Abstract

This study retested the hypothesis of previous research by Evany et al., (2022) so that this type of research is confirmatory. The hypothesis proposed is whether there is a significant difference in profitability ratios in companies incorporated in IDX30 before and during the pandemic. Quantitative data analysis uses secondary data in the form of financial statements during the two-year research period. Data can be obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange or www.idx.co.id. Based on these data, there are as many as 30 companies, but those that meet the sample criteria are only 18 companies and obtained as many as 108 data for three research variables. With the help of SPSS 25 software using wilcoxon sign rank non-parametric tests, the results showed that there was a significant difference in the period before the pandemic and at the time of the pandemic occurred only in the ROA ratio, while in the ROE and NPM ratios the results were no significant differences.

Abstract

Abstract This study's objective was to determine the degree to which the end user (a fundraiser) was satisfied with the fundraising administration mobile application system based on content, correctness, format, usability, and timeliness factors. End-user computing satisfaction (EUCS) is the quantitative measuring model researchers employ, and online surveys are distributed to get the necessary information. The researchers opted to include all participants in the population as respondents because 25 regular fundraisers in the Jabodetabek area made up the study's overall population. The data processing programmer utilized is IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The outcomes are the EUCS variables (content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness), which have a more than 75%% substantial impact on fundraiser satisfaction.

Abstract

This study's goal was to test performance variables for mediating the relationship between quality work-life (QWL) and job satisfaction. The population in this study was the entire village government in North Halmahera Regency. The purposive sampling technique was used because only the position of village head amounted to 121 respondents. The data was collected through surveys with questionnaires. The questionnaire instrument test used a validity test that is a factor analysis with a loading factor value of ≥ 0.5, and a reliability test with a Cronbach alpha value of ≥ 0.7. Hypothesis testing used regression and hierarchical regression. The result shows the following findings: both job satisfaction and managerial performance is affected by QWL positively and significantly; job satisfaction is positively and significantly influenced by managerial performance; and managerial performance can act as mediating variable on the relationship between QWL and job satisfaction. In conclusion, this study still has several limitations, especially regarding job satisfaction variables. Therefore, further research is suggested to investigate the implications of both the intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction on the quality of life variables.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: The development of information technology today has resulted in the acceptance of technology being strongly influenced by transformational leadership, system quality, and facilitating conditions, as well as how it can affect employee performance and job satisfaction. Background Problems: Research on how job satisfaction mediates the relationship between employee performance and acceptance still needs to be improved. This research discusses how transformational leadership, facilitating conditions, and system quality shape technology acceptance and employee performance, primarily determined by job satisfaction, especially the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between technology acceptance and employee performance. Novelty: Inconsistencies both in theory and empirically making it necessary to re-test transformational leadership, system quality, and conditions that facilitate technology acceptance and analyze the effect of technology acceptance on employee performance through job satisfaction, both directly and indirectly, in a study of the Ternate City Government. Research Method: 117 respondents were involved in this study. The respondents were determined through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using partial least squares (PLS) version 3. Seven hypotheses were proposed in this study. Findings: The research findings indicate that system quality and facilitating conditions can predict technology acceptance and employee performance can predict job satisfaction. The results of this study confirm the indirect mediating function of job satisfaction in the relationship between technology acceptance and employee performance. Conclusion: The Municipal Government of Ternate must improve system information management and offer even better facilitating conditions for implementation to increase the acceptance of the technology.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the transparency of village financial management in Pulau Morotai Regency, North Maluku Province, Indonesia. The sample in this study was taken by using a purposive sampling method, involving 440 respondents, and spread in 88 villages in Pulau Morotai Regency. Data processing techniques used descriptive statistics with a class interval approach. The results show that the indicators of clarity of roles and responsibilities, implementation of government affairs are still dominated by the head of the village who has the authority for village financial management. Indicators of budget disclosure show relatively the same as indicators of clarity of roles and responsibilities. The indicators of information availability indicate that the accessibility of public information in villages located in the subdistrict capital is relatively good. In contrast, the last indicator, integrity assurance, shows that data validity still being a problem in the village planning process. This study also discusses the implications as well as suggestions for future studies.
