Abstract

Smart investors will consider several aspects before investing to avoid the worst possibilities including the company's financial performance. This research aims to look at the macroeconomic analysis model, financial performance against share traded with profit as an intervening variable in food and beverage sub-sector companies in the Indonesia stock exchange for the period 2016 - 2020. Macroeconomic variables will be proxyed with indicators of inflation, exchange rates, interest rates and the money supply. Financial performance variables with current ratio indicators, quick ratio (proxy of liquidity), debt to assets ratio, debt to equity ratio (proxy of solvency), total assets turnover, fixed assets turnover and inventory turnover (proxy of activity), return on asset, return on equity, net profit margin, gross profit margin and operating profit margin (proxy of profitability) and earnings per share,  price earning ratio and price book value (proxy of market value). The investment approach can also be done by analyzing historical data from stock prices and linking it to share traded that occurs in the market. The research will use profit as an intervening variable, consisting of gross profit, operating profit and net profit. The company has different performance with significant differences in the food and baverages sub-sector, will affect the amount of sales and profits earned by the company. This research data uses secondary data published by relevant and competent parties. This study uses a component-based SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis or variance, namely Partial Least Square (PLS), using Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results showed 1) macroeconomic variables had no effect on financial performance. 2) Macroeconomic variables have no effect on profits. 3) Macroeconomic variables have no effect on share traded. 4) Financial performance variables affect profits. 5) Financial performance variables affect share traded.  6) The profit variable affects the traded share.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has become a difficult time for several aspects, including the world of marketing. This is also felt by MSME business actors. The use of online media can help the defense and life journey of MSMEs. Loyalty is a strong commitment to encourage customers to visit again (Oliver, 1999). Consumer loyalty (Rauyruen & Miller, 2007; Selnes, 1998) is a manifestation and continuation of customer satisfaction in using the facilities and services provided by the company, as well as to remain a customer of a company. In this study, loyalty was measured using the variables Corporate Image, Trust, Consumer Satisfaction Central By - By Khas Kerinci was chosen as the object of research because of the decline in sales during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study was conducted on 100 consumers of the Center by Khas Kerinci with purposive sampling method, and analyzed using the SPSS 22 program.

Abstract

Terdapat banyak masalah yang terkait dengan pengelolaan budidaya ikan di Desa Lopak Alai. Kurangnya program pembinaan budidaya ikan yang efisen dan efektif pada kelompok budidaya perikanan. Terkait efisiensi pemberian pakan ikan, hanya mengandalkan pakan dari luar ( pabrikan) sehingga harga pakan cenderung naik sehingga mengakibatkan harga produksi ikan menjadi naik. Selain itu manajemen tata kelola kolam yang belum tertata rapi. Oleh karena harga pokok produksi naik namun tidak diikuti oleh harga penawaran di pasar yang cenderung turun sehingga kelompok perikanan cenderung mengalami kerugian karena hasil perikanannya hanya dijual saja dan tidak diolah lagi menjadi produk yang mempunyai nilai ekonomis tinggi. Solusi pengabdian ini diberikannya penambahan pakan ikan melalui cahaya penarik serangga yang didapat dari pembangkit Listrik Pico Hydro, Di dalam pengabdian ini juga diberikan mengenai pengelolaan manajemen kolam perikanan agar menjadi lebih baik dan membantu digitalisasi pemasaran produk olahan ikan tersebut.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah pendampingan dan pelatihan perencanaan sampai kepada pelaporan pertanggungjawaban usaha pengolahan limbah BUMDES Karya Maju menjadi kompos kepada pengawas BUMDes dan aparat pemerintahan Desa. Pendampingan pengabdian ini telah dilakukan selama 4 tahun mulai dari BUMDes Karya Maju mulai berdiri sampai dengan sekarang. BUMDes ini telah berupaya membuat pengelolaan limbah menjadi kompos yang mempunyai nilai lebih. Pengelolaan kompos saat ini telah dapat bernilai ekonomis namun terdapat keterbatasan pengetahuan untuk pelaporan keuangan serta akuntabilitasnya dan minimnya keterampilan untuk pemasaran lebih lanjut menjadi kendala dalam pengolahan usaha komposnya. Maka dari itu perlu adanya upaya untuk meningkatkan Sumber daya manusia dalam pengelolaan usaha kompos tersebut.

Abstract

Lately, there has been a growing interest in undertaking sustainable global tourism destinations particularly to Saudi Arabia. The benefits can be maximized if the government is successful in attracting present pilgrims and influencing their future intentions to visit the country as tourists through service providers in Muslim countries. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to measure the interest buying of pilgrims for the holy land based on the influence of E-WOM, Price, and Brand Image through the mediation model at PT Andalas Jaya Wisata in the New Normal Era. With a purposive technique with two criteria, it is planned to distribute 99 online questionnaires and direct interviews, then analyze the data with the help of Smart PLS. the results of this study show E-WOM variable on Interest Buying variable has not an effect and Price variable on Interest Buying variable has not an effect.

Abstract

This study aims first, to determine the effect of financial performance and non-financial performance on regional competitiveness in Bungo Regency. Second, to determine the effect of capital expenditure on regional competitiveness in Bungo Regency. Third, to determine the effect of budget management on regional competitiveness in Bungo Regency. Fourth, to determine the effect of financial performance and non-financial performance on regional competitiveness through capital expenditure in Bungo Regency. Fifth, to determine the effect of financial performance and non-financial performance on regional competitiveness through budget management in Bungo Regency. The data used in this study is primary data collected by direct interviews with respondents with predetermined criteria. This research uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) Analysis and uses Smart PLS tool. The results of the study are that first, financial performance and non-financial performance have a significant effect on regional competitiveness in Muaro Bungo Regency. Second, capital expenditure has no significant effect on regional competitiveness in Muaro Bungo Regency. Third, budget management has a significant effect on regional competitiveness in Muaro Bungo Regency. Fourth, financial performance and non-financial performance have no significant effect on regional competitiveness through capital expenditure in Muaro Bungo Regency. Fifth, financial performance and non-financial performance have a significant effect on regional competitiveness through budget management in Muaro Bungo Regency.

Abstract

This research is to analyze the influence of competency aspects and leadership style on motivation and its impact on employee performance. This research uses descriptive and verification analysis methods. Descriptive analysis is used to describe the characteristics of respondents and research variables without testing. Verifiability analysis is used to determine the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. This research uses all employees at the Jambi Province Transportation Service. Apart from that, the data used in this research is primary data obtained from the results of the questionnaire given and filled in by each employee. The data analysis technique used is path analysis, with the help of the SPSS version 22.0 software program. The results of the research show that competency and leadership style through motivation simultaneously and partially have a positive effect on the performance of Jambi Province Transportation Service employees and there is a direct and indirect influence of competence and leadership style through motivation on the performance of Jambi Province Transportation Service employees. So it can be concluded that the competency, leadership style, motivation and performance of employees at the Jambi Province Transportation Service are still relatively good.

Abstract

This study was basically carried out on the basis of the author's concern with the current environmental conditions, which are increasingly worrying due to the increasing number of food consumption products, manufactured products, and services that are considered to be the main cause of environmental damage. The problem of this research centres on the lack of research that determines whether environmental awareness plays a role as a predictor in influencing people's healthy lifestyles, which have an impact on purchasing decisions for environmentally friendly products. Considering this, an important research question that needs to be answered is: Can environmental awareness influence the healthy lifestyle of the millennial generation, which has an impact on purchasing decisions for environmentally friendly products? The sample in this study was 105 respondents. This research uses a survey method with a quantitative descriptive approach, with environmental awareness as a predictor of a healthy lifestyle and purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the data analysis used in this study was done through Partial Least Squares (PLS). However, before analysis, the outer model is first tested through validity and reliability tests. Next, carry out the inner model test through the R-square (coefficient of determination) and F-square (f2 effect size) tests. The results of this study conclude that environmental awareness has an influence on the decision to purchase environmentally friendly products among millennials in Jambi City, both directly and indirectly, through a healthy lifestyle

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the contribution of the number of hotels, the number of hotel rooms and tourists to the absorption of labor. Tourism sector is one of the strategic sectors that must be utilized for tourism development as part of national development, having the aim of, among others, expanding business opportunities and opening jobs. The data used in this study is secondary data. The data was obtained from literature related studies in jambi city such as BPS, Department of Culture and Tourism, Youth and Sports, previous research, and other relevant library materials. Data Analysis Method Tested with multiple linear regression models. Based on the results of the study found that Simultaneously independent variable Number of Hotels (X1), Number of Hotel Rooms (X2) and Tourist Visits (X3) affects the variable Absorption of Labor (Y) with a coefficient of determination of 6.5% which means independent variables Number of Hotels (X1), Number of Hotel Rooms (X2) and Tourist Visits (X3) of 6.5% and the remaining 93.5% are influenced by other variables outside this research. And the Number of Hotels had no significant effect on Labor Absorption with a regression coefficient of 0.141

Abstract

Competition in banking services such as branchless banking, the use of technological facilities and/or involving third party services, especially to serve the unbanked/unbanked community, has great potential to expand the distribution of financial services to the public. Models of service marketing (service marketing), relationship marketing (relationship marketing) and digital marketing (digital marketing) need to be studied simultaneously through a banking service marketing management approach to obtain electronic loyalty. The purpose of this study is to obtain an agent electronic loyalty model at state banks that provide branchless banking as marketing strategy for banking services, especially branchless banking in Jambi. The research design used an explanatory survey approach. The survey was conducted on agents at state banks that operate branchless banking in Jambi. respondents was 392 agents who were taken by multistage random sampling. Data analysis was carried out using a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach and SmartPLS 4.0 program.
