Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of business capital and creativity on entrepreneurial interest by involving entrepreneurial motivation as an intervening variable among members of the Entrepreneurship Association of UMKM Muaro Jambi (ASUMKMUJA). Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to ASUMKMUJA members and analyzed using path analysis. The findings indicate that business capital and creativity have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial motivation. Furthermore, entrepreneurial motivation significantly influences entrepreneurial interest and mediates the relationship between business capital, creativity, and entrepreneurial interest. These results suggest that enhancing both financial support and creative capacity, while simultaneously fostering entrepreneurial motivation, can effectively increase entrepreneurial interest among UMKM actors. This study provides useful insights for policymakers and entrepreneurship development programs to support the growth of small and medium enterprises in the region.

Abstract

Coffee-based gastronomic tourism has become a distinctive tourist attraction that combines culinary, cultural, and experiential elements. In Bali, Twenty Milli Coffee Roastery and Secondfloor Coffee represent leading examples of this tourism model. This research explores the activities and management strategies implemented by both cafés and evaluates their contributions to enhancing Bali’s tourism appeal. Using a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through observations, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Qualitative data were analyzed using NVivo software for thematic coding, while quantitative data were processed using Likert scale and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results indicate that both cafés deliver high-quality tourism experiences, fulfilling visitor expectations in key areas such as attraction, amenities, accessibility, motivation (push and pull), and consumer behavior. Twenty Milli and Secondfloor Coffee successfully manage core resources, human, financial, technological, material, and market to build engaging and sustainable experiences. Although their approaches differ, both emphasize synergy between internal and external business environments. NVivo analysis reveals that educational experiences, storytelling, and customer involvement are central to creating authenticity and uniqueness in coffee tourism. This research highlights that success in this field is driven not only by product quality but also by innovation in service, experience design, and consumer education. It is recommended that other coffee businesses adopt similar strategies, while government stakeholders should provide regulatory and promotional support to strengthen the growth of coffee-based gastronomic tourism.

Abstract

This study explores the evolution of scholarly discourse on employee development in the context of artificial intelligence (AI), digital talent agility, and technostress. Employing a bibliometric methodology, the research analyzes 1,424 peer-reviewed articles published between 2010 and 2025, sourced from Scopus and Google Scholar. The data were processed using the PRISMA protocol and visualized through VOSviewer to produce network, overlay, density, and co-authorship maps. The keyword strategy“employee development” AND “digital talent agility” AND “technostress” ensured a thematic intersection of human resource development, psychological resilience, and digital capability. The findings reveal six thematic clusters, showing that while employee development research traditionally emphasized performance and structured training, there has been a progressive shift toward digital agility, emotional sustainability, and stress management. Overlay and density visualizations demonstrate the increasing prominence of keywords such as “technostress,” “psychological well-being,” and “learning agility” after 2020. However, network and co-authorship analyses reveal a fragmented intellectual structure, indicating that the integration of psychological and technological approaches remains underdeveloped. This fragmentation highlights a critical research gap and validates the study’s novelty. The research contributes a novel conceptual synthesis by combining Dynamic Capabilities Theory and the Transactional Model of Stress and Coping, offering a comprehensive framework for understanding how organizations and individuals can adapt in AI-driven environments. The findings provide actionable insights for researchers, HR professionals, and policymakers to design employee development strategies that promote both technical competence and psychological resilience in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies applied by PT Bank X (Persero) Tbk in selling non-performing loan (NPL) collateral assets through auction mechanisms. The research adopts a qualitative method with a narrative approach, using in-depth interviews with three key informants from the bank’s Special Asset Management Unit (RSAM). The results show that offline marketing remains the dominant strategy due to its higher effectiveness in building trust with prospective buyers. Digital promotion via platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, OLX, and Rumah123 serves as a supplementary tool to raise awareness and expand audience reach. However, the marketing process faces several challenges, including non-strategic asset locations, third-party occupancy, and incomplete legal documents. In addition, the limitations of digital infrastructure and trust issues in online transactions are also significant. This research contributes to understanding practical marketing strategies for problem assets in the banking sector and provides strategic recommendations to optimize sales efforts through a combination of integrated offline and digital approaches.
