Abstract

Kegiatan penelitian ini didasarkan pada rendah dan kurangnya minat baca anak-anak Desa Jonggol Kecamatan Jambon Kabupaten Ponorogo. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti dengan melihat kondisi anak-anak Desa Jonggol dan melalui wawancara salah satu orang tua anak-anak Desa Jonggol. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menumbuh sadarkan minat baca siswa terhadap budaya literasi baca pada anak usia Sekolah Dasar di Desa Jonggol Kecamatan Jambon Kabupaten Ponorogo. Program kerja Sehari Bersama Seleb (Selembar Buku) ini menggunakan pendekatan berupa metode penelitian ABCD (Asset Bcased Community Development). Penggunaan metode ini untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dengan potensi yang sudah ada pada mitra dampingan. Hal yang menjadi prioritas penelitian ini adalah penumbuhan minat baca pada anak-anak Desa Jonggol Kecamatan Jambon Kabupaten Ponorogo. Hasil dari program Sehari Bersama Seleb ini adalah menunjukkan adanya perubahan yang signifikan pada anak-anak Desa Jonggol.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin menyosialisasikan kelebihan buah ketapang yang masih belum dimanfaatkan oleh pihak SMP 6 Dumai. Buah ketapang yang dibakar menjadi arang ketapang ternyata dapat digunakan untuk penjernih air dan hasil saringan air yang diujikan adalah jernih, tidak berbau dan tidak berasa. Dalam penelitian pada miniatur sederhana filtrasi air menggunakan arang ketapang ternyata penggunaan arang ketapang dapat mengubah pH air. Hasil saringan dengan arang ketapang dapat berubah pH-nya mendekati pH netral dan layak dikonsumsi, di mana air yang layak dikonsumsi ini berada pada pH 6,5-8,5. Pada air gambut didapat pH = 7,93; air karat didapat pH = 7,9; air tanah liat didapat pH =7,53; air parit didapat pH = 6,3 dan air sungai didapat pH =7,9. Dari penelitian ini diyakinkan kepada masyarakat bahwa arang ketapang dapat digunakan menjernihkan air dan menetralkan pH air.

Abstract

Pendampingan belajar menjadi kebutuhan primer bagi para siswa yang sudah sangat jenuh dalam menghadapi belajar daring. Kegiatan pendampingan belajar akan mampu menaikkan motivasi siswa dalam belajar. Maka dengan itu disusunlah program yang dapat membantu mitra, yaitu  siswa/i di SDN Sangkanwangi 1 dengan matode pendampingan yang bersifat santai dan menyenangkan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara rutin di SDN Sangkanwangi 1 selama 30 hari. Kegiatan ini meliputi, pemberian motivasi, materi, tanya jawab, permainan dan reward bagi siswa/i yang aktif mengikuti. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kejenuhan siswa dalam belajar daring di masa pandemic

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah : (1) Meningkatkan kemampuan guru untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan bagi siswa. (2) Membudayakan guru untuk menerapkan pembelajaran yang inovatif, kreatif, efektif dan menyenangkan dalam setiap kegiatan (3) Meningkatkan kompetensi profesional dan pedagogi guru khususnya dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru melalui model pembelajaran interatif, Metode yang digunakan terdiri dari (a) Penyuluhan dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang model pembelajaran inovatif, (b) pelatihan, yang dilakukan dengan memberikan kesempatan untuk mempraktekkan model pembelajaran yang telah diterima. (c) Bantuan, dimaksudkan sebagai tindak lanjut dari layanan kegiatan ini. Pendampingan kepada guru dapat menjadi penasehat terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam sekolah. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan ini bermaksud untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan pembelajaran interaktif sebagai media pembelajaran di MAS Aliyah Tahfizil Qur’an Medan serta bagaimana kompetensi guru dalam memanfaatkan model pembelajaran interaktif.

Abstract

The era of the Education Revolution 4.0 has now been felt and become a part of the education process and has an impact on the action of realizing teacher professionalism. With regard to educational issues as stated above, the purpose of implementing this article is to provide knowledge and skills for teachers in making classroom action research reports so that they can increase their professionalism. The method of this training activity is carried out by lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and mentoring. This activity was attended by 24 participants from elementary school teachers throughout the city of Surabaya who had filled out the online registration (google form). The result of this training was that the knowledge and skills of teachers increased and were able to lead to the realization of professional teachers. This can be seen from the results of the training evaluation data analysis, which overall participants rated this activity in the very satisfactory category with a score range of 55-64. The training materials that have been mastered by the participants are good practice in classroom learning, the nature of classroom action research reports, writing classroom action research reports, and disseminating classroom action research reports. Mentoring is done by reviewing class action research reports from participants to be presented and provide feedback for improvements. Dissemination by submitting relevant educational journals and classroom action research journals to be published from the trainees.

Abstract

This service aims to provide understanding and experience about writing scientific journals in the form of articles to high school teachers in Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency. Hopefully, with this service, all SMA-SMK teachers in Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency, can later carry out journal writing as a teacher's scientific work. This service targets teachers whose promotion is constrained due to the absence of research in their scientific work. It is concluded that many teachers still do not understand the nature of writing this journal. This is because teachers are generally not used to writing articles for journals. However, the enthusiasm of SMP-SMA teachers in participating in the service activities is relatively high, and the questions that are conveyed to the resource persons are relatively active and hit the targets of the PTK itself. Most of the initial and final activities for 4 days (32 hours) understand, and the motivation to produce products is relatively high. No one does not understand when carrying out activities, and sincerity is seen from time to time in both group and classical discussions. At the end of the service activity, each teacher is required to prepare a product in the form of a proposal, which consists of Chapter I Introduction, Chapter II Literature Review, and Chapter III Research Methods. And Bibliography. Of the 30 teachers, only five have submitted articles to be published in the journal.

Abstract

This service activity aims to enable participants to organize a Counseling Guidance program for students. This Counseling Guidance can help solve or prevent problems for students at school and in the family. The methods for implementing community service activities are lectures, demonstrations, and simple exercises in implementing guidance programs for students in elementary schools. The target of training activities in implementing this counseling guidance program is elementary school education teachers in Kuantan Hilir Seberang District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Outcomes of Service Activities: (a) elementary school education teachers understand the basic concepts of counseling guidance, (b) basic concepts of counseling guidance in elementary schools, (c) Simple practice of implementing counseling guidance programs (types of BK services) tailored to student needs (c) primary school education teachers can implement types of counseling and guidance services that can be applied in primary school education, (f) discussions and questions and answers to discuss and explain things that participants as feedback for the trainer do not understand. Then, after the activity implementation, a new understanding was obtained for elementary school teachers that they could use BK services to solve student problems according to student needs, whereas homeroom teachers at the elementary school level.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren dengan keanekaragamannya termasuk lembaga atau organisasi pendidikan yang unik dari segi manajemen pendidikan. Baik itu dari sisi kepemimpinan, pengelolaan pendidikan yang menggunakan prinsip Islami, hingga kegiatan-kegiatan yang mendukung penyelenggaraan pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren memiliki kekhasan tersendiri. Pelatihan ini akan diberikan kepada seluruh pengelola Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzul Qur'an Fathul Huda Blitar. Pondok Pesantren ini menjadi mitra kegiatan PKM karena Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzul Qur'an Fathul Huda Blitar memiliki potensi yang baik dan mampu disaingkan dengan Pondok Pesantren lainnya, namun SDM yang dimiliki masih memiliki keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam bidang keilmuan manajemen pendidikan.

Abstract

Students who are recipients of the KIP Lecture scholarship should not only have extensive knowledge but must also have various skills. Both hard skills are skills related to science and technology, and soft skills are skills related to emotional intelligence. However, in reality, many students still do not know or realize the importance of hard and soft skills in their lives. This community service aims to develop hard and soft skills through training and mentoring. Before determining the type of activity, a needs analysis was carried out to map the difficulties and needs of students. Furthermore, the implementation of training and mentoring is divided into 3 types of activities: the field of technology, the field of writing, and the field of self-development. After all activities are carried out, an evaluation is carried out by filling out a questionnaire. So it was found that the community service program carried out by the STAI Auliaurrasidin Tembilahan lecturer team gave a good impression so the participants wanted a follow-up program. In addition to gaining a lot of new knowledge and skills, participants can also develop hard skills and soft skills because the activities carried out are varied with an intense schedule.

Abstract

The purpose of this workshop is to provide teacher knowledge and skills in digital-based reading corners for teachers as teacher knowledge and skills in managing digital-based reading corners in overcoming the school literacy movement. The method of activities carried out consists of three activities: pre-activity, implementation of activities, and post-activity. The pre-activity activity is an initial assessment activity to obtain the reasons for the teacher/activity participant to take part in the activity. Meanwhile, the activity of implementing the activity was carried out by providing a list of questions to the teacher/participant containing the teacher's initial knowledge about digital literacy. then proceed with the delivery of the material. The third activity is post-activity, which is an activity to process data obtained from the responses of participants/teachers before and after the activity is carried out. The results of the digital-based reading corner management workshop activity can improve the knowledge and skills of teachers in managing reading corners in schools. This can be shown by the active participation of participants in activities starting from the beginning of delivering material that plays an active role until the end of the activity and also the teacher's ability to carry out assigned activities. given two weeks after the workshop was carried out which was proven by the collection of workshop assignments which were uploaded to the google
