Abstract

Fuel subsidies remain one of the government’s key policy instruments to safeguard public purchasing power; however, their implementation frequently faces problems of mistargeting and misuse. Pertalite, as one of the subsidised fuel types, is disproportionately consumed by higher-income groups, thereby reducing the effectiveness of the subsidy’s original intent. In response, the government, through PT Pertamina, introduced the Subsidi Tepat programme, supported by the MyPertamina application and a QR Code system, in order to enhance transparency, accountability, and accuracy in the distribution of subsidised fuel. This study aims to analyse the effectiveness of MyPertamina in reducing the misuse of subsidised Pertalite, to identify the challenges encountered, and to propose relevant policy recommendations. The research employs a literature review method, drawing upon academic studies and official reports from 2021 to 2025. The findings indicate that MyPertamina has made a positive contribution through the digitalisation of transactions, enabling real-time recording, with data showing that by 2024, 93.9% of Pertalite transactions had been digitalised. This development strengthens transparency in distribution and supports the monitoring of subsidy quotas. Nevertheless, the study also reveals significant limitations, including technical barriers related to infrastructure, low levels of digital literacy, public resistance, and the potential for misuse through QR code lending and the use of registration brokers. Sentiment analysis of users even shows that the majority of reviews were negative, highlighting the need for improvements in user experience and public communication. In conclusion, while MyPertamina plays a strategic role in promoting more targeted distribution of subsidised fuel, its success remains heavily dependent on the reinforcement of regulatory frameworks, public education, the strengthening of digital infrastructure, and layered supervision. These recommendations are expected to enhance the governance of energy subsidies in Indonesia, ensuring that they are more equitable, efficient, and sustainable

Abstract

The advancement of wireless network technology has improved communication efficiency but also increased the risk of data security breaches. One significant threat to Wi-Fi networks is the use of tools like Nethercap to conduct Man-in-the-Middle (MitM) attacks. This study aims to explore in depth how Nethercap is used to steal Wi-Fi credentials, evaluate its impact on information security, and propose mitigation strategies. However, the convenience and flexibility offered by WiFi does not come without risks. Due to its radio wave-based nature and wide signal spread, WiFi networks are vulnerable to various security threats. In many cases, users or network administrators often neglect security aspects or are unaware of loopholes that could be exploited by malicious parties. As a result, sensitive information can be leaked, illegal access to the network can be gained, or even malicious activities can be carried out through a compromised network. Therefore, it is very important for anyone who manages or uses a WiFi network to understand the types of threats that may occur and implement appropriate solutions to maintain network security. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The analysis results show that Nethercap exploits vulnerabilities in wireless protocols, potentially leading to data theft, privacy violations, and organizational losses. Mitigation strategies include the implementation of WPA3, network segmentation, deployment of SIEM systems, and enhanced cybersecurity awareness.

Abstract

The use of digital media, such as educational games in digital format, not only increases learning motivation, but can also help introduce technology to students from an early age, so that they become familiar and proficient in using it. In addition, digital skills are also important to prepare a generation that is able to compete in the technological era. This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing interactive video-based e-learning on students' learning motivation in the subject of Hadith Arba'in Nawawi at SMP IT Al-Amri. The background of this study is based on the low learning motivation of students due to the dominance of conventional learning methods with minimal interaction and the suboptimal use of digital media by educators. This study uses a quantitative approach with an experimental design, involving 30 students as a sample. The research instrument in the form of a questionnaire was validated through validity and reliability tests, with a Cronbach's Alpha result of 0.905 indicating high consistency. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression through the SPSS version 31 application. The results showed that interactive video-based e-learning had a significant effect on students' learning motivation with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.236. This means that 23.6% of the variation in students' learning motivation can be explained by the use of interactive video media, while the rest is influenced by other factors. These findings indicate the importance of digital innovation in religious learning to increase student engagement and interest in learning, especially in the context of Islamic education. This study recommends that teachers be more active in developing digital learning media that are contextual, interesting, and in accordance with the characteristics of digital generation students.
