Abstract

This research aims to improve safe and legal food management in small industries by providing assistance through training and the provision of simple tools. The method used is a qualitative approach with case studies, involving in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis regarding food safety regulations. Data is collected from small businesses in the food sector to identify the challenges they face in implementing food safety standards. The results of the study show that many business actors do not fully understand the applicable regulations, and access to adequate training and resources is very limited. However, after the implementation of the assistance program, there has been a significant improvement in food safety understanding and practices, as well as a reduction in errors in data recording. The recommendations of this study include the need for government support in providing affordable training and access to resources, as well as the development of online platforms to facilitate business actors in food safety management. With these measures, it is hoped that small industries can adapt to changes in the market and regulations, thereby improving product quality and competitiveness in the local market

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the infrastructure needs in East Tanjung Jabung and identify efficient budgeting strategies in meeting the needs of the community. With a mixed-methods approach, the survey was conducted to understand the community's infrastructure priorities, while the analysis of regional financial documents was used to evaluate the effectiveness of budget allocation. The results of the study show that road access, sanitation, and health facilities are the main needs, but budget limitations and uneven distribution hinder the fulfillment of these needs. The findings also show that the budget is still largely allocated to short-term projects that are less strategic in the long term. Based on these results, it is recommended that the government implement needs-based budgeting that focuses on priority areas and involves the community in the planning process. This approach allows for more efficient, effective, and sustainable infrastructure development, thereby reducing inequality and improving community welfare

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the capacity of Tanjung Solok village officials in providing administrative services and identify solutions to improve their performance. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation studies. The findings show that village officials experience obstacles in administrative skills, lack of understanding of technology, and lack of infrastructure support, which has an impact on the quality of public services. The recommendations of this study include the implementation of periodic training programs for skill development, improvement of technological infrastructure, and strengthening the leadership of village heads through a participatory approach. In addition, it is recommended to build a monitoring system that involves the community as feedback to ensure that services remain in accordance with community expectations. With these steps, it is hoped that the capacity of village apparatus can increase, so that administrative services become more efficient and effective

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect community participation in the registration of the Chairman of the Election Committee in Kota Baru. The findings show that public participation is still low, with only 25% of respondents involved, due to lack of information, access gaps, and negative perceptions of the election process. The research methods used include in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and quantitative surveys. The results show the need for a more inclusive and diverse socialization strategy, the involvement of community leaders, and education about the election process to increase citizens' understanding. The recommendations also include improving the accessibility of information through digital platforms and continuous evaluation of implemented strategies. With these steps, it is hoped that public participation in the registration of the Chairman of the Election Committee can increase, which will ultimately strengthen the quality of democracy in Kota Baru. This research provides valuable insights for election organizers in formulating policies that are more responsive to the community needs

Abstract

This research aims to assist Nomadix Cafe in implementing Islamic business principles which include honesty, justice, and social responsibility. The methodology used is a qualitative approach with a case study method, which involves observation, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions (FGD) with management and employees. In addition, periodic assistance and evaluation processes are carried out to support the understanding and application of these principles. The results of the study show that the application of Islamic business principles at Nomadix Cafe increases customer trust, employee loyalty, and overall business image. However, obstacles in Islamic financial management are still found. Based on these results, it is recommended that Nomadix Cafe and similar businesses deepen their understanding of Islamic finance principles, continue periodic evaluations, and actively involve management to ensure that the application of Islamic principles runs consistently and supports business sustainability

Abstract

This research aims to improve the personnel administration system at the East Tanjung Jabung Regional Civil Service Agency as the main pillar of employee welfare. With a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The findings of the study show that the administrative system that is still manual, the limitations of technological infrastructure, the lack of officer skills, and the absence of a structured Standard Operation Procedure are the main obstacles in personnel management. As a result, the administrative process runs slowly, inefficiently, and often causes delays in the fulfillment of employee rights. To overcome this problem, it is recommended to implement a digital-based administrative system, intensive training for administrative officers, the preparation of clear Standard Operating Procedures, and the strengthening of technological infrastructure and transformational leadership. With the implementation of these measures, it is hoped that the Regional Civil Service Agency can provide more efficient, accurate, and responsive administrative services, thereby supporting the overall welfare of employees

Abstract

The National Population and Family Planning Agency has developed a new application called the Electronic Application Ready for Marriage & Ready for Pregnancy to help reduce stunting in Indonesia. The app is aimed at prospective brides, toddlers, Fertile Age Couples, Pregnant Women, and Postpartum Mothers as a screening tool to detect risk factors for stunting. Running the ELSIMIL application requires assistance from Family Assistance Team cadres to screen targets. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the ELSIMIL application in overcoming the risk of stunting in TPK cadres in Kepanjen Village, Malang Regency. This study used qualitative methods and a case study design to examine the effectiveness of ELSIMIL, a data screening and filling tool, used by TPK cadres. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation using domain analysis. The results show that ELSIMIL is effectively used by TPK cadres for screening and filling in target data. ELSIMIL is efficient to use with fast screening results through easy to use functions and features. The ELSIMIL application can be accessed equally by all TPK cadres but there are still many obstacles both personal and from the system. ELSIMIL is responsive displaying the functions of the application features without interruption when responding to TPK cadres when entering sasa ran data. ELSIMIL is precise displaying no interference generated from outside the system and is safe for TPK cadres. Evaluation of the implementation ELSIMIL application will have an impact on reducing stunting rates in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis rantai pemasaran Kakao dari Desa Samalili Kecamatan Sojol Kabupaten Donggala sampai ke Tangan Konsumen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Samalili Kecamatan Sojol Kabupaten Donggala dari Bulan Agustus sampai dengan Oktober 2020. Penentuan responden dilakukan dengan metode acak sederhana (Simple Random Sampling) dengan jumlah responden 30 orang produsen (petani) dan pengambilan responden pedagang dilakukan dengan cara metode penjajakan (Tracing Sampling) sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 1 orang pedagang pengumpul, dan 1 orang pedagang besar. Hasil analisis pemasaran menunjukan bahwa saluran pemasaran kakao di Desa Samalili melalui dua saluran pemasaran yaitu: Petani Pedagang pengumpul Pedagang besar Pabrik (Konsumen akhir), Petani Pedagang besar Pabrik (Konsumen akhir). Hasil analisis margin pemasaran kakao saluran 1 yaitu MT = Rp.10.000/Kg sedangkan saluran kedua yaitu MT = Rp.5.000/Kg. Bagian harga yang diterima petani kakao pada saluran 1 yaitu sebesar 75,00 %, sedangkan pada saluran kedua yaitu sebesar 87,05 %. Efisiensi pemasaran pada saluran pertama sebesar 2,3 %, sedangkan nilai efisiensi untuk saluran II adalah sebesar 2,0%, sehingga dari kedua saluran tersebut, saluran yang paling efisien yaitu saluran kedua dengan nilai efisiensi sebesar 2,0%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the difficulty of the community in finding information about the spell that came from the South Coast, hence the author designing a search tool in the form of a Mantra Collection Design in Nagari Aur Duri Sutera Subdistrict, Pesisir Selatan Regency, which includes a synopsis short spell. This study aims to assist users in materialize the means to find information about the spell collection in South Coast District. The method used in this research method development, to produce a product that is valid, effective and practical. With the stages of needs analysis, design, test development try products that are produced and validated by expert validators and do limited trials through individuals and groups. Result of Product development is a valid set of mantras, product that is designed is valid and appropriate, can be used with practical and effective. The results of large group trials also prove that the resulting product is practical with an agreed value of 60% and strongly agree 35% also the product produced is effective with a value of agree 35% and strongly agree 62.5%. The results of the study concluded that Mantra Collection Design in Nagari Aur Duri, Sutera District, District This South Coast can make it easier for users to find information about Mantra in Nagari Aur Duri, Sutera District, Coastal District South. KEYWORDS : Local Wisdom, Mantra, Minangakabau, Oral Literature, South Coast ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi sulitnya masyarakat mencari informasi tentang mantra yang bersal dari Pesisir Selatan, maka dari itu penulis merancang alat telusur berupa Rancangan Kumpulan Mantra di Nagari Aur Duri Kecamatan Sutera Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, yang meliputi sinopsis singkat mantra. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengguna dalam mewujudkan sarana untuk menemukan informasi tentang kumpulan mantra di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan, untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk yang valid, efektif dan praktis. Dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pengembangan uji coba produk yang dihasilkan dan divalidasi oleh validator ahli dan melakukan uji coba secara terbatas melalui perseorangan dan kelompok. Hasil dari pengembangan produk adalah sebuah rancangan kumpulan mantra yang valid, produk yangdirancang sudah valid dan sudah sesuai, dapat digunakan dengan praktis dan efektif. Hasil uji coba kelompok besar juga membuktikan bahwa produk yang dihasilkan praktis dengan nilai yang setuju 60% dan yang sangat setuju 35% juga produk yang dihasilkan efektif dengan nilai setuju 35% dan sangat setuju 62,5%. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Rancangan Kumpulan Mantra di Nagari Aur Duri Kecamatan Sutera Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan ini dapat memudahkan pengguna dalam mencari informasi mengenai Mantra di Nagari Aur Duri Kecamatan Sutera Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Abstract

Students must complete academic tasks given by teachers at school. However, students have problems such as academic procrastination that usually arise when students complete the assigned tasks. The effect of self-control on student procrastination is the subject of this study. This study is a systematic literature review. The data synthesis process in this study was carried out by comparing ten literatures that met the quality and inclusion and exclusion criteria with the sources used, such as Google, Schoolar, and ScienceDirect. Based on the literature review that the researcher analyzed, the researcher can conclude that self-control has an influence on students' academic procrastination. Students who have high self-control will be better able to manage themselves, able to overcome problems or difficulties in doing the tasks given. Conversely, students who have low self-control will more often delay or procrastinate.
