Abstract

Bali's tourism growth is closely tied to the local culinary scene, especially the famed milk pie. To bolster Bali's status as a tourist hub, businesses must adopt digital accounting and marketing systems. Unfortunately, many entrepreneurs lack a solid grasp of accounting and have yet to embrace digital marketing. This community service project aims to enhance the partners' abilities in financial planning through proper accounting, boost entrepreneurial intentions, and improve digital marketing skills. Methods include discourse and assistance on accounting system, digital marketing strategies, and entrepreneurial skills. The results show that partners increase entrepreneurial enthusiasm and improve record-keeping according to accounting standards. Ultimately, this should boost milk pie sales, enhance product quality, and benefit for entrepreneurs in Denpasar.

Abstract

Regional Featured Product Development Program Activities in Banjar Soka, Senganan Village, Penebel, Tabanan, Bali at the Maja Tani Soka Group, engaged in organic farming, namely producing organic red rice.  The availability of rice is not sustainable, partners want to increase production both in quantity and quality, Partners do not yet understand the proper and correct technology for cultivating plants using an organic system; Organic fertilizer has not been fermented properly.  Solutions by providing appropriate technology in cultivating rice plants and making organic fertilizer, organic pesticides and packaging. The method is technology transfer and introducing science and technology, namely outreach activities, training, mentoring, demonstration plots; both partners are actively and creatively invited to work together. The result is superior products of Maja liquid organic fertilizer and Maja organic pesticides and also an increase in the production of organic red rice qualitatively and quantitatively and the welfare of partners increases

Abstract

Regional Featured Product Development Program activities in Carangsari Village, Petang, Badung, and Bali were carried out at the Sari Nadhi Business Study Group. Coconuts into coconut oil have been produced and marketed by partners, but this has not been implemented. intensive, and partners want to have new superior products by processing local agricultural products, especially coconuts and nuts, to support the Carangsari Tourism Village. Partners do not know the field of business management, so they experience problems managing production and marketing. The solutions taken to overcome the problems faced by partners are: providing appropriate technology in the processing of coconut and nut-based products; storage and packaging; marketing; and business management; and assisting with processing equipment and business capital. The output target that has been achieved is Appropriate Technology for Processing Coconuts and Nuts.

Abstract

Lesson learned, aimed to provide students with entrepreneurial experiences and give the skill for entrepreneurship. The approach that can be employed is to integrate entrepreneurial activities into the curriculum and extra curriculum. The method used is sharing sessions. The activity held in UKM, attended by 67 students. The results indicated that factors to be considered in becoming an entrepreneur include education, soft skills, support, mentorship, creativity, innovation, and a strong passion. The lessons learned from successful entrepreneur alumni showed that entrepreneurial education provided by experienced entrepreneurs can have a positive impact on students' attitudes and motivation towards entrepreneurship. Future suggestion initiatives should attend other stake holder to sharing their experiences, such as government, creditor, and investor.

Abstract

The Promotion of Aceh MSME Products in Malaysia initiative by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Syiah Kuala University, aims to explore export opportunities for products of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) students fostered by lecturers. The community service method for increasing MSME product exports is carried out by providing training and promotion of student MSME actors and the products produced. That is following various other community service activities, namely conducting training on human resource management, especially actors and employees, and promoting MSMEs products. Post-training results on MSME products and student actors showed significant improvement in MSME management and product quality. The results of this service focused on the introduction and exhibition of MSME products at international events at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.

Abstract

The Khadija Muslim Women Entrepreneurs Association (ALISA) is a community of Muslim women entrepreneurs under the Indonesian Muslim Scholars Association (ICMI). This community service activity (PKM) aims to produce output through a simple accounting system called the "CIAMIK" application. This application will make it easier for ALISA Khadijah ICMI DIY members in the process of preparing financial reports, as well as providing accurate information in business development. This PKM program collaborates with the Khadija DIY Muslim Women Entrepreneurs Association (ALISA). This PKM activity is carried out through regular training and mentoring regarding the operation of accounting applications, financial report analysis, and financial management for MSMEs. Implementing this mentoring activity provides an understanding for ALISA Khadijah ICMI DIY members to be able to operate and apply the CIAMIK application to help business processes.

Abstract

Chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum sp.) is an ornamental flower commodity that has high economic potential value. Based on the results of initial visits and discussions with the community, it is known that the problems that farmers complain about most are seed procurement problems and leaf rust problems. The aim of this research is to increase the added value of farmers, using extension and training methods. The solutions that will be implemented regarding the problems faced by Farmer Groups are, (1) Increasing knowledge of plant propagation techniques through good and correct seeds and (2) Increasing knowledge about how to control leaf rust disease.

Abstract

Goat manure is livestock waste which, if not processed properly, can cause several problems., but has economic value because it can be used as organic fertilizer. The objectives of this service are (1) to increase the capacity of livestock farmers in optimizing the use of livestock waste into organic fertilizer, (2) to reduce environmental pollution resulting from livestock waste, and (3) to increase the economic value of the results of processing this waste. This service is carried out using the training method for making organic fertilizer using Stardec technology. The results of service activities include partners being able to make organic fertilizer from animal waste using Stardec technology. Waste from livestock in the form of goat manure, feed waste and used cage bedding can be utilized properly so as to reduce environmental pollution. Apart from that, farmers and the public can use goat manure to make organic fertilizer which can be bought and sold or used for personal use. This service program received a good response from participants and the satisfaction level of training reached 80% of participants who were satisfied with this activity. The benefits of this training and in the future the production of organic fertilizer can help the economy of the surrounding community.

Abstract

The optimalisation of agricultural cultivation, fisheries, processed products, and marketing in Mugarsari urban village of Tasikmalaya city aims to increase productivity, quality, and marketability of agricultural and fishery products in Mugarsari village through innovative and sustainable approaches. Innovative approaches include the application of new technologies and methods in agricultural cultivation and fisheries, while sustainable approaches involve the use of environmentally friendly technologies and resource management. The results of this optimization process are expected to be increased productivity and quality of agricultural and fishery products in Mugarsari village, as well as increased income for local farmers and fishers through improved marketing. Additionally, this optimization process is expected to have a positive impact on the environment through the application of environmentally friendly technologies and resource management.

Abstract

The empowerment of Zero Waste Maritime Village Caring for the Marine Environment Based on Creative Economy was organized by the PPK Ormawa HMG Team, Lambung Mangkurat University, through socialization and education methods, training, and mentoring to the people of Wirittasi Village. With this program, the community can realize the potential of waste in Wirittasi Village. The activity results show that the district already has knowledge and skills in managing waste in Wirittasi Village through waste sorting activities and the 3R Movement. If continued, this program will improve the economic opinion of the community through waste management activities by the community. To maintain the program's sustainability, it is necessary to implement further programs, and the participation of village and local governments as facilitators for this community empowerment activity is needed.
