Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh belanja bantuan sosial, subsidi, dan hibah terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Sumatera Utara. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder time series dari tahun 2011-2023 yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik Sumatera Utara. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan software eviews 10. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa variabel bantuan sosial berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di Sumatera Utara, variabel hibah berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di Sumatera Utara. Sedangkan variabel subsidi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di Sumatera Utara. Secara simultan variable bantuan sosial, hibah dan subsidi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di Sumatera Utara.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the Gender Empowerment Index (GEI) in Aceh Province from 2010 to 2024. The variables examined include Women as Professional Workers, Women’s Income Contribution, and Women’s Involvement in Parliament. Using secondary data from Statistics Indonesia (BPS), this research applies a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis using Eviews 10. The results show that women as professional workers have a positive but insignificant effect on the GEI. Meanwhile, women’s income contribution and women’s involvement in parliament both have positive and significant effects on the GEI in Aceh Province. The F-test results indicate that all independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the GEI. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.9966 indicates that 99.66% of the variation in the GEI can be explained by the three independent variables. These findings imply that strengthening women’s economic roles and political participation is essential to improving gender empowerment in Aceh.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of average years of schooling, life expectancy, and per capita expenditure on economic growth in Aceh Province for the period 2010–2024 using multiple linear regression. The results show that average years of schooling has a negative and significant effect, indicating that improvements in education have not been able to directly drive economic growth. Life expectancy has a negative but insignificant effect, suggesting that better health conditions have not yet contributed optimally to increasing economic output. In contrast, per capita expenditure has a positive and significant effect, indicating that higher purchasing power plays a stronger role in stimulating economic activity.

Abstract

Economic growth is an important indicator that reflects the success of regional development. This study aims to analyze the effect of Regional Own-Source Revenue (PAD), Capital Expenditure, and General Allocation Fund (DAU) on economic growth in Aceh Province. The research employs a quantitative approach using time series data from 2009 to 2023, obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the Eviews 9 software. The results show that PAD and DAU have a positive and significant effect on economic growth, while Capital Expenditure has a negative and insignificant effect. Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant impact on economic growth with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 78.44%. These findings suggest that local governments need to optimize PAD and manage transfer funds more productively to accelerate sustainable economic growth in Aceh Province

Abstract

Gayo Lues Regency has the second highest poverty rate in Aceh Province. This condition indicates structural problems related to employment, health, and education. This study aims to analyze the influence of open poverty, health levels, and educational attainment on poverty levels in Gayo Lues Regency during the 2010–2024 period. This study uses a quantitative approach utilizing secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Aceh Province. The analytical methods used include time series analysis and multiple linear regression to identify the relationship and magnitude of influence between variables. The results show that health and open poverty variables have a positive but insignificant influence on poverty levels. Meanwhile, education levels show a significant negative influence on poverty, indicating that improving education plays a significant role in reducing poverty rates. These findings emphasize that poverty alleviation efforts in Gayo Lues Regency need to be directed at improving the quality and access to education and creating productive and sustainable employment opportunities to improve overall community welfare.

Abstract

Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan sangat penting dalam suatu riset atau artikel ilmiah. Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan berfungsi untuk memperkuat teori dan Fenomena. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mereview analisis pengelolaan alokasi dana desa (ADD) dalam upaya pembangunan desa. Metode penulisan artikel systematic literatur review ini adalah dengan metode library search yang bersumber dari media online seperti google schoolar, mendeley dan media akademik lainnya. Hasil systematic literature riview ini adalah alokasi dana desa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembangunan desa.

Abstract

Mangrove forest is one of the potential forest resources so that it has a very important role in coastal and marine ecosystems, especially coastal areas. The maintenance and management of mangrove ecosystems is a problem that must be faced together for the sake of the continuity and sustainability of mangroveforests. The purpose of this study was to analyze the magnitude of the potential direct and indirect benefits, the total economic value of the mangrove forest area in the ecotourism development of Langsa City. The analytical method used is the analysis of benefits and costs. For all types of functions and benefits of mangrove forest areas, the total economic value (TEV) is descriptively used. The results showed that the total value of economic benefits from the mangrove forest of Gampong Kuala Langsa, Aceh was Rp. 2.958.847.000,- of the month which was obtained from 1) the direct benefit value from fish, crabs, shrimp, shellfish and seafood processing was amounting to Rp. 213.710.000,- of the month, 2) The value of indirect economic benefits is Rp. 1.014.379.000,- of the month obtained from trading activities and renting boats. 3) The value of choice is Rp. 1.729.038.000, - of the month from biodiversity, 4) The value of being is Rp. 1.720.000, - of the month. There is a surplus of community consumers in their willingness to pay for the existence of mangrove forests of Rp. 2,705,054.12 of the month.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of goods and services expenditure and social assistance expenditure on economic growth in Aceh Province. Economic growth is an important indicator of regional development performance and can be influenced by government fiscal policies through regional expenditures. This research employed a quantitative approach using secondary time-series data for the period 2012–2024 obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Aceh Province and the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK). Multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine the influence of the independent variables on economic growth. The results indicate that goods and services expenditure has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Aceh Province. Meanwhile, social assistance expenditure has a negative and insignificant effect on economic growth. Simultaneously, both goods and services expenditure and social assistance expenditure affect economic growth. The findings suggest that goods and services expenditure is a more effective component of government spending in stimulating regional economic activities, while social assistance expenditure primarily functions as a social protection instrument. Therefore, local governments should optimize the quality of public spending to support sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of road infrastructure, education level, and electricity consumption on regional economic development inequality in Aceh Province. Development inequality remains a major challenge despite Aceh’s relatively low Gini Ratio compared to other provinces in Indonesia. Differences in infrastructure quality among districts and municipalities are expected to affect income distribution and community welfare. This study employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Aceh Province and the Aceh Regional Development Planning Agency for the 2008–2023 period, covering 23 districts and municipalities. Multiple linear regression analysis with EViews 13 is applied to examine the relationships among variables. The dependent variable is economic development inequality, measured by the Gini Ratio, while the independent variables include road infrastructure, education level, and electricity consumption. The findings are expected to provide valuable policy recommendations for promoting equitable regional development and sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Local Own-Source Revenue (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU), and Special Allocation Fund (DAK) on Capital Expenditure in Bukittinggi City. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Bukittinggi City, covering the observation period from 2013 to 2024. The research method employed is a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing was carried out using the EViews application to examine the relationship and influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable.The results of the study indicate that Local Own-Source Revenue has a positive and significant effect on Capital Expenditure in Bukittinggi City. In addition, the General Allocation Fund is also proven to have a positive and significant effect on Capital Expenditure. These findings suggest that the higher the PAD and DAU received by the local government, the greater the allocation of capital expenditure to support regional development. Furthermore, the Special Allocation Fund also shows a positive and significant effect on Capital Expenditure. This confirms that these three sources of regional revenue play an important role in increasing capital expenditure in Bukittinggi City.
