers. Abstract

Prevalensi hipertensi di Provinsi Jambi pada 5 tahun terakhir cenderung tinggi dan meningkat sehingga menduduki urutan pertama sebagai kejadian penyakit terbanyak. Kondisi serupa juga terjadi di Kota Jambi, terdapat 25.846 kasus hipertensi pada tahun 2021. Penyakit hipertensi membutuhkan pengobatan jangka panjang dan relatif tinggi sehingga biaya hidup pasien bisa meningkat yang dapat berimbas terhadap beban ekonomi rumah tangga. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran cost of illness dari perspektif pasien hipertensi rawat jalan di Puskesmas Simpang IV Sipin Kota Jambi tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 47 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik accidental sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket yang telah diuji sebelumnya dengan uji validitas isi. Uji validitas isi adalah pengujian terhadap setiap butir pertanyaan yang ada  di lembar wawancara dengan dosen pembimbing sebagai ahli bidang studi dan disesuaikan dengan metode activity based costing system yakni memperhatikan alur pelayanan penyakit hipertensi rawat jalan. Pengolahan data menggunakan software statistik melalui tahap analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa besaran rata-rata biaya medis langsung pasien hipertensi sebesar Rp 49.340,- per tahun, besaran rata-rata biaya non-medis langsung pasien hipertensi sebesar Rp 64.255,- per tahun, besaran rata-rata biaya tidak langsung pasien hipertensi sebesar Rp 3.191,- per tahun dan besaran rata-rata total cost of illness pasien hipertensi adalah sebesar Rp 116.787,- per tahun. Biaya non-medis langsung adalah biaya terbesar yang harus dikeluarkan oleh pasien hipertensi dalam pengobatan hipertensi.

Abstract

Tuberkulosis adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh bakteri mycobacterium tuberkulosis yang merupakan penyebab kematian nomor satu diantara penyakit infeksi yang ada di indonesia. Puskesmas Putri Ayu merupakan salah satu puskesmas dengan kasus TB Paru yang masih tinggi. Pada tahun 2021 Puskesmas Putri Ayu menempati urutan ke dua dengan jumlah kasus TB paru yang masih tinggi.  Puskesmas Putri Ayu dengan kasus yang meningkat setiap tahunya, menurut data Dinas Kesehatan Kota Jambi pada tahun 2019 dengan jumlah 24 kasus, pada tahun 2020 dengan jumlah 77 kasus dan pada tahun 2021 terdapat 126 kasus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui evaluasi program pengendalian uberkulosis dengan strategi DOTS di Puskesmas Putri Ayu Kota Jambi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, pemilihan informan pada penelitian ini dengan purposive sampling, sumber data penelitian dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder, data primer melalui wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari segi input yaitu SDM sudah mencukupi, sarana prasarana sudah mencukupi dan lengkap, dana belum cukup yang diperoleh dari BOK, APBD global Fund. Dari segi proses, komitmen politis sudah saling mendukung, penemuan kasus dilakukan secara aktif dan pasif  dan prndistirbusian obat sesuai dengan permenkes No. 67 tahun 2016 akan tetapi mengalami keterlambatan obat, dan PMO di puskesmas putri ayu dipilih dari keluarga pasien, pencatatan dan pelaporan melalui SITB secara online.

Abstract

The increasing incidence of catastrophic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes mellitus has an impact on catastrophic expenditure in Jambi City. Very high health costs risk causing household economic fragility. Prolanis is one of the programs organized by BPJS Health as part of the National Health Insurance to manage participants' chronic diseases by optimizing efficient health costs. This study aims to analyze costs due to illness and the role of Prolanis in providing health cost protection to participant households so as to prevent catastrophic expenditures. The research approach is quantitative and qualitative which describes the components of direct costs, indirect costs and total costs due to diabetes mellitus and hypertension and assesses the role of Prolanis in preventing catastrophic events in the household. Respondents totaling 180 people were selected using purposive sampling technique. The informants consisted of 20 Prolanis participants who regularly took part in Prolanis activities. The research was conducted in five work areas of community health centers in Jambi City. Quantitative data was analyzed using statistical software through descriptive statistical analysis stages. Qualitative data is summarized in an interview results matrix based on content. The results obtained were that the total costs borne by Prolanis participants due to hypertension and diabetes mellitus had decreased significantly while participating in Prolanis activities. The role of Prolanis for participants is to prevent complications from the disease they are suffering from, regulate the use of medication wisely, receive coordinated and routine disease treatment, and change to a healthier lifestyle. The role of Prolanis felt by participants has an impact on health expenses which can be reduced so that participants are free from catastrophic expenses. It is recommended that the Community Health Center as the technical implementing unit for Prolanis activities expand the scope of Prolanis participation in the work area and increase awareness of people suffering from chronic diseases to actively participate in Prolanis activities to prevent families from experiencing catastrophic spending.

Abstract

The prevalence of hypertension ranks as the highest incidence of disease in Jambi Province in the last 5 years. The cost of treatment and management of hypertension that must be borne by the community is relatively high. The existence of a cost reduction from the National Health Insurance (JKN) program is expected to reduce the economic burden caused. This study aims to analyze the difference in the average costs due to hypertension between patients who use JKN and patients who pay out of pocket in Jambi City. A Study based on economic evaluation with a quantitative approach, was conducted in Jambi City in 2022. There were 165 respondents selected by purposive sampling technique. The study instrument was in the form of a questionnaire. Data processing using statistical software with descriptive statistical analysis stage and bivariate T-test analysis. The results of the study showed that there were differences in the average direct medical costs (p = 0.000), direct non-medical costs (p = 0.034), and the total costs due to hypertension (p = 0.018) between patients who used JKN and patients who pay out of pocket. The conclusion of the study is that the difference in the average costs incurred by hypertension sufferers who utilize JKN has an impact on reducing the family's economic burden, especially in the direct medical cost component. Abstrak: Prevalensi hipertensi menempati urutan teratas sebagai kejadian penyakit paling banyak di Provinsi Jambi dalam 5 tahun terakhir. Biaya pengobatan dan penanganan hipertensi yang harus ditanggung masyarakat relatif tinggi. Adanya penekanan biaya dari program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) diharapkan mengurangi beban ekonomi yang ditimbulkan. Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis perbedaan rerata biaya akibat penyakit hipertensi antara penderita yang memanfaatkan JKN dengan penderita yang mengeluarkan biaya dari kantong sendiri di Kota Jambi. Studi berbasis evaluasi ekonomi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dilakukan di Kota Jambi tahun 2022. Responden berjumlah 165 orang yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen studi berupa angket. Pengolahan data menggunakan software statistik dengan tahap analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis bivariat uji-T. Hasil studi bahwa terdapat perbedaan rerata biaya langsung medis (p=0,000), biaya langsung non medis (p=0,034), dan total biaya akibat penyakit hipertensi (p=0,018) antara penderita yang memanfaatkan JKN dengan penderita yang mengeluarkan biaya dari kantong sendiri. Kesimpulan studi bahwa perbedaan rerata biaya yang dikeluarkan penderita hipertensi yang memanfaatkan JKN berdampak pada penurunan beban ekonomi keluarga terutama pada komponen biaya langsung medis.

Abstract

Introduction: Performance-Based Capitation Policy is an effort to ensure FKTP performance to improve satisfaction, service quality and cost efficiency. Preliminary study, the capitation payment of the Talang Banjar Public Health Center in 2022 is only 88% with the achievement of AK 64.93 per mile, RRNS 2.12%, and RPPT 0.55%. Objective: This study aims to analyze efforts to achieve KBK indicators at Talang Banjar Public Health Center based on input and process aspects. Method: This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach with data collection using observation, document review and in-depth interviews with 15 informants who were selected by purposive sampling. Result and Discussion: The results show that the achievement of KBK Public Health Center indicators is influenced by available inputs, namely health human resources, infrastructure, funds, and methods. The process aspect shows obstacles to achieving contact number indicators, namely difficulties in Public Health Center accessibility, promotional and preventive efforts that are not optimal, as well as reporting healthy visits, non-specialist referral indicators are influenced by the behavior of patients who want to be referred and the availability of medical devices, while controlled prolanist indicators are influenced by the difficulty of routine monitoring of officers to participants.  Conclusion: A thorough evaluation is needed from BPJS Kesehatan, Dinas Kesehatan and Public Health Center leaders to identify problems that arise in achieving performance indicators as an effort to ensure the quality of service to NHI participants

Abstract

The ability to analyze problems is one of the learning outcomes that students must master. The majority of student learning outcomes still fall into the category of requiring a project-based learning innovation that can provide maximum opportunities for students to be directly involved in creating real and active projects in the learning process through the application of case method project-based learning. The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of implementing project-based learning on problem-solving abilities in health ethics and law courses. The research was conducted at the Public Health Science Study Program at Jambi University on first semester students. The research design was a quasi-experiment involving 200 students. The instruments used are assessment sheets and observation sheets. Data collection was carried out before and after implementing the learning. Data processing and analysis used the T test. The research results showed that there was significant effectiveness in implementing project-based learning in increasing students' problem-solving abilities. The application of project-based learning contributes to honing problem-solving skills so that it is recommended that project-based learning methods be used in every course in higher education.

Abstract

AbstractBackground: Talang Banjar Community Health Center is a community health center with the lowest Controlled Prolanist Participant Ratio (RPPT) in Jambi City, namely 0.55% from ≥ 5% set by BPJS. Of the 185 patients diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, only 39 patients were registered as pronalis participants and only 1 patient was controlled on prolanis. Meanwhile, of the 658 diagnosed with hypertension, 36 patients were registered as pronalis participants and only 3 patients were controlled on prolanis. Researchers aim to analyze the determinants of utilization of the chronic disease management program (prolanis) in the working area of the Talang Banjar Community Health Center, Jambi City.Research Method: This type of research is quantitative research with a cross sectional study design. The total population in this study was 75 respondents. The sample in this study was selected using the Total Sampling Technique, namely all prolanis participants who were registered at the Talang Banjar Community Health Center, Jambi City. The dependent variable was the use of prolanis and the independent variables were age, gender, education, employment, knowledge, accessibility, attitude of health workers, and perception of disease. Data analysis used the chi square test.Research Results: There is a relationship between education (p = 0,049), knowledge (p = 0,000), accessibility (p = 0,043), and perception of disease (0,020) with the use of prolanis. There was no relationship between age (p = 0,254), gender (p = 0,383), occupation (p = 1,000), and attitude of health workers (p = 0,320) with the use of prolanis.Conclusion: There is a relationship between education, knowledge, accessibility and perception of disease with the use of prolanis.
