Abstract

This study investigates the need for developing electronic student worksheets (e-LKPD) for teaching dynamic electricity in junior high school science. Drawing on responses from 20 science teachers in Bandar Lampung, the research identifies key instructional challenges and teachers’ expectations for more effective digital learning tools. The findings reveal that conventional worksheets are often teacher-centered, lack interactivity, and do not adequately support the development of students’ critical and creative thinking. Teachers strongly advocate for e-LKPDs that are interactive, contextualized, visually engaging, and enriched with features such as simulations, videos, and inquiry-based tasks. They also emphasize the importance of aligning e-LKPDs with the national curriculum, students’ cognitive levels, and pedagogical strategies that promote student autonomy and collaboration. These insights point to the urgent need for e-LKPDs that are not only technologically enhanced but also pedagogically sound, capable of fostering higher-order thinking and real-world problem-solving. The study offers practical implications for instructional designers, curriculum developers, and educators seeking to improve the quality of science learning through contextual and student-centered digital resources.

Abstract

This research constitutes a preliminary study aimed at determining the needs of teachers and students in the learning process, particularly in the context of physics subjects related to renewable energy. The chosen research method is a survey, conducted among 27 physics teachers and 59 high school students in MIPA field in Lampung Province using Google Forms. The collected data is then curated and analyzed to identify and address these educational needs. The results of the data analysis reveal a demand for learning programs that can enhance students' numeracy and literacy skills during the learning process. According to the survey, only 43% of teachers and 24% of high school students majoring in Mathematics and Natural Sciences are aware of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This aligns with the finding that only 40% of teachers have integrated PjBL-STEM into their learning programs. The worksheets lack activities that can stimulate students' numeracy and literacy skills, thereby impeding their active engagement in renewable energy learning. These findings are further corroborated by student questionnaires, which indicate that 55% of students feel they face limitations in understanding materials related to renewable energy. Additionally, 85% of physics teachers express concerns about students' difficulties in grasping the concept of renewable energy. Consequently, the development of an integrated renewable energy learning program incorporating PjBL-STEM becomes imperative.

Abstract

This study aims to describe a Link and Match program used on dual-system models that is valid, practical, and effective to support industrial revolution 4.0 in profile freedom to learn. This type of research is development research with the ADDIE development design which includes analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data analysis technique uses a mixed method which combines qualitative and quantitative methods. The results showed that: The Link and Match program using a dual-system model is declared valid, including syllabus, RPP, e-LKPD and e-Handout whose learning process is designed to include activities that adapt to Indonesian national work competency standards (SKKNI Level II) by maximizing the use of various representation that can support the industrial revolution 4.0 with the profile of independent learning. The presentation of e-LKPD and e-Handouts has been adapted to the local wisdom competencies available in Lampung Province and the needs of students to study independently or in groups so that they can support the industrial revolution 4.0 with the profile of independent learning; The practicality of the Link and Match program using a dual-system model is reviewed based on student responses which include responses to the learning process, responses to e-LKPD and e-Handouts so that they can be used as a productive learning topic on Rubber Processing in SMK class XI semester odd; The effectiveness of the Link and Match program using a dual-system model is categorized as high which show that there is an average difference between the experimental class and the control class. The output of this development is the establishment of MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) with various DUDI in Lampung Province.

Abstract

This research is a preliminary study that aims to determine the needs of teachers and students in the learning process, especially in the material of particle motion dynamics. The research method chosen was a survey, which was conducted on 20 physics teachers and 30 high school students in the MIPA field in Lampung Province using Google Form. The collected data were then curated and analyzed to identify and address educational needs. The results of the data analysis showed a demand for assessment instruments that can measure critical thinking skills and self-efficacy in physics learning. According to the survey, 45% of teachers never assess critical thinking skills and 60% of teachers never assess self-efficacy. Teachers do not apply because of the lack of examples or instruments owned to assess critical thinking skills and self-efficacy. Teachers also do not have assessment instruments that are easy, practical, and appropriate during the learning process. Physics learning assessment at school has not optimized critical thinking skills well, so critical thinking skills are still low, and self-efficacy is still an obstacle. Therefore, the development of assessment instruments to measure critical thinking skills and student self-efficacy in physics learning is very important.
