Abstract

This paper aims to determine the determinants of soybean production in Indonesia and its policy implications. Based on the estimation results, the determinants affecting soybean production in Indonesia during 1984-2013 period are: harvest area, productivity, number of labor in food crop agriculture sector, soybean import of previous year and price ratio of soybean with fertilizer price. The factors that have a significant influence on soybean production are the area of harvest, productivity, the ratio of soybean prices to fertilizer prices and the amount of labor in the food crops sector. Meanwhile, various policies that can be done by the government in order to increase soybean production in Indonesia include the provision of soybean seeds, subsidized production facilities and lending, protection policies and basic price and special programs for soybean development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh komunikasi organisasi, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan keadilan organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), serta bagaimana Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja dan komitmen organisasional PT. Yamaha Direct Distribution Sales Bali. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap yang bekerja di PT. Yamaha Direct Distribution Sales Bali yaitu sebanyak 37 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh atau sensus dengan instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) berbasis component atau variance yaitu PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi organisasi, kepemimpinan transformasional, dan keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a whole human concept that has not been fully implemented in the workplace, as most people consider the workplace is a place to seek something worldly by forgetting the inner life and ignoring religious values. The purpose of this research is to understand the reality of workplace spirituality in planning and implementation of budget. Research data obtained through in-depth interviews and participatory observation then it is analyzed by Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis . The results of the study interpret the understanding of informant's about workplace spirituality understanding into 3 (three) perspectives namely intrinsic views, religious views, and existentialist views. The reality of workplace spirituality in planning and implementation of budget has not been fully compatible with its understanding because of deviations and the behavior of the apparatus still ignores the spiritual values. The dissonance between reality of workplace spirituality in planning and implementation of budget with understanding of workplace spirituality is required the controlling factors such as leadership superstructure, work environment, and personal value.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan Penelitian ini menjelaskan pengaruh persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi manfaat, dan persepsi risiko terhadap sikap dan niat beli Go-Massage pada aplikasi Go-Jek. Populasi penelitian ini tidak terbatas (infinite) yang merupakan pengguna aplikasi Go-Jek di Kota Denpasar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik non-probability sampling dengan total responden berjumlah 120 orang. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan persepsi manfaat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap. Selanjutnya hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan persepsi manfaat dan sikap terhadap niat beli. Sebaliknya, persepsi risiko berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap sikap dan niat beli. Implikasi teoritis pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian ini memperkuat teori sikap khususnya Technology Acceptance Model yang dikemukakan oleh Davis (1989). Implikasi praktis berguna bagi perusahaan untuk mendalami konstruk yang memberikan pengaruh besar terhadap niat beli. Untuk kedepannya, perusahaan disarankan lebih berfokus pada persepsi manfaat guna mendorong niat beli konsumen terhadap layanan Go-Massage yang ditawarkan pada aplikasi Go-Jek Kata kunci: TAM, Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan, Persepsi Manfaat, Persepsi Risiko, Sikap, dan Niat Beli

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan kemampuan CAPM dan FF3FM dalam memprediksi return saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan-perusahaan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang termasuk dalam kelompok saham Indeks Kompas 100 pada periode 2012-2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel market risk premium berpengaruh positif terhadap return pada enam portofolio yang dibentuk dalam CAPM dan FF3FM. Variabel size premium berpengaruh positif pada return portofolio S/H, S/M, dan S/L dan berpengaruh negatif pada return portofolio B/H, B/M, dan B/L. Variabel book to market premium berpengaruh positif pada return portofolio B/H, S/H, dan S/M dan berpengaruh negatif pada return portofolio B/L dan S/L. Sedangkan variabel book to market premium tidak berpengaruh pada return portofolio B/M. Nilai adjusted R square CAPM dan FF3FM menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan FF3FM lebih baik dalam menjelaskan return dibandingkan CAPM.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mediation of interest in learning and self-confidence in the influence of learning behavior at the level of understanding of accounting students of Master of Accounting program (MAKSI), Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Udayana University. This study uses primary data by using questionnaires, which have fulfilled the validity and reliability test, distributed to 133 students of MAKSI FEB Unud program who qualify for sampling. The amount of data that 133 people can process. Data that has been tabulated then in the analysis using data analysis techniques, including classical assumption test, model feasibility test and path analysis techniques. Based on the calculation of path coefficient (p), it shows that interest in learning and confidence mediates the influence of learning behavior at the level of understanding of accounting.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Inflation and Leverage on Profitability and Stock Return as well as knowing the ability of Profitability in mediating the influence of Inflation and Leverage to Stock Return at manufacturing companies in Indonesiai Stock Exchange. This research uses stocks of manufacturing sector companies as the object of research. The sampling of the research was conducted by proportional random sampling method and the number of samples of this study were 31 companies obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website from 2012 until 2016. Hypothesis testing is done by path analysis method with the help of SPSS program. The results of the study found that (1) Inflation has a negative and significant effect on the Stock Return, (2) Leverage has a negative and significant effect on Stock Return, (3) Profitability has a positive and significant effect on Stock Return, (4) Inflation has negative and insignificant influence on Profitability, (5) Leverage has a negative and significant influence on Profitability, (6) Profitability is not able to mediate the influence of Inflation on Stock Return, (7) Profitability able to mediate the influence of Leverage on Stock Return.

Abstract

Work Family Conflict is one of the most frequent conflicts among nurses in married nurses, where a nurse has to divide the time for business and household. If workplace family conflicts can not be avoided, then it can cause stress and performance. While the performance is much needed in the job as a nurse, which must be infected patients with high risk. The purpose of this study is analyze the effect of family conflict on job stress and performance. The research conducted at Praya Hospital. The number of samples study is 49 respondents with purposive sampling method with the criteria of female nurses who are married. Data with questionnaire distribution and using Path Analysis as data analysis techniques. The Sobel test is also used to determine whether there is mediation. The results of this study indicate that family conflict has a positive effect on job stress, work stress negatively affect the performance, and work family conflict negatively affect the performance,work stress is mediate the influence of conflict family on performance. Practical implications of this research are expected to be a consideration for the management of Praya Hospital to better pay attention to the welfare of nurses who experience family conflicts so as to reduce stress levels and improve the performance of nurses.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the significance of the difference between a mutual fund company’s stock of foreign and national investment in Indonesia viewed from performance,to find out which is better between mutual fund investment company national and foreign views of market timing and stock selection.The population of this research is the mutual fund shares that are listed on the website of the financial services authority-performance outperform during periods of 2014-2016. The selection of the samples was done objectively based on investment companies. Assessment of the performance of mutual fund shares using the Sharpe Index while market timing and stock selection using Treynor Mazuy. The method used is the technique of data analysis in the form of two different test averages with the help of IBM SPSS program.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the mutual fund company’s stock of foreign and national investment in Indonesia viewed from the performance by using Sharpe Index, market timing stock mutual fund national invesment better than market timing foreign companies and stock selection mutual fund national invesment better than stock selection foreign companies.

Abstract

Green hotel has become a branding and strategy in winning business competition, if using environmentally friendly energy. This study aims to explain the relationship green image with green trust, green image with green satisfaction, green trust with green loyalty, green satisfaction with green loyalty, green image with green loyalty, and to explain the role of green trust and green satisfaction in mediating green image relationship with green loyalty. The population in this study are the guests who have been staying at Hotel Bali Tropic Resort & Spa (minimum 2 times stay in the period of 2013-2017) with sample size of 100 respondents. This research uses analysis technique PLS (Partial Least Square). This study found that green image has a positive relationship with green trust, green satisfaction, and green loyalty. Green trust and green satisfaction have a positive relationship with green loyalty. Green trust and green satisfaction are able to mediate partially and have a positive relationship with green loyalty.
