Abstract

This research analyzes Reservations and Guest Handle Complaints on Intention to Revisit the Front Office Department of Grand Mercure Hotel Jakarta Kemayoran. The sample in this research used primary data with data collection methods through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis. This research shows that reservations have a positive and significant effect on interest in returning to visit, and guest-handler complaints have a positive and significant impact on interest in visiting again. So, the Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran Hotel should provide better service so that the interest in visiting guests at the Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran Hotel continues to increase

Abstract

This study discusses product diversification and the implementation of Public Relations (PR) strategies in the Betawi Setu Babakan Cultural Village, as one of the cultural tourism destinations in Jakarta. By utilizing SWOT analysis, this study explores the potential for product diversification in various zones, such as Zone A and Embryo which highlights Betawi culture through museums and traditional houses, as well as Zone B which offers typical culinary and children's play rides. The PR strategy implemented includes the use of social media for promotion, collaboration with various parties, and market research to understand visitor preferences. The results of the study show that product diversification and effective PR strategies can increase the competitiveness and sustainability of tourist destinations. However, challenges such as competition from other destinations and the impact of negative reviews on social media need to be addressed. In conclusion, by taking advantage of internal advantages and existing opportunities, Setu Babakan can strengthen its image as an attractive and sustainable cultural tourism destination.

Abstract

This research explores the impact of Kopi Boy's service approach, which emphasizes speed, informality, and friendliness, on customer satisfaction. The study highlights the importance of personal interaction between baristas and customers, which fosters a closer relationship and enhances the overall customer experience. Key elements of Kopi Boy's service include fast service, customer engagement in the coffee-making process, and a relaxed atmosphere that promotes comfort and satisfaction. Additionally, Kopi Boy maintains consistency in product quality and incorporates creativity through unique menu offerings and latte art. The study also examines Kopi Boy's strategies for improving customer service, such as employee training, service personalization, menu innovation, and technology implementation. These strategies are designed to enhance the customer experience, build loyalty, and strengthen the brand's competitive edge. The research concludes that by focusing on personal connections, service efficiency, innovation, and community involvement, Kopi Boy can continue to deliver superior service and foster strong relationships with customers, ultimately expanding its customer base and creating a vibrant community around the brand.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of the Baker Division in maintaining brand image to increase consumer purchase interest at Dough Lab Plaza Senayan. The main focus of this study is to analyze the roles undertaken by the baker staff in baking products, using quality ingredients, and directly interacting with consumers. The research method used is qualitative with several informants consisting of area managers, baker staff, and consumers. The results of the study indicate that product innovation, the role of bakers in baking, and good interaction with consumers are key factors in attracting purchase interest. In addition, the success in increasing consumer purchase interest is also influenced by social media marketing strategies. Thus, this study concludes that the role of the baker division is crucial in building and maintaining a positive brand image, which ultimately can increase consumer purchase interest at Dough Lab Plaza Senayan.

Abstract

This research aims to review the role of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Tunis in promoting Indonesian coffee products at the Le Printemps du Café event held in the Kram Exhibition Centre Tunis, Tunisia. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data analysis techniques using NVivo. The result using NVivo show that the challenges faced by the Indonesian Embassy in Tunis during their participation in the event included regulatory and policy issues, language barriers, and security concerns at the Indonesian booth. The participation of the Indonesian Embassy in Tunis successfully achieved its goals to promote Indonesian coffee products by adopting the theme “Kopi Indonesia Cita Rasa Surga” and showcasing Indonesian culture through traditional dances. The Indonesian Embassy also established business relationships with coffee industry players and distributors, as evidenced by the visitors' enthusiasm for the showcased Indonesian coffee products. The role of Indonesian embassy in Tunis in promoting Indonesian coffee products at the Le Printemps du Café event includes bridging communication between relevant parties, facilitating, and promoting Indonesia through its coffee products and culture.

Abstract

This research aims to determine various factors that influence guest satisfaction at the front office department of the Hotel Artotel Suites Mangkuluhur Jakarta. The factors studied include service quality, facilities and promotions. This research involved a sample of 100 respondents, who were guests of the Artotel Suites Mangkuluhur Jakarta Hotel. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection through questionnaires and analysis using appropriate statistical techniques, namely SPSS version 25. The research results show that the service quality variable has a positive and significant influence on guest satisfaction, the facility variable also has a positive and significant influence on guest satisfaction and the promotion variable has a positive and significant influence on guest satisfaction. Likewise, in tests carried out jointly, the variables of service quality, facilities and promotions had a positive and significant influence on guest satisfaction at the Artotel Suites Mangkuluhur Jakarta Hotel.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi yang ada pada Acara Adat Wulla Poddu, dan mengetahui hambatan apa saja yang ada pada Acara Adat Wulla Poddu, serta menentukan strategi yang tepat dalam mengembangkan dan mengatasi hambatan pada Acara Adat Wulla Poddu di Sumba Barat,NTT. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan desikriptif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis SWOT, melalui cara mengumpulkan data, mengelompokkan data, mereduksi data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ditemukannya beberapa hambatan terhadap faktor internal dan eksternal, yang menjadi hambatan terhadap pengembangan acara adat Wulla Poddu. Kesimpulan yang dapat diberikan penulis ialah, dalam mengembangkan acara adat Wulla Poddu sebagai wisata budaya di Sumba Barat diperlukannya usaha pemerintah serta Kerjasama masyarakat sekitar, dalam melakukan hal-hal terkait dalam hal pengembangan acara adat Wulla Poddu sebagai wisata budaya di Sumba Barat.Kata Kunci: Wisata Budaya, Pengembangan Destinasi. ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine the potential that exists at the Wulla Poddu Traditional Event, and find out what obstacles exist at the Wulla Poddu Traditional Event, as well as determine the right strategy in developing and overcoming obstacles at the Wulla Poddu Traditional Event in West Sumba, NTT. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses SWOT analysis, by collecting data, grouping data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research found several obstacles to internal and external factors, which became obstacles to the development of the Wulla Poddu traditional event. The conclusion that the author can give is, in developing the Wulla Poddu traditional event as cultural tourism in West Sumba, government efforts and cooperation from the surrounding community are needed in carrying out related things in terms of developing the Wulla Poddu traditional event as cultural tourism in West Sumba.Keywords: Cultural Tourism, Destination Development.

Abstract

Konser musik adalah salah satu aspek perayaan yang paling menarik dalam dunia musik. Ini telah menjadi bentuk hiburan yang sangat populer bagi masyarakat, membawa kesenangan dan melupakan kepenatan hidup sehari-hari. Konser musik Indonesia telah berkembang pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, menjadi acara besar dalam industri pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif Indonesia. Semakin banyak festival musik digelar setiap tahun, memperkaya budaya musik Indonesia dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Studi terdahulu telah melihat berbagai aspek konser musik, dan penelitian ini mencoba memberikan perspektif baru dengan menggunakan bibliometrik untuk menganalisis 200 artikel, terutama yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2023. Tujuan utamanya adalah memeringkat 5 artikel terbaik, menyajikan analisis bibliometrik, dan memberikan data terkait publikasi, jenis dokumen, dan jenis sumber. Hasilnya dapat membantu mengidentifikasi tren dalam penelitian konser musik dan memberikan wawasan berharga. Penelitian ini akan membahas teori dasar tentang konser musik, isu terkait, metode bibliometrik, serta perangkat yang digunakan.

Abstract

Dewasa ini sektor pariwisata yang mengalami pertumbuhan pesat ialah sektor kuliner, yang meliputi penyajian makanan dan minuman. Sektor kuliner adalah peran pendukung bagi wisata lainnya khususnya wisata budaya. Desa wisata Kedung Gede menjadi salah satu destinasi wisata yang masih berupaya memperkenalkan makanan khas Betawi sebagai identitas dari desa wisata tersebut. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah kualiatatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi lapangan dan studi pustaka.

Abstract

Dalam pengembangan kepariwisataan yang berorientasi pada partisipasi masyarakat, peran dan partisipasi masyarakat setempat sebagai subyek pembangunan diutamakan. Desa Wisata Kedung Gede sebagai salah satu tempat pariwisata di Jakarta yang memiliki daya tarik wisata arum jeram disungai ciliwung juga memiliki suatu lembaga yaitu kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis) sebagai penggerak dalam mendukung terciptanya iklim kondusif dan berkembangnya kepariwisataan di desa tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan pariwisata di Desa Wisata Kedung Gede dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif.
