Abstract

Each course has its own uniqueness and distinctiveness, therefore it is necessary to develop e-book teaching materials for these courses. It aims to adjust to the uniquenessand distinctiveness which ultimately leads to improving the quality of learning. Indeveloping e-book teaching materials, apart from being based on materials andcurriculum, it is also necessary to analyze student needs so that the e-book teachingmaterials are right on target. The purpose of this study was to analyze the importance ofkvisoft flipbook maker-based teaching materials in the PLS program assessment course.The research method used is a survey method. Data collection was carried out using anopen questionnaire made through google form and addressed to fifth semester studentswho took PLS program assessment courses. In addition, researchers also madeobservations in the learning process. The data obtained are quantitative data andqualitative data. Quantitative data were analyzed using the percentage formula, whilequalitative data were analyzed descriptively. The data analysis of the importance of thekvisoft flipbook maker-based e-book is part of the development research (R & D) on thedevelopment of teaching materials for the PLS program evaluation e-book, in which thise-book product can be used by students in learning. Based on the results of the analysis ofthe importance of this ebook based on kvisoft flipbook maker, it is obtained that thisebook needs to be developed to make it easier for students to understand the material well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggambarkan bagaimana motivasi belajar dengan kemandirian belajar warga belajar dalam program kesetaraan paket C di SPNF SKB kota Pariaman. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya tingkat motivasi belajar pada warga belajar program kesetaraan paket C di SPNF SKB Kota Pariaman. Jenis penelitian yang diterapkan ialah penelitian kuantitatif memanfaatkan pendekatan korelasi. Populasi studi ini yakni seluruh warga belajar terdaftar pada program pendidikan setara paket C di SPNF SKB kota Pariaman tahun ajaran 2023/2024 sebanyak 110 orang. 52% dari populasi dijadikan sampel mengenai studi ini dengan memanfaatkan teknik stratified random sampling sebanyak 57 orang sampel. Instrumen pada penelitian ini yakni angket dengan memanfaatkan skala likert yang sudah diuji validitas serta reliabilitas. Hasil temuan mengungkapkan bahwasanya motivasi belajar di kalangan warga belajar pada program kesetaraan paket C di SPNF SKB kota Pariaman dilihat dari aspek minat dalam belajar, semangat dalam belajar, dan rasa senang dalam belajar serta kemandirian belajar dilihat dari aspek tanggung jawab, percaya diri, inisiatif, disiplin. Kesimpulan dari hasil analisis korelasi bahwasanya motivasi belajar warga belajar program kesetaraan paket C tergolong rendah dapat dikatakan bahwasanya motivasi belajar tidak terlalu besar atau memberikan pengaruh lemah terhadap kemandirian belajar di kalangan warga belajar pada program pendidikan setara paket C di SPNF SKB kota Pariaman. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemandirian anak di panti asuhan Aisyiyah cabang Nanggalo. hal ini diduga disebabkan beberapa faktor, salah satu faktornya yakni masih belum optimalnya peran yang dijalankan oleh pengasuh. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk melihat gambaran peran pengasuh dan kemandirian anak serta hubungan peran pengasuh dengan kemandirian anak di panti asuhan Aisyiyah cabang Nanggalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini yakni 35 anak yang menjadi anak asuh di panti asuhan Aisyiyah cabang Nanggalo sedangkan sampel sebanyak 25 anak. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik Sampel Acak Berstrata (Stratified Random Sampling). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase serta Spearman Rank.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) Gambaran peran pengasuh di panti asuhan Aisyiyah cabang Nanggalo masih belum optimal. 2) Gambaran kemandirian anak di panti asuhan Aisyiyah cabang Nanggalo dikategorikan rendah. 3) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara peran pengasuh dengan kemandirian anak di panti asuhan Aisyiyah cabang Nanggalo dengan koefisien korelasi sangat kuat.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the picture and also the relationship between empowerment strategies by administrators and the participation of PKK women in Nagari Tanjung Beringin, Pasaman Regency. This research uses a correlational quantitative approach. The population of this study is all PKK mothers registered with the PKK in 2022/2023 in Nagari Tanjung Beringin, Pasaman Regency, totaling 30 people. The sampling technique in this research was carried out using the total sampling method, so the total sample that the researchers took was 30 PKK women in Nagari Tanjung Beringin, Pasaman Regency. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire format and a list of statements as a data collection tool, the data analysis technique uses percentages to find correlations using the product moment formula. The results of this research are: 1.) The community empowerment strategy used by administrators in Nagari Tanjung Beringin, Pasaman Regency shows that respondents chose the alternative answer strongly agree (SS) 24.1%, chose the alternative answer always (S) 64.4%, alternative answers disagree (KS) 5.9%, and those who chose the alternative answer disagree (TS) 5.6%. This means that the community empowerment strategy used by the administrators in Nagari Tanjung Beringin, Pasaman Regency can be said to be very good and can increase the activities of PKK women in empowering the community. 2.) The participation of PKK women in Nagari Tanjung Beringin, Pasaman Regency shows that respondents chose alternative answers. strongly agree (SS) 27.6%, choose the alternative answer always (S) 61.3%, alternative answer do not agree (KS) 5.6%, and those who choose the alternative answer disagree (TS) 5.6%. This means that the participation of PKK women in Nagari Tanjung Beringin, Pasaman Regency can be said to be very good and can improve empowerment strategies in empowering the community and 3.) Product moment correlation data analysis carried out obtained r count = 1.935 and this value was consulted with r table = 0.361 with N = 30. From the results of the consultation, it was found that r count > r table if based on the 5% confidence level, namely 0.361. If r calculated is greater than r table then Ho is rejected and conversely Ha is accepted. So, the conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between empowerment strategies by administrators and the participation of PKK women in Nagari Tanjung Beringin, Pasaman Regency.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low interest in reading among the community at TBM Anugerah in Dharmasraya Regency, which is suspected to be due to the existence of TBM Anugerah management as assessed from the aspects of collection availability, managerial competence, service facilities, and information provision. The aim of this research is to reveal (1) The description of TBM management existence; (2) The description of community reading interest; (3) To observe the relationship between TBM management existence and community reading interest at TBM Anugerah in Dharmasraya Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research type. The population in this study consists of 40 respondents. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The sample is taken from the population of 30 respondents, representing 75% of the total population. Data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data analysis technique employs percentage formulas and product moment correlation formulas. The results of this research show that: (1) The existence of TBM Anugerah management in Dharmasraya Regency is categorized as low; (2) Community reading interest at TBM Anugerah in Dharmasraya Regency is categorized as low; (3) There is a significant relationship between management existence and community reading interest at TBM Anugerah in Dharmasraya Regency. Research recommendations are: 1) It is recommended for management to improve and develop the facilities and infrastructure management at TBM Anugerah in Dharmasraya Regency. 2) It is suggested for management to innovate to enhance community reading interest at TBM Anugerah. 3) It is hoped for future researchers to examine new variables to add and complement the existing variables.Keywords: Management Existence, Reading Interest, Community Reading Park

Abstract

Hasil limbah cair laudry biasanya langsung dibuang ke badan air yang semakin lama akan menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan karena tidak diolah terlebih dahulu. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengolahan limbah cair laundry dengan menggunakan biokoagulan ekstrak biji kelor. Biokoagulan ekstrak biji kelor diperoleh dengan cara mengekstraksi biji kelor menggunakan larutan NaCl 1 M. Pengolahan limbah cair laundry dilakukan secara batch dengan cara mencampurkan 80 ml/L ekstrak biji kelor ke dalam 100 ml limbah cair laundry yang telah diatur pH nya menjadi 6-10. Analisa turbidity, COD dan fosfat pada limbah cair laundry dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah pengolahan. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa ini menunjukan bahwa efisiensi penyisihan kekeruhan, COD, dan Fosfat efektif dilakukan. Dengan kondisi pH optimum pada pH 6 yang menurunkan kekeruhan menjadi 15,5 NTU dengan persentase penyisihan hingga 97,22% dan COD hingga 65,05%. Sedangkan penurunan fosfat yang paling besar terjadi pada pH 8 dengan persentase penyisihan sebesar 95,48% hingga kadar fosfat menjadi 0,038 mg/L.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low reading ability of young children in Jorong VI Parit Panjang Nagari Lubuk Basung, this is thought to be due to children's environmental factors, namely parents who apply inappropriate parenting patterns to young children. This research aims to (1) describe the parenting patterns of parents of early childhood in Jorong VI Parit Panjang. (2) Description of the reading abilities of early childhood children in Jorong VI Parit Panjang. (3) The relationship between parenting styles and the reading ability of early childhood in Jorong VI Parit Panjang. This type of research uses quantitative correlation research methods. The population of this study was 25 people with the criteria being that they were registered as residents in Jorong VI Parit Panjang and parents who had children aged 5-6 years. In this research sampling, because the population was less than 100 people, the entire population was sampled, namely 25 people. The type of instrument that will be applied in this research is a questionnaire as a data collection tool with a Likert scale. Data analysis uses the percentage formula and Spearman rho correlation. The results of the research show that: 1) The description of parenting patterns of parents in Jorong VI Parit Panjang can be categorized as low. This is proven by the dominant respondents' answers, namely disagreeing; 2) The description of the reading ability of young children in Jorong VI Parit Panjang can be categorized as low. This is proven by the respondents' answers which dominate, namely disagreeing. 3) There is a significant relationship between parenting patterns and the reading ability of young children in Jorong VI Parit Panjang. This is proven by r count = 0.488 and this value is compared with r table = 0.4005 with a significance level of 5% and n=25. From these results it is obtained that r count > r table.

Abstract

This training program aimed to enhance the capacity of elementary school teachers in developing and implementing children’s stories based on Minangkabau culture as a literacy tool. The background of this initiative is the limited ability of teachers to integrate local cultural values into contextual and engaging learning materials. The methods included training, story writing workshops, the production of teaching media, and classroom mentoring. The results showed a significant improvement in teachers’ conceptual understanding and writing skills, as well as the creation of culturally relevant storybooks. Implementation in the classroom also increased student engagement in literacy activities. This activity highlights the importance of culture-based literacy as a strategic approach in primary education, while reinforcing students’ local identity and character development from an early age.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to enhance elementary school teachers' capacity in developing and implementing culturally based children's stories as literacy media in the classroom. The background of this activity lies in the lack of contextual reading materials relevant to students’ cultural environment, particularly in IV Koto District, Agam Regency. The method consisted of training sessions, story development workshops, classroom implementation, and evaluation. Results showed a significant improvement in teachers’ ability to write and integrate local stories into thematic learning, alongside increased student enthusiasm for Minangkabau cultural narratives. The project produced 60 local children’s stories and integrated lesson plans. This program demonstrates that local-culture-based literacy strengthens students’ cultural identity and supports meaningful learning. The approach is recommended for replication in other regions with rich cultural heritage.

Abstract
