Abstract

Understanding Pancasila and applying it to everyday life can make life more calm and peaceful in society. Pancasila covers various aspects of life, both interactions with fellow humans and with God. In the current conditions, the issue of integrity can reduce the quality of Indonesian human resources. Therefore, the introduction of Pancasila values to the community can be used as an option to remind the values and norms of life that are in harmony with the community. Pancasila value introduction activity is carried out online in the form of webinars and discussions. Participated by hundreds of participants consisting of students from various campuses, the Pancasila dialogue can be one of the concrete steps to strengthen the integrity of today's young generation. Abstract

As a prospective employee, you must understand what soft skills the job seeker requires before starting work. During recruitment, one of the effective searches for human resources is administrative selection through Curriculum Vitae (CV), then interviews, and having personal branding. Through this process, organizations can find out the qualities and abilities of prospective employees before undergoing the next selection test. Cikarang Global Laboratory Vocational School which has the hope of being able to continue to improve and innovate, to be able to produce quality output or graduates who are able to answer future challenges, either for work (B) or continuing their studies at higher education (M) or entrepreneurship to become successful entrepreneurs ( W) or what is usually called BMW. Therefore, students of SMK Laboratoroum Global Cikarang need to be given practical training when facing the world of work, by providing practice on how to make a good and attractive Curiculum Vitae (CV), have strong interview skills, and have unique personal branding. Abstract

Wirausaha dalam pembuatan bisnis seserahan sangat popular dalam masyarakat. Ini sangat praktis sekali cara pembuataanya karena dalam membentuk seserahan yang bagus sangat perlu sekali pengalaman dalam pembuatannya. Bentuk dari seserahan itu sendiri sangat bermacam macam. Semakin bagus bentuknya maka akan mahal juga harga jualnya. Salah satu usaha rumahan kreatif yang saat ini mulai digandrungi beberapa orang, adalah bisnis seserahan. peluang bisnis adalah suatu kondisi dimana dapat memberikan kesempatan bagi seseorang terutama pebisnis untuk mencapai tujuannya. Tujuan bisnis tersebut dilakukan dengan usaha tertentu serta memakai sumber daya yang dimiliki secara efektif. Sehingga, bisnis tersebut dapat berkembang, penjualan meningkat, reputasi semakin baik, dan pada akhirnya keuntungan pun akan meningkat. Sedangkan menurut Thomas W. Zimmer, peluang bisnis adalah seseorang yang menciptakan inovasi dan pemikiran kreatif dari sebuah kesempatan untuk dapat mencapai tujuannya. Sebagai seorang pebisnis baru, ada banyak hal yang harus dilakukan untuk memulai sebuah bisnis. Namun dalam semua proses tersebut, ada satu hal yang sangat penting dan sering membuat pebisnis pemula mendadak galau, yaitu menentukan penambahan income bagi keluarga. Dengan demikian maka peluang bisnis seserahan untuk menambah income keluarga akan lebih baik lagi dalam masyarakat yang berada di RW 08 Graha Lestari Citra Raya. Pengabdian masyarakat ini membahas tetang mencari peluang bisnis dalam menambahkan income keluarga Graha Lestari Citra Raya Keluarahan Mekarbakti Kecamatan Panongan Kabupaten Tangerang.Banten. Abstract

Increasingly sophisticated technology has resulted in the development of system technology in the field of administrative work in various agencies to become more effective and efficient, from light to complex administrative work. However, this must be balanced with abilities and skills that support their development. To face this progress, the world of work must always change. There are 2 things that can be done to meet these demands, namely providing competent human resources in the field of office technology, as well as providing supporting infrastructure. LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic takes part in optimizing students' abilities and skills in forming productive personnel in the field of office technology through community service activities. The aim of this activity is to make the transition to working life safer for vocational school students. The method used is the lecture method, delivery of material and discussion. The result of the service is providing useful provisions such as changing students' mindsets about their soft skills, the importance of understanding technological developments, changing behavior, and increasing knowledge about office machines. The conclusion of this service is that it provides benefits for students to become more confident and ready to compete, as productive workers in the business world. LP3I Polytechnic lecturers can use it as a place to distribute knowledge and knowledge that is beneficial to society. Keywords: Optimization; Office Technology; Knowledge

Abstract

Based on government data, one of the contributors to the unemployment rate is vocational school graduates due to a lack of mastery in several new technologies, especially the digitization of archives. So, through this community service program, the Jakarta LP3I Politkenik has increased the ability to digitize archives for vocational school teachers in Cikarang. for MGMP Vocational School Teachers Department of Business Services Management (MPLB) Cikarang. This training aims to improve additional soft skills and hard skills and develop teaching skills for teachers. In the digital era, correspondence is an inseparable part. The use of digital letters should be done to reduce paper use and speed up the process of letters reaching the recipient. This training aims to create digital letters, archive letters, and send letters in digital form. The training was attended by 105 Vocational School Teachers who are members of the Cikarang MGMP Department (MPLB). The methods used are planning, implementation and observation. Apart from that, the cooperative learning method is used which aims to make participants active. The training evaluation was very good training, in terms of material and speakers. For the next program, a team was created to assist Cikarang MGMP Vocational School Teachers Department of Business Services Management (MPLB) regarding creating digital letters. Abstract

MSMEs in the Bugangan sub-district area engaged in food processing business, most of them have not been able to make simple financial statements. To facilitate the recording of business transactions, the service team will introduce a Smartphone-based SME Application. Most business actors still lack understanding of SME applications and cannot use them. The purpose of the service activities carried out by the Lecturer Team of the Faculty of Economics, University of Semarang is to introduce Smartphone-based SME Applications and socialize the features of SME Applications and how to use them. The service activity will be held on Friday, November 10, 2023. The implementation of service activities at Balai RW 07 Building Jl. Serayu I, Bugangan Village, East Semarang District.The activity was carried out for one day from 13.00 to 15.00 (1 x 2 hours). Service activities are carried out using lectures, training and discussion/question and answer methods. The work procedure for service activities is carried out through several stages, including the identification stage, preparation stage, implementation stage, monitoring and evaluation stage, reporting and publication stage. The material presented was to introduce the features of the SME Application and how to use it. SME Application features consist of journals, general ledgers, balance sheets, profit and loss, balance sheets, periods, debts, receivables, excel exports and income tax returns. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and programs designed to improve critical thinking skills in individuals in preparation for further education and facing the challenges of the world of work. This research was conducted involving a group of participants consisting of vocational school students who were in class The research methods used include literature analysis, surveys, observations and implementation of special training programs focused on developing critical thinking. Surveys were conducted before and after the training to measure changes in participants' critical thinking abilities. Survey results and qualitative data from training sessions were analyzed to evaluate the program's impact. The conclusion of this research and community service activity is that OTKP Vocational School students can improve their ability to think critically so they can make decisions in the future whether they choose to continue their education at college or choose to look for work. LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic as one of the tertiary institutions has an active role in providing understanding to the community so that people know more about vocational education. Abstract

Understanding accounting system and internal control is part of managerial accounting skill that lead to SME success. As micro business, people often ignore this in the name of small size of gross revenue. In fact, failure to manage simple system such as the separated entity principles will lead to internal control failure. It is often correlated with financial management failure and many times creates bankruptcy. This training is specially purposed for assisting micro business owner to understand basic principles of internal control and accounting system. This activity was done in Bekasi, taken place at Bale Bamboo Resto, December 22, 2022. Thirty two micro business owners were attending the workshop. Utilizing several simple software available free in the play store, the micro business owner can implements several control principles.

Abstract

Excellent service has an important role in accommodation businesses such as homestays because it has a big impact on the guest experience and the long-term sustainability of homestays and tourist attractions. This excellent service training aims to increase the knowledge and skills of homestay managers on Harapan Island, Kep Seribu, Jakarta. The method used was training and practice which was attended by 25 homestay managers. Evaluation is carried out by providing a Google form. The test results showed that 96% of participants experienced increased knowledge and skills in excellent service material so that this community service activity could be categorized as successful.
