JATIMAS aims to provide a platform for publishing reports and research findings on community service activities conducted in rural areas, with a specific emphasis on addressing the needs and challenges faced by rural communities. The journal seeks to promote knowledge sharing and innovative approaches to enhance the well-being and development of rural areas. The journal scope includes (but is not limited to): 1. Community Service Activities: The journal welcomes reports on a wide range of community service activities undertaken in rural areas or related to agricultural activities, such as healthcare initiatives, educational programs, infrastructure development projects, environmental conservation efforts, social welfare projects, and more. These reports should highlight the impact and outcomes of the activities, providing valuable insights for future initiatives. 2. Rural Community Development: Manuscripts focusing on strategies, policies, and best practices for rural community development are encouraged. This may include topics such as capacity building, entrepreneurship, sustainable livelihoods, local governance, social inclusion, and empowering marginalized groups within rural communities. 3. Agricultural Innovations and Practices: The journal covers agricultural topics relevant to rural areas, including but not limited to agricultural practices, techniques, innovations, and technologies. Contributions may explore areas such as crop cultivation, livestock management, agroforestry, sustainable farming methods, organic agriculture, and the use of modern tools and machinery in rural farming. 4. Sustainable Resource Management: Manuscripts addressing the sustainable management of natural resources in rural areas are of particular interest. This includes research on land use planning, water resource management, soil conservation, biodiversity preservation, and the adoption of renewable energy sources in rural communities. 5. Policy and Governance: The journal encourages articles examining policy frameworks and governance mechanisms that influence rural development and agricultural practices. These may include analyses of government policies, regulations, funding mechanisms, and institutional arrangements relevant to rural community service and agricultural sectors. 6. Case Studies and Experiences: The journal welcomes case studies and practical experiences from researchers, practitioners, and community members engaged in rural community service and agricultural activities. These reports should provide valuable insights into successful models, challenges encountered, lessons learned, and recommendations for future endeavours. JATIMAS seeks to foster interdisciplinary collaboration, bridge the gap between research and practice, and contribute to the overall development and sustainability of rural areas worldwide.

Abstract

Jadam Organic Farming is realized through a combination of natural traditional farming principles with modern scientific practices and innovations. The magnitude of this activity is carried out as an alternative effort for farmers so that they are not dependent on chemical pesticides and use environmentally friendly pesticides. The Agribusiness Clinic Meeting activity was held at the Jatigedong Farmers Group Association, Jatigedong Village, Ploso District, which was held on May 11, 2023. The 4 stages carried out in this program are Problem Identification, Socialization of Jadam Sulfur Organic Pesticides, Application, and Evaluation. After studying and participating in various stages or training activities related to the management of Jaddam Sulfur Organic Pesticides, the Jatigedong Farmers Group, Jatigedong Village, Ploso District, is increasingly productive in producing organic pesticides. The crop yields are increasing and of high quality, although at first, there werestill obstacles that were not optimal. Jadam Sulfur is one of the pesticide formulations that is suitable for use and has good effectiveness in controlling several plant pests. Pertanian Organik Jadam terwujud melalui kombinasi dari prinsip-prinsip pertanian tradisional alami dengan praktik dan inovasi ilmu pengetahuan modern. Besarnya kegiatan ini dilaksanakan sebagai upaya alternative bagi petani agar tidak ketergantungan terhadap pestisida kimia dan menggunakan pestisida yang ramah lingkungan. Kegiatan Pertemuan Klinik agribisnis dilaksanakan di Gabungan Kelompoktani Jatigedong Desa Jatigedong Kecamatan Ploso, yang dilaksanakan pada 11 Mei 2023. 4 tahapan yang akan dilaksanakan pada program ini yakni Identifikasi masalah, Sosialisasi pestisida organik jadam sulfur, Aplikasi, dan Evaluasi. Setelah mempelajari dan mengikuti berbagai tahap atau kegiatan pelatihan terkait pengelolaan pestisida organik jaddam sulfur, kelompok tani Jatigedong Desa Jatigedong Kecamatan Ploso semakin produktif dalam menghasilkan pestisida organik. Hasil panen tanaman semakin bertambah dan berkualitas, meskipun pada awalnya masih mengalami kendala dan belum maksimal. Jadam Sulfur adalah salah satu formulasi pestisida yang layak digunakan dan memiliki efektivitas yang baik untuk pengendalian beberapa hama tanaman.

Abstract

Household waste has become a crucial issue that demands serious attention to preserve environmental sustainability. Every year, waste management programs are implemented to create a clean and healthy environment. One of the regions that has intensified its efforts in addressing this issue is Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. Among the areas facing challenges in waste management is Sepande Village, particularly RW 05 in Candi District. The primary issue in this village is the poor handling of waste from small-scale industries, such as tempe production, which often ends up on the streets, polluting the environment. To address this problem, educational efforts involving community participation are essential. These efforts aim to realize a clean and green Sepande Village through several strategic steps. First, household waste revitalization techniques are taught to residents to help them understand proper waste management methods. Second, the introduction of community- based waste banks provides an effective solution. Residents are trained to separate organic and inorganic waste and to record the collected recyclable waste. Through this community-based approach, Sepande Village is expected not only to become cleaner and healthier but also to inspire other villages to manage their waste independently and sustainably. Sampah rumah tangga menjadi isu penting yang memerlukan perhatian serius demi menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Setiap tahun, program pengelolaan sampah terus dilakukan untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang bersih dan sehat. Salah satu daerah yang semakin intens dalam mengatasi persoalan ini adalah Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Di antara wilayah-wilayah yang menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan sampah, Desa Sepande, khususnya RW 05 di Kecamatan Candi, menjadi sorotan. Masalah utama di desa ini adalah penanganan limbah industri kecil seperti pengolahan tempe yang belum tertata dengan baik, sehingga limbah sering berakhir di jalanan dan mencemari lingkungan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, diperlukan upaya edukasi yang melibatkan partisipasi komunitas setempat. Edukasi ini bertujuan mewujudkan Desa Sepande Asri melalui beberapa langkah strategis. Pertama, teknik revitalisasi sampah rumah tangga diajarkan kepada masyarakat, agar mereka memahami cara mengelola sampah dengan bijak. Kedua, pengelolaan sampah berbasis bank sampah diperkenalkan sebagai solusi yang efektif. Masyarakat diajarkan cara memilah sampah organik dan anorganik, serta mencatat hasil pengumpulan sampah yang dapat didaur ulang. Dengan pendekatan berbasis komunitas ini, diharapkan Desa Sepande tidak hanya menjadi lebih bersih dan sehat, tetapi juga dapat menginspirasi desa-desa lain untuk mengelola sampah secara mandiri dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The harvest season is the moment that farmers have been waiting for because they will get the results of their hard work over the past few months depending on what commodities are planted in the hope of getting maximum yields and high selling prices. The harvest produced by farmers in Banyuwangi Regency is quite abundant, especially dragon fruit, based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in 2022, it was recorded at 272,324.7 tons. The superior potential in the agricultural sector makes Banyuwangi Regency a supplier of food, especially dragon fruit. This cannot be separated from the intervention of the younger generation to work, especially in the field of post-harvest processing, so that farmers do not only sell raw goods. Through the Community Service (PKM) partnership program for SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Genteng Banyuwangi students, it aims to improve students' abilities in exploiting opportunities for potential agricultural products, especially dragon fruit which will later be processed into fruit jam. It is hoped that this training will be able to grow the spirit of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 students. Banyuwangi roof tiles. From this training, students will be equipped to develop the agricultural potential in Banyuwangi Regency. This activity was carried out in the form of direct socialization and practice of making dragon fruit jam products, which was attended by 47 students. The results of observing this activity were that students at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Genteng Banyuwangi had never implemented the practice of making dragon fruit jam. This is based on the results of the pre-test, only 17% of students understand about making fruit jam products, after carrying out the training the level of understanding increased to 93% as evidenced by the results of the post-test. It is hoped that this training in making fruit jam products can foster an entrepreneurial spirit, creativity and innovation in students. Buah naga merupakan salah satu komoditas pertanian unggulan di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) tahun 2022 hasil panen buah naga di Kabupaten Banyuwangi mencapai 272.324,7 ton sehingga menjadi salah daerah satu pemasok buah naga. Hasil panen buah naga yang melimpah menjadikan prospek olahan produk pasca panen menjanjikan karena bahan baku mudah didapatkan. Melalui program kemitraan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) Pada Siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Genteng Banyuwangi bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam pemanfaatan peluang akan potensi hasil pertanian kususnya buah naga yang bisa diolah menjadi produk selai buah, diharapkan adanya pelatihan ini mampu menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan terhadap siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Genteng Banyuwangi. Sehingga dari pelatihan tersebut akan menjadi bekal peserta didik untuk mengembangkan potensi pertanian yang ada di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan berupa sosialisasi dan praktek pembuatan produk selai buah naga secara langsung yang diikui oleh 47 siswa. Hasil dari observasi kegiatan tersebut siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Genteng Banyuwangi belum pernah melaksanakan praktek pembuatan selai buah naga. Hal ini dilandasi dari hasil pre-test hanya 17% siswa yang memahami tentang pembuatan produk selai buah, setelah melaksanakan pelatihan tingkat pemahaman meningkat menjadi 83% dibuktikan dari hasil pos-test. Pelatihan pembuatan produk olahan selai buah ini diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan jiwa entrepreneur, kreativitas, dan inovasi pada siswa.

Abstract

Bungur Village is one of the tourist attractions located in Jalatrang Village, Cipaku District, Ciamis Regency, West Java, which was originally a non-productive agricultural land because it was not utilized properly by the surrounding community. The main purpose of establishing Bungur Village as an edu-tourism is to increase the opening of new jobs and to change non-productive land into productive land as a way to maintain food security which has now succeeded in increasing the welfare of the surrounding community, especially farmers. This study used a qualitative method using structured interview techniques with 2 Bungur village administrators, observation, literature studies, and documentation studies to obtain the required data. The results of this study indicate that the existence of Bungur Village as a tourist attraction has succeeded in changing the existence of non-productive agricultural land into productive land and has succeeded in attracting many tourists to visit and helping the economy of residents because many new jobs have emerged. Kampung Bungur merupakan salah satu objek wisata yang berada di Desa Jalatrang, Kecamatan Cipaku, Kabupaten Ciamis, Jawa Barat yang awalnya merupakan salah satu lahan pertanian non-produktif karena tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik oleh masyarakat sekitar. Tujuan utama dibentuknya Kampung Bungur sebagai eduwisata untuk meningkatkan terbukanya lapangan kerja baru dan untuk mengubah lahan non produktif menjadi produktif sebagai salah satu cara menjaga ketahanan pangan yang sekarang sudah berhasil menambah kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitar, terutama petani. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara terstruktur kepada 2 orang pengurus kampung bungur, observasi, studi literatur, dan studi dokumentasi yang dipakai untuk mendapatkan data yang dibutuhkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan keberadaan Kampung Bungur sebagai objek wisata telah berhasil mengubah keberadaan lahan pertanian non-produktif menjadi lahan produktif serta berhasil menarik banyak wisatawan untuk berkunjung dan membuat perekonomi warga sekitar terbantu, karena munculnya banyak lapangan pekerjaan baru.

Abstract

Pesticides are one of the components of agri input needed to protect plants from plant pests. However, massive use of pesticides can cause various negative impacts on plants, the environment, and human health. Excessive use of pesticides in rice cultivation is still a problem that is often found in Sukorame Village, Trenggalek. Seeing this condition, there needs to be more intensive education efforts for farmers. Seeing this problem, community service activities were carried out by the Faculty of Agriculture team at Kadiri University. Community service activities were carried out with the aim of providing education to farmers regarding more environmentally friendly and sustainable pest management. This program is also expected to reduce dependence on chemical pesticides and introduce Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques that can help farmers increase productivity without damaging the environment. Community service activities were carried out using the Participatory Aural Appraisal (PRA) approach. This method emphasizes community participation and involvement starting from the preparation, education, training and mentoring stages. Overall, the main objectives of the program to increase farmer awareness of the dangers of pesticides and introduce the IPM method have been achieved. The community began to understand the importance of environmentally friendly pest management. After the program was implemented, farmers began to provide follow-up. It is seen that some farmers have started to adopt the IPM method as a sustainable agricultural system.  Pestisida merupakan salah satu komponen agri input yang dibutuhkan untuk melindungi tanaman dari organisme pengganggu tanaman. Namun, penggunaan pestisida secara masif dapat menimbulkan berbagai dampak negatif, baik bagi tanaman, lingkungan, maupun kesehatan manusia. Penggunaan pestisida berlebihan dalam budidaya padi masih menjadi masalah yang sering dijumpai di Desa Sukorame, Trenggalek. Melihat kondisi ini, perlu adanya upaya edukasi yang lebih intensif kepada para petani. Melihat permasalahan tersebut, maka dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat oleh tim Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Kadiri. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan tujuan memberikan edukasi kepada petani terkait pengelolaan hama yang lebih ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan. Program ini juga diharapkan dapat mengurangi ketergantungan pada pestisida kimia dan memperkenalkan teknik Integrated Pest Management (IPM) yang dapat membantu petani meningkatkan produktivitas tanpa merusak lingkungan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan pendekatan Participatory Aural Appraisal (PRA). Metode ini menekankan partisipasi dan keterlibatan masyarakat mulai dari tahap persiapan, edukasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Secara keseluruhan, tujuan utama program untuk meningkatkan kesadaran petani tentang bahaya pestisida dan memperkenalkan metode IPM telah tercapai. Masyarakat mulai memahami pentingnya pengelolaan hama ramah lingkungan. Setelah pelaksanaan program, petani mulai memberikan tindak lanjut. Hal ini terlihat bahwa beberapa petani mulai mengadopsi metode IPM sebagai salah satu sistem pertanian berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Gandusari Village, Gandusari District, Trenggalek Regency, East Java Province, has great potential in agriculture, especially in rice crop commodities. This activity aims to improve community welfare by optimizing the use of local agricultural-based resources in Gandusari Village. Thus, better and sustainable village community welfare can be achieved. The method used was to identify the potential obstacles faced by farmers in Gandusari Village and then provide training and assistance according to the needs of the farmers. The activities carried out include training programs, assistance, and focus group discussions (FGD). Each program is implemented by involving the active participation of the Gandusari Village community, especially farmers, to provide practical and theoretical understanding to the community regarding the optimization of local and regional resources. The implementation of the program has gone well and achieved the expected goals. This program has succeeded in increasing rice productivity through more efficient land management and the application of modern agricultural technology. In addition, farmers' knowledge and skills have also increased, especially in product diversification and better irrigation management. Desa Gandusari, Kecamatan Gandusari, Kabupaten Trenggalek, Provinsi Jawa Timur, memiliki potensi besar dalam bidang pertanian, khususnya pada komoditas tanaman padi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui optimalisasi pemanfaatan sumberdaya lokal berbasis pertanian di Desa Gandusari. Dengan demikian, kesejahteraan masyarakat desa yang lebih baik dan berkelanjutan dapat tercapai. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan mengidentifikasi potensi dan hambatan yang dihadapi oleh petani Desa Gandusari, kemudian dilakukan pelatihan serta pendampingan sesuai dengan kebutuhan petani tersebut. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi program pelatihan, pendampingan, serta focus group discussion (FGD). Setiap program diimplementasikan dengan melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat Desa Gandusari, khususnya para petani untuk memberikan pemahaman praktis maupun teoritis kepada masyarakat mengenai optimalisasi sumberdaya lokal daerah. Pelaksanaan program telah berjalan dengan baik dan mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan produktivitas padi melalui pengelolaan lahan yang lebih efisien dan penerapan teknologi pertanian modern. Selain itu, pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani juga meningkat, terutama dalam diversifikasi produk dan manajemen irigasi yang lebih baik.

Abstract

The majority of people in Karangan Village work as rice farmers. The majority of farmers use chemical fertilizers, which, in the long term, can reduce soil fertility and rice productivity. In addition, chemical fertilizers are also scarce and prices are increasing. Therefore, the use of organic fertilizers from cow dung waste can be an alternative to reduce dependence on expensive and scarce chemical fertilizers. Organic fertilizers contain organic materials that can increase soil fertility. Community service activities carried out in Karangan Village aim to provide practical solutions to various problems faced by the community, especially in the agricultural sector and community development. The implementation of this program went smoothly, and most of its objectives were achieved. The community gained new knowledge about organic fertilizers and sustainable agricultural techniques. The results of the demonstration in the field showed an increase in crop yields, which encouraged farmers to adopt this technology. In addition, cooperation activities to improve village infrastructure also increased the accessibility of agricultural land, which had a positive impact on the daily productivity of farmers. Masyarakat di Desa Karangan mayoritas bekerja sebagai petani padi. Mayoritas petani menggunakan pupuk kimia yang dalam jangka panjang dapat menurunkan kesuburan tanah dan produktivitas padi. Selain itu, pupuk kimia juga mengalami kelangkaan dan peningkatan harga. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan pupuk organik dari limbah kotoran sapi dapat menjadi alternatif untuk mengurangi ketergantungan pada pupuk kimia yang mahal dan langka. Pupuk organik mengandung bahan organik yang dapat meningkatkan kesuburan tanah. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan di Desa Karangan bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi praktis bagi berbagai masalah yang dihadapi masyarakat, khususnya dalam sektor pertanian dan pengembangan komunitas. Pelaksanaan program ini berjalan lancar dan sebagian besar tujuannya tercapai. Masyarakat memperoleh pengetahuan baru tentang pupuk organik dan teknik pertanian berkelanjutan. Hasil dari demonstrasi di lapangan menunjukkan peningkatan hasil panen, yang mendorong petani untuk mengadopsi teknologi ini. Selain itu, kegiatan gotong royong untuk memperbaiki infrastruktur desa juga meningkatkan aksesibilitas lahan pertanian, yang berdampak positif pada produktivitas harian para petani.

Abstract

Research findings must be disseminated to the public, either to specific groups or broadly, to create a positive impact on development. The Payo area in Solok City is an agrotourism region with potential for citrus cultivation and citrus-picking tourism. Socialization on land suitability studies and fertilization recommendations is essential to inform farmers. Recommendations for citrus cultivation in Payo serve as guidelines for the future development of citrus farming. This activity aims to deliver cultivation recommendations based on land suitability and fertilization, contributing to sustainable agricultural development. It was conducted in Nagari Payo, Solok City, covering several activities, including land suitability and agro-climate analysis using primary and secondary data, analysis of soil physical and chemical properties for fertilization recommendations, and socialization of citrus cultivation to the community. The analysis revealed that Payo is suitable for citrus planting, with recommended varieties such as Keprok Batu 55, Keprok Brastepu, Keprok Garut, Keprok Tejakula, and Siam Pontianak. However, soil fertility in Payo is generally low, necessitating improvement through liming, the application of ameliorants, and organic and inorganic fertilization. Evaluation of the activity showed that farmers were enthusiastic and understood the information provided. Three months after the activity, all planted seedlings were growing well.  Hasil penelitian harus disebarluaskan kepada masyarakat, baik kepada kelompok tertentu maupun publik, untuk memberi dampak positif pada pembangunan. Daerah Payo di Kota Solok merupakan kawasan agrowisata yang potensial untuk budidaya dan wisata petik jeruk. Sosialisasi mengenai kesesuaian lahan dan rekomendasi pemupukan perlu dilakukan untuk memberikan informasi kepada petani. Rekomendasi budidaya jeruk di Payo menjadi pedoman pengembangan tanaman jeruk di masa depan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan menyampaikan rekomendasi budidaya tanaman jeruk berdasarkan kesesuaian lahan dan pemupukan, dengan harapan dapat berkontribusi pada pembangunan pertanian berkelanjutan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Nagari Payo, Kota Solok, meliputi analisis kesesuaian lahan dan agroklimat berdasarkan data primer dan sekunder, analisis sifat fisik dan kimia tanah untuk rekomendasi pemupukan, serta sosialisasi budidaya jeruk kepada masyarakat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan Payo cocok untuk penanaman jeruk, dengan varietas yang direkomendasikan seperti Keprok Batu 55, Keprok Brastepu, Keprok Garut, Keprok Tejakula, dan Siam Pontianak. Namun, kesuburan tanah rendah sehingga memerlukan perbaikan melalui pengapuran, pemberian amelioran, serta pemupukan organik dan anorganik. Evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan petani antusias dan memahami informasi yang diberikan. Hingga tiga bulan setelah kegiatan, seluruh bibit yang ditanam tumbuh dengan baik.

Abstract

Household food self-sufficiency can be achieved by utilizing home yards for cultivating vegetables such as pakcoy, spinach, chili, and tomatoes. However, vegetable crops are generally susceptible to pest attacks if not properly maintained. One environmentally friendly and health-safe solution for pest control is the use of botanical pesticides. This community service activity aimed to increase the knowledge and skills of housewives in making and using botanical pesticides based on garlic as an alternative method of pest control. The program was conducted at the Grand Puri Bunga Nirwana residential area and involved housewives interested in home gardening. The methods used included educational sessions and hands-on demonstrations on how to make botanical pesticides—covering the selection of ingredients, preparation process, and application techniques. The results showed that participants experienced an increase in understanding of natural pest control and improved skills in independently producing botanical pesticides. The enthusiasm of the participants also indicated a strong interest in applying the knowledge gained to their daily gardening practices. Through this activity, it is expected that housewives will become more independent and sustainable in maintaining the health of food crops in their home gardens. Kemandirian pangan rumah tangga dapat diwujudkan melalui pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan untuk budidaya tanaman sayuran seperti pakcoy, bayam, cabai, dan tomat. Namun, tanaman sayuran umumnya rentan terhadap serangan hama jika tidak dirawat secara optimal. Salah satu solusi pengendalian hama yang ramah lingkungan dan aman bagi kesehatan adalah dengan penggunaan pestisida nabati. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu rumah tangga dalam membuat dan menggunakan pestisida nabati berbahan dasar bawang putih sebagai alternatif pengendalian hama. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Perumahan Grand Puri Bunga Nirwana dan diikuti oleh para ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki minat terhadap pertanian pekarangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi penyuluhan dan demonstrasi langsung pembuatan pestisida nabati, mulai dari pemilihan bahan, proses pembuatan, hingga cara aplikasi pada tanaman. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa para peserta mengalami peningkatan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya pengendalian hama secara alami serta keterampilan dalam meracik pestisida nabati secara mandiri. Antusiasme peserta juga menunjukkan adanya minat untuk menerapkan hasil sosialisasi dalam kegiatan berkebun mereka sehari-hari. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, diharapkan ibu rumah tangga dapat lebih mandiri dan berkelanjutan dalam menjaga kesehatan tanaman pangan di pekarangan rumah.

Abstract

The technical assistance and farmer empowerment activities in Lirboyo Subdistrict aim to raise environmental awareness, reduce dependency on chemical inputs, promote self-reliance in sustainable agricultural practices, and engage in the Go Green campaign. This program involves collaboration between university students, local farmers, and vocational high school students (SMKN), who work together through various activities. A Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach, along with preliminary observations and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) involving local farmers, students, and participants from SMKN 1 Kediri City, was employed to identify needs. Furthermore, the program used demonstration methods to provide skills in the production of organic fertilizers, engaging farmers, university students, and vocational students in the process. The outcomes of this program show highly positive impacts. These include increased knowledge and skills among farmers, students, and vocational students in producing and applying liquid bokashi fertilizer, implementing natural pest control, and a shift in attitudes as indicated by participants’ growing awareness of the importance of environmental preservation. Participants also expressed a willingness to share information about organic fertilizer production with friends, family, and the surrounding community through direct communication and social media videos. Additionally, participants expressed interest in maintaining ongoing discussions with agricultural extension officers through digital messaging platforms. Kegiatan pendampingan teknis dan pembinaan petani di Kelurahan Lirboyo bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan, mengurangi ketergantungan penggunaan bahan kimia, mendorong kemandirian dalam praktik pertanian berkelanjutan dan terlibat dalam upaya kampanye go green. Program ini melibatkan mahasiswa, petani, dan siswa SMKN, yang bekerja sama dalam berbagai kegiatan. Pendekatan yang dilakukan untuk mengidentfikasi kebutuhan adalah dengan pendekatan PRA (Particaptory action research), observasi pendahuluan, FGD yang melibatkan petani setempat, mahasiswa, dan siswa SMKN 1 Kota Kediri. Selanjutnya, kegiatan ini juga mengguanakan metode Demonstrasi untuk memberikan keterampilan pembuatan pupuk organik yang melibatkan petani, mahasiswa dan siswa SMKN 1 Kediri. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan dampak yang sangat positif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat terlihat dari peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani, mahasiswa, dan siswa SMK berupa kemampuan dalam membuat dan mengaplikasikan pupuk bokhasi cair, mampu melaksanakan pengendalian OPT alami, serta berdasarkan hasil komunikasi dengan peserta kegiatan ingin terjadi perubahan sikap berupa kesadaran pentingnya menjaga kelestarian alam dan berkeinginan untuk ikut menyebarkan informasi terkait pembuatan pupuk organik kepada teman, keluarga, dan masyarakat disekitarnya melalaui komunikasi langsung, dan video di sosial media. Selain itu, para peserta juga ingin untuk dapat berdiskusi secara berkelanjutan melalui pesan digital dengan penyuluh.
