Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the concept of liberating education in the frame of Ki Hajar Dewantara's philosophy and Pancasila values and its relevance in building the character and identity of the Indonesian nation. The research method used in this research is qualitative with the type of Library Research by exploring scientific articles and journals related to Ki Hajar Dewantara's thoughts. The results show that liberating education, which is based on Ki Hajar Dewantara's philosophy and Pancasila values, is able to build the character of students who are independent, nationalist, and have a personality in accordance with the identity of the Indonesian nation. Liberating education, which draws inspiration from Ki Hajar Dewantara, emphasizes respect for each person's uniqueness, individual liberty, and freedom of thought. This is consistent with Pancasila values, which form the basis of an equitable and moral Indonesian educational system.

Abstract

Speaking ability is one of the important skills in learning Indonesian language at elementary school level. One effective method to develop this skill is storytelling technique. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of storytelling as a learning method in improving elementary school students' speaking ability. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach, which is carried out by reviewing and synthesizing various scientific journals and relevant books. The results of the study indicate that storytelling makes a significant contribution to improving students' language skills, especially in the aspects of speaking, listening, and vocabulary mastery. In addition, storytelling has also been proven to increase students' learning motivation, self-confidence, and social-emotional abilities. This technique creates a fun, interactive, and inclusive learning atmosphere. Therefore, storytelling is recommended as a holistic and transformative learning strategy in Indonesian language education in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of achievement, tendency to forget, and boredom in the process of learning to recite the Quran in early childhood in Islamic educational institutions. The approach used is qualitative with a field study method, where data is obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation of learning activities in one of the Islamic PAUDs. The results of the study indicate that achievement plays an important role in increasing children's motivation and enthusiasm for learning, while forgetting and boredom are the main obstacles that affect the consistency and effectiveness of learning. Children who are given appreciation regularly tend to show better development, while boredom often arises due to monotonous learning methods. To overcome this, creative, varied, and fun learning strategies are needed, as well as the active involvement of parents and teachers in creating a conducive learning atmosphere. Thus, the process of learning to recite the Quran in early childhood will be more effective if supported by a holistic approach that is responsive to the needs of children's development.

Abstract

Program penertiban Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) oleh Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Kota Bandung merupakan upaya penting dalam menjaga ketertiban umum dan meningkatkan kenyamanan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program tersebut serta mengkaji dampaknya terhadap masyarakat. Metode evaluasi yang digunakan adalah model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) dan Kirkpatrick untuk memberikan gambaran menyeluruh dari berbagai aspek program. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan humanis dan koordinatif telah memberikan hasil positif, seperti perbaikan kondisi ruang publik dan perubahan persepsi masyarakat terhadap Satpol PP. Namun, masih ada tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan lokasi relokasi yang memadai. Simpulan menyebutkan perlunya peningkatan kapasitas aparatur, pengembangan zona alternatif yang representatif, serta penguatan kerja sama lintas instansi agar program penertiban dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan. Dengan penyempurnaan strategi, program ini berpotensi menjadi contoh pengelolaan ketertiban umum yang berbasis partisipasi dan humanisme.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren di Indonesia memiliki peran penting dalam mendidik siswa, tidak hanya di bidang agama, tetapi juga dalam mengembangkan keterampilan praktis dan relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana koperasi dapat diimplementasikan dalam pendidikan di pondok pesantren dan dampaknya terhadap keterampilan dan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yang mengkaji berbagai hal literatur dan studi kasus mengenai koperasi di pondok pesantren. Oleh karena itu, makalah Ini merekomendasikan agar pesantren meningkatkan kolaborasi dengan koperasi dan mengembangkan kurikulum yang lebih relevan untuk membantu siswa menjadi lebih siap menghadapi dunia kerja dan kehidupan di masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to find out related to the implementation of the andragogy approach at PKBM Budi Utomo. This study uses an approach with a descriptive method where the subject in this study is Mrs. Jumiah as the owner of PKBM Budi Utomo. Data collection is done directly with the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research found is 1) an adragogic approach to learning at PKBM Budi Utomo with 4 indicators, namely security, affection, new experiences, and recognition, 2) Adult learning styles at PKBM Budi Utomo, namely a free learning style where students can present whenever they want, 3) The assumption of adult learning at PKBM Budi Utomo which consists of 7 things, namely preparing a conducive learning climate, creating a joint planning mechanism, determining learning needs, formulating special goals, designing learning experience patterns, implementing programs (carrying out activities). learning), developing learning outcomes and redefining learning needs. Researchers also found several problems that exist in Budi Utomo's PKBM, namely: 1) Students rarely take part in learning because they are busy with their respective jobs, 2) lack of motivation of students in participating in learning, 3) Lack of understanding of students in receiving explanations of learning material from tutors, and 4) the difficulty of carrying out bold learning due to not having a cellphone or being exposed to network problems

Abstract

The current level of productivity of the Anadopah Group is in the low category. This is due to the low level of public understanding of the pro-climate program. Low application of knowledge in utilizing natural resources. This is one of the influences on increasing community productivity in this pro-climate program so that the Training Program becomes a solution to the problems that occur. So this research aims to determine the effect of Proklim training on the level of work productivity of the Anadopah group in Palasari hamlet. The research instrument used is a questionnaire containing statements that have been tested through validity and reliability tests. The data that has been collected has gone through a normality test, hestorescedescity test so that it can be continued to the hypothesis testing stage, including simple linear regression tests and determination tests (R square). ). The research results show that Proklim training has a positive and significant effect on increasing work productivity with a contribution of 53.7% while the remaining 46.3% is a contribution from other variables not included in this research model. Furthermore, the results of the analysis show a correlation value of 0.733. there is a strong relationship, so it can be concluded that pro-clim training has a positive and significant impact on the work productivity of the Anadopah group.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penerapan demokrasi pendidikan di sekolah dasar sering menghadapiberbagai tantangan, seperti dominasi metode pembelajaran otoriter, rendahnyapartisipasi siswa, serta kurangnya pemahaman nilai-nilai demokrasi oleh gurudan siswa. Artikel ini membahas peran filsafat pendidikan dalam mengatasitantangan tersebut melalui pengembangan program pelatihan guru berbasisdemokrasi dan perancangan kurikulum partisipatif. Penelitian ini menggunakanmetode deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi literatur sebagai pendekatanutamanya. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa filsafat pendidikan tidak hanyamemberikan kerangka konseptual tetapi juga strategi praktis untuk memperkuatdemokrasi pendidikan. Dengan pendekatan ini, siswa didorong untukberpartisipasi aktif dalam proses belajar, membangun keterampilan berpikir kritis,serta menjadi individu yang siap berkontribusi dalam masyarakat demokratis.Kata Kunci: filsafat pendidikan, demokrasi pendidikan, sekolah dasar,kurikulum partisipatif, pelatihan guru.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui terkait dengan peran danjuga kesiapan dari tenaga pendidik yang ada di TKK binaan komunitas sosialpecinta anak yang berada di daerah Jakarta yang tersebar di tiga tempat didaerah tersebut. Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of MONAGEN games on students' learning interest class X IPS SMAN 12 Jakarta. This research uses quasi-experimental research methods with the Nonequivalent Control Group Design design. The sampling techniques in this study used Purposive Sampling. The samples used in this study, namely class X IPS 3 as an experimental class given MONAGEN game treatment and class X IPS 1 as a control class given PowerPoint treatment. These research instruments include: student learning interest instruments (Pre-Test & Post-Test), MONAGEN game (X), and observation sheets of student learning interest. Analytical techniques used in this research, namely instrument tests, tests as data analysis requirements, and data analysis tests. Research instruments are declared valid and realable, and the data is declared normal and homogeneous. Based on the results of the study showed that there was a significant influence of MONAGEN games on students' learning interests in class X IPS SMAN 12 Jakarta. The average post-test acquisition of experimental classes was 82% by category " Excellent " and the control class by 76% by category " Very Good ". Analysis of the data using the Independent Sample T-Test test obtained that the significance level (Sig.) of 0.025 due to significance smaller than 0.05 (0.025 < 0.05), then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The influence of student interest in learning "Very Good" in class X IPS SMAN 12 Jakarta after using the MONAGEN game in geography learning.
